Abstract

Rasmul Al-Qur’an merupakan salah satu bagian disiplin ilmu Al-Qur’an yang mana di dalamnya mempelajari tentang penulisan Mushaf Al-Qur’an yang dilakukan dengan cara khusus, baik dalam penulisan lafal-lafalnya maupun bentuk-bentuk huruf yang digunakan. Penelitian ini termasuk menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori kajian (library risearch) atau kepustakaan yang di mana sumber datanya dihasilkan melalui studi pustaka atau literatur yang terkait, lalu dianalisa, diungkapkan, dan dikaitkan relevansinya juga aktualisasinya. Hasil dari peneitian ini menunjukkan di antaranya: pertama, adanya keselarasan dalam istilah atau kaidah iśbat atau ziyādah, dan kaidah maḥẓūfatul huruf pada rasm uśmani, namun berbeda pandangan dalam menyikapi kalimat dan kata yang dihilangkan (ḥaẓf) atau ditulis (iśbat atau ziyādah) menurut ulama perawi rasm; kedua, pada tetma-tema tertentu selaras dengan menggnakan ungkapan (ittafaqa atau jāa ‘an) namun pada jumlah rawi yang disebutkan masing-masing berbeda jumlah, di mana ‘Ali Handāwī menyebutkan tiga perawi dengan (jāa ‘an syuyukh atau ittafaqa asy-syuykh) sedangkan ‘Alī Ḍabā’ menyebutkan dua perawi (ittafaqa syaikhan); ketiga, terdapat perbedaan pendapat pada kalimat-kalimat yang sama namun berbeda hukumnya antara hazf atau ziyādah (iśbat); dan keempat perbedaan jumlah yang dikecualikan iśbat pada wazan-wazan, di mana ‘Alī Handāwī menyebutkan enam wazan yang dikecualikan ḥaẓf, sedangkan ‘Alī Ḍabā’ menyebutkan tujuh wazan, namun sepakat peletakan pada tema ḥaẓf

Abstract

Cassava genotype Bokor has a fairly high content of beta carotene, which is beneficial for health and can also support the development of the functional food industry. MOCAF (Modified Cassava Flour) is a product made from cassava flour which is processed by modifying cassava cells through fermentation. This study aims to analyze the effect of long fermentation time on the characteristics of MOCAF from beta-carotene-rich cassava genotype Bokor. In this study, three variations of fermentation time were used, namely 15 hours, 24 hours and 40 hours. The research results showed that the time of fermentation affected the physicochemical properties of MOCAF. NIR analysis showed that the fermentation time affected the chemical composition of MOCAF. At 40 hours (last time of fermentation), there was a decrease in fat content with a value of 1.59% and an increase in water, protein and fibre content with a value of 13.71%, 3.94% and 2.28%, respectively. Proximate analysis showed that there was an effect of the length of fermentation time on the MOCAF content, namely at 40 hours, there was an increase in water content with a value of 10.10%, a decrease in dry matter, ash, protein, fat, fibre with a value of 89.90%, 0.60%, 0.78% respectively, 0.45%, and 1.29%. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) analysis shows the effect of fermentation time on the morphological properties of MOCAF starch granules. Abstract

Identification of post-harvest physiological deterioration (PPD) tolerance in cassava is crucial, as PPD significantly hampers the cassava tuberous root industry by shortening storage periods post-harvest and diminishing product quality. Characteristics linked to PPD tolerance encompass high carotenoid levels and low dry matter content (DMC). This study aimed to evaluate the PPD responses of six yellow fleshed and ten white-fleshed cassava tuberous roots and determine the source of PPD tolerance. PPD and DMC assessments were conducted using standard methods at three storage periods: 2, 5, and 10 days after harvest (DAH). The k-means clustering analysis revealed six clusters, each corresponding to distinct PPD symptom patterns and tolerance statuses. Cluster 1, comprising three yellow-fleshed and three white-fleshed cassava cultivars, demonstrated PPD tolerance with minimal symptoms up to 5 DAH. Clusters 2 and 3 exhibited a moderate PPD response with elevated symptoms at 5 DAH, comprising three yellow-fleshed and three white-fleshed cassava cultivars. Clusters 4 to 6 displayed a sensitive response to PPD, showcasing a significant increase in symptoms at 5 and 10 DAH, with four white-fleshed cassava cultivars identified within this cluster. These findings underscored the presence of PPD tolerance in both yellow-fleshed and white-fleshed cassava tuberous roots. The correlation between PPD and DMC was significant only at 2 DAH, displaying a moderate positive correlation. Consequently, this study identified three cultivars, “Carvita-25”, “Manggu”, and ““Ubi Kuning””, with high DMC and low PPD incidence at 5 DAH, suggesting their suitability for further breeding programs.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2017 Desa Bangun Purba mendapat bantuan PAMSIMAS (program nasional penyediaan air minum dan sanitasi berbasis masyarakat) yang menyediakan air bersih kapasitas 1 liter/detik dengan sumber air dari mata air yang dialirkan ke sungai. Akan tetapi airnya tercemar dan mengandung besi (Fe) dan mangan (Mn) yang ditandai dengan warna air yang berubah menjadi kuning-coklat setelah kontak dengan udara. kegiatan Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) diharapkan dapat memberdayakan masyarakat desa melalui KKM dan BUMDES selaku mitra sebagai subjek (pelaku) program dengan upaya peningkatan kapasitas sehingga terbentuk desa mandiri air bersih yang berkelanjutan melalui penyediaan sarana berupa teknologi tepat guna (TTG) instalasi pengolahan air bersih layak konsumsi dan air minum isi ulang serta peningkatan kapasitas dan tata kelola kelembagaan. Tujuan khusus dari kegiatan PPDM ini adalah Perluasan prasarana jaringan sambungan rumah tangga kepada masyarakat desa bangun purba, peningkatan kapasitas KKM Paya Ambar dan BUMDES bangun purba dalam mengelola TTG instalasi air bersih dan unit usaha air minum isi ulang, Peningkatan kualitas kesehatan dan ekonomi masyarakat melalui unit usaha air isi ulang yang dikelola oleh BUMDES. Metode pelaksanaan dalam program pengabdian antara lain: 1) peningkatan infrastruktur, 2) penyediaan teknologi, dan 3) peningkatan kapasitas lembaga agar dihasilkan Desa Bangun Purba yang mandiri air bersih yang berkelanjutan. Hal ini menjadi objek edukasi bagi masyarakat desa, dunia akademik dan desa lain. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu penyediaan teknologi tepat guna pengolahan air bersih menjadi air layak konsumsi kapasitas 30 L/min, peningkatan pengetahuan pengurus KKM yang mengoperasikan sistem pengolahan air bersih layak konsumsi dan depot air minum, Unit usaha depot air minum telah terbentuk dengan kapasitas 200 galon/hari, unit ATM air minum dengan kapasitas 200 galon perhari telah dirancang. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kehidupan masyarakat desa baik dari aspek kesehatan maupun ekonomi.

Abstract

The high dependence on flour imports is a significant challenge to overcome by processing local food ingredients through diversification. To address this challenge, the use of MOCAF (Modified Cassava Flour) as a substitute for wheat flour has been carried out in the manufacture of wet and dry noodles, along with analog rice, and bread. The optimization of MOCAF production from beta-carotene-rich cassava depends on the selection of appropriate equipment technology and drying process. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the effect of drying method on MOCAF characteristics of beta-carotene-rich cassava genotype. The analysis was carried out using two methods, namely sun drying for 3-4 days and oven drying at 60 o C for 24 hours. Parameters analyzed included viscosity, solubility, syneresis, Near Infra-Red analysis, proximate analysis, and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The results showed that drying affected the physicochemical properties of MOCAF, including viscosity, solubility, and syneresis. NIR (Near-infrared) and proximate analysis showed that drying process affected the decrease in moisture, ash, protein, and fat content, along with an increase in crude fiber, and dry fiber matter content. Furthermore, SEM microstructural analysis resulted in the reformation of starch granules, characterized by changes in morphology and structure, such as the separation of irregular spherical shapes, and hollowness.

Abstract

Mineral soil has a high bulk density and is a limiting factor as a nursery medium. For the application of nursery media, planting media that is light, large water holding capacity are also needed. The magot compost comes from the Magot Lingsar unit the Regional TPA of NTB Province and the soil contains pumice an average of 68.2% comes from Tanak Beak Village, Central Lombok Regency, which has potential as a medium for nurseries. The purpose of this study was to identify the Bulk Density and water holding capacity of magot compost and soil containing pumice with the control variable of mineral soil from Labuapi, West Lombok Regency. Bulk density analysis method by analyzing dry weight per unit volume on soil rings and water capacity by analyzing wet weight minus dry weight. The subjects studied were magot compost with size < 2 mm, soil containing pumice size < 2 mm and control soil mineral rice fields. The results showed that the lowest Bulk Density was magot compost 0.42 gr/cm3, soil containing soil 0,64 gr/cm3, and rice field soil 1.42 gr/cm3, this was because magot compost was residue from waste. While the largest water holding capacity was soil containing pumice of 42.67%, magot compost 22.00%, and paddy soil 6.33%, caused by the number of macro and micro pores in pumice, whereas in magot compost water is bound to the humus surface. Suggestions for further research are the permanent wilting point time test on plant seeds.

Abstract

One alternative energy that can be used as a substitute for fuel oil and gas is biomass energy such as briquettes. This study aims to determine the amount of heat, moisture content and ash content of briquettes made using hazelnut shells and glutinous rice adhesives that vary in adhesive concentration and particle size. This study used a complete randomised design (CRD) with variations in glutinous rice concentration of 20%, 30%, and 40% while the particle sizes used were 12 mesh and 24 mesh. The results showed that the adhesive concentration did not significantly affect the test parameters while the particle size affected the moisture content, ash content and calorific value of the briquettes. The highest calorific value was obtained by using 24 mesh particle size with 20% adhesive concentration with a calorific value of 5321 cal/g while the 12 mesh particle size produced the highest calorific value of 4704 cal/g at 20% adhesive concentration. The lowest moisture content value was obtained by using 24 mesh particle size with 20% adhesive concentration with a moisture content value of 6.9% while the 12 mesh particle size produced the lowest moisture content value at 20% adhesive concentration with a value of 7.4%. The lowest ash content value was obtained by using 24 mesh particle size with 30% adhesive concentration with an ash content value of 4.99% while the 12 mesh particle size produced an ash content value of 5.82%. The use of 12 mesh particle size is not in accordance with SNI standards because the heating value produced is still below 5000 cal/gr while the use of 24 mesh particle size is in accordance with SNI standards for all test parameters.

Abstract

Metode 3T+1M merupakan salah satu metode yang mudah, efektif dan sesuai diimplementasikan pada masyarakat. Artikel bertujuan untuk mengkaji bimbingan dan penyuluhan peningkatan literasi Al Qur’an dengan metode 3T+1M (Tasmi’, Tafhim, Tikrar dan Muroja’ah) di Majlis Taklim Raudlatul IJtihad Kecamatan Pule Kabupaten Trenggalek. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyuluhan ini adalah metode kualititatif dengan jenis peneltian lapangan. Teknik analisis data melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penyuluhan ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tahap perencanaan, penyuluh melakukan analisis terhadap masyarakat binaan untuk menyesuaikan pelajaran, dan kondisi kemampuan masyarakat. Pelaksanaannya yakni dengan mendengarkan ayat-ayat dari Al Qur’an yang dibaca penyuluh, menjelaskan pelajaran terkait kaidah bacaan dari ayat tersebut, membaca berulang-ulang hingga masyarakat mempelajari pelajaran yang diberikan, kemudian mengulang kembali pelajaran yang diberikan bersama penyuluh. Evaluasi dari metode ini dilakukan dengan mengadakan refleksi pengajian dan motivasi. Hal ini menyebabkan motivasi mempelajari Al Qur’an semakin membaik dan meningkat, sehingga dari penyuluhan ini terjadi implikasi perubahan perilaku yang semula bosan, malas dan enggan melakukan setoran pelajaran, menjadi bersemangat dan penuh kegembiraan dalam melakukan setoran Al Qur’an.

Abstract

AbstrakDanau Cipogas terletak di Desa Sialang Jaya, Kecamatan Rambah, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu, Profinsi Riau. Kegiatan Kosabangsa ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi wisata di Danau Cipogas Desa Sialang Jaya sebagai destinasi wisata pilihan bagi wisatawan baik yang ada di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu maupun dari luar Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Sampan wisata yang di buat menggunakan motor listrik 3.000 Watt dengan memanfaatkan energi matahari sebagai bahan bakar sehingga bisa menghemat bahan bakar. Dengan demikian akan menjadi icon tersendiri bagi wisatawan  dan masyarakat yang berkunjung ke Danau Cipogas Desa Sialang Jaya.  Wisata danau Cipogas sebelumnya memiliki wahana perahu atau sampan akan tetapi tidak dikelola dengan maksmimal. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar meningkatnya wisatawan yang datang ke destinasi wisata danau cipogas. Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan survey lokasi mitra, proses pembuatan perahu dan pendampingan. Mitra pengabdian ini adalah kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) Remsi jaya yang berada di Desa Sialang Jaya. Jumlah mitra yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini sebanyak 57 orang. Kata kunci : danau cipogas ; rokan hulu ; sampan wisata ; sel surya. AbstractCipogas Lake is located in Sialang Jaya Village, Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. This Kosabangsa activity was carried out with the aim of increasing the tourism potential of Cipogas Lake, Sialang Jaya Village as a tourist destination of choice for tourists both in Rokan Hulu Regency and from outside Rokan Hulu Regency. The tourist canoe is made using a 3,000 Watt electric motor using solar energy as fuel so it can save fuel. In this way, it will become a special icon for tourists and the public who visit Cipogas Lake, Sialang Jaya Village. Cipogas Lake tourism previously had boat rides or canoes, but they were not managed optimally. This service is carried out with the aim of increasing tourists coming to the Lake Cipogas tourist destination. This service method is carried out by surveying partner locations, the boat building process and mentoring. This service partner is the Remsi Jaya tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis) located in Sialang Jaya Village. Abstract

In the era of digitalization of public services, web-based student registration systems have become an important instrument in the education sector. The Website for New Student Admission (PPDB) of Senior High Schools (SMA) and Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Central Java Province has been implemented as a single platform for new student registration, but the main problem identified is the lack of a comprehensive evaluation of the level of user satisfaction with the quality of interaction experience with this platform, especially after the emergence of several complaints on the official PPDB social media regarding the system flow, services, and website appearance. The purpose of this study is to measure and analyze the level of user satisfaction with the PPDB website of SMA/SMK in Central Java Province using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) approach which covers six aspects of user experience. This research method is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach using a standardized UEQ instrument consisting of 26 question items, involving 30 respondents of class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Karanganyar Demak selected using a 10% sampling technique from the population. The results of this study are indicate that the efficiency criteria obtained the highest score of 1.125, while the novelty criteria received the lowest score of 0.792, with the benchmark comparison diagram indicating a position below average (poor) in the criteria of attractiveness (1.061), clarity (1.092), accuracy (0.983), and stimulation (0.992), while in the criteria of efficiency and novelty, they are in a position above average (quite good). The implication of these findings underlines the need for further development in the aspects of visual appeal, clarity of information, accuracy of functions, and interaction stimulation to improve the overall quality of the user experience of the PPDB website.
