Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah produk media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran merupakan alat bantu yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan tujuan merangsang pikiran peserta didik untuk mempermudah dalam penyampaian materi. Dalam penelitian ini, media yang dikembangkan berupa media Monopoli Cerpen yang terinspirasi dari permainan monopoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian 4D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagarajan dengan tahapan (1) pendefinisian, (2) perancangan, (3) pengembangan, dan (4) penyebaran. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, dan (3) lembar angket. Uji validasi telah dilakukan oleh dua dosen, guru bahasa Indonesia, dan siswa SMA. Data yang diambil berupa data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian, hasil perolehan data kuantitatif dari ahli media sebesar 93%, ahli materi sebesar 98%, dari guru sebagai uji kepraktisan sebesar 96.50% dan dari siswa sebagai uji kemenarikan media sebesar 89%. Berdasarkan pemaparan dari aspek tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan sangat layak dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to produce a learning media product. Learning media is a tool used in the learning process with the aim of stimulating the minds of students to facilitate the delivery of material. In this study, the media developed was in the form of short story monopoly which was inspired by the monopoly game. This study uses a 4D research model developed by Thiagarajan with stages (1) definition, (2) design, (3) development, and (4) deployment. The techniques used for data collection are (1) observation, (2) interviews, and (3) questionnaires. The validation test has been carried out by two lecturers, an Indonesian language teacher, and a high school student. The data taken in the form of quantitative data and qualitative data. Based on the research, the results of obtaining quantitative data from media experts were 93%, material experts were 98%, from teachers as a practicality test of 96.50% and from students as a media attractiveness test of 89%. Based on the exposure of these aspects, it can be concluded that the media developed is very feasible and can be used in the learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan pada kelas V terdapat materi gerak dasar atletik. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan wawancara di lapangan, peneliti menemukan kurangnya inovasi terhadap media pembelajaran, hal ini membuat kurangnya minat baca dan pemahaman siswa terhadap buku pelajaran yang dimiliki, mereka juga membutuhkan penyerderhanaan serta tambahan sumber belajar dikarenakan tidak adanya praktek dilapangan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut siswa membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang menarik, sederhana, dan dapat membantu proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media buku saku materi gerak dasar atletik untuk kelas V. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu, analisis (analisys), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Hasil dari penelitian dan pengembangan media buku saku materi gerak dasar atletik untuk kelas V, yang sudah dinilai oleh responden termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran Abstract: Physical education learning in sports and health in class V contains basic athletic movement material. Based on the results of observations and interviews in the field, the researchers found a lack of innovation in learning media, this made students' lack of interest in reading and understanding of their textbooks, they also needed simplification and additional learning resources due to the absence of practice in the field. Based on this, students need learning media that are interesting, simple, and can help the learning process. This study aims to develop a pocket book media for basic athletic movement material for class V. This study uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. (evaluation). The results of the research and development of pocket book media for basic athletic movement material for class V, which have been assessed by respondents as being in the very appropriate category for use in learning.

Abstract

This research  entrepreneurial knowledge through educational curricula, entrepreneurial learning, and practical experience via internship programs. The quality of these programs is key, as better internship experiences positively affect both entrepreneurial learning and skills. Consequently, an integrated approach that combines effective entrepreneurship education, practical skills development, and impactful internship experiences is recommended. In conclusion, this research provides valuable insights into the dynamics of entrepreneurship education, skills development, and internship experiences in shaping the entrepreneurial intentions of vocational school students. The results offer a basis for refining entrepreneurship curricula and designing more effective internship programs, contributing to the broader goal of nurturing a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to explore the topic of ‘behavioral intention’. The literature analyzes from 30 articles from Scopus using Publish or Perish during the period 2018-2023, analyze with blibliometric. The outcome of the review indicated 109 authors from co-authorship data and many recent keywords from co-occurrence. This literature review can be used for a guidance to the next researcher regarding behavioral intention and the connection with other keywords that appropriate.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest coffee exporting countries in the world. Increasing the competitiveness of small and medium coffee industry clusters is a strategic issue that needs to be considered. The small and medium coffee industry in Indonesia can become a mainstay commodity for export to foreign countries. However, the small and medium coffee industry still has many obstacles, including low human resources capabilities, difficulty in penetrating access to capital, and low levels of technology adoption. This study was conducted to determine the strategy model for increasing the competitiveness of relevant small and medium industry clusters of coffee processing. One methodological approach alone is not enough to strive to increase the competitiveness of the small and medium coffee industry in Indonesia. Comparing strategic management is a choice of an alternative approach to able to increase optimal competitiveness. By comparing the structural equation model and SWOT analysis, it is hoped that the right program recommendations will be found to increase the competitiveness of the sustainable small and medium coffee industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors inhibiting CSR in student start-up businesses in Malang. Startups are businesses that are currently skyrocketing even though the storm of startup layoffs has started recently. This startup business is dominated by many young people with brilliant business ideas. Malang City, which is an education city, also has a growth in start-up businesses, one of which is dominated by young people who are still studying in higher education. Running a start-up business for business people who are still studying is not without obstacles. One of them is about their business activities related to social responsibility. This research is a quantitative approach with a survey method on student start-up businesses in Malang. The sample population taken was 128 respondents. Questionnaires are distributed using a likert scale. Data analysis uses SmartPLS version 3 to determine the confirmatory analysis. The findings of this study obtained CSR inhibiting factors for student startups in Malang are the lack of availability CSR information and knowledge, lack of availability of resources, lack of time availability of CSR activities and the level of awareness and benefits of CSR for companies. In addition, obstacles are also obtained from employee commitment to CSR. There are five CSR obstacles faced by student startups in Malang City.

Abstract

This review aims to conduct a systematic literature review of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMeS) family businesses, digital innovation, and business sustainability. Using Google Scholar scientific mapping. This research aims to analyze a systematic literature review of international scientific articles on the theme of MSME entrepreneurial orientation. This research focuses on the perspective of data search using keywords, research location, research subjects, and research methods used. Using a systematic search method, relevant research articles will be identified and analyzed based on their methodological quality and relevance to the research theme. It is hoped that the findings from this review will make a significant contribution to the understanding of family businesses. Ultimately, the insights gained can be used to develop more effective policies and programs to support the success of family-owned MSMEs, digital innovation, business sustainability.

Abstract

The application of technology, especially the internet, in the world of commerce is a common concern for both the government and society. Marketing is a fundamental problem faced by entrepreneurs. Problems in the marketing sector faced by small entrepreneurs generally focus on three things, namely market and product competition problems, problems with access to market information, and institutional problems supporting MSMEs. The digital transformation of business makes entrepreneurs develop and use innovative technologies and business models to gain competitive advantage, at the same time reviewing the costs incurred, benefits and associated threats. This research method uses a qualitative research approach to content analysis. The results show that the FnB (Ramen Master Indonesia) businesshas a great opportunity to gain competitive advantage by using digital transformation, innovative digital business strategies that are based on advanced IT solutions, and that comply with SDGs No. 9.In order to reach all levels of the population in Indonesia, especially generation Z, the FnB business needs to utilize digital promotions and collaborate with content creator.

This study investigates the following topics: (1) the total number of articles published by year; (2) the journal in which the author published the article; (3) the affiliation of the researcher who published the article; (4) the nation in which the researcher published the article; and (5) the researcher's field of study. Data in the form of scientific publications written in the English language were gathered between 2003 and 2024 from the Scopus database using the keyword "digital marketing." Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply how Institutional Images and motivation effected on collaboration intention/Repurchase Intention partnership through customer satisfaction in Universitas Brawijaya. This study uses descriptive explanatory quantitative approach which describes the relationship between variables and a population of 100 partner who repeat their collaboration. The sampling technique used Saturation Sampling which amounts to 100 collaboration partners. The results showed that direct and indirect how institutional images, motivation, and customer satisfaction had a significant influence on repurchase intentions. Eventually in this research found that Institutional images that direct significant influence to Repurchase intention is better than motivation to repurchase intention, and motivation that direct significant influence on customer satisfaction is better than Institutional images to customer satisfaction. Meanwhile in indirect influence is significant effected repurchase intention through customer satisfaction is better with motivation than institution images. This research can be a source of information or reference for policy in Universitas Brawijaya or collaboration partners so that they can continuously maintenance their partnership in mutually benefit if possible.
