Abstract. The aim of this assistance is to form the Akhlakul Karimah of students at the Miftahul Istiqomah Islamic boarding school through learning the yellow book about taisirul khalaq. Akhlakul Karimah assistance through studying the yellow book Taisirul Khalaq is an assistance carried out to provide an understanding of morals to students. This is done because the degradation of manners and morals experienced by the young generation of Muslims is currently increasingly worrying. Islamic boarding schools play a very important role in developing morals for students. Even though Islamic boarding schools have done their best in developing the morals of their students, there are still many students whose morals are not good, which is why this assistance is provided. Mentoring is carried out using the halaqah method, a method often used in Islamic boarding schools, namely students will learn by sitting around the teacher and listening together to what the teacher is saying. The results of this mentoring help students who are not yet very familiar with the parts of morals to become aware of morals and be able to practice them in their daily lives. From this assistance, they are also more enthusiastic about living their lives because they are taught to always be grateful and accept their fate or circumstances. Even though there are several obstacles in this assistance, such as limited time, the students remain enthusiastic so they can maximize their time efficiently.

This community service aims to provide assistance in reciting the Qur'an using the tilawati method at the Taqwa Mosque in Lubuk Sikaping. Qur'anic learning at the Taqwa Mosque is not effective, due to the lack of motivation and teaching methods used by the teaching teachers. One of the proposed solutions is to use the tilawati method to increase children's motivation and ability to read the Qur'an. The method used in this community service is PAR (Participatory Action Research), which involves a practical approach and direct assistance. The results of this community service are that the students began to be enthusiastic about learning to read the Qur'an, especially with the introduction of several rhythms of reading the Qur'an, they became addicted to continuing to repeat the recitation of the Qur'anic verses until the rhythm was in accordance with what they had been taught. The teachers and students, in practice, showed good skills and acceptance of the tilawati method in reading the Qur'an. Therefore, based on the results of this community service, it can be seen that the tilawati method can be used as one of the methods in learning the Qur'an at the Taqwa Mosque TPA Jambak Lubuk Sikaping.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan tema Peningkatan Kompetensi Baca Alqur'an Mahasiswa UNP melalui Pendekatan Program Tahsin telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan berhasil mencapai tujuannya. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 mahasiswa UNP yang memiliki kompetensi baca Alqur'an yang kurang baik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan selama 8 kali pertemuan, dengan durasi masing-masing pertemuan 2 jam. Pada pertemuan pertama, tim pengabdian menyampaikan materi dasar tentang ilmu tajwid, seperti makhorijul huruf, sifat huruf, dan hukum bacaan. Pada pertemuan selanjutnya, tim pengabdian memberikan latihan membaca Alqur'an kepada peserta, dengan menerapkan metode tahsin. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan simulasi. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi dasar tentang ilmu tajwid. Metode diskusi digunakan untuk menggali pemahaman peserta tentang materi yang telah disampaikan. Metode tanya jawab digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan peserta. Metode simulasi digunakan untuk memberikan latihan kepada peserta dalam membaca Alqur'an. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dikatakan berhasil. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil penilaian peserta terhadap kegiatan pengabdian ini. Peserta menyatakan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat bermanfaat bagi mereka, karena dapat meningkatkan kompetensi baca Alqur'an mereka.

This mentoring activity aims to increase students participation for the optimal achievement of the tahfiz programme "One day one line", so that later before graduating from elementary school student’s memorise at least 1 juzz Al-Quran. The rise of the Tahfizh programme in Islamic Education Institutions is a challenge that must be faced by general education institutions. The presence of the Tahfizh programme is a breakthrough that must be optimised for its implementation as a positive culture in schools. The term positive culture itself is a concept that comes along with the emergence of the concept of Merdeka Belajar. Therefore, assistance to all teachers is a necessity and inseparable in supporting the running of the programme. Moreover, elementary school teachers whose backgrounds are general education, so they need assistance to guide students in optimising the implementation of the Tahfizh Quran One Day One Line program. The method of this assistance is the Tajweed and Nagham Integration Method in improving Quran memorisation.With the results of mentoring is that the average achievement is about 48% of students who complete the memorisation target per semester.

This article aims to look at the phenomenon of educators in the use of learning methods, because educators are one of the final factors in the success or failure of learning carried out in schools, so by using a variety of teaching methods students are expected to achieve maximum learning achievement. One of the learning methods that can be applied in Akidah Akhlak learning is the Uswah Hasanah method. This method as a method is used to realize educational goals by giving good exemplary examples to students to be in line with the values of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The purpose of this research is to explain the planning, implementation, evaluation, and supporting and inhibiting factors. The type of research is descriptive qualitative field research. Descriptive type is a research intended to collect information about the status of an existing symptom, namely the state of the symptom according to what it is at the time the research is conducted. The results showed that the planning of the Uswah Hasanah method in Akidah Akhlak had been made by educators and had been applied in the learning process. The planning is in the form of a teaching module. The implementation has been carried out in accordance with the planning made in the teaching module, although the implementation is not in accordance with the actual theory and not all steps of using the method are carried out by Akidah Akhlak educators. Evaluation of the implementation of this method is carried out continuously during learning.

This assistance aims to determine children's ability to read and write the Koran in the village of Kotodua, Sungai Full City, Jambi Province. Mentoring is carried out through face-to-face learning for children. This mentoring uses the ummi method and evaluation practice. Evaluation of the mentoring results is carried out in writing and orally. Data collected through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this service show that assisting children in reading and writing the Al-Qur'an is through the application of the ummi method, namely: (a) the child is able to recite and recognize the hijaiiyah letters in the Al-Qur'an (b) the child is able to read and write Al-Qur'an. Qur'an (c) the child is able to follow the reading taught by the teacher and (d) the child is able to repeat the reading of the Qur'an that has been taught previously. The results given were considered good, making the participants' writing and reading abilities improve and their knowledge about religion increased. This coaching aims to increase students' creativity in writing scientific papers and achieve success in participating in scientific writing competitions. Apart from achieving achievements in writing scientific papers, coaching also aims to form students' attitudes of obedience, perseverance and discipline in writing scientific papers. KIR Extracurricular is a forum for students who have an interest in writing scientific papers at MAN 2 Kuantan Singingi. The method used in this mentoring is the service learning method by following three stages, namely: the preparation stage, namely the preparation of KIR Extracurricular learning modules, the service stage, fostering students' creativity in writing, which is held in one meeting on Saturdays, and the reflection stage, namely looking at the results of written work. students who have been created. The target for coaching is students who are members of the KIR Extracurricular consisting of classes X-XII. The results of this assistance show that fostering student creativity through KIR extracurricular activities, it was found that there were changes and increases in student creativity in writing scientific papers at MAN 2 Kuantan Singingi. This coaching runs smoothly by following all stages with the hope of improving student achievement in writing scientific papers.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tentang strategi pembelajaran Think Pair Share berbantuan media peta konsep pada mata pelajaran Fikih untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas VIII di MTsN 6 Agam. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran Think Pair Share berbantuan media peta konsep dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar secara efektif dengan rata-rata nilai post-test kelas eksperimen 84, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test kelas kontrol 80,73. Dibuktikan uji hipotesis dengan SPSS versi 26 diperoleh rata-rata (mean) eksperimen sebesar=0,4541, maka diambil kesimpulan bahwa g 0,3. Hal ini berarti ditolak diterima, Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang kuat untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kelas yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Think Pair Share berbantuan media peta konsep dibandingkan kelas yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran Fikih kelas VIII di MTsN 6 Agam.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa besar hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum menggunakan strategi pembelajaran snowball throwing berbantuan media poster pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen tipe penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimental) dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu randomized pretest-posttest kontrol group desaign. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 10 Padang tahun 2021/2022 semester genap. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik random sampling, kelas yang terpilih sebagai kelas eksperimen adalah kelas VIII.1 dan kelas kontrol kelas VIII.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran snowball throwing berbantuan media poster dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar secara efektif dengan rata-rata nilai post-test kelas eksperimen 82,03, sedangkan nilai rata-rata post-test kelas kontrol 67,16. Dibuktikan uji hipotesis dengan SPSS versi 26 diperoleh rata-rata (mean) eksperimen sebesar=0,4724, maka diambil kesimpulan bahwa g 0,3. Hal ini berarti ditolak diterima, Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang kuat untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kelas yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran snowball throwing berbantuan media poster dibandingkan kelas yang menggunakan strategi pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 10 Padang.

Penelitian dilatar belakangi oleh besarnya tanggung jawab orang tua dalam membimbing dan mengontrol akhlak dan sisiplin anak remaja. Seperti perintah Allah di dalam surat At-Tahrim ayat 6 untuk menjaga diri sendiri dan keluarga sehingga dapat terhindar dari siksaan api neraka. Namun dalam kenyataannya, tidak semua orang tua dapat melaksanakan peranannya dengan baik. Karena tidak semua orang tua mampu mengontrol disiplin anaknya.Orang tua lebih sering berada di luar rumah karena kesibukannya dalam bekerja, menjadikan perhatian dan kasih sayang pada anak berkurang. Kurangnya kontrol orang tua menimbulkan kenakalan pada remaja, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang pola asuh orang tua pada karakter disiplin remaja di Kampung Pitameh Nan XX. Penelitian ini bercorak penelitian lapangan (file research), dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif (qualitative research). Sedangkan sumber data primer penulis kumpulkan langsung dari orang tua dan remaja di Kampung Pitameh Nan XX. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ialah: (1) Orang tua membentuk karakter dan disiplin anaknya sesuai dengan kemampuannya, pola asuh orang tua sesuai dengan pengalaman hidupnya, tingkat pendidikan orang tua, pola asuh terbentuk apa adanya dari orang tua masing-masing. (2) Upaya orang tua yaitu mengontrol teman bermain dan lingkungan bermain remaja, mengarahkan remaja untuk melaksanakan ibadah shalat sejak dini, tidak salah pergaulan dan mendengar nasehat orang tua agar disiplin di rumah. (3) Kendala yaitu: Orang tua tidak bisa mengatur waktu luang untuk remaja, faktor lingkungan, kurangnya pengalaman dan pendidikan orang tua. Jadi solusinya adalah orang tua harus mengontrol lingkungan dan teman bermain remaja agar tidak terjerumus dalam pergaulan bebas.
