Abstract

The interaction that arises from the impact of the residence used as a tourist village one of the habits of the community will be affected as the language and behavior of tourists. Cultural values become the guidelines of human life passed down from generation to generation so that the role of heir in this family becomes very important to be applied to the next generation. The purpose of this study to determine the role of families in applying cultural values that exist in the Sasak tribe. This research was conducted in Ende Village, Kecamatan Pujut, Central Lombok. The method of this research is qualitative descriptive, data obtained from observation, interview, documentation and literature review related to research substance. The results of this study provide information that the family tribe Sasak play an active role in presenting cultural values in children from childhood. The local cultural values of the Sasak tribe include the mother educating the girls weave, the father educates the farm boys, the father and mother show by example make us polite clothing in the village that is a sarong for men and women's woven cloth skirt, family religion will decrease to the child, and most of this can be sustained today because of the role of families who continue to apply cultural values from generation to generation. So, to preserve the cultural values of the tribe sasak required the role of the family, especially parents to inherit the habits and behavior in accordance with the norms prevailing in that tribe.

Abstract

The objective of the research was aimed to finding the influence of environmental paradigm and personal value on environmental issues. Here, the effect of environmental paradigm and personal value on environmental using Carbon Footprint Analysis were evaluated on students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research uses quantitative expost facto method with sample of 194 students. The results showed that there is influence of environmental paradigm and personal value to total carbon footprint of student. It is known that the student's carbon footprint which has DSP paradigm is bigger than the student with NEP paradigm. This also applies to personal values, it is known that students who have egoistic personal values have a greater carbon footprint than those with personal value altruistic and biospheric. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded carbon footprint is affected by environmental paradigm and personal value.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between the big five personality factor (conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, openness, and extraversion) with an employee’s environmental performance on employees at Jakarta Industrial Park (EJIP) Cikarang Company. The method used is quantitative method with a correlation technique. The research was conducted from November 2016 to March 2016, with a total sample of 85 people. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) showed association between conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, openness, and extraversion with an employee’s environmental performance, as calculated F value of 4.02 to the level of sig. of .01, where the figure is much lower than the level of sig. .05. These result indicate that conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism, openness, and extraversion significantly affect the employee’s environmental performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the policy of managing solid waste not from hazardous and toxic materials through re-use or re-cycling for environmental sustainability. This policy has been contained in the Bekasi district government regulation Number 09 of 2007. This policy is an effort in the management of non-B3 waste in order to become orderly and free from dirty and even slums. Through this policy the waste manager is required to be registered in the licensing of the waste management company, especially non-B3 solid waste. This study uses qualitative methods with consideration, researchers use questionnaires as consideration for determining the percentage scale of the success of waste management policies. Based on the results of the analysis of policies on the management of solid waste not derived from hazardous and toxic materials through re-use or reconstruction to preserve the environment, the results of 87.8% were converted into qualitative, including high and very good categories.

Abstract

Rumah sakit ramah lingkungan saat ini menjadi salah satu kebutuhan dalam manajemen perubahan yang sedang dikembangkan di banyak rumah sakit. Rumah sakit ramah lingkungan atau dikenal dengan istilah green hospital adalah rumah sakit yang didesain, dibangun/direnovasi dan dioperasikan serta dipelihara dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip kesehatan dan lingkungan berkelanjutan. Dalam rangka mewujudkan rumah sakit yang antisipatif terhadap dampak pemanasan dan perubahan iklim global. Rumah sakit di masa mendatang harus menjadi tempat yang sehat baik di dalam maupun di lingkungan sekitarnya, mengurangi tingkat toksisitas pada bahan-bahan yang digunakan oleh rumah sakit, rumah sakit harus sesedikit mungkin menggunakan sumber daya energi dan air, serta mengurangi produksi limbah yang dihasilkan, mensejajarkan kesehatan lingkungan dalam mempertimbangkan prioritas sistem kesehatan sesuai ketentuan bangunan hijau, dan mengutamakan “konsep berkelanjutan” dalam pelayanan kesehatan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran hubungan kecerdasan spiritual dengan keterampilan berwirausaha. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan metode ini dapat menjelaskan fenomena-fenomena yang ada. fenomena penelitian, hubungan antar variabel penelitaian. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan bahwa ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diuji kebenarannya. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini dapat diambil kesimpulan ada hubungan positif antara kecerdasan spiritual siswa dengan keterampilan berwirausaha. Implikasi yang dapat dilakukan sebagai tindak lanjut dari hasil penelitian ini antara lain kesadaran akan perlunya seluruh pemangku kepentingan dan pimpinan pondok pesantren untuk terus meningkatkan landasan kecerdasan spiritual, sehingga kemampuan berwirausaha santri juga dapat berkembang. ditingkatkan. Untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual juga dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, termasuk belajar dengan buku atau media lain, dan menciptakan pembelajaran tentang kecerdasan spiritual itu sendiri siswa.

Abstract

This research proved the effectiveness of the big-five personality factors and knowledge of reproductive health to motivation to live healthy on students of public high school. The method used was a survey with a partial least square (PLS) with 279 samples participated through purposive sampling. Some instruments have been measured, namely the healthy life motivation(reliability 0.971), the big-five personality (reliability 0.937), and knowledge about reproductive health (reliability 0.874). The research data was carried out by PLS. The results showed that; 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between big-five personality and motivation healthy living, although controlled by the second order correlation; 2) there is a negative and significant relationship between knowledge about Kespro and motivation to live healthy, although controlled by the second order correlation; and 3) there is a positive relationship and significant between big-five personality and knowledge about Kespro together with motivation to live healthy. And also from the five big-five personality factors, it shows that the strongest contribution to healthy living motivation is extraversion and agreeableness. Therefore, it can be concluded that if the motivation to live a healthy life is to be increased, then the big-five personality and knowledge of Kespro must be considered.
