Abstract

This study aims to investigate the corporate image of six significant online organizational communities and their efforts to achieve sustainability. The research focuses on exploring the communication, interaction, and connection strategies employed by these companies on social media platforms to build their corporate image. The study adopts a Netnography approach, employing thematic content analysis, sentiment analysis, and social network analysis to analyze the collected data. The findings of the analysis reveal various patterns in companies' communication approaches on social media, emphasizing their commitment to sustainability. The study also highlights the importance of transparency and collaboration in building a positive corporate image and fostering stakeholder engagement. Overall, the research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on sustainability communication and social media's role in shaping corporate sustainability image.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership management applied by the Principal of the 010 Laboy Jaya State Elementary School in teacher development, the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the leadership management of the 010 Laboy Jaya State Elementary School Principal in the development of teachers, and the solutions adoptedin overcoming the problems encountered.This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Techniques and procedures for data collection in this study through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with qualitative methods are the data reduction stage, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification stages. .Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) the leadership management applied by the Principal of the 010 Laboy Jaya Elementary School in teacher development is good, it can be seen from the planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up aspects. (2) The inhibiting factors or obstacles faced are the lack of experience of teachers, both experience in learning and experience in school organizations, Lack of experience in communication techniques, and There are still many activities of teachers outside the task of the learning process. (3) The solution to the obstacles faced is to carry out education and training, KKG, seminars, give assignments such as special pickets, carry out self-development activities.

Abstract

Studi ini merupakan studi literatur yang mengemukakan tentang teori kompetensi dan factor-faktor yang mendasarinya dalam mencapai keunggulan bersaing dalam bisnis. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah bagaimana kompetensi itu berperan terhadap pencapaian keunggulan organisasi pada perusahaan bisnis. Beberapa hasil penelitian yang berkenaan dengan kompetensi dan keunggulan bersaing dijadikan bahan referensi. Menggunakan sejumlah hasil penelitian terdahulu, tulisan ini menghasilkan beberapa kesimpulan, salah satu pemikiran terpentingnya adalah adanya hubungan keterkaitan dan dampak antara kompetensi, variabel-variabelnya (kompetensi kepemimpinan, kompetensi intelektual, kompetensi manajemen diri, kompetensi pengambilan keputusan) dan keunggulan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Hasil dari tulisan ini menghasilkan banyak rekomendasi yang sesuai, yaitu dapat diuji secara empirik dengan menggunakan alat uji statistik.

Abstract

Objective of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Environment dynamic, Management Ability and Business Strategics on Corporate performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin. This research using the method is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Variables are measured using a Likert scale and data collection with questionare as research instrument. The sample in this study were 46 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin from a total population of 80 people. Data processing in this study using SPSS software version 25, with descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing.          The results this study showed that: (1) Environment dinamic had a positive and significant effect on the corporate performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin as evidenced by the t-count of 2.202. (2) Management ability has a significant effect on the corporate performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2,534. (3) Business Strategics has a significant effect on the corporate performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2,534. 4) Simultaneously, the variables of training and human resource development have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin as evidenced by the value of F-count = 39,164.

Abstract

Sampah adalah benda-benda atau barang yang tidak berguna atau tidak terpakai lagi, baik dari rumah tangga maupun dari sisa-sisa dari operasi industri. Meningkatnya volume timbulan sampah memerlukan pengelolaan. Sampah adalah bahan yang terbuang atau dibuang dari sumber yang berasal dari proses alam maupun hasil aktivitas manusia yang tidak memiliki nilai ekonomi.. Pengelolaan sampah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat dan kualitas lingkungan serta menjadikan sampah sebagai sumberdaya. Jika masyarakat tidak mulai mengurangi sampah mereka, tempat pembuangan sampah (TPS) yang tersedia tidak dapat menampung sampah yang terus menerus. Bank Sampah sebagai suatu solusi pengelolaan sampah sekaligus memanfaatkan sampah untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidupnya, tindakan manusia terhadap alam tidak selalu menyebabkan kerusakan, tetapi dapat bekerja sama dengan lingkungan itu sendiri. Waste is objects or items that are no longer useful or used, whether from households or from the remnants of industrial operations. The increasing volume of waste generation requires management. Waste is material that is discarded or thrown away from sources that originate from natural processes or human activities that have no economic value. Waste management aims to improve public health and environmental quality while turning waste into a resource. If the community does not start reducing their waste, the available waste disposal sites (TPS) will not be able to accommodate the continuously increasing waste. Bank Sampah as a solution for waste management while also utilizing waste for the welfare of the community. In fulfilling their needs, human actions towards nature do not always cause damage, but can instead collaborate with the environment itself.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the problem of juvenile delinquency has become a serious concern. The delinquency is triggered by intrinsic motivation (inner drive, such as age and position in the family) and extrinsic motivation (external drive, such as family environment, school, social circles, and mass media). Given its broad impact, fair legal efforts are needed that prioritize recovery for children in conflict with the law. One of the approaches implemented is the Diversion system regulated in Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. This system must be implemented at every level of the criminal justice process, including the prosecution stage. This study focuses on discussing cases of criminal accompaniment (deelneming) involving many child perpetrators. The formulation of the problem raised in this study is How is the application of diversion to criminal accompaniment (deelneming) cases at the prosecution level and how is the legal certainty of the implementation of diversion in criminal accompaniment (deelneming) cases at the prosecution level. In this study, the author uses the theory of punishment and the theory of legal certainty. The research method used is a normative legal approach. This study uses a statute approach and a case approach which in principle originates from primary legal materials consisting of laws and judges' decisions, secondary legal materials consisting of books, research results, articles and tertiary legal materials from libraries, articles and websites. The legal material analysis technique uses grammatical interpretation techniques. The results of this study show that diversion must be implemented by public prosecutors, in addition, public prosecutors who handle child cases must have the following requirements: they must have experience as public prosecutors, have interest, attention, dedication, and understand children's problems, and have attended technical training on child justice. In addition, legal certainty related to Diversion has been clearly regulated in laws and regulations. However, its implementation has not been optimal. The Child Criminal Justice System Law mandates education and training for law enforcers to improve their competence in handling child cases. Unfortunately, the principle of expected legal benefits has not been fully felt by children in conflict with the law. The suggestion in this study is that public prosecutors who handle cases must be public prosecutors who have technical training certification on child justice and that a letter of appointment be made from the Attorney General's Office regarding the case handling team with more than one child perpetrator, the public prosecutor team that handles consists of at least more than 3 (three).

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan model permainan kebugaran jasmani siswa SMP kelas VIII di Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dapat digunakan pada proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model prosedural yakni model pengembangan (R&D) dari Borg dan Gall dengan tahapan 9 tahapan yaitu; Pengumpulan informasi, (2) Mengembangkan produk, (3) Evaluasi ahli permainan dan 3 orang guru, (4) Uji coba kelompok kecil di SMPN 1 Srono, (5) Revisi model permainan, (6) Uji coba yang dilakukan pada kelompok besar di 3 Sekolah SMPN di area Srono Kabupaten Banyuwangi, (7) Uji kepraktisan, (8) Revisi produk akhir, (9) Produk akhir. Jenis data penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Adapun instrumen untuk memperoleh data menggunakan non tes dan kuesioner (skala likert). Teknik analisis data pada penelitian dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh para ahli untuk uji coba produk adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Uji coba penelitian dilakukan di 3 sekolah SMPN Negeri kelas VIII yang berada di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Hasil data penelitian yang diperoleh diantaranya, hasil data ahli permainan diperoleh presentase 89,58% yang dinyatakan “sangat valid”, hasil tinjauan praktisi diperoleh presentase 82,29% (sangat valid), dan 4,09 bermakna tinggi untuk tingkat keterlaksanaan. Hasil uji kelompok kecil yang diperoleh sebesar 80,51% (sangat valid), dan hasil uji kelompok besar diperoleh presentase 90,5% (sangat valid). Dari data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa model permainan kebugaran jasmani siswa SMP kelas VIII valid dan dapat digunakan.

Abstract

An excellent generation with noble character and knowledge is the goal of implementing education. The implementation of appropriate learning can provide good learning outcomes. The PjBL learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that requires students to work together in completing a predetermined project. The purpose of this study was to analyze student learning outcomes before and after the PjBL learning process and project-based learning outcomes. This study uses a one group pre-test post-test design, a sample of 15 students using the PjBL learning model as the treatment applied and analyzing the learning outcomes obtained by students during the learning process. This study concludes that through the implementation of the PjBL learning model, it provides differences in learning outcomes before and after the learning process is held on the material of energy mechanics concepts in the thermodynamics course with a value 0f 0,000. In addition, based on the research results obtained, the results of project-based learning produce good average values with an average value reaching 90% of student were able to complete the tasks thad had been given

Abstract

Indonesia has targeted achieving national sugar self-sufficiency in 2035 through intensification and extensification. Marginal land, including in geological formation areas originating from marine-volcanic influences, is considered for utilization. Efforts to increase the productivity of sugarcane cultivation land on marginal land require an evaluation of the suitability of varieties and fertilizer inputs. The study aimed to characterize and manage land in the marine-volcanic area of ??Mount Semeru for sugarcane cultivation. The method used to answer the challenges of marginal land for sugarcane cultivation was divided into stages: environmental identification, climate identification, soil characteristic identification, resistant typology evaluation, sugarcane maturity type evaluation, variety suitability identification, and fertilizer dosage. The results of the study showed that marine-volcanic land can be utilized for sugarcane cultivation to produce high productivity above 80 t/ha by placing location-specific varieties and appropriate fertilizer management. Environmental and soil characteristics include rainfall of >2,000 mm/year and flat-sloping land topography dominated by an average sand texture fraction of > 30%. The appropriate varieties are Kidang Kencana, Bululawang/, NXI 4T, VMC 76-16, VMC 86-550, and NX03. The type of maturity of sugarcane varieties at the research location partly changed, such as the NX03 and VMC 76-16 varieties, which were originally middle-late ripe and changed to early-middle, which affected the fertilizer given at each location and the influence of clay percentage. The amount of fertilizer in the research area on average for plantcane was 151.75 kg/ha, 62 kg/haP2O5, and 103.5 kg/haK2O, and for ratoon 227.63 kg/ha, 38 kg/haP2O5, and 146.5 kg/haK2O.

Abstract

Pengembang selaku pelaku usaha bidang Real Estat jenis apartemen, hubungan hukum antara pengembang dan pembeli berdasarkan perjanjian Surat Pesanan unit apartemen, pengembang telah melakukan wanprestasi atas perjanjian yaitu tidak realisasi pembangunan apartemen sesuai waktu yang dijanjikan, hal tersebut sudah menjadi fenomena hukum di Indonesia. Berdasarkan uraian dalam penulisan ini, maka permasalahan yang dikemukakan dalam tesis ini adalah 1) bagaimana akibat hukum dari perjanjian Surat Pesanan unit apartemen bagi para pihak terhadap pengembang yang melakukan wanprestasi? 2) Bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum yang dapat diperoleh pembeli atas tidak terealisasinya pembangunan apartemen. Dari hasil penelitian normatif yang dianalisa secara kualitatif ini dapat diperoleh bentuk akibat hukum atas tindakan wanprestasi oleh pengembang dan bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi pembeli. Solusi kongkrit dari pengembang saat ini untuk penyelesaian permasalahan adalah relokasi unit, maka harus mencarikan solusi terkait tuntutan pengembalian uang, denda dan ganti rugi kepada pembeli yang tidak memiliki kejelasan pembayaran kepada pembeli dan belum ada upaya untuk memperoleh perlindungan hukum yang dijamin oleh undang-undang, karena kurang edukasi dan literasi pembeli sehingga sangat diperlukan peran dan perhatian pemerintah, agar eksistensi lembaga pemerintahan dan non pemerintahan dalam penyelesaian masalah bagi pembeli yang dirugikan.
