Abstract

Penerapan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam audit telah menghadirkan perubahan paradigmatik dalam proses audit. Kajian ini, kami mengeksplorasi penggunaan teknologi AI dalam audit dengan fokus pada perspektif Islam. AI, dengan kapasitas analisis data yang besar dan cepat, telah memungkinkan auditor untuk mengelola dan menganalisis volume data yang kompleks, memperbaiki efisiensi audit, dan meningkatkan kualitas hasil audit. Namun, tantangan etis muncul terkait bias algoritma dan ketidaktransparanan dalam pengambilan keputusan AI. Mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip etika Islam, seperti keadilan dan integritas, dalam praktik audit AI, kami menyoroti pentingnya mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai etika Islam untuk memperkuat integritas dan kepercayaan dalam audit berbasis AI. Kesimpulannya, kami menekankan pentingnya pendekatan yang holistik, yang menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip etika Islam dalam penggunaan teknologi AI dalam audit untuk mencapai tujuan audit yang adil dan transparan. Abstract

Abstrak Pakan ternak alternatif yang dapat diberikan pada musim kemarau yang bertujuan menambah protein pada ternak adalah silase. Silase merupakan hijauan ternak yang diawetkan pada ruangan anaerob. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Slateng, Ledokombo, Jember yang bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan masyarakat bermata pencaharian sebagai peternak. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah dan diskusi pada sesi sosialisasi, serta praktik secara langsung untuk mengelola hijauan dengan baik dan benar. Praktek eksperimen ini dimulai dengan pemilihan hijauan, pencampuran dengan molase dan starter, fermentasi, pemeriksaan, dan penyimpanan. Silase yang baik adalah silase dengan bau dan aroma yang masam segar tanpa adanya bau tajam yang mengganggu, ph berkisar antara 4, warna kuning kehijauan, tekstur kering dan terasa empuk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilanjut dengan evaluasi kesukaan ternak. Ternak yang sudah melalui fase adaptasi, mulai menghabiskan pakan alternatif yang diberikan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta meningkat dari kategori mengetahui dari 20% menjadi 75%. Kata kunci: ternak; silase; pakan; hijauan. Abstract Alternative animal feed that can be given in the dry season with the aim of adding protein to livestock is silage. Silage is livestock forage that is preserved in an anaerobic room. This community service was carried out in Slateng Village, Ledokombo, Jember with the aim of increasing the knowledge of people who make a living as livestock breeders. The methods applied in this activity are lectures and discussions at socialization sessions, as well as direct practice to manage forage properly and correctly. This experimental practice begins with selecting forage, mixing with molasses and starter, fermentation, inspection, and storage. Good silage is silage with a fresh sour smell and aroma without any annoying sharp odor, pH ranges between 4, greenish yellow color, dry texture and soft feel. This service activity was continued with an evaluation of the livestock's preferences. Livestock that has gone through the adaptation phase begins to consume the alternative feed provided. The evaluation results showed that participants' understanding increased from the knowing category from 20% to 75%. Keywords: cattle; silage; feed; forage.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease characterized by blood glucose levels exceeding normal and impaired carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism caused by relative and absolute lack of the hormone insulin. If this is left uncontrolled it can become an acute metabolic complication as well as a long-term vascular complication of both microangiopathy and macroangiopathy (Darmono in Hasdianah, 2012). Method: This study aims to determine the relationship between diabetes self-management and the level of stress undergoing a diet of DM sufferers at the Rantau Prapat Health Center. This study used a cross sectional design. Respondents were selected from five Puskesmas in Puskesmas Rantau Prapat using the purposive sampling method. A total of 37 DM sufferers participated in the study. Data were collected using DM knowledge questionnaire, then data were analyzed using Chi Square test with significance level <0.05. Results: The results showed that and there was a relationship between knowledge of diabetes mellitus patients with DM diet adherence (p = 0.017), which Conclusion: There was a relationship between diabetes self-management and the level of stress undergoing a diet of diabetics in Puskesmas Rantau Prapat. Future research is expected to use respondents with a wider area and use better measuring instruments.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to present empirical evidence on the effect of social responsibility disclosure on real earnings management and the role of assurance in this relationship. This is based on a paradox, i.e., companies that publish standardized corporate social responsibility disclosures to project ethical business practices are also associated with accounting and financial scandals.Design/Methodology/Approach: This study was conducted on non-financial sector companies in developing countries that are members of ASEAN-4, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines, which issued GRI-based social responsibility disclosures in the period 2013-2019, amounting to 285 companies with a total of 859 observations.Research findings: The results demonstrated that companies with standardized social responsibility disclosures tend to reduce their real earnings management practices. However, the assurance variable mitigates the negative effect of corporate social responsibility on real earnings management, implying that assurance provides false credibility. In an additional analysis, the samples were grouped based on board structure. The findings of this study are consistent with two-tier board structures, suggesting that a one-tier system provides better information quality.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The originality of this study lies in a comprehensive measurement of social responsibility disclosure variables using an index that gauges a combination of accountability and performance aspects. Furthermore, this study takes into account assurance as a variable representing the credibility of information, which surprisingly moderates the negative effect of social responsibility disclosure on real earnings management.Practitioner/Policy implication: The findings of this study underscore the importance of standardized social responsibility disclosure in mitigating managerial opportunistic behavior. The findings also highlight the need to enhance the assurance function to prevent its use as an opportunistic management tactic.

Abstract

Obyek wisata Bukit Pangonan Kabupaten Banyumas mempunyai potensi dalam pengembangan tujuan wisata yang hijau, sehat, alami dan lokal di era digital. Potensi visual tidak hanya terkait dengan estetika, namun juga nilai dan makna yang lebih luas, seperti: kebahagiaan, pengalaman, pengetahuan, kenangan (memori), konektivitas sosial, bahasa dan aktualisasi diri dalam bentuk narasi cerita (storytelling). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi visual obyek wisata bukit Pangonan Kabupaten Banyumas. Potensi visual yaitu visual yang unik dan bernilai dari obyek wisata tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif melalui studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terbuka (open-ended), wawancara dan studi dokumen dari berbagai sumber yang terpublikasi maupun yang tidak terpublikasi. Data kemudian diolah secara kualitatif dengan metode open coding, axial coding, dan selective coding. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa potensi visual fisik kawasan wisata Bukit Pangonan adalah:  view diatas bukit, wisata hijau-sehat-alami, dan wisata lokal. Faktor-faktor tersebut merupakan faktor unik dan bernilai yang dapat menciptakan sense of place Bukit Pangonan. Namun demikian, utilitas marjinal akan semakin menurun seiring dengan intensitas kunjungan, sehingga peran kreativitas diperlukan untuk memperkuat potensi visual branding kawasan

Abstract

It is not uncommon for the perpetrator of a crime to commit several crimes, meaning that the perpetrator of the crime commits a crime more than once, the crime itself must be tried by law, and it is the responsibility of law enforcement officials, usually to account for the actions of the perpetrator of the crime itself, the investigator conducts split case handling, meaning that crimes that have not been tried in the handling of the case are handled separately, this also results in different court decisions. In its application, it often contradicts Article 12 paragraph (4) of the Criminal Code which regulates the maximum imprisonment for a certain period of time and Article 71 of the Criminal Code which regulates the calculation of the offense left behind, so that in its application it contradicts the theory of legal objectives and law enforcement. As happened in the Robert Tantular case. The method in this research uses normative juridical, because the approach taken is based on the main legal material by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations and can also describe, situations, phenomena, or problems that refer to legal norms contained in various laws and regulations, court decisions. The author also uses case studies as a research strategy to investigate carefully about a program, event, activity, process, or group of individuals. The data used in this research includes primary data and secondary data. In practice in Indonesia, there are still mistakes in the application of law made by law enforcers, especially by the Panel of Judges, even though the provisions of underdeveloped offenses have also been regulated in the Criminal Code to limit the arbitrariness of law enforcement officials in enforcing the law related to underdeveloped offenses. Thus, in order to avoid mistakes in its application, technical guidance is needed related to the handling of underdeveloped criminal offenses by law enforcement officials so that law enforcement can run in accordance with the provisions of the legislation

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership management applied by the Principal of the 010 Laboy Jaya State Elementary School in teacher development, the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the leadership management of the 010 Laboy Jaya State Elementary School Principal in the development of teachers, and the solutions adoptedin overcoming the problems encountered.This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Techniques and procedures for data collection in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with qualitative methods are the data reduction stage, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification stages. .Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) the leadership management applied by the Principal of the 010 Laboy Jaya Elementary School in teacher development is good, it can be seen from the planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up aspects. (2) The inhibiting factors or obstacles faced are the lack of experience of teachers, both experience in learning and experience in school organizations, Lack of experience in communication techniques, and There are still many activities of teachers outside the task of the learning process. (3) The solution to the obstacles faced is to carry out education and training, KKG, seminars, give assignments such as special pickets, carry out self-development activities.

Abstract

The study aims to: 1. Determine the effect of the CTL learning model on the ability to write narrative texts, 2. Determine the effect of motivation on the ability to write narrative texts, and 3. Determine the effect of the CTL learning model and motivation on the ability to write narrative texts. The study was conducted using a descriptive correlative method, which explains the relationship between two or more variables. In this case, it is to explain the relationship between the CTL learning model and learning motivation on the ability to write narrative texts. The subjects of the study were grade XII students of SMA Negeri Wanasari Brebes in the 2023/2024 academic year. The study was conducted from September to December 2024. Samples were taken from 2 classes, 1 class as an experimental class and 1 control class. Samples were taken using a cluster random sample. Data were obtained through documentation, tests, and questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple classification variance analysis formula technique. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1. The calculated F for the research group was 9.894 with a significance of 0.002 0.05. 2. F count for motivation is 8.060 with a significance of 0.001 0.05. 3. F count for the interaction of learning models and motivation is obtained at 3.462 with a significance of 0.03 0.0. From the significance value, it can be stated that Ho for the three hypotheses is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that: 1. The CTL model has a significant effect on the ability to write narrative texts. 2. Learning motivation has a significant effect on the ability to write narrative texts. 3. The interaction between the CTL learning model and learning motivation has a significant effect on the ability to write narrative texts.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the economic development and growth of communities. This study aims to analyze the primary challenges faced by business operators in Klaten Regency across the aspects of production, marketing, and financing. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method, utilizing primary data collected from 30 business operators through questionnaires, interviews, focus group discussions, and observations. The majority of business operators are women, with an average age of 43 years, and they operate primarily in the culinary sector. The research findings indicate that the main challenges faced include limited marketing opportunities, restricted access to capital, and difficulties in obtaining adequate raw materials and production facilities. The implementation of digital marketing strategies remains minimal, hindering market expansion, and access to business financing is also limited. To address these issues, it is recommended to provide digital marketing training, ease access to microfinance, provide shared production facilities, and ensure the availability of raw materials. These efforts are expected to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs in the face of the digital economy’s development and promote local economic growth.

Abstract

Teknologi pengelasan saat ini telah digunakan secara luas di berbagai aplikasi dunia industri. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi arus pengelasan TIG terhadap plat stainless steel 316. Plat SS 316 merupakan material yang memiliki kadar karbon rendah di karenakan kadar karbonnya kurang dari 0,30%. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan penyajian data yang bersifat deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan variasi arus, tiga variasi arus yaitu 110 A, 115 A, dan 125 A, menggunakan kampuh V. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengujian Tarik menggunakan alat Tensile strength. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa hasil dari pengujian tarik. Hasil pengujian Tarik dengan tegangan tarik maksimum yang tertinggi di peroleh pada plat SS 316 pada arus 125 A dengan menghasilkan nilai 51,01 MPa. Kemudian hasil pengujian dengan regangan maksimum tarik tertinggi diperoleh pada arus 125 A dengan nilai 5,933% Sedangkan hasil dari modulus elastisitas tertinggi pada pengujian diperoleh pada arus 125 A dengan nilai 8,539 MPa. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi pengaruh signifikan antara variasi arus pengelasan TIG terhadap nilai kekuatan tarik material pada Plat Stainless 316.
