Abstract

Quality in learning greatly affects the level of student success in learning. In improving quality, of course, there must be application in learning, namely by developing functions and benefits in learning media in elementary schools. Media is a teaching tool that presents several messages and information about facts, concepts, procedures, and principles that are under the subject matter. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and details of field data collected in developing the functions and benefits of the latest learning media at the elementary level. Data collection techniques using literature studies. This research was conducted through several stages, namely: 1) determining the research subject, 2) studying the research topic, 3) collecting research information, and 4) analyzing data. The results of the study are by conveying messages or information in the teaching-learning process which aims to develop learning motivation and attention to students' interest in lessons. As well as in learning media that contain subject matter used by educators in the learning process, and have two components that are very important for learning success, it can be decided that learning media exist in various types and forms, ranging from the easiest to the most sophisticated. Therefore, the choice of learning media must be tailored to learning objectives, student demographics, availability, technical quality, cost, flexibility, user capabilities, and available time. To improve a quality generation in the future, it is necessary to develop the functions and benefits of learning media in the teaching and learning process, especially in elementary schools.

Abstract

Churros is a food from Spain which is currently popular in Indonesia. Taro flour is a substitute for wheat flour because wheat flour has more calories than taro flour and the addition of Bogor bean flour to making churros can increase the protein in churros. This research aims to innovate churros products based on local food ingredients. This research used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of four treatment levels and two replications. The treatment consisted of a comparison of taro flour and Bogor bean flour (100% : 0%), (70% : 30%), (50% : 50%), (30% : 70%). Chemical analysis includes moisture content, ash content, fat content, protein and carbohydrate content as well as sensory and hedonic quality tests to determine the selected product. The research data analysis used was (ANOVA) with Duncan's Advanced Test with a 95% confidence interval. The results showed that the churros selected in the ratio of taro flour and Bogor bean flour (70% : 30%) had a moisture content of 17.70%, ash content of 1.95%, fat content of 12.79%, protein content of 8.98%, carbohydrate content 58.58%. Churros from taro flour with substitution of Bogor bean flour have a texture that tends to be crunchy, the color tends to be brownish yellow, the aroma is not bad, the taste tends to be sweet, the aftertaste is not bitter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis beban kerja di bagian Comercial and Operations (COMOPS) pada PT XYZ menggunakan metode NASA TLX. Beban kerja mental yang tinggi dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, terutama dalam lingkungan kerja yang menuntut kemampuan kognitif tinggi. Dengan menggunakan kuesioner NASA TLX, ditemukan bahwa mayoritas karyawan mengalami beban kerja mental tinggi hingga sangat tinggi. Solusi yang diusulkan adalah penambahan pekerja untuk mengurangi rata-rata beban kerja mental. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa distribusi beban kerja yang lebih merata dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, NASA TLX, Beban Mental

Abstract

Pernikahan dini adalah pernikahan yang dilakukan oleh salah satu pasangan yang memiliki usia di bawah umur yang biasanya di bawah 17 tahun. melihat banyak nya anak muda sekarang yang ingin menikah di usia muda menyebabkan kelompok kami tergerak untuk membuat program kerja mengenai polemik pernikahan dini. Sesuai dengan tema KKN Moderasi, Kolaborasi dan Literasi STAIN Mandailing NATAL maka tujuan dari di adakan nya program ini yaitu untuk memberikan sosialisasi polemik pernikahan mengenai bagaimana meningkatkan kesadaran remaja melalui bahaya pernikahan dini di Desa Jorong Huta Tonga.. Metode yang kami gunakan yaitu dengan mengamati keadaan remaja di Desa Jorong Huta Tonga kemudian melaksanakan sosialisasi. Kegiatan ini di ikuti oleh siswa dan siswi SMP 03 Jorong Huta Tonga nagari Bahoras Kecamatan Gunung Tuleh. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan edukasi dari aspek hukum dan psikologi agar sisa dan siswi dapat mengembangkan diri lebih jauh atas perjalanan kehidupan nya.(Afifah & Hukum, 2018)

Abstract

Efficient and competency-based educational administration management is an important key in improving the operational quality of educational institutions, especially at the PAUD level, which functions to ensure the smooth learning process and service to the community. This community service activity was carried out at the Merpati PAUD Institute, Kutawaluya District with the aim of increasing the capacity of PAUD administration and management staff in the Kutawaluya subdistrict area through the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. This approach focuses on utilizing local potential to strengthen administrative management and increase work efficiency. The aim of this activity is to develop the competence of administrative staff and teachers in more efficient competency-based administrative management, as well as building community solidarity in supporting better PAUD management. The methods used include identifying needs through focus group discussions (FGD), training, mentoring and participation-based evaluation. Activities began with local resource mapping, followed by technical training on administrative management and the use of simple technology. Mentoring is carried out intensively to ensure the implementation of training results in the field. The results of the activity show an increase in the understanding of administrative staff and teachers regarding the importance of competency-based administrative management, as well as positive changes in a more professional work culture. The implication is improving the quality of PAUD management which can strengthen public trust in the institution and create a sustainable social impact in the management of early childhood education.
