Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of information-based management systems computers and finger print presence systems on employee performance at Kualanamu International Airport. The study was conducted on 130 employees using the Structural Equation analysis tool.Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS version 20.0. The results showed that the management information system and the finger print presence system had a positive and significant effect on employee performance Kualanamu International Airport.

Abstract

Social media has now become an increasingly important tool for all types of businesses. During the pandemic, one of the most successful social media campaigns was Stay-at-Home. This condition causes changes in consumer spending behavior in fulfilling life needs. This research aims to provide an analysis of the influence of social media on consumer behavior. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this study reveal that social media has changed consumer shopping behavior, especially during the pandemic. However, this behavior has become a post-covid-19 culture. This condition is of course a unique challenge for entrepreneurs to continue to innovate to develop modern products and services so that businesses survive and are able to continue to create consumer loyalty. It is hoped that this research will be an evaluation material for entrepreneurs if currently the business model has changed a lot, then it is time for them to change the old way to a new one by adopting social media and being flexible in improvising with modern marketing tools.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis nasional dan internasional dilaporkan dalam keadaan kompetitif. Setiap perusahaan dan bisnsi berjuang mencapai keunggulan kompetitif untuk keberlanjutan usaha. Persaingan sifatnya abadi, pemanfaatan sumber daya berdasarkan theory Resources Based View dimana modal sosial bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber daya strategis dan potensial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk berkontribusi peran modal sosial dalam keberlanjutan UMKM. Metode penelitian ini adalah survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian 70 wirausaha industri kuliner di Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan teknik quota sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa modal sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan. UMKM industri kuliner di Kabupaten Sukabumi mampu menciptakan keunggulan keberlanjutan, hanya tidak merata.

Abstract

Working capital management is a branch of financial management that manages the working capital of a company to achieve optimal value. The purpose of holding working capital management is to produce the welfare of shareholders through obtaining optimal profits. The aim is to meet the company's liquidity, liability and supply needs for consumers. McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant that is still needed by the people of Indonesia and abroad. PT Rekso Nasional Food or better known as McDonald's Indonesia is a publicly traded fast food company with branches in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company was founded on February 23, 1991. This company is the only McDonald's franchisee in Indonesia. The entry of McDonald's or other large companies into Indonesia can have a complex impact on local companies. It is important for local companies to continue to adapt and innovate in the face of competition from international companies such as McDonald's.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Free Learning Policy and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance with Teacher Competence as an Intervening Variable. The research was conducted at Prakasa High School, Langkat Regency. The population in this study was a sample of 80 teachers. The sample technique used is a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The research model used is Path Analysis and Smart PLS as measurement tools. The results of this study are that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Competence. Teacher competence has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance. Merdeka Learning has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Merdeka Learning has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Competence. Work Discipline has an effect on Teacher Performance through teacher competence which has no significant negative effect. Merdeka Belaja has an insignificant negative effect on teacher performance through teacher competence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transactional leadership and punishment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research uses associative quantitative research, and this research was conducted at the Office of Regional Income and Asset Financial Management Agency, Binjai City. The research population consists of 173 employees. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and the sample used was 121 employees. The data collection used a questionnaire. The research model used is Path Analysis and the measurement tool is Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study are that Transactional Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance Transactional Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Transactional Leadership influences Employee Performance through Motivation in a positive and significant way. Punishment influences Employee Performance through Positive and Significant Motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Work Discipline on Competency Performance as Intervening Variables. This research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the City of Binjai. The population in this study was 79 employees using a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data source used is the primary data source. The research model used is path analysis and the measurement tool uses Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study are Work Discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Competence, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Performance, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Competence, Competence has an insignificant positive effect on Performance, Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Performance through Competence. Emotional Intelligence has a not significant positive effect on performance through competence.

Abstract

Product innovation has a positive effect on MSME performance. So, product innovation has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs accepted. Products with interesting and creative innovations will be in demand in the market so that they will improve the performance of MSMEs. A city's economic development requires appropriate action to maximize existing resources through the financial management of MSME actors. One of the solutions to control financial management is to form a UMK Sentra, as a center that can become a forum for its members. Therefore, MSES need to have good financial management to improve their business performance. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness of financial management at the UMK Center on Jalan Sei Serayu Number 103, Tanjung Rejo, Medan Sunggal District, Medan City, North Sumatra. This study uses qualitative methods through observation and interviews with key informants at MSE centers. From the results of the research, the majority of MSME performance members in Medan City did not experience many obstacles that could affect the growth and sustainability of their business due to the existence of the UMK Sentra group as a center of knowledge for its members. In Medan City, the local government and the MSE Sentra group work well together in managing finances and business. In this study, the system applied to the MSME performance Sentra group in Medan City proved effective in opening opportunities for MSME performance to advance their business and improve their economic welfare to meet the Empowerment index standard.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the work environment and work discipline on work performance with promotion as an intervening variable. Medan Region II Airport. The research population consisted of 96 employees and all populations were sampled and the sample technique used was saturated samples. The research model used was Path analysis and the research calculation tool used Smart PLS 3.3.3. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and surveys. Based on the results of the research that has been done and the data analysis as explained in the previous chapter, the following conclusions are conveyed from the results of the research as follows: Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Performance. Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Promotion. The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on work performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on promotion. Promotion has no significant negative effect on work performance. Work Discipline has an indirect effect on work performance through insignificant negative promotion. The work environment has an indirect effect on work performance through insignificant negative promotion.

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees in the administrative division with work loyalty as an intervening variable. The research was carried out using associative quantitative research. is 70 and the researcher wants to make all of the population into a sample and uses a saturated sample technique. This research model is used with analysis paths and measuring tools used Smart PLS 3.3.3 data collection used is a questionnaire and survey. The results of this study have a direct influence from the 5 hypotheses and will be explained per hypothesis. Work Discipline has a negative and not significant effect on original sample -0.055 P values 0.642 > 0.05, Work Discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on Work Loyalty Original Sample 0.252 P values 0.
