Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya eksistensi OSIS dalam mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila ditengah merosostnya karakter yang dialami siswa sebagai salah satu bentuk dari 6 masalah bangsa dalam membangun karakter. Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui kegiatan OSIS; (2) Internalisasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada kegiatan OSIS; (3) mengetahui tantangan dan hambatan OSIS dalam mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila; (4) mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan OSIS dalam mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang mengambil lokasi penelitian di SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan, dengan penentuan subyek penelitian secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) OSIS SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan periode 2021/2022 telah aktif dalam menjalankan berbagai kegiatan, seperti kegiatan revitalisasi, rintisan hingga unggulan yang ditangani oleh 10 sekretaris bidang; (2) OSIS telah menginternalisasikan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada setiap kegiatannya, beberapa diantaranya: kegiatan Pameran Kewirausahaan dan Kreativitas Siswa menginternalisasikan dimensi kreatif, bernalar kritis, gotong royong; kegiatan LDK menginternalisasikan dimensi mandiri; kegiatan Pemilihan Ketua OSIS yang menginternalisasikan dimensi berkebhinekaan global; (3) Hambatan dalam mewujdukan Profil Pelajar Pancasila melalui kegiatan OSIS yakni pendanaan yang sulit pasca pandemi, sementara tantangan pengurus OSIS belum mampu berkegiatan secara mandiri melainkan masih membutuhkan bimbingan dari pembina OSIS; (4) Strategi yang dilakukan OSIS dalam mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yakni mengumpulkan aspirasi siswa melalui MPK terkait saran kegiatan, guna menarik minat siswa dalam berpartsipasi dan seluruh kegiatan mengedepankan Olah Pikir, Olah Rasa, Olah Raga

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the needs for developing digital learning media in Social Sciences learning in junior high schools in Singaraja City. This study used qualitative research methods. The process of developing learning media must be carried out by testing construct validity and empirical validity. Material experts, media experts and language experts will carry out validity testing. The results of the analysis of social science education material experts assessed the validity score of the material to be 93, or the criteria "Very Valid". Likewise, the graphic design value is 90 or the "Very Valid" criteria. Meanwhile, the level of grammatical validity is 88 or the criteria "Very Valid". Based on the results obtained through expert testing in the media, material and language aspects, it can be concluded that the developed digital learning media is declared very valid, so it is suitable for use in the social science education learning process. The practicality test of digital learning media was assessed by two social science education groups and 24 students participating in social science education learning. The average score given by social science education teachers was 87.69, or Very Good criteria. Meanwhile, the practicality test assessment is based on assessing students taking social science education subjects with a score of = 79.48 or good criteria. These results show that the digital such as media developed can be used sustainably. This is because teachers and students assess that this digital learning media aligns with the needs of teachers and students.

Abstract

The cultivation of Pancasila values from a young age is a very important basis for building the character of Indonesia's younger generation. This study aims to examine how the game of soccer can serve as an integrative medium in learning Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) at the elementary school level. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers, and documentation of activities that integrate soccer activities with Civics materials. The research findings revealed that the dynamics in soccer games, such as team collaboration, sportsmanship, adherence to rules, and respect between players, naturally reflect the values of Pancasila, especially the 2nd (humanity), 3rd (unity), and 5th (social justice) precepts. Teachers play an important role in helping students reflect on their playing experiences and relate them to the application of Pancasila values in daily life. In conclusion, integrating soccer games in Civics lessons can be a relevant, fun, and effective teaching method to instill noble Pancasila values in students in elementary schools

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the tax collection system, tax collection principles and tax collection system from a tax law perspective. This study is a normative juridical study to examine existing legal norms which are derived from statutory regulations. The data collection technique was carried out by means of literature study with the literature study guideline instrument that was developed independently. The data analysis technique is carried out descriptively, which begins with collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the tax collection system can be divided into three, namely the real system, the fictitious system and the mixed system. The principle of tax collection consists of the principle of domicile, the principle of source and the principle of nationality. The tax collection system consists of an official assessment system, a semi self-assessment system, a full self-assessment system and a withholding system. Based on the Indonesian tax law, the tax collection system uses the real system. Meanwhile, the principle of tax collection uses the principle of domicile, the principle of source and the principle of nationality. The tax collection system uses a self-assessment system where the taxpayer fills in according to statutory provisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, melalui pendekatan meta-analisis, peran Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa dalam membentuk karakter cinta tanah air pada siswa sekolah dasar, berdasarkan artikel-artikel ilmiah terakreditasi yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Analisis dilakukan terhadap 10 artikel dari berbagai jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Hasil meta-analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Pancasila secara konsisten diterapkan dalam pembelajaran melalui kurikulum, kegiatan kokurikuler, dan pembiasaan karakter di sekolah dasar. Nilai-nilai seperti persatuan, penghargaan terhadap keberagaman, dan penguatan semangat kebangsaan menjadi indikator utama dalam pengembangan karakter cinta tanah air. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pendidikan dasar menjadi fondasi strategis dalam membangun karakter kebangsaan sejak usia dini.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out, (1) how the regulations regarding land ownership disputes that are occupied unlawfully according to Indonesian Civil Law are regulated, and (2) how the Judge considers them in Decision Number 5/Ptg.G/2019/PN Krs who adjudicates dispute cases related to land grabbing in Temenggungan village. The type of research used is normative juridical which has a qualitative descriptive nature. The type of research approach involves a statutory approach, a conceptual approach and a case approach. The data collection technique used is document study, case approach, legislation. The results of the research show that (1) Regarding disputes over land ownership that is occupied unlawfully by Indonesian Civil Law, it has been regulated in Government Regulation No. 5 of 1960 concerning Agrarian Principles and No. 51 of 1960 concerning the prohibition of using land without permission, as well as Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997. As a result of the many regulations, the resolution of ownership disputes that are illegally occupied uses the legal basis of Article 160 HIR, Article 1865 KHPerdata, Article 1925 KHPerdata, Article 1361 Civil Code, and Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 3909 K/Pdt/1994. (2) In the judge's decision Number 5/Ptg.G/2019/PN Krs, it is stated that the plaintiff is the legal owner of the 1330M² plot of land as stated in the sale and purchase deed Number 210/JB/KREJENGAN/VII/2007, dated 12 July 2007 , made by PUDJI ASTUTI, SH. PPAT in Kraksaan.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the legal regulations and considerations related to the use of the President's prerogative rights in granting clemency to corruption convicts in Indonesia. The type of research used is normative legal research by examining the absence of legal norms in considering the granting of pardon. The type of research used is a statutory approach, a case approach and a conceptual approach. The sources of legal materials used in this research consist of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The technique for collecting legal materials is library research. The legal material analysis technique used is a description technique which is studied qualitatively juridically. The results of the research show that: (1) Regulations related to the granting of pardon by the President to corruption convicts in Indonesia, with reference to the provisions of UUD the 1945, UU Number 22 of 2002, and UU Number 5 of 2010. (2) The basis for the President's considerations in using The prerogative right to grant clemency to corruption convicts in Indonesia, which is the basis for considerations related to humanitarian considerations and human rights (HAM), consideration of cases of corruption convicts, and limits on the President's prerogative rights as respect for Indonesian constitutional law.

Abstract

The implementation of effective learning resource models in Civic Education (PKn) in elementary schools is crucial. This study aims to explore in-depth the learning resource models that have been implemented in Civic Education at SD Negeri 5 Sukarara, focusing on the analysis of teachers' experiences, students' perceptions, and the understanding of the interaction dynamics between teachers, students, and learning resources within the context of implementing effective learning resource models in Civic Education classes. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with a case study type, involving Civic Education teachers and students of SD Negeri 5 Sukarara as participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies, and analyzed using a thematic approach to identify patterns, themes, and meanings from the collected data. The results show that: 1) Teachers at SD Negeri 5 Sukarara have positive experiences in using effective learning resource models, such as interactive methods like question and answer, TGT, STAD, and CTL. They utilize various learning resources, including the surrounding environment, teaching materials, information technology, and creative media, which enrich students' learning experiences, increase their engagement, and facilitate the understanding of Civic Education concepts. 2) Students respond positively to effective learning resource models, which enhance their engagement and understanding. They find environment-based learning and information technology interesting and relevant, and they enjoy the variety of teaching methods that make learning more interactive and motivate them to learn. 3) The implementation of effective learning resource models creates positive interactions between teachers, students, and learning resources, with teachers acting as facilitators guiding students to interact with various resources. In conclusion, the implementation of effective learning resource models in Civic Education in elementary schools can increase student engagement, peer collaboration, and active participation in discussions, creating a dynamic learning environment that supports better learning outcomes and develops students' social and emotional skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuiupaya pembentukan karakter siswa melalui kegiatan organisasi siswa intra sekolah (OSIS) di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penelitian dengan turun langsung kelapangan. Dalam penelitian ini penentuan subyek dan obyek penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, merupakan pengambilan data dengan beberapa pertimbangan agar data tersebut nantinya lebih mewakili semua. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Pengecekan keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi data, triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Nilai-nilai karakter yang diterapkan melalui kegiatan OSIS yang didalamnya hampir menerapkan ke-18 nilai-nilai karakter kepada siswa ataupun seluruh warga sekolah sesuai dengan porsinya masing-masing. (2) Salah satu upaya pembentukan karakter siswa melalui kegiatan OSIS dengan mengikuti berbagai kegiatan yang sudah dirancang oleh OSIS, karena didalam kegiatan tersebut dapat membentuk karakter siswa diantaranya dengan ikut serta dalam LKDS (Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa), selain itu kegiatan OSIS lainnya yang dapat membentuk karakter siswa dengan mengadakan razia disetiap hari sabtu mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan seluruh siswa di sekolah. (3) Adapun kendala-kendala dalam upaya pembentukan karakter siswa melalui kegiatan OSIS diantaranya kurang percaya dirinya anggota OSIS ataupun pengurus OSIS dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ataupun mengikuti kegiatan, susahnya mengatur jam antara bermain, belajar, dan berorganisasi, hal ini terjadi dikarenakan latar belakang dan ekonomi siswa yang berbeda-beda. .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa melalui model pembelajaran Debat siswa kelas VIIIa di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIa SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Pengumpulan data kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan model debat menggunakan metode tes dan non tes. Tes dilakukan pada akhir pembelajaran (tes evaluasi) dan setiap akhir siklus. Metode non tes berupa observasi dilakukan untuk menilai kemampuan berpikir kritis ranah psikomotorik (kegiatan diskusi debat kelompok). Metode non tes dengan menggunakan kuisioner untuk menilai respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Debat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi berpikir kritis pada pelajaran PPKn Data kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dan data hasil belajar siswa yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatifHasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Pembelajaran Debat dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Berpikir Kritis pada pelajaran PPKn siswa kelas VIIIa semester II di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja. Dapat dilihat dari keaktifan siswa pada saat diskusi debat di kelas. kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dapat dilihat melalui analisis kualitatif dengan membandingkan rata-rata nilai berpikir kritis siswa setelah siklus 1 dan siklus 2. Rata-rata nilai berpikir kritis siswa mengalami peningkatan dari 72.9 pada siklus 1 dan 80 pada siklus 2. Jadi nilai rata-rata berpikir kritis siswa mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5 point.
