Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan  manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler teater di SMKN 1 Pekanbaru; 2) mendeskripsikan pembentukan karakter siswa pada manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler teater di SMKN 1 Pekanbaru; dan 3) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan  prestasi ekstrakurikuler teater pada manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler teater di SMKN 1 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan telaah dokumen, observasi dan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian unsur di sekolah yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber data, dalam hal ini Kepala Sekolah, waka kesiswaan, dan pembina teater di SMKN 1 Pekanbaru. Jenis data yang diperoleh berupa data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) manajemen ekstrakurikuler teater di SMKN 1 Pekanbaru meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi terlaksana dengan sangat baik dan sistematis merujuk pada permendikbud nomor 81 A tahun 2013; 2) karakter yang terbentuk, yaitu; religius, jujur, disiplin, kreatif, percaya diri, mandiri, kerjasama dan tanggung jawab; dan 3) prestasi ekstrakurikuler teater SMKN 1 Pekanbaru semakin baik dibuktikan dengan banyaknya tanda prestasi berupa piala kejuaraan, penghargaan, juga koneksi dengan masyarakat semakin luas. Dengan demikian, dapat dipahami bahwa manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler teater di SMKN 1 Pekanbaru dilaksanakan secara optimal dan dapat membentuk karakter siswa serta meningkatkan prestasi ekstrakurikuler teater di SMKN 1 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap komitmen karyawan dan kinerja karyawan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen karyawan. Serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan seluruh karyawan PT. Rubber Wood Industries Indo Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar yang berjumlah 70 orang. Sampel yang mewakili jumlah populasi yaitu sebanyak 70 orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analisis, dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan. Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Abstract: background of this study is the lack of ability of children in rough motor skills. Some children may not be able to perform coordinated body movements to train flexibility, balance and agility, some children may not be able to coordinate the movement of hand-foot-head, in imitating the dance. Therefore, it is necessary efforts to improve gross motor skills of children in dance creations that butterfly dance. The purpose of this study was 1) to determine how to create the flexibility of the child's body through dance creations with dance training so that the child's body can dance properly, 2) to determine the application of dance creations to enhance the flexibility of the muscles of the children aged 5-6 years di tk. Kasih ibu sintong rokan hilir, 3) to determine the dance creations can improve rough motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in tk kasih ibu sintong, 4) to find out how high the increase in rough motor skills of children through dance creations. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles, namely cycle i and cycle ii. In each cycle consists of four phases: planning, action observation, reflection, data collection tools used in this study is the observation sheet form. The number of subjects in this study were 20 children that consist of 15 girls and 5 boys. Based on the analysis of the assessment process there was an increase of 2 cycles. Improvement occurred, is from before action to the first cycle was 65.68%, cycle i cycle ii amounted to 30.62% and as well as the improvement of the prior cycle to the second cycle of 116, 40%. From the results of these studies concluded that through dance creations can improve gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in tk kasih ibu sintong.Keywords: Improving Kids Rough Motor Skills Childhood 5-6 Years, Through Creative Dance.

Abstract

Abstract : The study aims to know the increased ability to know the form of geometry to the group B through the method of the project in Kindergarten Mutiara Bunda District Bangkinang Regency of Kampar. The research is the kind of research a class action or (PTK) which was held in two cycles. Every cycle consists of the planning stage, action, observation, and reflection. The subject of this study is the group B of 15 children in TK Mutiara Bunda. The research be obtained through the method of observation and analysis data that was done by using analysis of the sort of descriptive set of quantitative and qualitative. Research show that this method of project can improve the ability of a familiar geometry to the group B. It can be seen from increasing the percentage of the ability to know the geometry of the child to cycle 1 of 37,10% with the criteria bud (MB) and increased by 35,36% on the second to 50,22% with the criteria developed in accordance with the hope (BSH). Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap para orang tua di TK Al-Azhar 54 Kota Pekanbaru, diperoleh informasi bahwa hampir sebagian besar orang tua tidak mengetahui bahaya penggunaan gadget, memberikan aturan waktu bermain gadget, tidak memberi pengawasan, batasan konten internet yang boleh diakses anak, belum memahami dampak gadget, serta belum dapat membimbing anak tentang penggunaan internet yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian dalam artikel ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Smart Parenting terhadap kemampuan mediasi digital orang tua selama pandemi di TK Al-Azhar 54 Kota Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan melibatkan 34 orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Al-Azhar 54 Kota Pekanbaru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah test objektif true false. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan media Smart Parenting terhadap kemampuan mediasi digital orang tua, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung of 18.848 > ttabel of 2.035 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Maka, Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti terdapat pegaruh yang signifikan variabel media Smart Parenting terhadap variabel mediasi digital orang tua dan besarnya nilai pengaruh sebesar 78.14%. Jadi, dapat dikatakan bahwa 78.14% kemampuan mediasi digital orang tua dipengaruhi oleh media Smart Parenting.

Abstract

Teacher performance or work performance is the result achieved by the teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience and sincerity as well as the use of time. The other is including the lack of teacher motivation in teaching and doing their job, the lack of teacher dedication to advancing the school and assisting students in achieving both in competitions and in the Olympics. Besides, an unsupportive work climate, lack of teacher discipline, and there are still many teachers who do not make preparations in teaching are also found in the field. This study uses a descriptive correlational research method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were teachers of State Elementary Schools 10, 12, 23, and 35 totaling 44 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, so all the population of 44 teachers was the sample. The results of this study, partially or individually there is the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at SDN Rupat District.

Abstract

This research is to know teacher's assessment on school readiness for children of 5-6 year-old in State Kindergarten in Pekanbaru (motoric physical, emotional social, moral, language, and cognitive aspects). The population in this research is all children after 5-6 years with total of 425 children and 150 children was taken as the sample. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection technique used was observation sheet. SBased on the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the percentage of all 5 aspects of school readiness in children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten in Pekanbaru: the aspect of physical motor readiness obtained equal to 68.22% belonging to high category of motoric physical readiness and smooth child is said Developing As Expectation (BSH), emotional social readiness aspect is obtained equal to 62.47% belong to high category hence emotional social readiness of child is said Develop As Expectation (BSH), moral readiness aspect is obtained as much as 63.21% belongs to high category so the moral readiness of children is said Developed As Expectation (BSH), the aspect of language readiness is 51.14% is enough category then the readiness of children language is said to Start Developing (MB) and the aspect of cognitive readiness obtained by 49.08% is sufficient then the cognitive readiness of children is said Start developing (MB).

Abstract

Early childhood education is a coaching effort to the children from birth to six years old by carrying out stimuli of education in order to help physical and spiritual growth and development and they also have readiness to enter further education.  Day care is one of early childhood education services for children aged 0-6 years. This research was to find out how the description of Buah Hati Bunda Day Care management. In addition, the object of research was day care of Buah Hati Bunda by providing 8 indicators and 22 sub-indicators to fulfill the management. The quantitative descriptive method was used to find out the description of the day care management. Data collection techniques used are using observation sheets. Based on the data analysis obtained the percentage of 8 indicators: 1) physical is 85% and it is categorized into excellent level, 2) toys and equipment is 75.3% and it is categorized into good level, 3) tutor is 80% and it is categorized into excellent level, 4) daily activities are  100% and it is categorized into excellent level, 5) tutor qualifications are 37.5% and it is categorized into poor level, 6) adult interaction  is 75%  and it is categorized into good level, 7) relationship with the parents  is 100%  and it is categorized into  excellent level, 8) licensing and  accreditation is 100% and it is categorized into excellent level. From the data, it can be concluded that the management of  Buah Hati Bunda  Day Care is categorized into good level.

Abstract

Making and compiling teaching materials is a must for teachers to be able to present exciting learning. Tambang District is one of the sub-districts in Kampar Regency, Riau Province, that requires online training in teaching materials for early childhood. This is because many teachers still have not been able to present exciting teaching materials when doing online learning. Teachers only tend to give assignments to children through the WhatsApp platform media. If this condition is allowed to drag on, it may significantly affect early childhood development. The training is carried out using an information discussion approach and practicing making and preparing teaching materials. Early childhood education teachers are guided in making and compiling teaching materials. Based on the output of IBM SPSS Ver.23, it is known that tcount > t table (16.492> 2.11) and Sig (0.000 <0.05) then H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant effect of training in making online-based early childhood teaching materials on the teacher's ability to make teaching materials. Based on the service activities that have been carried out, it can be recommended that training activities for the preparation of online-based early childhood teaching materials are needed.

Abstract

IAIN Susqa Pekanbaru berdiri pada tanggal 19 September 1979 berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia Nomor 194 Tahun 1970. Bagaimanapun, dosen di UIN Suska merupakan sumber daya manusia yang penting dalam lingkup universitas. Menyadari betapa pentingnya sistem informasi sumber daya manusia, budaya organisasi dan motivasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Motivasi dan Kinerja Dosen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau yang berjumlah 547 orang. Sampel yang mewakili total populasi adalah 85 dosen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling, dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan bahwa Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Motivasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Sehingga variabel Sistem Informasi Sumber Daya Manusia, Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau.
