Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendekatan quality of work life sebagai strategi kinerja karyawan dengan penguatan dukungan organisasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Ocean Garden Resto Cabang Soekarno hatta Kota Malang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan Nonprobability Sampling dan sejumlah 44 orang yang menjadi responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian diolah menggunakan bantuan software SPSS Versi 27 dan SmartPLS 4.0. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui pembagian kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel quality of work life berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi optimalisasi kinerja karyawan dengan fokus peran komunikasi interpersonal sebagai faktor utama dan pengelolaan konflik kerja ebagai pendukung strategi. Metodologi yang diterapkan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang termasuk ke dalam jenis explanatory research. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh Tenaga Pnedukung Operasional Kegiatan (TPOK) yang berjumlah 70 responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan prasyarat uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, outer model, inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS versi 30 dan SmartPLS versi 4. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sementara konflik kerja menunjukkan kontribusi terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh relationship marketing dan gaya hidup terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada Mack Garment PT. Magnum Attack Indonesia, perusahaan konveksi sablon. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 50 pelanggan dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa relationship marketing dan gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan memediasi sebagian hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa membangun hubungan jangka panjang dan memahami gaya hidup pelanggan sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan mendorong loyalitas. Temuan ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi retensi pelanggan di tengah persaingan bisnis yang ketat.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of organizational culture and Quality of Work Life on employee motivation, as well as its implications for employee loyalty. A healthy organizational culture and good Quality of Work Life can act as crucial factors in building high motivation among employees, which in turn can form strong loyalty. This research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents, such as regression and path analysis, is used to evaluate relationships between variables. The research results show that a better work culture and quality of work life can increase motivation, a better work culture and quality of work life can increase loyalty, better motivation can increase loyalty, work motivation can be a mediating variable between work culture and loyalty, and quality of work life on loyalty.

Abstract

In the rapidly changing digital and global era, organizations are required to be adaptive and innovative to survive and compete sustainably. Employee performance is one of the strategic factors in supporting organizational success. This research is motivated by the urgency of improving performance through innovative work behavior (IWB) and work engagement, which are considered two key elements in addressing the challenges of modern organizations. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effect of IWB on employee performance and evaluate the mediating role of work engagement in this relationship. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method, and was conducted on employees of the Batu City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). The results of the analysis indicate that IWB has a positive and significant influence on work engagement and employee performance. In addition, work engagement is also proven to act as a partial mediator that strengthens the relationship between IWB and performance. This means that the higher the innovative behavior of employees, the higher their engagement in work, which ultimately has a positive impact on performance improvement. These findings enrich the theoretical literature, particularly supporting theoretical frameworks such as Social Exchange Theory, Self-Determination Theory, Job Demands-Resources Model, and Conservation of Resources Theory. Practical implications of this research suggest that organizations need to create a work environment that supports innovative behavior and enhances employee work engagement by providing autonomy, recognition, and opportunities for self-development. This research suggests further studies to explore other contextual factors, such as organizational culture, transformational leadership, and supervisor support, which have the potential to strengthen the relationship between IWB, work engagement, and employee performance in various organizational sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction, with purchase decisions as a mediating variable, specifically among Alfamart consumers in the Singosari area, Malang Regency. The background of this research stems from the increasing competition in the modern retail sector, which requires companies to understand the key factors influencing customer satisfaction and loyalty. In this context, product quality and service quality are considered essential elements that shape customer perceptions and influence their purchasing decisions. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was used in this study. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, involving 97 respondents who had made purchases at Alfamart at least twice within the last three months. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of structured questionnaires, which included items measuring perceptions of product quality, service quality, purchase decisions, and customer satisfaction. The data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to examine the relationships among variables comprehensively and simultaneously. The results of the analysis show that both product quality and service quality have a significant and positive effect on purchase decisions and customer satisfaction. Moreover, purchase decisions are proven to significantly mediate the influence of both product and service quality on customer satisfaction. This indicates that the purchase decision acts as a crucial mechanism linking the effect of quality to overall satisfaction. These findings contribute theoretically to the consumer behavior literature in the modern retail context and offer practical implications for retail management, such as Alfamart. Retailers are encouraged to focus on improving both product offerings and service delivery as strategic efforts to enhance customer experience. By doing so, they can effectively increase customer satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty in the long term.

Abstract

The creative industry is highly dependent on digital technology, making workers vulnerable to technostress, which can lead to burnout and decreased innovation. This study aims to analyze the relationship between technostress, burnout, and employee innovation in the creative industry. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design, involving 300 respondents working in various creative sectors such as advertising, graphic design, digital marketing, animation, and film. Data were collected through a structured online questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that technostress has a significant positive effect on burnout, while burnout has a negative impact on employee innovation. In addition, technostress also has a direct negative effect on employee innovation. Further mediation tests reveal that burnout partially mediates the relationship between technostress and employee innovation. These findings highlight the dual role of technostress as a direct and indirect determinant of employee innovation through burnout. Theoretically, this study contributes to the expansion of the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) Model in the context of digital work. Practically, it suggests that organizations in the creative industry adopt strategies to reduce technostress and effectively manage burnout in order to maintain and enhance employees' innovative capacity.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi holistik dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan industri pariwisata di Jawa Timur melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Fokus utama terletak pada integrasi Human Resource Development (HRD), manajemen strategis, dan pemanfaatan teknologi big data dalam mendukung daya saing dan keberlanjutan sektor pariwisata, khususnya pada tingkat UKM. Metode SLR digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis literatur ilmiah yang relevan, kemudian divisualisasikan menggunakan VOSviewer guna memetakan keterkaitan antar konsep kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel orientasi kewirausahaan, kapabilitas pemasaran, dan keberlanjutan pariwisata merupakan komponen utama yang saling berinteraksi dalam pengembangan model konseptual pariwisata berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan variable mining dan relationship mining, penelitian ini menghasilkan model berbasis data yang aplikatif sebagai dasar pengambilan kebijakan dan strategi pengembangan pariwisata di masa depan.ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine holistic strategies for improving the sustainability of the tourism industry in East Java through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The main focus is on the integration of Human Resource Development (HRD), strategic management, and the use of big data technology to support the competitiveness and sustainability of the tourism sector, particularly at the SME level. The SLR method is used to identify and analyze relevant scientific literature, which is then visualized using VOSviewer to map the relationships between key concepts. The research findings indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial orientation, marketing capabilities, and tourism sustainability are the primary components that interact in the development of a conceptual model for sustainable tourism. Through variable mining and relationship mining approaches, this study produced a data-driven model that is applicable as a basis for policy-making and future tourism development strategies.

Abstract

As fast fashion becomes increasingly scrutinized for its impact on the environment and human dignity in Indonesia, consumers continue to make purchasing decisions based more on emotions and social factors than sustainability or ethics. Therefore, it is essential to understand how attitudes toward brands, affinity with social causes, the strength of a message, and perception of corporate social advocacy (CSA) affect the intention to purchase products. This study examines the effects of affective response and altruistic attribution as well as the complete or partial mediation of these factors on brand attitude, affinity with social causes, the strength of a message, and perception of CSA. A quantitative survey of 1600 respondents who were selected from a purposive sample of 30 cities in Indonesia was conducted and analysed using PLS-SEM to test a proposed mediation model. The results of this study indicate that brand attitude and message strength only influence purchase intentions through complete mediation by affective response and altruistic attribution. However, social cause affinity and CSA perception have both direct and mediated relationships with the intention to purchase. Theoretical contributions and practical implications are presented to help marketers develop appropriate strategies and policies that promote ethical consumption and brand loyalty within the fast fashion industry in Indonesia through emotional engagement with consumers through visible social responsibility.

Abstract

Shelter Tourism merupakan inovasi pariwisata berbasis mitigasi bencana yang memanfaatkan Tempat Evakuasi Sementara (TES) dan Tempat Evakuasi Akhir (TEA) sebagai destinasi wisata edukasi. Konsep ini menggabungkan fungsi utama sebagai lokasi evakuasi dengan aktivitas wisata alam, camping, hingga simulasi kebencanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji potensi dan tantangan implementasi Shelter Tourism di Indonesia melalui studi literatur dan analisis dokumen kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Shelter Tourism mampu menjadi sarana diversifikasi produk wisata, edukasi kesiapsiagaan bencana, serta pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Namun demikian, terdapat kesenjangan penelitian, yaitu ketiadaan standar indikator kesiapan, minimnya riset implementasi, dan kurangnya model bisnis yang menjamin keberlanjutan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan pengembangan indikator destinasi berbasis shelter, evaluasi dampak sosial-ekonomi, serta replikasi Shelter Tourism di destinasi rawan bencana lainnya.
