This research gives benefit to enhance knowledge in terms of business and management education, especially for students of ITB ASIA Malang. For the students, this research can become an evaluation material to understand the effects of students’ competence, struggle, desire, and interest in entrepreneurship in entrepreneurial spirit. Incubation program available in ITB ASIA can also motivate the students to have the will to build a business and in the mentioned program can raise successful entrepreneur in any field. The population of the study of this research is the students of Faculty of Economics of ITB ASIA Malang who has taken Entrepreneurship course in a total of 226 people. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded as follow. There is a direct effect of entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship by 6.571 with the probability magnitude (Sig.) for entrepreneurship education of 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of t-count ≥ t-table (6.571 > 1.65573). There is a direct impact on gender to interest in entrepreneurship by 2.945 with the probability magnitude (Sig.) for entrepreneurship education of 0.004 < 0.05 and the value of t-count ≥ t-table (2.945 > 1.65573). There is a direct effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation by 11.580 with the probability magnitude (Sig.) for entrepreneurship education of 0.000 > 0.05 and the value of t-count ≥ t-table (11.580 < 1.65573). There is a direct impact on gender to entrepreneurial motivation by 1.039 with the probability magnitude (Sig.) for gender of 0.301 < 0.05 and the value of t-count ≥ t-table (1.039 > 1.65573). There is a direct effect of interest in entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial motivation by 8.172 with the probability magnitude (Sig.) for interest in entrepreneurship of 0.000 > 0.05 and the value of tcount ≥ ttable (8.172 < 1.65573). There is a direct effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial motivation by 4.848 with a path coefficient of E2 0.394 and E1 0.716. There is a direct impact on gender to entrepreneurial motivation by 0.251 with a path coefficient of E2 0.394 and E1 0.716.

This literature review focuses on the relationship between working from home (WFH) and the new future order. The method employed is a bibliometric literature review that was examined using VOSviewer software. The VOSviewer software analysis technique was used to assess papers produced via the Scopus database and utilized as a reference for researchers. The findings of 315 papers were cited from 2020 to 2022, with just 40 articles being evaluated. The researchers then clarified and visualized co-authorship, co-accurance, and citation using VOSviewer softwareThis literature review, as a whole, provides a reliable starting point for additional research on the topic at hand. Working from home refers to a variety of methods of working that are common among today's workers. Working from home is a flexible and automated work method that allows employees to work from home via telecommuting, teleworking, and remote work by leveraging modern digital technology tools as a bridge to work. All men and women between the ages of 25 and 60 can work from home. Working flexibly in the "New Normal" focuses on the new order in the possibility of working from home is more focused on using SWOT analysis, which intends to read and observe working from home in the future

It should be realized together that to develop Human Resources every organization has limitations. Therefore, it is necessary to involve other parties in the process of developing Human Resources. It is through this way that team productivity and teamwork are needed. The bibliometric literature method uses a systematic and detailed approach. This study aims to analyze the sources of literature related to keyword "team productivity "OR" team work "OR" team effectiveness "OR" team performance". In this study using bibliometric analysis published as many as 51 in journals or in proceedings and indexed in the scope of the time duration used 2017-2021, this provides an overview of the development of further research that will be used in companies, especially work teams in increasing productivity, team work, providing some information can be developed research with team work and team productivity.

The level of welfare, work stress and work-life balance, and employee psychology need to be considered for each individual. Individual welfare is expected to be an alternative for employees who have burdens both internally and externally. The application of workplace well being in the organization will be optimal for employee performance. The purpose of this study is to provide an extensive bibliometric literature study on workplace well-being. Articles quoted from the Scopus database, from 416 articles found from 2017 to 2021, there were 175 articles analyzed in the study. After managing the database, the researchers performed classification and visualization using VOSviewer software to be able to analyze co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citations. Overall, this literature study provides more references for further research on job stress, job life balance and workplace wellbeing at the level of education and seminars

Information and communication technology (ICT) has an important role in economic development throughout the world. One of the choices of new methods that involve technology to complete a job remotely is mobile working. The application of mobile working provides many benefits for workers and companies. One of the benefits of implementing mobile working is improving work-life balance. Work-life balance is an individual's ability, regardless of gender, to balance work and family obligations. Research related to work-life balance in the era of mobile working is still lacking, especially in the Asian region. In addition, the main keyword that dominates the work-life balance is still the work environment. In the mobile working era, work-life balance was investigated using bibliometric methods to provide an appropriate reference for further research. Objective this research aims to provide a comprehensive bibliometric literature study on work-life balance in the mobile working era. The articles in this study were obtained from the Scopus database, a total of 47 articles related to work-life balance in the mobile working era in 2020-2022. Researchers use VOSviewer software to help conduct co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citation analysis.

This research aims to further understand the effect of employee involvement and fairness in an organization that is perceived to have a positive workplace atmosphere. The mediating role of employee involvement in linking workplace flexibility with the behavior of co-workers, of course, the perception of fairness for every worker must absolutely be obtained in the work environment. Therefore, the aim of this research is to provide a reference for an extensive bibliometric study of the relationship between employees and the work environment. After managing the article data base compiled from Scopus from 55 articles found that were run from 2018-2020 there were 20 articles analyzed in this study. and analyzed managing with VOSviewer software to analyze co-authorship, co-accurance, and citation. Overall, this literature study provides an appropriate reference point for further research on the topic of Workplace Flexibility

Correlational research is a research that includes data collection activities selecting and determining between the relationship and the degree of relationship between two or more variables. The existence of relationships and the level of variables is very important because by knowing more about the level of existing relationships, researchers can provide explanations according to the research objectives, namely research that is used as hypothesis testing or theory that is useful for strengthening hypotheses or theories or rejecting hypotheses that have been studied previously. Quantitative research with a descriptive approach will turn into hypothesis testing (hypothesis testing) or explanatory research (explanatory research).

The purpose of this research is to examine the discussion of transformational leadership. This review analyzes 6877 articles found and extracted into 646 scientific articles from the Scopus database during the period 2018 – 2022 with bibliometric analysis techniques using VOSviewer software. The results of the analysis have identified the most active and influential co-authorship, co-accurance, and citations in this field. The elaboration and visualization of the origin mapping where keyword analysis will occur conveys developments on the topic of transformational leadership. This literature study can be a source of reference for further research on the topic of transformational leadership and relationships using other key terms.

OCB is an important behavior carried out by an employee in the company because OCB can improve employee performance and organizational success. Research using bibliometric analysis to offer a broad overview of the topic of OCB for future experiments is still rare. This literature review study aims to provide a broader study of (OCB) using bibliometric analysis. The articles used in this study were compiled from the Scopus database. There were 53 articles found and analyzed in this study from 2018 to 2021. After managing the database from Scopus, the researchers then carried out classification and visualization using VOSviewer software to analyze co-authorship, co-occurrence, and citations. This literature study as a whole can provide references and an overview of OCB in the right company for future research. The results of research using bibliometric analysis are important for academics, researchers, company organizations, and company owners, especially for employees who do OCB. This has the intention that company leaders can find out things related to OCB so that they can provide support to employees who have done OCB, because with good OCB an employee will have a high level of loyalty, for example, individuals will remain loyal even to their organization even though the organization is experiencing difficult conditions

Background: Perkembangan teknologi pada kegiatan administrasi berpengaruh terhadap dunia pendidikan khususnya pada SMK jurusan administrasi perkantoran. Guru sebagai tenaga profesional mempunyai tugas, peran, dan kedudukan yang sangat penting dalam mencapai visi pendidikan. Salah satu kriteria guru profesional adalah guru yang mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan keilmuan yang hari demi hari semakin canggih. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru SMK bidang Administrasi perkantoran, khususnya pada keterampilan menggunakan virtual office. Metode: Diawali Observasi dan wawancara, dilanjutkan dengan pengembangan virtual office. Selanjutnya dalam pelatihan ini yakni presentasi, demonstrasi, dan praktik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan di SMKN 1 Boyolangu dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 25 guru SMK Jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran se-Kabupaten Tulungagung. Hasil: Berdasarkan pengisian angket pada pemanfaatan virtual office menunjukkan nilai yang cukup bagus yakni diatas 80% yang menunjukkan bahwa guru cukup puas terhadap pengembangan aplikasi virtual office ini. Kesimpulan: Guru mengalami peningkatan informasi dan pengetahuan dalam menggunakan virtual office khususnya e-filling dan e-petty cash.
