Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership management applied by the Principal of the 010 Laboy Jaya State Elementary School in teacher development, the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the leadership management of the 010 Laboy Jaya State Elementary School Principal in the development of teachers, and the solutions adoptedin overcoming the problems encountered.This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Techniques and procedures for data collection in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with qualitative methods are the data reduction stage, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification stages. .Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) the leadership management applied by the Principal of the 010 Laboy Jaya Elementary School in teacher development is good, it can be seen from the planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up aspects. (2) The inhibiting factors or obstacles faced are the lack of experience of teachers, both experience in learning and experience in school organizations, Lack of experience in communication techniques, and There are still many activities of teachers outside the task of the learning process. (3) The solution to the obstacles faced is to carry out education and training, KKG, seminars, give assignments such as special pickets, carry out self-development activities.

Abstract

Pedagogic which we recognize in Indonesia these days is a real narrow, tight pedagogic and tends to see the education problem solely as a technical problem in class room. Though, the education essentially is processing of humanization of someone in family life, cyltured public now and future. Education can build a new democratic and having morale Indonesia public, as Indonesian public craving these days. This article with philosophic and historical approach will expose madrasah as education institute of Islam bearing from, by; and for public (communay based education) has potency in creating conducive climate for bearing the learning socieiy as foundation of civil society.

Abstract

The study aims to: 1. Determine the effect of the CTL learning model on the ability to write narrative texts, 2. Determine the effect of motivation on the ability to write narrative texts, and 3. Determine the effect of the CTL learning model and motivation on the ability to write narrative texts. The study was conducted using a descriptive correlative method, which explains the relationship between two or more variables. In this case, it is to explain the relationship between the CTL learning model and learning motivation on the ability to write narrative texts. The subjects of the study were grade XII students of SMA Negeri Wanasari Brebes in the 2023/2024 academic year. The study was conducted from September to December 2024. Samples were taken from 2 classes, 1 class as an experimental class and 1 control class. Samples were taken using a cluster random sample. Data were obtained through documentation, tests, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple classification variance analysis formula technique. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1. The calculated F for the research group was 9.894 with a significance of 0.002 0.05. 2. F count for motivation is 8.060 with a significance of 0.001 0.05. 3. F count for the interaction of learning models and motivation is obtained at 3.462 with a significance of 0.03 0.0. From the significance value, it can be stated that Ho for the three hypotheses is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that: 1. The CTL model has a significant effect on the ability to write narrative texts. 2. Learning motivation has a significant effect on the ability to write narrative texts. 3. The interaction between the CTL learning model and learning motivation has a significant effect on the ability to write narrative texts.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the economic development and growth of communities. This study aims to analyze the primary challenges faced by business operators in Klaten Regency across the aspects of production, marketing, and financing. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method, utilizing primary data collected from 30 business operators through questionnaires, interviews, focus group discussions, and observations. The majority of business operators are women, with an average age of 43 years, and they operate primarily in the culinary sector. The research findings indicate that the main challenges faced include limited marketing opportunities, restricted access to capital, and difficulties in obtaining adequate raw materials and production facilities. The implementation of digital marketing strategies remains minimal, hindering market expansion, and access to business financing is also limited. To address these issues, it is recommended to provide digital marketing training, ease access to microfinance, provide shared production facilities, and ensure the availability of raw materials. These efforts are expected to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs in the face of the digital economy’s development and promote local economic growth.

Abstract

Teknologi pengelasan saat ini telah digunakan secara luas di berbagai aplikasi dunia industri. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi arus pengelasan TIG terhadap plat stainless steel 316. Plat SS 316 merupakan material yang memiliki kadar karbon rendah di karenakan kadar karbonnya kurang dari 0,30%. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan penyajian data yang bersifat deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan variasi arus, tiga variasi arus yaitu 110 A, 115 A, dan 125 A, menggunakan kampuh V. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengujian Tarik menggunakan alat Tensile strength. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa hasil dari pengujian tarik. Hasil pengujian Tarik dengan tegangan tarik maksimum yang tertinggi di peroleh pada plat SS 316 pada arus 125 A dengan menghasilkan nilai 51,01 MPa. Kemudian hasil pengujian dengan regangan maksimum tarik tertinggi diperoleh pada arus 125 A dengan nilai 5,933% Sedangkan hasil dari modulus elastisitas tertinggi pada pengujian diperoleh pada arus 125 A dengan nilai 8,539 MPa. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi pengaruh signifikan antara variasi arus pengelasan TIG terhadap nilai kekuatan tarik material pada Plat Stainless 316.

Abstract

Muslims often use mosques as centers of activity. The mosque being the axis of Islamic activities is very appropriate to be implemented in society, apart from being used for worship, it can also be used as a basis for society in life. This article explains the study of the importance of mosques and their role in Islam according to Al-Imam Khomiini in the book al-Masjid Ahmiyatahu Wadu>rohu fi> al-Isla>m. The primary data source in this research comes from the book al-Masjid Ahmiyatahu Wadu>rohu fi> al-Isla>m. Using secondary sources of information from books and articles relevant to the research theme through documentation techniques is a common and effective approach in research. Documentation techniques involve collecting data from various existing documents and literature. Then in content analysis, this research found the role of mosques according to Al-Imam Khomiini, namely: (1) mosques as the axis of Islamic activities (2) mosques as places of worship (3) mosques as a place to educate the next generation (4) mosque in building society. The results of the research show that mosques have a significant role in community life such as centers of worship, education centers, economic centers for the people, centers of social activities, and centers for the benefit of the people in Islamic society.

Abstract

Proses pendataan data belanja barang habis pakai di Kantor Kecamatan Martapura kota masih dilakukan secara manual dimana setiap data belanja barang harus diketik satu per satu didalam aplikasi Ms. Word dan Ms. Excel, sehingga proses pendataan memakan waktu yang lama. Dengan adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi akan mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pendataan data belanja barang habis pakai. Monitoring Belanja Barang Jenis Habis Pakai adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat melakukan pendataan data belanja barang habis pakai secara online sebagai pengganti proses pendataan data belanja barang habis pakai dengan proses manual. Penggunaan Aplikasi ini melingkup Kecamatan Martapura Kota. keberadaan Monitoring Belanja Barang Jenis Habis Pakai dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan data, pengarsipan sekaligus pencarian data, sehingga pekerjaan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien

Abstract

Digital transformation in hospital information systems demands a more effective, efficient, and secure management of medical record archives. This study aims to analyze the performance of electronic medical record (EMR) archiving management at RSUD Kota Yogyakarta using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) approach. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive method based on secondary data derived from the 2024 performance report (LKIP), financial statements (CaLK), and strategic planning documents. The analysis reveals that from the financial perspective, the hospital demonstrates budget efficiency with a revenue realization of 116.29%. However, from the customer perspective, a decrease of 0.76 points in the Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) occurred despite the implementation of digital innovations. The internal business process perspective shows good performance indicator achievements, yet lacks documented SOPs for EMR management and data protection policies. From the learning and growth perspective, staff training is unstructured, and digital competence is not yet clearly mapped. The study recommends strategic improvements in SOP development, staff capacity building, and digital literacy enhancement to ensure the successful transformation of the hospital’s archiving system.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the public speaking skills of sixth-grade students at SDN 2 Daleman through the utilization of YouTube as an audiovisual-based learning medium. Public speaking is a crucial component of oral communication competence that needs to be developed from an early age, as it influences students’ confidence, critical thinking, and ability to express ideas in public. Initial observations indicated that most students faced difficulties in structuring their speeches systematically, using proper pronunciation and intonation, and showing appropriate expression and vocal control during presentations.The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted in two cycles, each comprising planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects were 17 sixth-grade students, consisting of 8 boys and 9 girls. Data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and speech performance tests. The success indicators were determined by the increase in the number of students who met the Minimum Mastery Criteria (MMC) of 75 and improvements in specific aspects of public speaking, including expression, pronunciation, intonation, voice volume, and content structure.The results showed a significant improvement in students’ public speaking skills through the use of YouTube media. In the pre-cycle stage, only 7 out of 17 students (41%) achieved the MMC. After the first cycle of implementation, the number increased to 10 students (58%). By the second cycle, 15 students (88%) met or exceeded the target. In addition to the quantitative improvement, qualitative enhancements were observed in students’ delivery of speech elements.Learning improvement was also evident across multiple performance aspects, such as clarity of pronunciation, appropriate expression, dynamic intonation, mastery of content, and proper vocal projection. The effective use of YouTube, particularly through a modeling approach featuring high-achieving students as role models, proved to be a powerful motivator and conceptual clarifier. Moreover, it enabled students to engage in self-reflection by watching their own recorded speeches. Therefore, YouTube serves not only as a visual aid but also as a strategic tool to enhance oral communication skills in the context of 21st-century learning.

Abstract

Early reading skills constitute fundamental cornerstones in children's academic development, yet significant proportions of elementary students encounter substantial barriers in mastering critical literacy competencies. This study investigated the effectiveness of project-based multisensory instruction in enhancing early reading skills among third-grade students with learning difficulties. This action research employed a qualitative approach using the Kemmis and McTaggart model with two implementation cycles. Twelve third-grade students with early reading difficulties at SDN 006 Rantau Pulung participated in the study. The intervention integrated visual, auditory, tactile, and kinesthetic modalities through plasticine manipulation and diorama creation activities. Data collection utilized reading ability tests, structured observations, and performance assessments across multiple literacy components including word reading, writing, creative expression, and storytelling capabilities. The intervention achieved remarkable success, with 100% of students reaching satisfactory performance levels by Cycle II, compared to 75% in Cycle I. Students who initially struggled most demonstrated the greatest improvements, with gains reaching up to 35.25%. The overall class average increased significantly by 9.15%, while performance variability decreased substantially (standard deviation reduced from 18.74% to 6.94%), indicating improved learning equity across the classroom. The findings provide compelling evidence that multisensory project-based approaches effectively address diverse learning needs in inclusive settings. The integration of concrete manipulatives with systematic literacy instruction successfully eliminated performance disparities while maintaining high engagement levels. The research contributes theoretical validation for asset-based approaches to learning difficulties and offers practical frameworks for implementing inclusive literacy instruction that accommodates diverse learning profiles in elementary education contexts.
