Abstract

Service quality has an important role in enhancing company performance. A key factor to win the competition lied in the company ability to make its costumer satisfy. Service quality has already become main focus for RSI Aisyiah, and the service quality enhancement is the most serious challenge that must be done in all sectors. In a tight competition and fast business environment changes, consistency in quality service is necessary to maintain superiority in competition, so the RSI WAFA Kepanjen performance could be enhanced. The objective of this research is to analyze influence the service quality, which consists of reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangible, on hospital performance. The number of sample is 78 from 350 respondents (Annual Data Report RSI Aisyiah, 2007), by purposive sampling technique. The respondent criteria are patients who had been hospitalized in RSI WAFA Kepanjen. Data were analyzed by multiple regression models.Result of research descriptively shows score mean obtained that reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangible dimensions have been well applied in RSI WAFA Kepanjen and in its marketing, which is indicated by costumer retention of RSI WAFA , is relatively high. The multiple regression analysis shows that the service quality has significant impact on marketing performance simultaneously in RSI WAFA Kepanjen and partially, all five dimensions of service quality have significant impact on marketing performance of RSI WAFA. It means that hospital performance can be obtained by maintaining service quality improvement. The improvement of hospital performance and patient satisfaction can be effectively done if all existing elements have a high commitment and loyalty to the company in maintaining service quality. Due to that reason, RSI WAFA Kepanjen need to apply proactive and partnership marketing in an effort to approach the costumer and by enhancing service quality could also give contribution on hospital performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memaparkan pengaruh faktor budaya, kelas sosial, kelompok acuan, motivasi, persepsi, dan pengetahuan konsumen secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mi instan merek Sedaap di Desa Sekarpuro, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang.Populasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga yang pernah atau sedang menggunakan mi instan merek Sedaap di wilayah Desa Sekarpuro, Kecamatan Pakis, Kabupaten Malang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Penentuan sampel di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus infinite population dari Daniel dan Terrel dikarenakan peneliti belum mengetahui jumlah pasti pengguna mi instan merek Sedaap pada wilayah yang ditelitinya. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data primer dilakukan dengan cara Accidental sampling, yaitu memberikan angket atau kuesioner kepada sampel yang menggunakan mi instan merek Sedaap yang secara kebetulan dijumpai, dimana kuesioner sebelumnya telah diuji melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang diteliti menggunakan software SPSS 13 for windows.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa diantara faktor budaya, faktor kelas sosial, faktor kelompok acuan, faktor motivasi, faktor perspsi, dan faktor kelompok acuan, faktor budaya adalah faktor yang paling dominan di dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian mi instan merek Sedaap. Karena memiliki nilai eigen value tertinggi sebesar 5.337 dibanding faktor lainnya

Abstract

This study aims to examine the internalization of economic education for subak farmers. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of phenomenological research. Sources of data in this study are primary sources and secondary sources. The primary sources in the study were headman and subak farmers. Secondary sources in this research are documents related to research. The population in this study was 68 subak. The results of this study are Balinese cultural values consisting of religious values, happiness values, togetherness values, family values, and austerity values that underlie economic behavior of rationality, morality, and alturism. The form of internalization of economic education for subak farmers is economic education learning through (1) exemplary parents to their children in production, consumption, and distribution activities, (2) verbal explanations from parents to their children regarding economic activities, managing finances, economic management strategies, economic themes, (3) Discussion of relevant cases regarding expressing opinions and making decisions, family economic problems, and careful use of money. The obstacles to internalizing economic education for subak farmers are internal and external constraints.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peserta didik saat ini merupakan generasi Z dan Alfa yang memiliki karakteristik sebagai digital native, dimana kehidupan mereka sangat lekat dengan teknologi digital, terutama device android. Saat ini pun sedang terjadi situasi pandemi covid-19 yang menuntut agar pembelajaran dilakukan secara jarak jauh. Berdasarkan hal ini, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran berbasis android dan diharapkan guru dapat mengembangkannya. Akan tetapi, pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis android terkenal susah karena guru harus memahami ilmu coding yang rumit terlebih dahulu. Melihat realitas tersebut, dilakukan pelatihan nasional kepada guru senusantara untuk mengembangkan mobile learning application berbasis android yang akan digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Pelatihan dilakukan secara virtual melalui live stremaing YouTube serta bimbingan intensif oleh instruktur di kelas pada Google Classroom selama satu bulan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan para peserta mampu mengembangkan mobile learning application berbasis android tanpa coding untuk mata pelajaran yang diampunya, kemudian menggunakannya sebagai tool dalam melaksanakan remote learning di situasi pandemi covid-19. Hasil diskusi bersama peserta pelatihan, peserta didik mereka merasa tertarik dan antusias dalam menggunakan mobile learning application yang telah dikembangkan oleh guru.Abstract: Students are currently generation Z and Alfa who have the characteristics of being digital native, where their lives are very closely related to digital technology, especially Android devices. Currently there is also a Covid-19 pandemic situation which demands that learning be carried out remotely. Based on this, android-based learning media is needed and it is hoped that teachers can develop it. However, making Android-based learning media is notoriously difficult because teachers must first understand complex coding. Seeing this reality, a national training was conducted for Indonesian teachers to develop an Android-based mobile learning application that will be used as a learning medium. The training is conducted virtually through YouTube live stremaing as well as intensive guidance by instructors in classes at Google Classroom for one month. The results of this dedication show that the participants are able to develop an Android-based mobile learning application without coding for the subjects they are teaching, then use it as a tool in implementing remote learning in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Abstract

The study aims to develop a project-based learning assessment system to improve students’ competence. Data were obtained using the Research and Development (R&D) methods adopted from Borg & Gall which comprised of 8 stages. The research products were tested by using the construct and content validations conducted by 2 lecturers and 1 teacher, respectively. Furthermore, students’ competence was analyzed by measuring their cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. The product developed obtained highly valid criteria in the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains with scores of 84.6%, 84.2% and 84%, respectively. In addition, the results of content validation obtained highly valid criteria in the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor domains with scores of 90%, 93.3%, and 92%. Furthermore, the results of field testing obtained a score of 82% by 1 archival teacher and 82.77% by 30 students which showed that the assessment instrument received a good response and feasible for use in learning. The improvement in competence was measured by projects made in the instrument, and it led to a significant improvement in competence before using the assessment as learning instrument.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan proses dan hasil belajar siswa pada standar kompetensi Melakukan Prosedur Administrasi (MPA), dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS). Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan santri pondok pesantren salafiyah Al-Azhar, desa Patok Picis, kecamatan Wajak, kabupaten Malang; Peningkatan kesadaran dalam pemanfaatan lahan pondok serta pengelolaan kebersihannya; Peningkatan wawasan santri sehingga dapat memunculkan motivasi dan semangat berwirausaha; Peningkatan nilai ekonomis sumber daya hasil alam yang ada di pondok pesantren. Metode yang digunakan  adalah ceramah, pelatihan dan pendampingan, konten yang dikembangkan mencakup, materi technopreneurship dan kewirausahaan, pengelolaan lingkungan, keterampilan memijat dan pembuatan nugget ikan produk pesantren. Hasil kegiatan ini wawasan wirausaha santri telah meningkat, demikian pula keterampilan dalam pemanfaatan potensi bahan baku lokal untuk produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomi serta pemahaman penerapan teknologi yang lebih efektif untuk penguatan karakteristik pesantren wirausaha.Kata kunci—technopreneurship, santri, wirausaha, pesantreneurship AbstractThe aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge and skills of Al-Azhar Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School students, Patok Picis village, Wajak sub-district, Malang district; Increased awareness in the utilization of cottage land and cleanliness management; Increased students’ knowledge so that it can bring up the motivation and enthusiasm of entrepreneurship; Increasing the economic value of natural resource resources in boarding schools. Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan manajemen dan pembukuan dasar di IKM Sanan Kota Malang ini adalah memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan pendampingan bagi para pelaku usaha kripik tempe untuk membuat pembukuan sederhana sehingga mampu membuat pembukuan sendiri agar tertib dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangannya sehingga dapat terukur pengeluaran, pemasukannya dan keuntungan yang diperoleh serta dapat mengetahui perkembangan usahanya. Metode yang dilakukan adalah melalui sosialisasi, kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para pelaku usaha sampai dengan pelaku usaha mempraktekkan langsung pembukuannya secara riil. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan wirausaha di dalam membuat pembukuan sedehana sehingga meningkatkan motivasi di dalam bekerja. pelatihan pembukuan sederhana mendapat respon yang positif dan pelaku usaha mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai wawasan baru dalam menjalankan usahanya melalui pembukuan/pencatatan keuangan sederhana yang mudah diaplikasikan. Impikasinya adalah melalui pelatihan pembukuan sederhana pelaku usaha IKM Sanan Kota Malang mampu memahami cara berwirausaha yang baik melalui pencatatan keuangan. Kata kunci— IKM Sanan, Malang, Manajemen, Pelatihan, Pembukuan Dasar. Abstract The purpose of basic management and accounting training activities at SMEs Sanan Malang is to provide insights, knowledge and assistance for tempe chip business practitioners to make simple bookkeeping so as to be able to make their own bookkeeping in order to conduct financial records so that measurable expenses can be measured, the income and profits obtained and can find out the development of the business. The method used is through socialization, training activities and mentoring to business actors up to business practitioners directly practicing bookkeeping in real terms. The results obtained from this training activity are able to increase entrepreneur's knowledge and skills in making simple bookkeeping so as to increase motivation in working. simple bookkeeping training gets a positive response and businesses get knowledge and skills about new insights in running their business through simple financial accounting / records that are easily applied. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu produk melalui sertifikasi jaminan produk halal dengan memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pendampingan tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal pada pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Sesuai edaran LPPOM MUI bahwasannya di tahun 2019 seluruh produk yang berkaitan dengan makan dan minum harus memiliki sertifikasi halal. Hal ini menjadi salah satu tantangan bagi para pelaku UKM dalam memahami tentang arti pentingnya memiliki sertifikasi halal terhadap produk yang dimiliki. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini akan menambah wawasan dan pengalaman yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing bagi pelaku UKM. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan melalui tahapan sosialisasi sampai pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikasi jaminan produk halal secara online pada 150 pelaku UKM yang bergerak di bidang kuliner, restoran, café maupun hotel. Penyuluhan Proses Sertifikasi Jaminan Produk Halal Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM)  yang telah dilakukan dapat dilihat dari antusiasme keikutsertaan UKM Kabupaten Trenggalek dan Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat serta pengembangan SDM bagi pelaku UKM di Kabupaten Trenggalek terkait jaminan produk halal.Kata kunci—Penyuluhan, Sertifikasi Jaminan Produk Halal, UKM, Kabupaten Trenggalek. AbstractThis Community Service activity aims to improve product quality through halal product assurance certification by providing knowledge, understanding and assistance on the importance of halal certification for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Trenggalek Regency. According to the LPPOM MUI circular, in 2019 all products related to food and drink must have halal certification. This has become one of the challenges for SMEs in understanding the importance of having halal certification for their products. It is expected that this activity will add insight and experience that can increase productivity and competitiveness for SMEs. Counseling activities carried out through the stages of socialization to the assistance of online halal product assurance certification registration on 150 SMEs actors engaged in culinary, restaurants, cafes and hotels. Abstract

Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting untuk peningkatan kemakmuran masyarakat. Adanya pandemi COVID-19 sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlasangungan usahanya khususnya pemasaran produk yang semakin sulit, sehingga target penjualan tidak tercapai. Oleh karena itu UMKM perlu untuk memperoleh pendampingan, dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing agar UMKM teteap survive. Ada 3 program yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM, yaitu penguatan kualitas produk, peningkatan kualitas pelabelan dan pengemasan, dan diversifikasi pemasaran. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan penguatan kualitas produk, pelabelan dan pengemasan, serta diversifikasi pemasaran dilakukan secara digital marketing.Kata kunci— Daya saing, diversifikasi pemasaran, pelabelan dan pengemasan AbstractMicro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a vital role in increasing the community’s prosperity. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic is very influential on the sustainability of its business, especially the marketing of products that are increasingly difficult, so that sales targets are not achieved. Therefore, MSMEs need to obtain assistance to increase competitiveness so that MSMEs survive. Three programs can be done to improve the competitiveness of MSME products, namely strengthening product quality, improving the quality of labeling and packaging, and diversifying marketing.
