Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi gap penelitian antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan burnout dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Metode. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tenaga kerja milenial yang ada di kota Makassar. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis analissi regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, burnout berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta kualitas kehidupan kerja dan burnout berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi. Generasi milenial lebih banyak menggunakan dan mendapatkan informasi melalui media sosial dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan informasi. Selain itu, generasi ini melibatkan pikiran dan jiwa mereka dalam melakukan sebuah pekerjaan sehingga mereka tumbuh dengan adanya sebuah peningkatan akan pengakuan diri, bersifat sosial, dan memiliki ekspektasi yang tinggi terhadap diri mereka sendiri dan orang lain.

Abstract

This literature review delves into the multifaceted impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on employee performance across a variety of sectors, including technology, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. As organizations increasingly adopt AI technologies, understanding their implications becomes crucial for optimizing workforce effectiveness. The review investigates how AI enhances productivity by automating routine tasks, thereby freeing employees to engage in more strategic and creative activities. Furthermore, it explores the role of AI in improving decision-making processes by providing real-time data analytics, which enables employees to make informed choices that drive organizational success. In addition to productivity and decision-making, the review addresses the influence of AI on job satisfaction. By alleviating mundane workloads, AI fosters a more engaging work environment, contributing to higher employee morale and retention rates. However, the review also highlights the challenges associated with AI integration, such as potential job displacement, the skills gap, and ethical concerns regarding bias and privacy. By synthesizing findings from recent studies, this review not only provides insights into the evolving relationship between AI and human workforce dynamics but also identifies key themes, trends, and gaps in the existing literature. Ultimately, it offers a comprehensive understanding of AI's role in shaping employee performance, laying the groundwork for future research and practical applications in organizational settings.

Abstract

Product innovation is a key driver of economic growth and corporate competitiveness. Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionising product innovation, influencing how products are developed, marketed and used. This study aims to map the research landscape on product innovation and AI through bibliometric analysis. Data are collected from scientific publication databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science, covering publications from 2000 to 2023. Bibliometric analysis is performed using VOSviewer and Publish or Perish software to identify publication trends, author collaborations, research themes, and keywords. As for theoretical contribution, the results of the study show a significant increase in related publications, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and dominant research themes such as the use of AI in product design, AI-based market analysis, and smart product development. As for managerial contribution, this study provides insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with the use of AI for product innovation, which can help companies make more informed decisions and drive innovation in various industrial sectors.

Abstract

Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) sangat penting bagi organisasi atau perusahaan untuk melindungi keselamatan dan kesehatan pekerja serta orang lain di area kerja, sekaligus memastikan sumber daya produksi digunakan dengan cara yangefektifdanefisien.     DenganmengimplementasikanSMK3, kualitas hidup pekerja dapat meningkat dan perusahaan menjadi lebih efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan SMK3 di PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelayanan 3 Makassar Utara, serta mengkaji pelaksanaan Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) dalam implementasi SMK3 tersebut.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptifdengan pendekatan fenomenologi, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dan dijelaskan sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Untuk memastikan validitas hasil, teknik triangulasi sumber data dan teknik digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMK3 di PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelayanan 3 Makassar Utara telah sesuai dengan Peraturan MenteriNo: PER.05/MEN/1996 dalam upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Hal ini terlihat dari pencapaian Zero Accident, yaitu 1.107.164 jam kerja tanpa kecelakaan. Pemahaman pekerja terhadap SOP K3 cukup baik, namun kepatuhan pekerja dalam penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintah Daerah menegaskan peran krusial pemerintah daerah dalam desentralisasi, efisiensi, dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Fokus pengelolaan keuangan daerah, khususnya Dana Desa (DD), menjadi kunci dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut. Meskipun Pemerintah Kabupaten Soppeng telah mengalokasikan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) sesuai peraturan, perhatian khusus perlu diberikan pada pengelolaan yang efisien dan administrasi desa. Desa Paroto, sebagai salah satu hasil pemekaran dari Desa Tetewatu pada tahun 1991 di Kabupaten Soppeng, memiliki tipologi desa yang berkembang dengan luas wilayah 17 km2. Meskipun ADD telah diberikan, pentingnya pemahaman dalam pengelolaan alokasi dana desa menjadi kunci utama bagi pemerintah desa. Laporan keuangan memiliki peran penting dalam mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan sebuah entitas selama suatu periode. Dalam konteks keuangan desa, pendapatan, belanja, dan pembiayaan, dengan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes) sebagai instrumen utama, menjadi fokus utama. Analisis rasio keuangan, termasuk rasio efektivitas dan efisiensi, membantu mengukur kinerja keuangan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan Kantor Desa Paroto di Kabupaten Soppeng. Hasil analisis rasio efektivitas menunjukkan kinerja yang efektif dengan rata-rata 99,80%, sedangkan rasio efisiensi menunjukkan kurangnya efisiensi dengan rata-rata 99,88%. Meskipun terdapat peningkatan, evaluasi dan penyesuaian strategi keuangan tetap diperlukan untuk mencapai efisiensi yang lebih baik di masa mendatang. Kinerja Desa Paroto mencerminkan respons positif terhadap tantangan keuangan, menunjukkan potensi untuk mencapai target pendapatan di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity on purchasing decisions in which there are four variables: (1) the effect of brand awareness on purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi (SSS) in South Sulawesi Province. (2) The influence of brand association of purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi in South Sulawesi Province. (3) The effect of perceived quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi (SSS) in South Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi in 2017, while the sample taken was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis using two statistical method tests, namely partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of this study indicate that multiple regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 13.342 + 0.100X1 + 0.295X2 + 0.015X3 + 0.198X4 + 4.202 is obtained. Based on statistical data analysis, all variables are valid and reliable. In the classical assumption test, it is stated that all indicators are normally distributed and there is a significant linear relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination test results shows that 74% of purchasing decisions at PT. Sarana Sinar Sulawesi is influenced by the variables examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy affect customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all visitors to Eureka Coffee who visited from January to July 2023 totaling 1,536 visitors, using the Sampling method obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v. 23. The results of this study indicate that physical evidence (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Reliability (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Responsiveness (X3) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Assurance (X4) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Empathy (X5) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. As well as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dinas sosial kota makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian populasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar sebanyak 55 orang. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dan mendapatkan hasil yaitu: Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar. Hasil uji parsial juga menunjukkan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan variabel kompensasi juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Sosial Kota Makassar.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of women's leadership from an Islamic and Catholic perspective and how religious values ​​influence the acceptance and legitimacy of women's leadership in the public sphere. Using a qualitative approach using a desk study method, this study analyzes religious texts, scientific literature, and case studies of the leadership of two Southeast Asian women: Megawati Soekarnoputri in Indonesia and Corazon Aquino in the Philippines. The results show that both Islam and Catholicism have complex histories and interpretations of women's roles in leadership. While conservative and patriarchal readings exist within both traditions, there is also interpretive space that allows women to emerge as leaders. The leadership of Megawati and Aquino demonstrates that women are capable of leading with distinctive styles rooted in values ​​of spirituality, morality, and service. Both demonstrate a non-confrontational yet effective leadership approach, which simultaneously opens up space for reinterpreting women's roles in religion and politics. Thus, women's leadership is not a deviation from religious teachings, but rather part of the socio-religious dynamic that demands inclusivity and equality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of workplace facilities on employee job satisfaction at the Makassar Metropolitan Police Office (Polrestabes Makassar), with a particular focus on the Traffic Unit. A quantitative research design employing a descriptive-associative approach was utilized. The study population comprised 107 employees of the Traffic Unit, from which 85 respondents were selected through random sampling techniques. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed through simple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 27. The findings reveal that workplace facilities exert a positive and statistically significant influence on employee job satisfaction. This relationship is evidenced by the adequacy of office infrastructure, operational equipment, information technology support, and welfare-related amenities. Nevertheless, certain aspects such as internet accessibility and the comfort of rest areas require further improvement. The study provides valuable insights for Polrestabes Makassar in formulating policies aimed at enhancing workplace facilities and offers a useful reference for future research on job satisfaction within government institutions.
