Abstract

ABSTRAKAktivitas mobilisasi yang dilakukan secara bertahap, mulai dari latihan ringan hingga berjalan, dapat membantu meningkatkan sirkulasi darah, fungsi pernapasan, dan pencernaan, serta mencegah komplikasi seperti kontraktur otot dan stasis vena. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek dari Pengaruh Dukungan Keluarga Dan Pengetahuan Terhadap Perilaku Mobilisasi Dini Dengan Motivasi Ibu Sebagai Variabel Mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap Pasien Pasca Sectio Caesaria di RSUD Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Pealitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Explanatory Research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pasien Pasca Sectio Caesaria di RSUD Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Total Sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 61 orang. Dan data diproses melalui software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap perilaku mobilisasi dini pasca sectio caesaria di RSUD Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Bangka Tengah. Selain itu, dukungan keluarga juga berpengaruh terhadap motivasi pasien dalam melakukan mobilisasi dini. Namun, tidak ditemukan pengaruh langsung antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku mobilisasi dini pasca sectio caesaria. Meskipun demikian, pengetahuan terbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi pasien. Motivasi sendiri berperan signifikan dalam memengaruhi perilaku mobilisasi dini. Lebih lanjut, motivasi terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh pengetahuan terhadap perilaku mobilisasi dini, serta memediasi pengaruh dukungan keluarga terhadap perilaku mobilisasi dini pasca sectio caesaria di RSUD Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Bangka Tengah.ABSTRACTGradual mobilization activities, ranging from light exercise to walking, can help improve blood circulation, respiratory function, and digestion, as well as prevent complications such as muscle contractures and venous stasis. This study aims to determine the effect of family support and knowledge on early mobilization behavior, with maternal motivation as a mediating variable. The study was conducted on post-cesarean section patients at Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Regional General Hospital, Central Bangka Regency. This study was a quantitative study using explanatory research methods. The population in this study were post-cesarean section patients at Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Regional General Hospital, Central Bangka Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling, with 61 respondents. The data were processed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. Based on the results of the data analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: The results of this study indicate that family support influences early mobilization behavior after a cesarean section at Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Regional General Hospital, Central Bangka Regency. Furthermore, family support also influences patient motivation to engage in early mobilization. However, no direct relationship was found between knowledge and early mobilization behavior after a cesarean section. Nevertheless, knowledge has been shown to influence patient motivation. Motivation itself plays a significant role in influencing early mobilization behavior. Furthermore, motivation has been shown to mediate the influence of knowledge on early mobilization behavior, as well as the influence of family support on early mobilization behavior after a cesarean section at Drs. H. Abu Hanifah Regional General Hospital, Central Bangka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of performance appraisal, mutation patterns and talent management on the performance of Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) Employees with organizational culture as a moderating variable The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the East Java III Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes, with a total of 1,522 employees. The method of determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which is 132.60 and rounded up to 132. Based on data and information, the researcher also took samples using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The researcher used the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis technique, and the software chosen by the researcher was SmartPLS version 4. The results of this study indicate that improvements in performance appraisal systems can lead to better employee performance. However, despite becoming more structured, mutation patterns do not appear to significantly impact performance outcomes. Similarly, even with strengthened talent management practices, there is no clear improvement in employee performance. A strong organizational culture does contribute to enhanced employee performance. Nonetheless, it does not serve as a moderating factor in the relationship between performance appraisal, mutation patterns, or talent management and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically the influence of transformational leadership on managerial performance through organizational commitment to national strategic projects in Kolaka Regency, South East Sulawesi. Theoretically, the results of this research are expected to enrich and complement the body of knowledge in the field of human resource management so that it can be useful for academics and practitioners. This research is explanatory research that examines and explains the research variables in a cross-sectional manner. The quantitative approach is used as the main analytical method, supported by a qualitative approach. The research population is employees who occupy the positions of first-line managers, middle managers, and top managers in the national strategic project area. The research sample consisted of 68 respondents using proportional random sampling and was analyzed using structural equation modeling (partial least squares) (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has no role in improving managerial performance; transformational leadership plays a role in increasing organizational commitment; organizational commitment plays a role in improving managerial performance; and transformational leadership mediated by organizational commitment has no role in improving managerial performance. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan dimediasi kompetensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Purwosari, Kabupaten Pasuruan yang berjumlah 34 orang atau sebagai responden penelitian. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus atau total sampling. Berdasarkan data mentah yang terkumpul dari responden, selanjutnya diproses melalui software: 1) Microsoft Office yang menghasilkan informasi atau data untuk keperluan analisis karakteristik responden dan karakteristik variabel; dan 2) Smart Partial Least Square yang menghasilkan informasi atau data berupa analisis jalur, dan uji statistik parametrik atau uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) karakteristik individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi; 2) karakteristik individu tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan 4) karakteristik individu dengan dimediasi kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Individu, Kompetensi, Kinerja Pegawai Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics on employee performance by mediating competencies. This research was conducted on employees of the Purwosari Subdistrict Office, Pasuruan Regency, totaling 34 people or as research respondents. The sampling technique uses census or total sampling techniques. Based on the raw data collected from respondents, it is then processed through software: 1) Microsoft Excel which produces information or data for the purposes of analyzing respondents' characteristics and variable characteristics; and 2) Smart Partial Least Square which produces information or data in the form of path analysis, and parametric statistical tests or hypothesis tests.The results showed that: 1) individual characteristics have a significant effect on competence; 2) individual characteristics do not have a significant effect on employee performance; 3) competence has a significant effect on employee performance; and 4) individual characteristics with competency mediated have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: Karakteristik Individu, Kompetensi, Kinerja Pegawai

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimoderasi etos kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan Umum dan Arsip Daerah Kota Malang yang berjumlah 63 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Etos kerja berperan dalam memoderasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of the study concluded that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui rasio kecukupan modal atau dengan kata lain disebut Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Dalam hal ini peran CAR untuk memediasi antara Non Performing Loan (NPL) dan Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) kepada Profitabilitas (ROA) pada perbankan yang telah tercantum di Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan catatan bank tersebut sudah konvensional. Hal ini telah diterapkan dari periode tahun 2015 s/d 2018. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengusung metode purposive selaku mediasi yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengambil sample. Dari sampling yang telah peneliti tetapkan, yaitu 22 bank dari 42 bank konvensional dan telah terdaftar di BEI, analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan peneliti guna memperoleh data akurat yang diinginkan. Dari sumber data yang telah peneliti gali sedemikian rupa, dapat ditetapkan bahwasanya terdapat pengaruh Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap profitabilitas. Nilai signifikan yang terkandung didalamnya dapat dikatakan lebih kecil daripada tingkat nilai signifikan yang telah ditetapkan. Begitu pula dengan pengaruh NPL terhadap CAR, terdapat pengaruh LDR terhadap profitabilitas yang mengakibatkan nilai signifikan menjadi relative kecil dari tingkat signifikan yang seharusnya. Disisi lain, tidak ada nilai signifikan yang melebihi nilai pada signifikasi yang ditetapkan terhadap pengaruh LDR pada CAR. Namun terdapat pengaruh NPL terhadap profitabilitas melalui CAR, tentunya dengan nilai yang relative kecil dari tingkat nilai signifikan yang seharusnya. Kata kunci : Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Profitability AbstractThis study has the aim of knowing the capital adequacy ratio or in other words called the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). In this case, the role of CAR is to mediate between Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Profitability (ROA) at banks that have been recorded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the notes that the bank is conventional. This has been applied from the period 2015 to 2018. Researchers used quantitative research by carrying out the purposive method as a mediation used by researchers to take samples. From the sampling that the researcher has set, namely 22 banks from 42 conventional banks and has been registered on the BEI, the researchers decided to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques to obtain the desired data. From the data analysis that has been done, the researcher can conclude that there is an effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) on profitability. The significant value contained in it can be said to be smaller than the level of significant value that has been set. Likewise with the effect of NPL on CAR, there is an effect of LDR on profitability which results in the significant value being relatively small from the significant level that should be. On the other hand, there is no significant value greater than the predetermined significant value on the effect of LDR on CAR. Abstract

Kerupuk singkong merupakan salah satu camilan olahan singkong yang memiliki keunikan tersendiri dibandingkan camilan singkong lainnya. Camilan ini cukup diminati oleh masyarakat yang tersebar di beberapa kota. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kerupuk singkong memiliki potensi untuk menjadi salah satu camilan yang layak dikenal lebih luas lagi. Nusantara Putra adalah salah satu usaha mikro kecil menengah yang telah memproduksi kerupuk singkong cukup lama, yang berada di dusun Sekarputih Desa Pendem Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu. Namun selama ini, konsumen UMKM ini memiliki perkembangan yang stagnan atau kurang signifikan. Pelanggan kerupuk singkong Nusantara putra terbatas pada pelanggan tetap yang telah berlangganan lama. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurang masifnya  gaung publikasi dan promosi produk ini di kalangan masyarakat. Dengan perkembangan adanya teknologi informasi terkini, seharusnya memudahkan siapa saja untuk mengenalkan produk yang dimiliki kepada pasar yang lebih luas tanpa terbatasi oleh tempat dan waktu. Maka perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dan penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya   metode pemasaran digital dan dampaknya terhadap cakupan pasar yang dijaring. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan dan sosialisasi langsung kepada para pengelola usaha tentang urgensi pemasaran digital dan bagaimana cara memulainya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and improve the efficiency of the drug distribution process in the IFRS pharmacy warehouse of Pasirian Regional General Hospital, Lumajang Regency, using the Lean approach. The main issues identified include a low Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITOR) of less than four times per year and the persistent occurrence of expired drugs amounting to To address these problems, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Future State Mapping (FSM) methods were applied to map the drug distribution process, identifying value-added (VA), non-value-added (NVA), and necessary but non-value-added (NNVA) activities. Abstract

This research aims to determine the mediating role of organizational commitment in the indirect influence of spiritual leadership and quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior of teachers at Paiton Islamic Middle School and Insan Terpadu Middle School. The population in this study were all 56 teachers. The sample uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. So the sample used in this research was 56 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using smartPLS version 4 software. The research results show that spiritual leadership is unable to improve organizational citizenship behavior. Spiritual leadership is able to increase organizational commitment. Quality of work life is unable to improve organizational citizenship behavior. Quality of work life is able to increase organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is able to increase organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of spiritual leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to play a role in mediating the indirect influence of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSumber daya rumah sakit jika dikelola dengan tidak baik, maka akan berdampak pada kelangsungan hidup atau rumah sakit tidak berjalan lancar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganlisis peran budaya organisasi dalam menghasilkan kinerja karyawan non medis RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Provinsi Jawa Timur melalui Good Corporate Governance dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat analisis statistika Partial Least Square. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan non medis kategori PNS RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Provinsi Jawa Timur yang berjumlah 129 responden. Peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner tertutup dan dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan metode probability sampling dengan jenis proposional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Good Corporate Governance dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Good Corporate Governance dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Good Corporate Governance. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi; GCG; Organizational Citizenship Behavior; Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACTHospital resources if managed poorly, it will have an impact on survival or the hospital is not running smoothly. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational culture in producing the performance of non-medical employees of Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital, East Java Province through Good Corporate Governance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square statistical analysis tools. The sample of this study was non-medical employees in the civil servant category of Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital, East Java Province, totaling 129 respondents. Researchers used a closed questionnaire data collection method and documentation. Researchers used probability sampling method with proportional random sampling type. The results showed that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, Good Corporate Governance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Good Corporate Governance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have a positive effect on employee performance. organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance through Good Corporate Governance.
