Abstract

The rapid evolution of strategic technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) has triggered a paradigm shift in how organizations formulate, implement, and adapt their strategies. However, the current literature on integrating these technologies with the dynamic capabilities framework remains fragmented. This study proposes the Strategic Technology Adaptation Framework (STAF) to conceptually bridge AI/IoT adoption with organizational sensing, seizing, and transforming capabilities. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 30 selected articles published between 2012 and 2024, this research maps the relationships between specific technologies and organizational capabilities across sectors. The study reveals that AI predominantly supports seizing and transforming capabilities through automation and predictive analytics, while IoT enhances sensing through real-time data integration. The proposed STAF model contributes to the dynamic capabilities theory by integrating technological foresight and strategic alignment. It also provides practical guidance for organizations seeking to build adaptive responses and strategic agility in disruptive environments. This study concludes by proposing future empirical validation of STAF through case studies and mixed-method approaches.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Ethical Leadership and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable, at the Head Office of the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) in Indonesia. Using a quantitative associative approach, data were collected from 150 functional officers through a Likert-scale questionnaire. The analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results show that Ethical Leadership and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on both Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Job Satisfaction also has a significant direct effect on Organizational Commitment and serves as a significant mediator in the relationship between Ethical Leadership and Organizational Culture with Organizational Commitment. These findings underscore the critical role of ethical values in leadership and a strong, supportive organizational culture in fostering employee satisfaction and long-term commitment. The implications suggest the importance of leadership development and cultural reinforcement strategies in public institutions to enhance performance and employee engagement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of organizational vision and mission in improving company performance and competitiveness. Using the literature study method, this research examines various relevant sources to identify how vision and mission can serve as strategic guides in decision-making. The analysis shows that a clear vision and well-defined mission contribute to the creation of a strong organizational culture, increased employee motivation, and the development of effective strategies. In addition, this study found that companies that consistently review and update their vision and mission tend to be more adaptive to market changes and able to maintain a competitive advantage. These findings provide important insights for managers and organizational leaders in formulating result-oriented strategies to improve the overall performance of the company in the era of global competition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja PT Pertamina Bina Medika. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 sampel karyawan pada PT Pertamina Bina Medika dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap motivasi kerja. Adapun Dengan demikian, manajemen perusahaan perlu memperhatikan keseimbangan beban kerja serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan transformational, dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan Generasi Z yang bekerja pada perusahaan swasta di wilayah Jakarta Pusat. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh meningkatnya jumlah angkatan kerja Generasi Z di Indonesia serta tingginya tingkat turnover yang menjadi tantangan bagi perusahaan dalam mempertahankan loyalitas karyawan muda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 349 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert 4 poin, dan data dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan sedangkan kepemimpinan transformational berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya strategi manajerial dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, gaya kepemimpinan yang inspiratif, serta sistem kompensasi yang adil untuk meningkatkan keterikatan dan retensi karyawan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengambil kebijakan di perusahaan serta memperkaya literatur akademik dalam bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam konteks generasi muda di dunia kerja modern. Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformational, Kompensasi, Loyalitas Karyawan, Generasi Z.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat pengaruh Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV X. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Analisis Deskriptif dan penelitian explanatory (eksplanatif). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di CV X. CV X memiliki tiga restoran, yaitu Resep-resep Dahar Sunda, Selera Rantau, dan Soto Kudus. Total populasi dan sampel karyawan pada seluruh restoran milik CV X adalah sebanyak  70 orang (jumlah karyawan dari data perusahaan). Penelitian kajian data pada studi ini diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) versi 25. Dengan anilisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa Pada variabel beban kerja, ditunjukkan oleh item pernyataan bahwa komunikasi antar tim di tempat kerja berjalan dengan baik sehingga tidak menimbulkan kesalahpahaman. manajemen perlu mengambil langkah untuk memperbaiki pola komunikasi internal, seperti menyediakan forum koordinasi rutin antar divisi, memperjelas jalur komunikasi, serta mendorong budaya keterbukaan dan kolaborasi di lingkungan kerja. Upaya ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan alur kerja yang lebih efisien, meminimalisasi kesalahan, dan pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi persepsi terhadap tingginya beban kerja. Pada variabel stres kerja, ditujukkan oleh item pernyataan bahwa perusahaan membuat keputusan dengan melibatkan atau mempertimbangkan pendapat bawahan. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa karyawan merasa didengarkan dan dihargai dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, yang dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih suportif dan mengurangi potensi stres yang disebabkan oleh hubungan yang kaku. Oleh karena itu, CV X perlu mempertahankan dan memperkuat gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif ini, seperti dengan rutin mengadakan forum diskusi, rapat evaluasi bersama agar karyawan merasa terlibat secara aktif dalam dinamika kerja dan kebijakan perusahaan. Pada variabel kompensasi kerja, ditunjukkan oleh item pernyataan bahwa perusahaan menyediakan fasilitas kerja yang memadai seperti alat kerja (komputer atau laptop, alat tulis, telpon, meja, kursi dan peralatan masak). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa karyawan merasa terbantu dan didukung oleh ketersediaan fasilitas kerja yang layak, sehingga perusahaan sebaiknya mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas fasilitas yang tersedia. Hal ini penting untuk menciptakan kenyamanan kerja, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan menjaga motivasi kerja karyawan. Selain itu, manajemen dapat melakukan evaluasi secara berkala terhadap kondisi dan kecukupan fasilitas kerja, serta menyesuaikannya dengan kebutuhan operasional di lapangan.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine and analyze the effect of work from home behavior on employee performance. 2) To determine and analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance. 3) To determine and analyze the effect of work from home behavior and work stress on employee performance. Research using quantitative methods. This research was conducted on 140 staff position employees. The data collection technique used a survey method through distributing questionnaires and processed using SPSS version 26 software: 1) Work from home behavior is positive and significant to employee performance. 2) Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between work from home behavior and work stress on employee performance.

Abstract

In order to ultimately boost business earnings, this study tries to ascertain the impact of workload, work stress, and work-life balance on employee performance. Descriptive quantitative research methodology is employed. This study used an unlimited number of startup employees in Jakarta as its population. The nonprobability sampling approach is employed in the sampling procedure. According to the research's findings, employee performance among startup workers in Jakarta is significantly improved by workload. Because of this, the company's performance expectations will not be met the more work the employees feel they are expected to do. Workload significantly influences how stressed out startup employees in Jakarta feel at work. Thus, employees experience more stress the more work they have to do. Work-life balance for startup employees in Jakarta is significantly impacted by workload. As a result, employees feel less of a work-life balance as their burden increases. Workplace stress significantly affects startup employees' productivity in Jakarta. Employee performance suffers as a result of increased work stress. Work-life balance significantly influences how well startup employees in Jakarta perform at work. Therefore, the greater the employee's success for the organization, the better the ability to manage work and personal life. Work-life balance is significantly impacted by work stress for startup employees in Jakarta. Therefore, the employee would experience less stress the better he can balance his life. work stress and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. this means that the amount of burden and stress felt by employees causes employee performance to decrease. workload, work stress have a significant effect on work-life balance. this means that workload and work stress will be reduced when employees can balance their lives. workload, work life balance has a significant effect on employee performance. This means that the demands of work will cause difficulties for employees to balance between personal life and work life. Work-life balance is significantly impacted by workload and workplace stress. Employees will perform better when they can balance their personal and professional life, which will lessen work-related stress. workload, work stress and work life balance affect performance. this means that workload and work stress will decrease when employees can balance their lives so that employees will improve their performance.

Abstract

etiap tahunnya, tingkat pengangguran lulusan perguruan tinggi terus meningkat. Kondisi ini menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon profesional untuk mempersiapkan diri sebaik mungkin. Pengalaman magang dan penguasaan soft skill menjadi faktor krusial agar mereka dapat bersaing dan menyesuaikan diri dengan dinamika dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mengenai pengaruh antara variabel independen yaitu Pengalaman Magang dan Soft Skill dengan variabel dependen yaitu kesiapan kerja. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sebesar 150 responden mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi S1 Manajemen dan D4 Pemasaran Digital, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS), dan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengalaman Magang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir. (2) Soft Skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka universitas diharapkan dapat menyediakan program magang yang lebih terstruktur dan memberikan program pengembangan untuk mendukung peningkatan soft skill. Universitas dapat menyediakan salah satu program Internship Exchange yang dimana mahasiswa bisa mendapatkan pengalaman global, dan dapat menyediakan pelatihan intensif yang mengajarkan mahasiswa dalam mengembangankan kemampuan soft skill.
