Abstract

This research was done  to study and analyze differences in the gross profit margin of PT. Mayora Indah Tbk with PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk. This research uses comparative research. With a sample of research for 10 years from 2009-2018. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is gross profit margin analysis and technical analysis of the data used is the Independent T Test. The results of this study indicate there is no difference between PT. Mayora Indah Tbk with PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo.

Abstract

Kelurahan Dodu dengan potensi sumber daya alam khususnya pertanian dan perkebunan menjadi daya tarik ekonomis untuk menambah penghasilan masyarakat. Selama ini masyarakat belum terbiasa memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga maupun potensi sumber daya sekitar untuk menghasilkan produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomis. Secara ekonomis masih kurangnya inovasi produk dari masyarakat, adanya potensi wisata yang belum dikembangkan oleh masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui seminar program kerja ini diharapkan penggalian potensi dan daya ungkit ekonomi wilayah bisa lebih dikembangkan oleh masyarakat khususnya di Kelurahan Dodu. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh mahasiswa KKN STIE Bima dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu; tahap pendekatan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap monitoring dan evaluasi. uraian program kerja oleh mahasiswa KKN STIE BIMA yang terdiri atas tiga agenda utama, yaitu: pengelolaan buah pinang, telur asin dan diversifikasi produk rengginang, pengembangan potensi wisata La satu sebagai salah satu ikon, dan pemanfaatan limbah air beras sebagai pupuk cair. Melalui peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat untuk diversifikasi potensi produk lokal sehingga menjadi produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomis melalui sosialisai program kerja oleh mahasiswa KKN STIE Bima.

Abstract

Abstract - A cooperative is an institution or organization in conducting savings and loans in the form of money and goods so that the cooperative members can prosper. Still, from the results of interviews with the head of the cooperative of SMKN 1 Kota Bima, it turns out that there are still many members of the cooperative who do not pay loans or credit bills continuously according to the agreed credit, this will have an impact on the financial condition of the cooperative to provide further credit to its members, so this research aims to determine how much bad credit is in the cooperative of SMKN 1 Kota Bima for the 2014-2019 period. For the sample in this study, the authors used financial reports for the last six years, namely from the 2014-2019 period. The data used in this study uses financial report data in the form of insufficient credit data and total loans; the data used are secondary. The method used is the one-sample t-test (one party test). Where the SMKN 1 Kota Bima cooperative cannot be said to be good because the Non-Performing Loans (NPL) in 2015 amounted to 2.72, 2016 amounted to 1.41, 2017 amounted to 0.75, and 2019 amounted to 0.59 because a good NPL is by criteria, which must be less than 0.05 or 5% of the standard criteria, the same thing can also be seen from the acquisition of lousy credit values ​​from 2015 to 2019 which has been fluctuating, this is because many members of the cooperative did not pay credit installments on time even though contracted the credit agreement is clearly stated that the member will pay for the credit following a mutually agreed decision. Abstract

Abstract - Export is an important component in the economy of the country. The higher the country's export performance, the greater positive effect in increasing of economic growth. From 2012 to 2016, Indonesia's exports continued to decline. Considering these conditions, Indonesia needs to make a strategic effort to increase its export performance, of course. One of the efforts which can be done is conducting export development. As an agricultural country, one of potential commodities used to increase exports is cinnamon. This research will analyze the cinnamon export markets which are potentially to be developed. Moreover, this research will find out the factors that influence the export of these commodities. The methods used are RCA, EPD, X-Model, and Gravity. The result of analysis shows that cinnamon has optimistic markets to be developed in Malaysia, Canada, Netherlands, Brazil, the United States of America, and The Republic of Dominican. Meanwhile, the potential markets to be developed are the United Arab Emirates, Germany and Algeria. The factors affecting exports are gross national product per capita, population, export prices and economic distance. Keywords: EPD, Cinnamon, Gravity Model, Export Development, RCA Abstrak – Bank merupakan suatu lembaga keuangan, untuk melakukan operasinya bank perlu menyediakan modal yang banyak agar tidak berada pada kesulitan keuangan. Maka penulis melihat tidak konstanya struktur modal perbankan dalam menghadapi kerugian. Resiko perbankan dapat terlihat dari tidak optimalnya dalam pengelolaan struktur modal dan pendapatannya. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk menganalsis pengaruh struktur modal terhadap pendapatan PT Bank BNI Syari’ah, Tbk. Populasi penelitian yaitu 2009-2018 dengan jumlah sampel 7 tahun periode tahun 2012-2018. Jenis penelitian termasuk asosiatif dengan analisa regresi, koefisien korelasi dengan metode kuadrat terkecil. Kesimpulan Penelitian struktur modal tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan pada PT. Bank BNI Syari’ah, Tbk. Kata Kunci : Struktur Modal, Pendapatan, Bank Syariah

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of internal control systems and information asymmetry on the tendency of accounting fraud and it’s implications on the quality of financial statements at PT. Telkomsel Bima Branch. The population of this research is all employees at PT. Telkomsel Bima Branch that is 57 people. Technic of sample interpretation was done with purposive sampling toward 48 respondents who were employees directly involved in financial management, planning, preparing financial report and billing. The instrument of data analysis used Smart PLS 3.0. The results of the research showed that the internal control system has a negative and insignificant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud, while information asymmetry has a positive and significant effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. Furthermore, the tendency of accounting fraud has a negative and significant effect on the quality of financial statements.

Abstract

Posisi strategi Kelurahan Dodu dengan potensi sumber daya alam khusus nya pertanian dan perkebunan menjadi daya tarik ekonomis untuk menambah penghasilan masyarakat. Selama ini, masyarakat belum terbiasa memanfaatkan limbah rumah tangga maupun potensi sumber daya sekitar untuk menghasilkan produk yang lebih bernilai ekonomis. Penyelenggaraan KKN tematik membangun desa bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran kritis masyarakat dalam rangka membangun komunitas (desa) yang lebih partisipatif dan mampu menemukan gagasan-gagasan kreatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh mahasiswa KKN STIE Bima Angkatan-19 di kelurahan Dodu dibagi menjadi empat tahap yaitu; observasi, persiapan, pelaksanaan dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Pupuk organik cair dibuat menggunakan bahan bersumber dari limbah rumah tangga berupa air cucian beras, nasi basi dan sisa sayuran/kulit buah. Semua bahan perlu penambahan EM4 sebagai katalisator dalam pembuatan pupuk organic cair. Limbah yang sudah tidak memiliki nilai ekonomis lagi, namun limbah tersebut akan memiliki nilai guna dan dapat dimanfaatkan kembali apabila diolah menjadi produk yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, pupuk, pemanfaatan limbah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of capital structure on company value at PT Astra Internasional Tbk. The population used in this research is the balance sheet financial report data for 10 years from 2009 to 2018. The sample used was 7 years, from 2012 to 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results of the study note that there is no significant and insignificant effect between capital structure on firm value. The results showed that there was no significant and insignificant effect between capital structure and firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of operating costs on net profit at PT Ultrajaya Milk Industri Trading Company, Tbk. Type of associative research with quantitative approach with the amount of population data for 29 years from 1990-2020, namely audited profit loss report in the form of operational costs and net profit and sampling techniques with purposive sampling for 15 years from 2005-2019. Data in the form of secondary data accessed through the company's official website and data analysis using operational cost and net profit analysis with documentation data collection techniques and library studies. Then continued with the analysis of operating costs and net profit and significance test (two tail test). The results showed that operational costs had a significant impact on net profit at PT. Ultrajaya Mik Industry Trading Company, Tbk.

Abstract

The Community Service Team of the Bima College of Economics (STIE) is a collection of the academic community consisting of leaders, lecturers, staff and campus security who care about the condition of the community. STIE Bima cares about the Sape Naru fire as a place to channel ideas and contributions, wants to contribute in the form of social service that is felt directly by the community. Social service is an alternative solution to the problems of today's society. The social service activity was carried out in the fire area in Naru Hamlet, Sape District, Bima Regency, NTB. The stages of service activities include preliminary studies, preparation, distribution, and activity reports. The purpose of social service, apart from being a community activity, is also to raise awareness for sharing which needs to be further improved so that care for the surrounding environment is maintained. All donations in the form of mats, proper clothes, medicines, basic necessities and cooking needs were recorded by type and amount. The distribution of aid is divided into three points, namely, the main post which is directly adjacent to the refugee camp, the post near the main road and the post in the Sape sub-district. In the distribution stage or distribution of basic food packages, lecturers and staff use a participatory approach. Based on community service in the form of distributing basic necessities at the fire site, Naru Hamlet, Sape District, Bima Regency, it showed a positive impact on fire victims.
