Abstract

To analyze and obtain the real description regarding the management of human resource at Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Tourism Sector, which is understood through five aspects, which respectively are Transglobal Leadership, Job Involvement, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Human Resource Performance. besides that, it is also necessary to understand the management of tourism marketing, which is understood through two aspects, that are Responsibility Marketing and Competitive Sustainability Tourism. The population of this research includes all human resource personnel at MSMEs of the Tourism Sector and all foreign and domestic tourists in East Java. The sample in this study was 200 MSMEs of the Tourism Sector that are selected from 10 regions with tourism potentials in East Java Province. From each MSME, there are 4 employees and 3 tourists who are chosen as respondents. This research involved 800 employees and 600 tourists, either foreign or domestic. Analysis technique uses Biplot / Cluster Analysis, which is aimed to obtain real description concerning human resource management and tourism marketing management at MSMEs of Tourism Sector. The results show that MSMEs in the Tourism Sector with Transglobal Leadership competitive advantages are found in Sidoarjo, Kediri, Blitar, and Malang districts. The competitive advantage of Quality of Work Life is found in Malang City and Kediri City. The competitive advantage of Organizational Citizenship Behavior is in Pasuruan Regency. The competitive advantage in Human Resources Performance is in Batu City. The competitive advantage of Responsibility Marketing is in Pasuruan Regency. Competitive advantages in Competitive Sustainability Tourism are found in Pasuruan City and Blitar City. This study introduces an integrated holistic compilation of the theoretical concepts of human resource strategy and marketing strategies implemented through the concept of responsible tourism marketing, which is applied to the MSMEs in the Tourism Sector in East Java Province.

Abstract

This study evaluated the impact of leadership management skills and emotional intelligence on employee performance as a variable mediation through the quality of work life. This research uses a path analysis model (path analysis) since there is a mediation between the independent variables and the dependent variable to analyze the mediating impact of the quality of work-life on managerial leadership and emotional intelligence on employee efficiency. This analysis is called a universal survey (free sampling) or census using all population members, which amounts to 33 people. Management capacity led significantly to performance. Employee emotional intelligence also provides a valuable contribution to success. The standard of work has made a significant difference in the results. The managerial capability of the chief has made a positive contribution to the efficiency of the job. Employee emotional intelligence is also a positive contribution to job performance. K Quality in management, accompanied by the quality of work, has been a successful contribution to performance. Employee emotional intelligence was a positive contribution to results, followed by job efficiency. The study will contribute positively to the understanding of the job evaluation of BNN employees in Malang City. However, this analysis contributes to the assessment of BNN employees based on the job evaluation of BNN employees in Malang City. The difference between this study and previous studies is the treatment or care of Malang City BNN employees to improve the quality of their assessment.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence that good Talent Management will improve employee performance to be optimal, consistent employee retention, consistent employee retention will increase optimal employee performance, and consistent employee retention will increase optimal employee performance at PT. Panahmas Ekatama Distrindo Malang. The research approach is explanatory research. Data were collected with a survey method that uses questionnaires. The population of the research was counted as 96 person result of the research showed that (1) good talent management will produce optimum employee performance; (2) good talent management will deliver consistent employee retention; (3) consistent employee retention will engender optimum. Employee performance; and (4) good talent management can produce employee performance through consistent employee retention. Theoretically, the usefulness of this research is to contribute to the fields of Human Resource Management, Talent Management, Employee Retention, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study presents a model that links work performance, leadership behavior, personality, and work commitment. The main objective is to investigate the direct and indirect effects of personality, work commitment, and leadership behavior on work performance. The data was obtained through a questionnaire from a sample of 125 employee respondents at PT Gradion Supermarket Malang Raya. The data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. There were seven hypotheses proved in this study. The results reveal that leadership behavior can positively contribute to employee performance. In addition, work personality also positively contributes to employee performance, work commitment positively contributes to work performance, and the work environment contributes better to leadership behavior. The results of the mediation test show that work personality has contributed well to employee work performance with the leader's behavior being implemented optimally, and work commitment is highly conditioned on employee performance by applying maximum leadership behavior. Leadership behavior has been able to make a positive contribution to the work performance of PT Gradion Supermarket employees. Employee personality makes a positive contribution to PT Gradion Supermarket employee performance. Work commitment makes a positive contribution to PT Gradion Supermarket employee performance. Personality has a positive contribution to behavior leadership.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of Workload on Organizational Culture, Competence on Organizational Culture, Workload on Organizational Performance, Competence on Organizational Performance, Organizational Culture on Organizational Performance, Workload on Organizational Performance mediated by Organizational Culture, and Competence on Organizational Performance with the mediation of Organizational Culture. The quantitative approach was used in which the survey was conducted with the questionnaire. Data were collected in the form of an ordinal Likert scale. The analytical model used in this research was Path Analysis. The research population included the employees of KPP Pratama Kriyorejo. Results showed that workload and competence had a significant effect on organizational performance, workload and competence did not significantly affect organizational culture, but workload and competence had a significant effect on organizational performance with the mediation of organizational culture.

Abstract

As an organization, hospitals should always make efforts to improve the performance of their employees because those employees will help the hospitals to attain their vision, mission, and goals. This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational climate on turnover intention in mediating organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The research type is a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. Data collection is done in one-time observation through a survey involving questionnaires. Items of the questionnaire are arranged on the Ordinal Likert Scale. The data analysis instrument is Variance Based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), or Second-Order Partial Least Square Program (Smart PLS Version 2.0). The research subject or analysis unit is all employees at Mother-Child Health Hospital of Rembang. Population (N) of research includes all hospital employees, a total of 218 individuals. The employees are divided into clinical staff involved in health care services and non-clinical staff who are definitely not included in the clinical group. The sampling technique is random sampling which takes only some population members to represent the population. There are 70 individuals selected from the workgroup to act as respondents. Then, several conclusions are obtained from the analysis and results of the hypothesis test. A good organizational climate can strengthen organizational commitment. Regarding this position, it is suggested that Mother-Child Health Hospital of Rembang maintain and improve its organizational climate.

Abstract

The use of mobile banking applications supports the level of customer satisfaction of BPR Lembah Artha. The growth in the use of mobile banking shows customer satisfaction and the success of digital marketing. The research aims to find out that the relationship between personal selling and digital marketing can increase perceived value, personal selling relationships, digital marketing, and the perceived value of users of mbanking applications users. Perceived value can mediate personal selling on customer satisfaction, and perceived value can mediate digital marketing on satisfied customers. The quantitative approach is used as a research approach. Data were collected by questionnaire. The data collected were analyzed to determine the effect between variables, and the analysis technique was Partial Least Square (PLS). The research was conducted at BPR Lembah Artha. The research subjects are BPR Lembah Artha customers who use the Mobile Banking application. The object of research is a review of the effect of personal selling and digital marketing on customer satisfaction by mediating value perceptions. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The results show that personal selling and digital marketing affect perceived value; personal selling, digital marketing, and perceived value affect satisfaction. Perceived value can mediate the effect of personal selling on customer satisfaction/users of the m-banking application. Perceived value can mediate the effect of digital marketing on customer satisfaction/users of the m-banking application. Better personal selling and digital marketing can improve customer perceptions of value. Good value perception is indicated by customer satisfaction and supports personal selling.

Abstract

Service providers must pay attention to customer satisfaction in their activities. They must focus on the quality of services provided and the need for innovation to increase customer value. It is important because service providers often pay little attention to the customer's perceived value in supporting service quality. The quantitative approach is used in this research. Data analysis is statistical and involves hypothesis tests. The survey is also conducted in which the data are obtained through a questionnaire. The object of research is service quality, innovation, perceived value, and customer loyalty. The research population is the customers of BPR Kedung Jaya Surabaya, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection instrument involves a questionnaire, documentation, and observation. The measurement scale is Likert Scale. The analysis technique in this research is a descriptive statistic and partial least square assisted by Smart PLS software. Results of the study show that: service quality has a significant effect on perceived value, innovation has a significant effect on perceived value, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, innovation has a significant effect on customer loyalty, perceived value has a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality significantly affects customer loyalty with the mediation of perceived value, and innovation significantly affects customer loyalty with the mediation of perceived value. This research implies that BPR Kedung Jaya Surabaya can use the results of this research as guidance to strengthen customer loyalty by examining all factors that influence research variables.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance through employee work spirit. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, with 46 respondents from the Head of Department (Kabag) along with the Head of Subdivision (Kasubbag) and their staff, based on the employees' minimum educational level of grade II. This research was conducted at Nusantara Logistics Higher Education located at Jl. Sari Asih No.54, Sarijadi, Sukasari District, Kudus City, Central Java. The analytical tool used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation and work environment contribute to the improvement of employee work spirit and performance, and work spirit contributes to the improvement of employee performance. Work spirit is able to mediate the influence of compensation and work environment on the improvement of employee performance. Based on the research findings, it is recommended for the leaders of Nusantara Logistics Higher Education to provide fair compensation to employees, and employees should maintain a comfortable and conducive work environment to stimulate work spirit and impact on performance improvement.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to prove the influence of learning orientation on the innovation ability and performance of MSMEs. Innovation ability mediates the influence of learning orientation on the performance of tourism MSMEs in Greater Malang. A quantitative approach was used with 100 tourism MSME owners in Malang Raya, East Java, Indonesia. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, it shows that learning orientation has an influence on innovation ability and MSME performance and innovation ability has an influence on MSME performance and innovation ability is able to mediate the relationship between learning orientation and the performance of tourism MSMEs in Malang Raya. Based on the research findings, suggestions are put forward that tourism MSME actors in Greater Malang must adapt to environmental changes so that future researchers can study the business environment and market orientation to improve the performance of tourism MSMEs in Greater Malang.
