Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of Total Quality Management (TQM) on quality cost efficiency and managerial performance and its implications on company performance. In the research, the researchers involved 100 companies in Indonesia. The analysis used is a structural approach to the Equation Model (SEM) assisted by the Smart PLS application. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between total quality management, quality cost efficiency, managerial performance, and total management quality on company performance mediated by managerial performance. The amount of the r square of the company’s performance variable is explained by the total quality management, quality cost efficiency, and managerial performance of 88.9%.

Abstract

BDMN Rantauprapat in achieving its business goals, of course, will depend on wrong only on the performance of its employees. The performance of employee banking will influence to quality of service that is given to customers and finally can influence the success and sustainability of the bank’s business. Workload, job satisfaction, and work discipline are several factors that are believed to have an influence on employee performance. This study aims to describe and test how much influence variables influence workload, job satisfaction, and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. BDMN Rantauprapat Good in a manner Partial nor in a manner simultaneous. The number of respondents is 32 people who work in PT. BDMN Rantauprapat. The research results show that partially or simultaneously, variable workload, job satisfaction, and work discipline positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BDMN Rantauprapat.

Abstract

From the results of this study, it can be concluded that this study aims to look at the involvement of the variables analyzed and see how much influence product variations, consumption culture, and reference groups have on consumer behavior in consuming Raja Kebab Rantauprapat products. In this study, researchers used quantitative research methods, The population in this study were buyers of Raja Kebab Rantauprapat products, namely as many as 50 people. The data in this study were processed using the SPSS 24 application with multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that partially or by T-test the variable Product Variation has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior, this can be seen from T count 6.535 > T table 2.012 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The consumption culture variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior, this can be seen from T count 8.437 > T table 2.012 with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Reference Group variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer behavior, this can be seen from T count 7.218 > T table 2.012 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously or F test the variable product variation, consumptive culture, and reference groups have a positive and significant effect, this can be seen from the F count 63.167 > 2.47 F table with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how digital Warkop business marketing strategies via social media increase sales, the obstacles and challenges, and an economic review of Warkop marketing using social media. The location of this research is the Warkop Gelas Batu 5 Ahmad Yani Rantauprapat. The research method used is qualitative, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that to increase sales results, the businessman of Warkop Gelas Batu 5 Ahmad Yani Rantauprapat uses 10 social media marketing strategies for small-scale businesses using WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook, namely: social media marketing strategies by building credibility, attracting potential customers, build relationships on social media, share accurate content, create valuable content, use good and interesting images, crowdsource for interesting and authentic content, participate in online groups and communities, use social media as a space to hold interesting and limited conversations social media platforms.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance, then to determine and analyze work morale on employee performance, as well as to determine and analyze work training on employee performance at PT. Nasha Poultry Indonesia - West Sumatra. This research uses associative research with a sample of 101 respondents who are employees of PT. Nasha Poultry Indonesia. The data collection technique uses a list of questions such as a questionnaire and the data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) to test the four hypotheses proposed in this research. The research results show that: 1. Work Discipline has no negative and insignificant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Nasha Poultry Indonesia, then 2. Work Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Nasha Poultry Indonesia, 3. Work morale has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Nasha Poultry Indonesia, and 4. Job Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Nasha Poultry Indonesia.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative, the place for this research is Café JM 77 Rantauprapat. Because the population in this study is unknown, the Lemeshow formula was used to determine the sample size. So, the total number of respondents in this study was 96 customers at Café JM 77 Rantauprapat. The data collection techniques used in the research were observation, documentation, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. This research uses classical assumption tests which include the data normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. Multiple linear regression analysis was tested using partial (t), simultaneous (F), and coefficient of determination tests. The partial and simultaneous research results show that the variables of service quality, product, promotion, and store atmosphere have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Café JM 77 Rantauprapat.
