Abstract

Education is an activity that helps people talk about what they already know in order to broaden their understanding of life's fundamentals. The foundations or principles that guide one's life, particularly those derived from religious ideals, are crucial for governing and enhancing the system of life. Based on observations made by the author at Takhassus Al-Qur'an Middle School, it is stated that there is a lack of student focus in learning and students' abilities vary in receiving learning. However, this does not rule out the possibility that students can stimulate learning more quickly. This can be done by training students' thinking through the rote method because the more the brain gets used to it, the more it will be trained and of course it will increase students' intelligence. The level of cognitive intelligence is divided into 3, namely: level of memory and understanding, level of application, level of analysis, evaluation and creativity. By using the rote method so that the level of cognitive development is observed in memory and understanding.Based on the findings of the author's research, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1) The memorization method for teaching PAI at Takhassus Al-Qur'an Middle School is in the good category, the level of cognitive intelligence of Takhassus Al-Qur'an Middle School students is known to be in the good category and level Student memorization based on memorization scores in PAI learning subjects is in the very good category. 2) hypothesis testing based on the t value, the predetermined value of tcount > ttable, namely 2.867 > 1.69389, while based on the significance value of 0.008 < 0.05, it is concluded that the rote method variable (X) has an effect on the cognitive intelligence variable (Y). simple linear regression (11.151 + 0.363 determination is 0.215, which means it has a positive influence of 21.5% and 78.5% is influenced by other factors that are not yet known by researchers. 3) Supporting factors in the memorization method for students' cognitive intelligence at Takhassus Al-Qur'an Middle School, namely using Mr. Abdurrahman al Asy'ari's method which is practiced in the tahfidz class using a special Al-Qur'an, level of perseverance, consistency in training, environment learning, and student concentration during the learning process.

Abstract

The moral crisis has become a hot topic frequently discussed in various mass media lately. Various forms of moral crisis can be observed among different younger generations, including within the environment of Islamic boarding schools. In recent years, there has been a shift in values and behaviors among teenagers influenced by technology, social media, and cultural changes, leading to a decline in awareness of social ethics and prevailing norms in society. Through a holistic and integrated approach, social ethics education will provide understanding to female students about the importance of values such as empathy, tolerance, social responsibility, equality, and justice. This research aims to explore the concepts of social ethics values, the internalization process of social ethics education values, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of internalizing social ethics education values in the Al-Qur’an Specialized Boarding School of Kalibeber Wonosobo. The research method employed is qualitative to gain in-depth understanding. The findings indicate that the concept of internalizing social ethics education values for female students is a key factor in shaping noble character. The social ethics of female students in the Al-Qur’an Specialized Boarding School of Kalibeber Wonosobo is deemed positive based on their daily habits, and they have successfully addressed several issues through implemented programs, ensuring that the process of internalizing social ethics education values progresses as expected.

Abstract

Morals are a condition that is inherent in the human soul, which gives birth to actions. If this situation gives rise to good and commendable actions according to reason and Islamic law, it is called good morals. If the actions that arise are not good, they are called bad morals. The research carried out is included in the category of library research, library research is a type of research using literature (libraries) in the form of books, notes, or reports of relevant previous research results, to obtain answers and theoretical basis regarding the problem to be researched. The library method is a type of qualitative research method. Library study research is carried out by researchers to solve a problem that relies on an in-depth review of relevant library materials. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used include documentaries and online data documentation. Data analysis techniques, content analysis and discourse analysis. From the research results it can be concluded that 1) To find out the values of moral education in the book Idhotun Nasyi’ in the work of Syekh Musthofa Al-Ghalayain. 2) to find out the relevance of moral education from the perspective of Sheikh Musthofa Al-ghalayain today.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the effect of Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on Customer Loyalty at Notary and Land Deed Making Officer (PPAT) A in Lamongan. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples taken is 102 respondents and data collection is implemented by questionnaires to obtain the data. The results of this study are that Service Quality and Customer Relationship Management simultaneously affect the customer loyalty at the Notary and Land Deed Making Officer (PPAT) A in Lamongan. The service quality and customer relationship management simultaneously have the significant influence on customer loyalty, and this is verified by the value of Fcount is bigger than the value of Ftable, namely Fcount (29.387) > Ftable (3.12). The customer relationship management partially has a positive effect on customer loyalty and service quality variable partially has a negative effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu bentuk sarana kesehatan, baik yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah dan atau masyarakat yang berfungsi untuk melakukan upaya kesehatan dasar atau kesehatan rujukan dan upaya kesehatan penunjang. Perilaku caring adalah bagian utama dalam memberikan pelayanan keperawatan yang dapat mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan pasien. Perilaku caring tersebut dapat berubah atau turun disaat perawat tersebut sedang mengalami sebuah kondisi yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku caring tersebut. Salah satu kondisi yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku caring adalah kondisi stres kerja, dimana stres kerja merupakan kondisi tidak baik yang dapat mempengaruhi kondisi orang saat dan setelah bekerja. Mengatahui hubungan antara stres kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat ruang rawat inap di RSJ Grhasia Yogyakarta. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasi dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 88 perawat ruang rawat inap diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik Kendall Tau. Sebagian besar responden memiliki stres kerja sedang yaitu sebanyak 44 perawat (50,0%), dan memiliki perilaku caring sedang sebanyak 44 perawat (50,0%). Didapatkan r=0,738 menunjukkan keeratan hubungan kuat yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara stres kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat dengan p<0,05 yaitu p=0,000. Ada hubungan antara stres kerja dengan perilaku caring perawat ruang rawat inap di RSJ Grhasia Yogyakarta. Agar perawat senantiasa menjaga dan meningkatkan mekanisme koping individu sehingga tidak berdampak negatif disaat stres kerja sedang dialami.

Abstract

Advancing is one of the exercises that affiliations, both work and thing affiliations, ought to wrap up with a conclusive goal of keeping awake with the sensible things of their business. The substance of this examination is to conclude the impact of thing quality and cost on UD clients' purchasing choices. Omah Grinting NR Pangkah Wetan Ujungpangkah Gresik. Purchase choice is a client's decision to buy a thing after first pondering whether it justifies buying the thing by considering the information that he comprehends reality concerning what after he sees it. The strategy used in this test is a reasonable technique with a quantitative system. In view of the results of the realness test, it shows that the factors of thing properties, costs and purchasing decisions have a more prominent relationship. In the interim, the aftereffects of different direct checks show that all elements going from merchandise and costs impact buying decisions. The assurance coefficient shows that 18.6% of buying decision elements can be affected by the symptoms of Value and Cost factors. Inti dari pemeriksaan ini adalah untuk menentukan dampak kualitas barang dan biaya terhadap pilihan pembelian pelanggan UD. Omah Grinting NR Pangkah Wetan Ujungpangkah Gresik. Pilihan pembelian adalah keputusan klien untuk membeli suatu barang setelah terlebih dahulu mempertimbangkan apakah layak membeli barang tersebut dengan mempertimbangkan informasi bahwa ia menyadari kebenaran mengenai barang tersebut setelah ia melihatnya. Prosedur yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini adalah strategi realistis dengan sistem kuantitatif. Dilihat dari hasil uji keaslian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sifat produk, biaya dan keputusan pembelian mempunyai hubungan yang lebih menonjol. Sementara itu, hasil berbagai pemeriksaan langsung menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor mulai dari barang dan biaya mempengaruhi pilihan pembelian. Koefisien jaminan menunjukkan bahwa 18,6% faktor pilihan pembelian dapat dipengaruhi efek samping faktor Kualitas dan Biaya. Dampak kualitas barang mempengaruhi pilihan pembelian pembeli UD. Omah Grinting NR Pangkahwetan Ujungpangkah Gresik. Mengingat hasil pemeriksaan lebih lanjut, kualitas produk dan biaya juga mempengaruhi pilihan pembelian. Setiap variabel mempengaruhi pilihan pembelian.

Abstract

This research explores the role of socialization methods in overcoming three major sins in school education: Bullying, Sexual Violence, and Intolerance. This research examines the effectiveness of the character values socialization program in overcoming major sins in education. The research results show that this method has a positive impact on students' understanding and application of values such as integrity, responsibility and cooperation. This also forms a solid foundation of character. The success of this program cannot be separated from collaboration between schools and families, where the involvement of parents and teachers is very important. Research shows that socialization methods can improve the quality of elementary school education, create an academic environment and foster strong student character.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of YouTube social media in Arabic language lessons for 7th-grade female students at SMP IT Al Insyirah in Makassar City and to assess the application of YouTube social media in enhancing the listening skills of these students. The research method used in this study is Classroom Action Research using the Kurt Lewin model, which consists of two cycles, with each cycle comprising one or more meetings. The sample for this research consists of 10 female students from the 7th grade at SMP IT Al Insyirah in Makassar City. Data collection techniques include observation, tests, and documentation. The tests include both pre-tests and post-tests. The pre-test is conducted at the beginning of the session before students receive treatment or engage in the learning process involving the use of YouTube social media. The post-test is conducted at the end of each meeting in each cycle. Data analysis techniques involve using percentage calculation formulas and mean values for the analysis of the improvement in listening skills. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of YouTube social media in Arabic language lessons led to an improvement in the listening skills of 7th-grade female students at SMP IT Al Insyirah from the pre-cycle to cycle II. According to the test results conducted during the learning process in the classroom, the pre-cycle average score was 29%, the cycle I average score increased to 68%, and the cycle II average score was 90.5%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the application of YouTube social media in each cycle contributes to a significant enhancement in listening skills with a category of excellent.

Abstract

Wakaf tunai merupakan penghimpunan dana yang dilakukan oleh pengelola wakaf (nadzir) dengan salah satu caranya yaitu melakukan penerbitan sertifikat wakaf tunai yang dapat dibeli oleh masyarakat dan keuntungannya dapat dikelola oleh Nadzir dengan melakukan investasi pada tempat usaha atau perusahaan lainnya yang produktif dan halal dan sebagian lainnya dana digunakan untuk kesejahteraan ummat Islam. Wakaf tunai masih dianggap baru dan wam untuk masyarakat termasuk juga Ibu-Ibu PKK di Desa Banjarsari, Kecamatan Balongpanggang, Kabupaten Gresik. Program sosialisasi ini dilakukan bersamaan dengan program sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan Batik Ecoprint sehingga Ibu – Ibu PKK menambah pengetahuan tentang wirausaha Batik Ecoprint dan pola investasi dan pemberdayaan Ekonomi Perempuan melalu Wakaf Tunai di lingkungan Desa Banjarsari, Kecamatan Balongpanggang, Kabupaten Gresik semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Background. Smoking behavior is a behavior that is harmful to health and male teenage smokers increase every year in Indonesia. Currently, a consumptive life is commonplace by spending money only on food and having fun which is done excessively so teenagers need to be taught to manage money. Purpose. This community service aimed to reduce teenagers’ smoking behavior by teaching them to enjoy saving called GEMAR (Gerakan Mengurangi Rokok) by saving culture. Activity methods. This community service activity provides education about smoking behavior and financial management to increase knowledge and understanding of teenagers in Kebomas Village regarding financial management by saving, then reducing negative smoking behavior, and helping to develop teenagers' creativity in using used goods into more useful items for saving. Findings. The teenagers are interested and pay good attention to this community service activity. Teenagers' behavior of smoking has changed after this community service activity. After this activity, most teenagers have good knowledge about 10 people (76.9%) and moderate action in smoking 8 people (61.5%).  Conclusion. Highlighting the need for better money management. Teenagers in Kebomas Village actively participated in an activity promoting saving activities to reduce smoking and replace positive activities with future savings.
