Abstract

Malaria merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh parasit (Protozoa) dari genus Plasmodium, yang hidup dan berkembang biak dalam sel darah merah manusia dan berpotensi menimbulkan kejadian luar biasa (KLB). Penyakit malaria secara alamiah menular dari gigitan nyamuk betina yaitu Anopheles sebagai vektor nya, tujuan dari penelitian ini mengidentifikasi larva nyamuk Anopheles  pada tempat perindukan nyamuk, mengetahui kepadatan larva nyamuk di Kecamatan Samigaluh serta mengetahui kecamatan samigaluh masih berisiko mengalami kejadian malaria . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan desain Cross  Sectional, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh tempat perindukan larva nyamuk Anopheles, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah berupa semua larva nyamuk Anopheles ditempat perindukan, metode sampling pada penelitan ini adalah menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Hasil penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk gambar dan tabel dengan menggunakan rumus untuk menghitung kepadatan larva, hasil penelitian larva Anopheles hanya di temukan tiga ekor untuk dua kali pencidukan, larva Anopheles ditemukan di genangan air yang sama saat pencidukan pertama dan kedua. Banyak ditemukan larva nyamuk Culex di karenakan tempat perindukan yang sama di luar rumah. Kepadatan larva tertinggi dengan dihitung semua larva antara Culex dan Anopheles ada di genangan air dengan kepadatan larva 5,22. Kepadatan larva Anopheles pada sungai yang ditemukan satu ekor larva yaitu 0,025 sedangkan pada genangan air diperoleh dua larva dengan hitung kepadatan larva yaitu 0,05. Kecamatan Samigaluh Kelurahan Banjarsari Padukuhan Kaliwunglon tahun 2024 tidak berisiko malaria tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan malaria bisa terjadi.

Abstract

PT. Petrokimia is seeing escalating difficulties in their supply chain system. Supply Chain Risk Management evaluations can be conducted using many methodologies. Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) is a process that involves identifying, evaluating, and reducing risks that have the potential to disrupt the smooth operation of the supply chain, which includes the movement of goods and services. This research combines prior studies by employing a hybrid approach known as House of Risk (HoR) and Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM). The House of Risk (HoR) method is employed to identify registered risk agents by assessing the importance of preventative measures and selecting priority actions. The ISM methodology is utilized in this study to construct a structural framework for examining the contextual associations among risk elements in the company's supply chain. The organization experienced many hazards, with a total of 20 risk events generated by 30 risk agents across the Plan, Source, Make, Delivery, and Return stages. According to the Pareto diagram concept, there are 11 risk agents that require prioritized mitigation. Out of the 10 risks identified, 1 risk is categorized as dependent while the remaining risks fall within the autonomous sector. Among the 11 primary risk factors, the one with the highest ARP value is anticipated to serve as a benchmark for addressing several hazards that have arisen in the company's supply chain. The research has studied and generated mitigation measures to avoid production losses, time losses, and quality reduction resulting from hazards that may hinder the achievement of company objectives.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan memproduksi pakan unggas dan sapi. Penelitian ini berfokus pada proses produksi pakan sapi yang memiliki risiko potensial menimbulkan kerugian. Tujuannya adalah mengidentifikasi dan mengendalikan risiko menggunakan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Berdasarkan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, teridentifikasi 24 risiko, dengan lima risiko utama yang memiliki nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) tertinggi, yaitu kerusakan sarangan (E3), downtime pada dosing (E6), pecahnya dies pellet mill (E15), kontaminasi bahan baku (E1), dan tumpulnya pisau hammermill (E5) dengan nilai RPN masing-masing secara berurutan sebesar 195; 142; 131; 123; 108. Analisis FTA dilakukan pada risiko-risiko tersebut untuk mengetahui akar penyebab dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan. Risiko E3, E15, E1, dan E5 memiliki masing-masing dua akar penyebab, sedangkan E6 memiliki tiga akar penyebab. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperlancar proses produksi dengan meningkatkan produktivitas serta menjaga kualitas produk sesuai standar perusahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to compare the results of forecasting or forecasting sales for July to December 2023 at one of PT's branches. X. PT. X itself sells various kinds of building materials, one of which is cement. As a basic material for building foundations, it is of course the best-selling product, with a presentation of 95.2% of the total turnover of 79,777,000,000. As an effort to control inventory, using forecasting methods as one solution. The forecasting method used is least squares and trend moment. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observation. After carrying out forecasting calculations using two methods, namely least squares and trend moment, make comparisons using Standard Error Forecasting calculations. From the results of the Standard Error Forecasting (SKF) calculation, it is known that the least square method is 764.7496 and the trend moment is 765.3125. Where the results of these calculations show that the best method is the least squares method, so companies are advised to use the least squares method as an effort to control inventory

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the animal feed industry that implements the Make To Order (MTO) system. Raw materials Rice Brand (Katul), Soya Bean Meal (SBM), and Crude Palm Oil (CPO) are raw materials that are often used in animal feed production. Because the uncertain demand for feed causes problems in predicting the amount of raw material stock. The purpose of this study is to compare three forecasting methods based on the historical data patterns of each raw material. There are three methods used, namely Single Exponential Smoothing, Moving Average, and Weighted Moving Average. After the data error test was carried out, it was found that the Weighted Moving Average method had the smallest error value for each raw material, namely with the forecast on Rice Brand (Katul) which is 102,241 tons with a MAPE value of 0.44334; Soya Bean Meal (SBM) 787,090 tons with a MAPE value of 0.0858; and Crude Palm Oil (CPO) which is 86,072 tons with a MAPE value of 0.1465.

Abstract

In the industrial world, the issue of factory layout and the layout of production facilities and equipment is one that plays an important role in increasing company productivity. Inappropriate layout can cause material transfer time to be ineffective due to the long distance between stations. Central Industrial Park (CIP) is a warehouse area in Sidoarjo Regency. This research aims to improve and create a new layout of facilities in the workshop warehouse in the CIP area. Data processing was carried out using the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method with the help of Blocplan 90 software. This research produced Adj values. Score of 0.80. The R-score value is 0.78 and has an R-Dist score value of 355. The results of research on layout improvements found a length of 18.5 meters and a width of 15 meters.

Abstract

Perum BULOG Sidoarjo memiliki beberapa gudang, di antaranya adalah Gudang Banjar Kemantren III yang melakukan proses pengadaan beras Luar Negeri (LN) 50 kg dengan patahan 5% yang telah diuji oleh surveyor. Dalam proses pengadaan beras Luar Negeri (LN), masih terdapat kendala yang kerap ditemukan, yaitu adanya beras kempos, beras basah, dan selisih jumlah colly beras. Kendala tersebut berdampak pada kualitas sistem rantai pasok yang menimbulkan adanya defect atau cacat pada proses pengadaan. Defect tersebut antara lain adalah beras kempos, yaitu sak beras yang mengalami kebocoran lebih dari 4% per sak dan sejumlah 1% dari total muatan truk; beras basah, yaitu sak beras yang tercampur dengan air; dan selisih jumlah colly beras, yaitu ketidaksesuaian jumlah muatan colly atau sak beras baik lebih maupun kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan prioritas bobot yang tertinggi untuk mengeliminasi waste berupa defect yang telah disebutkan. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Lean Six Sigma yang terintegrasi dengan beberapa metode yaitu Root Cause Analysis (RCA) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diperoleh 3 rekomendasi perbaikan yang diusulkan kepada perusahaan, yaitu meningkatkan kualitas sak beras yang harus dilakukan oleh bagian pengadaan perusahaan, penggunaan conveyor oleh bagian pengadaan perusahaan, dan pengawasan muatan maksimal truk pada area timbangan oleh juru timbang perusahaan

Internet of things (IoT) becomes the backbone of the advanced countries and it has a real contribute to exchange the traditional style or way of practical life, even personal life into smart style, with (IoT) technology the life become more and more easy and professional. internet of things achieves various applications coordinate with sensors and standard protocols to apply what is called machine -to- machine connection (M2M), in this paper we will talk more about the concept of (M2M), the main component of internet of things and finally the common protocols that is used in network, in addition to that this work present an IOT operation with processing system using camera for capturing image and Xilinx system generator(XSG)models for designing image processing algorithms and the result of the processing is an image with black and white for edge detection and Thresholding models and gray color image for gray enhancement model.

Abstract

Urban aquaculture, like urban farming, entails using aquaculture technology to transform tiny, previously unutilized pieces of land in highly inhabited metropolitan areas into a useful area. Urban aquaculture, in broad terms, can be defined as the fish farming on small plots of land. Depending on the sort of consumable fish commodity to be grown, urban aquaculture can be implemented through home aquaculture and community aquaculture utilizing a variety of techniques. Creating a mandatory product involves the stages of development and design. At this stage, all product components, production costs, design, and assembly time are taken into account. Through sustainable product design and evaluation, it is possible to address the assembly performance and difficulties in the assembly process, as well as assembly time and costs. The design and development of this product use the Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) method. DFMA is a method used to determine the product design with the best time and cost. In general, this method can also be used in development to improve the quality and measure the improvement of urban aquaculture product designs. It is hoped that urban aquaculture will provide an alternative product design to achieve high-quality products and low production costs.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' understanding of prayer material in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects through the demonstration method in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Minas. The research method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) with 39 students as research subjects in 2022. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and student comprehension tests. The results showed that the application of the demonstration method significantly improved students' understanding of the correct prayer procedures. This improvement can be seen from the evaluation results before and after the application of the demonstration method. Thus, the demonstration method can be used as one of the effective learning strategies in improving students' understanding of prayer material.
