Abstract

Management is a science whose existence is very important, because the science of management studies the art of managing, the art of relating and working with others and the art of leadership. Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions that are able to give birth to generations of nations who have competitiveness in terms of education, because education will be a benchmark for the development and progress of a country. Therefore Islamic boarding schools are also required to provide varied education through institutional units, one of which is the library. The focus of this research is how to plan library management at the Miftahut Thullab foundation in shaping student literacy, how to implement library management in shaping student literacy at the Miftahut Thullab foundation , how to evaluate library management in shaping student literacy at the Miftahut Thullab foundation. Therefore, this study aims to see how the management is carried out by the library and the effectiveness of the literacy program presented by the library in shaping student literacy at the Miftahut Thullab foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type. while data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The object of research here is the Gedangan Islamic Boarding School including leaders, principals, teachers, library managers, and students at the Miftahut Thullab foundation. The results of this study indicate that the management planned in the library has been regulated and in accordance with the needs of the library, and in library management focused on literacy culture in view of the objectives and the development process carried out at the Miftahut Thullab foundation library, as well as evaluations carried out for each component related to the library.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar Curriculum is an educational policy innovation launched to address post-pandemic learning challenges and to promote the strengthening of students' character and competencies. SMPN 2 Torjun is one of the educational institutions that began implementing this curriculum in the 2023 academic year. This study was conducted to explore how the optimization of planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Merdeka Curriculum contributes to improving the quality of learning at the school. The method used was a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation, while data analysis employed Miles & Huberman’s interactive analysis model with source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that: (First) the planning of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMPN 2 Torjun was carried out collaboratively by involving the principal, teachers, school committee, and the Department of Education. The category chosen for implementation was Mandiri Berubah (Independent Transition). (Second) the curriculum implementation was effective through student-centered learning strategies and the integration of the Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) as a means of character development. (Third) evaluation was conducted regularly through official meetings, principal supervision, and external oversight, with the aim of continuous improvement. Overall, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has had a positive impact on enhancing the quality of learning, both academically and non-academically.

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) merupakan sebuah pendekatan manajemen yang terbukti efektif dalam berbagai sektor dan telah semakin diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan untuk mencapai standar mutu yang lebih tinggi, Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti memfokuskan pada tiga point, yaitu : Pertama, Bagaimana Perencanaan Total Quality Management Dalam Menigkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Di MA Nazhatut Thullab?. Kedua, Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Total Quality Management Dalam Menigkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Di MA Nazhatut Thullab?. Ketiga, Bagaimana Evaluasi Total Quality Management Dalam Menigkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Di MA Nazhatut Thullab?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Adapun sumber data yang diperoleh yaitu melalui cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, yang menjadi informannya adalah kepala sekolah MA Nazhatut Thullab, tim coordinator dan guru MA Nazhatut Thullab.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Integrasi Kurikulum dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Peserta Didik di SMA Sabilillah Sampang. Maka ada empat fokus yang menjadi kajian pokok dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Data-data yang akan disajikan diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informanya adalah Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum, Guru dan Peserta Didik. Adapun hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan menujukkan bahwa: Pertama, Perencanaan integrasi kurikulum dimulai dengan diskusi, rapat dan pembentukan tim, menentukan tujuan, konsep dan strategi, dan kualifikasi guruvdan siswa. Kedua, Pengorganisasian dalam integrasi kurikulum di SMA Sabililillah yaitu pembagian tenaga pendidik, siswa, materi, kelas dan silabus. Ketiga, Pelaksanaan integrasi kurikulum di SMA Sabilillah disesuaikan dengan perencanaan yang telah disusun, mulai dari pelaksanaan belajar mengajar yang terdiri dari tiga kelas untuk kelas X (sepuluh) yaitu iptek dan sains, bilingual, multimedia dan komunikasi, dalam pelaksanaannya semua memiliki pemfokusan masing-masing. Keempat, Evaluasi Integrasi kurikulum di SMA Sabilillah dilaksanakan dalam satu minggu satu kali untuk mengevaluasi segala kegiatan atau hal-hal yang dilakukan di SMA sabilillah selama satu minggu dan yang kedua evaluasi satu bulan satu kali, evaluasi ini fokus kepada proses belajar mengajar di kelas, dan juga melihat perkembangan dari setiap peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas program esktrakurukuler untuk meningkatakan kompotensi peserta didik di SMA Hidaytut Thullab menjadi kajian pokok dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: Pertama, Bagaimana Perencanaan Program Ekstrakurikuler dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa di SMA Hidayatut Thullab? Kedua, Bagaimana Pelaksanaan Program Ekstrakurikuler dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa di SMA Hidayatut Thullab? Ketiga, Bagaimana Evaluasi Program Ekstrakurikuler dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa di SMA Hidayatut Thullab? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Sumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informannya adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala bidang Kesiswaan, Guru dan Siswa. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, perencanaan program ekstrakurikuler di SMA Hidayatut Thullab ialah dilakukan dengan cara melihat minat serta bakat siswa kemudian menentukan kegiatan, pembina, kapan dan bagaimana mengerjakannya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kurikulum serta sarana dan prasarana lembaga melalui koordinasi Waka Kesiswaan dengan Kepala Sekolah dan musyawarah dengan seluruh Wakil Kepala, guru dan Komite sekolah yang dilaksanakan setiap awal tahun pelajaran.. Kedua, Pelaksanaan program Ekstrakurikuler di SMA Hidayatut Thullab dilakukan oleh tim atau pembina setiap kegiatan yang telah dibentuk dengan mengedepankan prinsip rekrutmen internal atau eksternal untuk mengelola program Ekstrakurikuler yang dibebankan kepada setiap masing-masing pembina. Tempat pelaksanan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kegiatan dan sarana yang dimiliki lembaga, seperti di ruang kelas dan halaman sekolah. Ketiga, Evaluasi program ekstrakurikuler dilakukan dengan cara berkoordinasi antara wakil kepala bidang kesiswaan dan pembina program ekstrakurikuler secara berkala dan rapat di akhir semester untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan program dan mengukur sejauh mana pencapaian kompetensi siswa untuk mengambil keputusan langkah selanjutnya dari setiap program ekstrakurikuler apakah dilanjutkan, diperbaiki atau diberhentikan.

Abstract

Madrasah facilities and infrastructure are one of the important components in determining the smoothness of an institution, especially in the ongoing learning process. Therefore, good management is needed in order to continue to improve the required facilities. This study aims to determine how the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of facilities and infrastructure management in improving learning service facilities at MA Miftahut Thullab Daleman Kedungdung Sampang. In this case, data was obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The study was conducted using qualitative methods with the type of field research. The results of the study indicate that the planning process was carried out by analyzing the required facilities and holding meetings attended by the principal, the vice principals, and school staff as well as creating a temporary budget to be submitted to the foundation. Organization was carried out by appointing the vice principal of facilities and infrastructure as the person responsible for implementing facilities and infrastructure management. Implementation is carried out through procurement through manufacturing, purchasing, and recycling. Funding comes from the School Operational Assistance (BOS) fund of approximately 77,850,000 annually, school-owned businesses (shops) of 20-25 million annually, grants, and donations from alumni and the community. Use is permitted by all students who need it, based on a predetermined schedule. Maintenance is carried out by the entire school community for facilities that do not require special maintenance. Inventory is recorded by recording incoming items in an inventory book. Evaluation is carried out through observation and re-analysis, followed by the elimination of damaged facilities, and the results of this evaluation are used as material for future planning. Improvements occurred in 2021, including the procurement of a library, and in 2023, the construction of a computer lab, along with the provision of five computers and one projector. In 2024, Wi-Fi was installed and two fans were added to each classroom. In 2025, a total renovation of the building was carried out, along with the addition of classrooms and the construction of a new office for male teachers.
