Abstract

Salah satu perilaku negatif yang sering muncul di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar adalah perilaku disruptif. Gejala perilaku disruptif meliputi perilaku yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan belajar, perilaku yang mengganggu hak belajar siswa, perilaku yang tidak aman secara psikologis dan fisik, serta perilaku yang menyebabkan kerusakan properti di sekolah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan, khususnya bagi orang tua dan guru, tentang perilaku disruptif dan memahaminya agar orang tua dan guru dapat memperkuatnya dan anak-anak terhindar dari perilaku disruptif. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini adalah tinjauan pustaka. Artikel ini berisi definisi, penyebab, dan gejala perilaku disruptif. Selain itu, artikel ini memberikan beberapa solusi dan kiat bagi guru dan orang tua tentang cara menangani anak yang berperilaku disruptif. Salah satu strategi untuk menangani perilaku disruptif adalah layanan bimbingan dan konseling berbasis pendekatan perkembangan. Terdapat beberapa bentuk intervensi untuk mengatasi perilaku disruptif yang telah dilakukan oleh praktisi terapi klinis dan perkembangan dengan fokus sasaran yang berbeda-beda, yaitu pada anak, orang tua, dan lingkungan. Intervensi ini diperlukan agar kesempatan untuk memanfaatkan perkembangan anak dapat terwujud dengan baik.

Abstract

Cheating on elementary school students has occurred for a long time, but it is still difficult for teachers and schools to overcome this phenomenon. Cheating causes children to be dishonest in achieving high scores. Besides, cheating will also have an impact when the students become adults. This behavior is harmful to other students who have studied hard and been honest in completing exams and assignments from teachers at school. Cheating is an act that is dishonest, fraudulent, and justifies any means to obtain a high score in completing tasks, especially on tests or exams. This article applied a literature review as the research methodology to explain situational, dispositional, personal, and external factors causing cheating. It was observed that cheating mostly done by students included changing answers in the exam after reading notes when the teacher was out of the classroom, using notes prepared to answer the questions, looking at or asking for answers from other students, and allowing other students to view or copy their answers. This article encouraged the participation of parents, classroom teachers, and school institutions to work together to improve the students’ self-awareness so that cheating would not become a habit to reach a high score in the future.

Abstract

Making and compiling teaching materials is a must for teachers to be able to present exciting learning.Tambang District is one of the sub-districts in Kampar Regency, Riau Province, that requires onlinetraining in teaching materials for early childhood. This is because many teachers still have not been ableto present exciting teaching materials when doing online learning. Teachers only tend to giveassignments to children through the WhatsApp platform media. If this condition is allowed to drag on, itmay significantly affect early childhood development. The training is carried out using an informationdiscussion approach and practicing making and preparing teaching materials. Early childhood educationteachers are guided in making and compiling teaching materials. Based on the output of IBM SPSSVer.23, it is known that tcount > t table (16.492> 2.11) and Sig (0.000 <0.05) then H0 is rejected, whichmeans that there is a significant effect of training in making online-based early childhood teachingmaterials on the teacher's ability to make teaching materials. Based on the service activities that havebeen carried out, it can be recommended that training activities for the preparation of online-based earlychildhood teaching materials are needed.

Abstract

This article covers how to plan, organize, implement, and supervise school management in creating education at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir District in Kampar. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques use documentation, observation, and interviews. The research subjects involve school principals, deputy principals, teachers, employees/staff, school supervisors, committees, and student representatives at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir District in Kampar. The results of the research show that 1) the implementation of the school management planning function in implementing educational process standards at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir in Kampar can be categorized as good, 2) the organization of school management in implementing standard educational processes at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir in Kampar is good, 3) the implementation of school management in implementing educational process standards at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir in Kampar is quite good, and 4) the supervision of school management in implementing standard educational processes at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir in Kampar can be classified as good, as seen from the supervision carried out by the principal and school supervisor. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising school management in creating education at SMPN 2 Kampar Kiri Hilir in Kampar overall is applied well.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan akuntabilitas guru terhadap mutu SD di Kecamatan Tampan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi pada artikel ini melibatkan 156 guru, sedangkan sampel melibatkan 112 guru dari 6 sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Tampan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap mutu sekolah (Y) sebesar 24% dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah yang ditentukan oleh kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan akuntabilitas guru (X2) terhadap mutu sekolah (Y) sebesar 22% dalam menguatkan mutu sekolah yang ditentukan oleh akuntabilitas guru. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif signifikan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah (X1) dan akuntabilitas guru (X2), secara bersama-sama terhadap Mutu Sekolah (Y) ditunjukan dengan persamaan regresi regresi Ý= 0.216 + 0.669X1 + 0.398X2 dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 28.5%. Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah, antara akuntabilitas guru terhadap mutu sekolah serta pengaruh yang positif signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan akuntabilitas guru secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu sekolah.

Abstract

Language skills are very important in early childhood development. This literature review aims to provide reinforcement to parents and teachers in order to stimulate language skills in children from an early age. It is necessary applied for children so that the opportunity to make the children’s golden age of 0 to 4 can be realized on both aspects of development, especially in the language improvement. Language improvement in early childhood is not only oriented to the ability to speak alone but also a process that successively starts from listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This is important for children to be improved and optimized since kindergarten, subsequently when taking formal education in elementary, junior, senior high school, and college, children's language skills are in a good category. Meanwhile, these skills are also essential for a career in the future. Parents as the child's closest environment must stimulate and adjust children to speak properly so that language development can be optimal. In addition, teachers also have a very big role in stimulating children through storytelling, question and answer methods, dialogue methods, and many more methods that can be used in stimulating the language development of their students at school.

Abstract

Peran orangtua akan mempengaruhi pembentukan karakter anak. Menuntun anak untuk memiliki karaketer yang mandiri tidaklah mudah bagiorangtua. Tanpa bimbingan orangtua, kemandirian pada anak tidak akan meningkat. Nyatanya, masih ada anak yang mempunyai sedikit kemandiriandalam melakukan aktifitas sehari-hari. Oleh sebab itu, artikel ini membawa kita untuk menganalisis tingkat kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun yangdiasuh orang tua tunggal di Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua tunggal yangberada di Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu berjumlah 32 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian analisis tingkatkemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun yang diasuh orang tua tunggal di Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir yang terdiri dari 7 indikatordiantaranya: indikator pekemampuan fisik dengan persentase 82.29% pada kategori sangat baik. Indikator percaya diri dengan perolehan persentase70.12% berada pada ketegori baik. Selanjutnya indikator bertanggung jawab dengan persentase 76.56% berada pada kategori baik. Indikator disiplindengan persentase 72.92% berada pada kategori baik. Adapun indikator pandai bergaul dengan persentasi 80.66% berada pada kategori baik.Indikatorsaling berbagi dengan persentase 74.22% berada pada kategori baik. Berikutnya indikator mengendalikan emosi dengan jumlah persentase67.19% berada pada kategori baik. Adapun hasil secara keseluruhan persentase analisis kemandirian anak usia5-6 tahun yang diasuh orang tuatunggal di Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dengan persentase 74.84% berada pada kategori baik. Teknik pengumpulan datayang digunakan melalui data primer yaitu dilakukan secara langsung oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan angket.

Abstract

This article reports an analysis of promotion management at SMAN Sports of Riau Province. The research entitled "Management of Promotion for New Student Admissions at SMAN Sports Riau" used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data were obtained through interviews on the sources of research information and observations observed in the institutions and the environment around the institution regarding promotion carried out by SMAN Sports Riau. Sources of data were the principal, public relations, committee that accepted new students, and teachers. Data analysis used the Analysis Interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The research outcome based on the planning of promotion in terms of the acceptance of new students at the Riau Sports Public High School has been applied well. Riau Sports Public High School in planning the promotion has planned specific management for promotion in terms of acceptance of new students. The organization of promotion in terms of the acceptance of new students at the Riau Sports Public High School has been implemented well. Organizing activities conducted were the activity for distributing the roles to all committees. The implementation of promotion in terms of the acceptance of new students at the Sports Public High School has been implemented well. It could be seen from the implementation of promotions that have been applied over the entire regencies or cities in Riau Province run well in accordance with the planning and organizing. Supervision of the promotion for new student admissions at the Sports Public High School has been applied well. The principal and the committee of new student admissions together have reviewed and classified the problems faced as long as advertizing promotion.

Abstract

This article is based on the lack of parents’ knowledge to create a pleasant and exciting atmosphere for children, the lack of parents’ knowledge to make children feel unpressured by a sudden change, the lack of parents’ knowledge on children’s perceptions of risk and fears, and the lack of parents’ knowledge to educate the children when the children were getting a failure. Hence, the research in this article is aimed to find out the effect of smart parenting media on parents' knowledge regarding resilience for 5–6 years old children. The research used a quantitative research approach with experimental research. The population of the research involved 30 parents and the sample used was 30 parents who have children aged 5–6 years at Pembina Kindergarten Tempuling in Indragiri Hilir. The data collection technique was used through a true-false objective test. The results showed that there was an effect of the use of smart parenting media on parents' knowledge regarding children's resilience. It can be seen from the results of scores and percentages from the pre-test to the post-test. Thus, there is an effect of using smart parenting media on parents' knowledge regarding the resilience of children aged 5–6 years.

Abstract

Based on observations of parents at Kindergarten Al-Azhar 54 Pekanbaru, it was found that most parents had limited knowledge regarding the dangers of gadget use. Many parents provided excessive freedom to children in using gadgets, did not control the duration of gadget use, did not limit internet content accessible to children, lacked understanding of the impacts of gadget use, and were not able to properly guide children in using the internet appropriately.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Smart Parenting media on parents’ digital mediation skills during the pandemic at Kindergarten Al-Azhar 54 Pekanbaru. This study employed a quantitative experimental research design. The sample consisted of 34 parents who had children aged 5–6 years at Kindergarten Al-Azhar 54 Pekanbaru. Data were collected using a true–false objective test.The results showed that there was a significant effect of the use of Smart Parenting media on parents’ digital mediation skills. This was indicated by a tcount value of 18.848, which was greater than the ttable value of 2.035, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H₀ was rejected and Hₐ was accepted, indicating a significant effect of Smart Parenting media on parents’ digital mediation skills. The magnitude of the effect was 78.14%, meaning that 78.14% of parents’ digital mediation skills were influenced by the use of Smart Parenting media.
