Abstract

MSME (Micro Small and Medium Enterprises) are able to create jobs faster than large businesses. Micro, small and medium enterprises can also contribute to exports and trade so that they become one of the supporters of the country's foreign exchange even though the contribution of MSME is smaller. This research method is qualitative using SWOT analysis. The results show that the strategies used by SO (Strength–Opportunity) are: Making human resources who are responsible, hardworking and honest so that micro, small and medium enterprises can develop well. Maintain a harmonious relationship between owners and employees so that employee performance is of higher quality and can produce a positive impact on micro, small and medium enterprises. Utilize e-commerce features to get a broad target market during the Covid-19 period. Focus on one line of business so that MSME get targets according to what is expected. And continue to provide creative ideas and execute them during the Covid-19 pandemic in order to minimize the challenges that come. In the view of Islamic economics, that micro-enterprises have a divine influence, remembering the basics of their arrangement which were not laid down by Allah SWT, having the dimensions of faith, character, morals and the Al-Quran and Hadith as sources of economic principles.

Abstract

In general, employee performance is very important for the running of a company. Employee performance is one form of success of a company or failure of a company. Of course, to make the company's success a form of employee performance, companies need to pay attention to work stress and the employee's work environment. Where work stress and work environment can affect employee performance. This study aims to see how much influence work stress and work environment have on employee performance. The method used is a quantitative method. The object or target of this research is the employees of PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa Tanjung Morawa. The results showed that based on the results of the T-test, the work stress variable had a significant level of 0.004 < 0.05 and the work environment variable had a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. In the results of the F-test research, the significant value of the variable is 0.000 < 0.05. Seeing from these results, it is stated that all independent variables namely work stress and work environment have a simultaneous and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa Tanjung Morawa.

Abstract

Berikut Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memberi tau tentang Strategi Marketing yang terdiri dari produk, harga, tempat, promosi apakah sudah terlaksana. Yang kita ketahui selama ini bahwa setiap konsumen memiliki perbedaan dan alasan untuk dapat mengkonsumsi barang dan jasa. Dari pernyataan tersebut perusahaan berfikir bagaimana caranya agar bisa memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggan, yang kemudian menghasilkan suatu hal agar dapat memberi kesadaran dan rasa ketertarikan kepada pelanggan agar mau memakai atau membeli jasa dan produk yang bersangkutan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskripsi yang dimana salah satu jenis metode penelitian yang berusaha menggambarkan dan mengklarifikasi objek sesuai dengan apaadanya. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penerapan marketing yang ada di CV. Antique Production memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap meningkat atau tidaknya usaha ini hingga dapat berkembang dan maju, masih tetap eksis hingga detik ini semua itu dilihat dari usaha yang ada di dalam perusahaan itu sendiri. Dengan adanya penerapa nilai- nilai islam didalam perjalanan membangun usaha yang dirintis serta tidak luput dari seorang pemimpim yang perharian dan kerjasama tim yang baik dalam bekerja. Dalam ekonomi islam juga menerapkan pemasaran atau promosi untuk menawarkan, menginfokan, serta menjual produk atau jasa di pasar. Dengan memasarkan atau mempromosikan dengan begitu masyarakat akan tau keberadaan produk dan jasa.

Abstract

The position and role of the State Civil Apparatus has a significant impact on the progress of national development, both physical and non-physical. To improve the quality of civil servants, this development is very necessary and it is hoped that in the progress achieved, civil servants can carry out effectively, thereby encouraging and realizing national development goals. For optimal employee performance, proper leadership by using a leader is one of the factors that can encourage, guide, and motivate employees to excel in their work. The purpose of this study was to describe the leadership style used by the head of the economic bureau of the regional secretariat of North Sumatra Province in order to improve the performance of the employees of the economic bureau of the secretariat of the North Sumatra region.

Abstract

The purpose of granting the widest possible autonomy to regions in regional administration is to realize the expectations of community welfare through service improvement, community empowerment, and participation. In addition, it is hoped that the regions can increase their competitiveness through broad autonomy by taking into account the potential and regional diversity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia as well as democracy, equity, and justice as well as privileges and specializations.Community development and welfare are the main issues in the context of equitable development in order to accelerate the process of improving people's welfare throughout Indonesia. This can be seen from the efforts made by the central and regional governments to plan development in order to obtain optimal results while taking into account local conditions.

Abstract

The title of the research is analyzing the role of Cooperative Services and UKM of North Sumatera Provincies in improving society welfare. Training of the research is to know the strategies and programs had done by cooperative service and UKM of North Sumatera Province in improving society wilfare. One of the conclusion of UKM research is: firstly, giving training and briefing of capital procurement, secondly, giving an egression to get business capital, thirdly, giving training and briefing in improving goods production. Furthermore, the role of cooperative service and ukm in improring society welfare. The role has dime thy cooperative service and UKM of North Sumatera Province to safe the society by conducting seminars or counseling and training for the society to get beculinary able to create micro business or create the cooperatives to improve the economy both in terms of the family economy and the country’s economy so that there are not many people who are poor and also unemployed. And also improve the society welfare by providing capital loans or for members of the cooperative by means saving first and then brrowing for members who have joined the cooperative. The research method is a qualitative mothod, the words are writen or spoken from the the people or subjecs are being observed. And this data is obtained from literature studies, interviews and observations to determine the analysis the role of the cooperative service and UKM for improving the society welfare..

Abstract

The development of cooperatives is in accordance with the identical development of the people's economy. The welfare of the wider community and together is the basis of the development of Indonesian cooperatives. This research method is a descriptive method, which is an attempt to reveal the actual facts faced by cooperative actors in the North Sumatra region. Cooperatives are developed to realize economic democracy which, among other things, is manifested in the distribution of income in the community through the growth of healthy cooperatives. Cooperatives are driven so that the distribution of ownership of assets (wealth) and business opportunities in society is improved functionally and continuously. Even some experts say that cooperatives are a movement that plays a role in accelerating the process of capital ownership reform.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the health level of the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) of North Sumatra Province and its development in 2019-2022 in terms of seven aspects, namely Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Efficiency, Liquidity, and Autonomy. and growth, and Self-Identity. This research is ia descriptive study, with the object of research being the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) of North Sumatra Province. Data analysis using a case study approach refers to the State Regulation of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 14/Per/M.KUKM/XII//2009 concerning Assessment of Cooperative Health Levels. shows that the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) of North Sumatra Province: (1) Capital Aspects are at a moderately healthy level. (2) The Earning Asset Quality Aspect is at a moderately healthy level. (3) The Management Aspect is at a moderately healthy level. (4) Efficiency aspect is at moderate healthy level. (5) Liquidity aspect which is at a rather unhealthy level. (6) Aspects of Autonomy and growth are at an unhealthy level. (7) Aspect of Self-Identity is in the moderately healthy category. The development of the health level of the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) of North Sumatra Province has fluctuated. In 2019, 2020 and 2021 the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) of North Sumatra Province is in the fairly healthy category and in 2022 it is at an unhealthy level, with the average score obtained is 60.80 which is included in the healthy category currently.

Abstract

Cooperatives are part of the economic structure, this means that in their activities cooperatives take part in achieving a prosperous economy, both for people who are members of the association itself and for the surrounding community. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with secondary data collection techniques using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of the author's research found that the obstacles faced in carrying out the supervisory task force at the cooperative and UKM service in the province of North Sumatra in supervising problematic savings and loan cooperatives were: 1. Cooperatives were less coopera tive in reporting the progress of the peace agreement implementation process to its members. 2. Mismatch of payments in terms of timeliness and nominal payments to cooperative members in accordance with the peace agreement scheme. 3. Disagreements of some members who do not agree to peace but are still bound by the peace agreement. 4. There are summons by law enforcement officers against members and administrators who hinder the peace process. 5. The process of asset liquidity is hampered for the purpose of paying cooperative obligations to members due to economic conditions due to the pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Strategy for Reducing Poverty and Unemployment in the Highlands of North Sumatra by the Regional Development Planning Agency of North Sumatra (Bappedasu) and to find out what factors hinder the performance of the Regional Development Planning Agency of North Sumatra in Reducing Poverty and Unemployment in the Plains Region. North Sumatra High. The North Sumatra Regional Development Planning Agency is an agency or government agency that aims to coordinate development in the North Sumatra area. This research was conducted at the North Sumatra Regional and Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDASU). This study uses qualitative research methods with the type of exploratory research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, a purposive sample strategy was utilized to recruit informants. With the results of the research that the Regional Development Planning Board of North Sumatra is still not as expected or has not carried out its overall task. This can be seen from the fact that the development target of North Sumatra Province in 2021 has not been achieved, especially in the highlands. And the factors that hinder the North Sumatra Regional Development Planning Agency are the rupiah exchange rate which shows an increase, the lack of job training centers, low public trust, the low rate of continuing schooling from high school / vocational school to university due to poor family conditions, and the spread of Covid19.
