Abstract

During this time, the Internet has had a huge impact on people's lives. The rapid development of technology has made it very easy for people to access everything in the world. Thanks to the Internet and mass media, parents and young people alike have access to information quickly and easily. The purpose of this study is to examine how online media formulate the messages they write. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This research targeted two web-based media, namely Tribun-Medan.Com and Kompas.Tv, and the research topic was sexual violence against children under 12 in Medan city. Research has shown differences and similarities, especially in the structure of the scripts, i.e. the 5W + 1H elements. In addition, there are differences in title choice between the two media, such as the use of different words and languages.

Abstract

This study aims to assess several aspects of the company's current value chain. Maslahah Performa is a performance measurement created by Achmad Firdaus, where the Maslahah Performa approach uses six measurement orientations used for sharia-based performance assessments that are in line with Islamic principles. This research is included in the descriptive case study category. The technique used in this study is the sharia economic approach which is used to determine whether a financial institution implements performance in accordance with sharia principles which is then complemented by a management approach. This study measures the performance of results and processes that are measured using quantitative data in addition to qualitative data to assess the effectiveness of maslahah owned by a company. Using descriptive statistics as a data analysis method used to examine quantitative data. The performance system with the maslahah performance approach is a spiritual leadership management system that is formulated using the Plan Do Check Action system. The source of this research data is the results of interviews with employees of the Sharia Business Unit of Bank SUMUT Medan. The Sharia Business Unit of Bank Sumut Medan has sufficient performance in the benefit process, indicating that the Sharia Business Unit of Bank Sumut Medan provides adequate benefits. Performance results have sufficient benefits. The limitation of this research is the difficulty of deepening the data. Suggestions for subsequent research can deepen data related to measuring the performance of sharia business units.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Utara meliputi kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, komunikasi, dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Faktor komunikasi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja pegawai dan faktor motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kecil dibandingkan ketiga faktor lainnya terhadap peningkatan kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS).

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul : “Efektivitas Pengelolaan Kearsipan Pada Subbagian Pelayanan Keuangan dan Program Kabupaten Deli Serdang”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengelolaan arsip pada sub bagian program dan keuangan yang dilaksanakan di Dinas Perikanan Deli Serdang, faktor-faktor yang menghambat dalam pengelolaan arsip dan membantu dalam upaya mengatasi hambatan untuk mendorong efisiensi. Tentang manajemen penyimpanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi observasi, penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, wawancara dan catatan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Perikanan Program dan Keuangan Deli Serdang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang karyawan dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pengelolaan arsip pada bagian program dan keuangan Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Deli Serdang belum efektif, karena tidak ada satupun indikator kinerja yang berjalan efektif, berjalan dengan baik dan masih banyak kendala. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem kearsipan pada sub bagian Program dan Keuangan harus memperbaiki pengelolaan berkas lama, menggunakan teknologi dalam pengelolaan arsip, dan pentingnya profil tidak boleh dianggap remeh. Berkat implementasi ini, kami dapat terus merasakan peningkatan yang sangat baik di masa depan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of fintech development on financial independence in micro-enterprises, with financial literacy and financial inclusion as intermediary variables. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This study used primary data by taking data from questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling, so the sample size used is 385 people using the Cochran formula. Data analysis techniques in this study use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using smartPLS to be able to solve problems and assumptions raised in this study and used to test relationships between variables. The results of this study show that Fintech has a positive and significant effect on financial literacy. Fintech does not have a positive and significant influence on financial inclusion. Fintech has a positive and significant influence on financial independence, with financial literacy as an intermediary variable. Fintech has a positive and significant effect on financial independence with financial inclusion as an intermediary variable. Fintech does not have a positive and significant influence on financial independence

Abstract

Pada awalnya petani menjual hasil panen mereka dari orang ke orang tentu hasil yang didapatkan mereka sedikit, Dalam pengabdian masayarakat ini dikenalkan aplikasi gdm agri yang merupakan teknologi nirkabel berbasis internet yang memungkinkan pekerjaan bidang pertanian jauh lebih cepat, efisien, akurat, dan murah. Telah banyak inovasi-inovasi teknologi IoT yang diterapkan dalam teknologi pertanian. Hal ini untuk mendukung terciptanya pertanian berkelanjutan. Studi ini merupakan ulasan untuk mendiseminasi penelitian-penelitian yang telah ada terkait pemanfaatan teknologi IoT untuk pertanian berkelanjutan. Harapannya dengan hasil ulasan ini, dapat menjadi terobosan atau inovasi dalam membangun teknologi pertanian berkelanjutan. Dalam penelitian ini kami membahas mengenai keberhasilan para petani dalam menjual hasil pertanian mereka dalam aplikasi GDM Agri.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate and analyze the factors that influence Generation Z’s use of fintech lending (paylater) in Jakarta, West Java, East Java, Central Java, and North Sumatra. This study employs a descriptive quantitative methodology and questionnaire distribution. The study employed purposive sampling. This study included 200 Generation Z respondents who have utilized fintech lending (paylater) as respondents. The method of data analysis employs Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SmartPLS version 3.2.9 software. The variables performance expectation, social influence, hedonic motivation, and habit have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, whereas effort expectation, facilitating conditions, and price value do not. In addition to testing the UTAUT 2 model, this research was conducted on Generation Z, where few research results are discussing the use of fintech lending (paylater). Generation Z is the generation that currently dominates the population in Indonesia and will be the next generation of Indonesians; therefore, it is essential to determine what factors play a role in encouraging the use of fintech lending (paylater) among Generation Z.AbstrakPenelitian ini tujuannya guna menyelidiki serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang pengaruhi pemakaian fintech lending (paylater) generasi Z di Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, dan Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif deskriptif dan penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 200 responden generasi Z yang telah memanfaatkan fintech lending (paylater) sebagai responden. Metode analisis data memakai perangkat lunak PLS-SEM dan SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Variabel ekspektasi kinerja, pengaruh sosial, motivasi hedonis, serta kebiasaan berpengaruh positif juga signifikan pada niat berperilaku, sedangkan ekspektasi upaya, kondisi fasilitasi, dan nilai harga tidak. Selain menguji model UTAUT 2, penelitian ini dilakukan pada generasi Z, dimana hasil penelitian yang membahas tentang penggunaan fintech lending (paylater) masih sedikit. Generasi Z merupakan generasi yang sekarang mendominasi jumlah penduduk di Indonesia dan akan menjadi generasi penerus bangsa Indonesia; Maka dari itu, penting agar tau faktor apa saja yang berperan untuk mendorong penggunaan fintech lending (paylater) di kalangan generasi Z.

Abstract

This study discusses the practice of selling and buying transactions in the marketplace. In this implementation, there is often no sighat/contract, and the sacredness of the contract is lost, which raises questions about the legitimacy of buying and selling activities in Islam's Perspective. This study used qualitative methods, as well as using the library research method, which is a set of related activities by collecting data, reading, and recording research sources related to research and processing problems, namely the analysis of buying and selling practices without a contract or sighat in modern society especially marketplace. The purpose of this study is to show the habits of modern society in buying and selling, not making a contract but doing actions that show an agreement on both sides. The results of this discussion are the habits of modern society in the practice of buying and selling, not making contracts due to the development of technology, and many people who want to be simple in buying and selling.Keywords: 'urf, behavior, contract, marketplace, sighat

Abstract

Koperasi Unit Desa Tanjung Mulia Hilir (KUD TMH) merupakan lembaga ekonomi yang berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan bahan pangan pokok yang disediakan oleh KUD TMH dan bagaimana dampaknya terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei, wawancara, dan observasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah anggota KUD TMH dan penduduk desa yang menggunakan jasa KUD TMH untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan pokok mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan bahan pangan pokok di Desa Tanjung Mulia Hilir, seperti jumlah penduduk, tingkat pendapatan, pola konsumsi, dan faktor sosial ekonomi lainnya. Selain itu, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa KUD TMH berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pokok masyarakat dengan harga yang terjangkau dan ketersediaan yang stabil.
