Abstract

Motorcycle theft is a common criminal act in society. Therefore, a vehicle security system is needed that can provide a fast response and real-time location information. This research aims to design and implement a theft detection and tracking system for motorcycles based on the WIFI using NodeMcu ESP8266, SW- 420 vibration sensor, and GPS NEO-6M module, integrated with a web server interface for remote control and monitoring. The research uses hardware and software engineering methods, with a Waterfall approach. The research stages include literature studies, problem identification, system design, tool assembly, software development, system testing, and evaluation. The components used include ESP8266, SW-420 vibration sensor, NEO-6M GPS, and relay module. The system is designed so that when vibration is detected, an alarm is activated and a notification is sent via email. GPS will send the vehicle coordinates to the Web Server to be monitored by the user. Test results show that the system can respond to vibration disturbances within an average of 1 second, control the engine and starter relays within 1–3 seconds, and track the vehicle's location with an average accuracy of 8.33 meters and a tracking delay of approximately 50 seconds. The system was successfully accessed via smartphone hotspot with a maximum effective range of 15 meters. Therefore, this system is proven to be an effective, practical, and affordable IoT- based solution for motorcycle security that can be easily accessed by users through mobile devices.

Abstract

Abstract: Selabintana Tourism Park has the potential to become a sharia-complient tourism destination as per DSN-MUI fatwa No.108/2016. Although it does not have binding legal force, this fatwa remains the main reference in the development of halal tourism in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the sharia tourism fatwa at Selabintana Tourism Park, Sukabumi Regency. The study uses a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews with tourism managers. The study reveals that Selabintana Tourism Park has implemented saveral principles of sharia tourism, including the provision of worship facilities, halal culinary products, environmental cleanliness, separate of sanitation facilities for men and women, and efforts to avoid activities that conflict with sharia. However, implementation has not been fully optimized due to the limited understanding of managers and the community regarding the concept of halal tourism, the absence of regional policies supporting halal tourism certification, and the lack of integration of sharia values into the destination management system. Collaboration with the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH) is necessary to strengthen education, collaboration, and branding strategies in realizing sharia tourism. Keywords: fatwa of the indonesian ulema council (mui), sharia tourism, selabintana tourist park Abstrak: Taman Wisata Selabintana berpotensi menjadi pariwisata syariah yang berpedoman pada fatwa DSN-MUI No.108/2016, meskipun tidak memiliki kekuatan hukum yang mengikat, fatwa ini tetap menjadi referensi utama dalam pengembangan wisata halal di Indonesia. Abstract

This study examines village empowerment strategies for poverty alleviation through the integration of strengthening creative MSMEs based on local culture, increasing financial literacy (including digital financial literacy), and government policy support. The study uses a literature study by selecting and synthesizing research findings related to the concept of Cultural Independent Villages, creative entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and collaborative governance models. The results of the synthesis show that local culture can be an endogenous capital that generates economic added value through creative products and services, while strengthening citizen participation. However, the growth of MSMEs is not sustainable without the ability to record finances, plan capital, and utilize secure digital financial services. Policy support is needed to build an ecosystem in the form of tiered mentoring, business incubation, pentahelix partnerships, access to financing, and market access through marketing digitalization. The study confirms that fragmented interventions tend to produce short-term impacts, so programs should be designed place-based with success indicators that include revenue, business sustainability, market expansion, and financial inclusion. Future agendas include cross-village integrative model testing, data-driven impact measurement, and risk and consumer protection assessments on digital financial literacy. Practically, the main recommendations are to build an applicable financial literacy curriculum, facilitate legality and product standardization, and strengthen culture-based branding so that MSMEs upgrade and their benefits are evenly distributed at the household level.

Abstract

Indonesia as an agricultural country faces various obstacles in its development. The increasing population, decreasing agricultural land area, and differences in potential in each province are the biggest problems in rice production. The limitations of research in general in presenting differences in rice production characteristics between provinces are the urgency discussed in this study. The purpose of this study is to develop a rice production forecasting model in Indonesia using the ARDL approach combined with the K-Means clustering technique. The variables used in this study are rice production, harvested area, and farmers’ terms of trade (NTP). Forecasting is carried out for the period 2024 with the aim of obtaining an accurate estimate of rice production in Indonesia. The results show that the ARDL model integrated with K-Means clustering provides highly accurate rice production forecasts, as indicated by low MAPE and RMSE values. In particular, Cluster 2 achieves the best performance with a MAPE of 0.36% and an RMSE of 3,860.40, followed by Cluster 1 (MAPE 2.17%; RMSE 33,192.31) and Cluster 3 (MAPE 5.88%; RMSE 40,577.10). In contrast, the national ARDL model without clustering records much larger errors (MAPE 14.71%; RMSE 582,062.00), confirming that clustering substantially improves forecasting accuracy and produces prediction patterns that closely match actual rice production.
