Abstract

The development of Financial Technology (FinTech) in Islamic banks has not brought increasing us- ers. Therefore, it is necessary to determine which factors influence intention to use FinTech from the demand side or the customers’ side. For this study, we chose mobile banking as our research object, considering that the largest digital transactions in Islamic banks come from mobile banking. Mobile banking also provides banks various benefits to banks such as increased long-term profitability, cus- tomer loyalty, and financial inclusion. The objective of this study is to observe the determinant factor by using the theory of planned behavior (TPB) and its extensions, specifically attitude awareness, knowledge, and subjective norms that influence the intention to use mobile banking. This study gath- ers data regarding respondents from various generations, especially generations X, Z, and millenni- als. The results suggest that attitude and knowledge statistically have a positive effect, while aware- ness and subjective norms do not have a significant effect on intention to use mobile banking services among Islamic bank users. Islamic banks should better educate their consumers and focus on which factors inspire a positive attitude toward their customers to boost the adoption of mobile banking.

Abstract

Health sector corruption is considered as one of the most serious barriers to the realisation of the right to health due to the complexity of the health care system structure. This research aims firstly to explain the international legal obligations of Indonesia concerning the right to health and anticorruption and subsequently explain the measures taken by Indonesia to realise its international legal obligations. Secondly, legally binding judgments on health sector corruption will be collected to formulate the typology of health sector corruption in Indonesia. The construction of the typology of health sector corruption is to pinpoint the pattern of corruption in the health sector. Thirdly, the typology will be utilised to assess whether anti-corruption measures in the health sector are fit to combat such health sector corruption. Based on the judgments collection studies, the typology of health sector corruption in Indonesia is divided into three types. These are grand corruption in the procurement process, obstruction of the justice process by cooperation between the corruptors and law enforcement agencies, and corruption related to decentralisation. By understanding the typology of health sector corruption, a number of targeted measures to strengthen the current anticorruption measures are proposed. These measures are: strengthen the mandatory e-procurement system, combat impunity by increasing anti-corruption awareness and discipline for the law enforcement agencies, and address the personal reasons why corruptors commit corruption by conducting targeted studies of this issue and apply a human rights approach to the current anticorruption measures.

Abstract

Kepanjenlor Village, Blitar City, has abundant agricultural potential in bananas, which are relatively inexpensive and non-seasonal. This condition necessitates innovation to increase the added value of bananas to build economic independence. This community service activity aimed to create new business opportunities for the women of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) program through training in diversified banana processing. The method applied was training and mentoring using appropriate, functional food-based technology. The training covered processing banana fruit into plantain flour as a wheat alternative, and processing banana peels into innovative coffee powder. Evaluation results showed a significant improvement in participants' skills, with 90% of participants succeeding in making plantain flour and 85% succeeding in making the coffee powder. This training proved effective in enhancing the skills and potential for economic independence within the community through functional food products based on local resources.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the requisite skills for Differentiated instruction (DI) implementation and to identify best practices across school levels. Differentiated instruction (DI) for deeper learning is essential for responding to students’ diverse needs. Using 112 self-reported essays, interviews, videotaped practices, and experts meeting, this study employed Cognitive Task Analysis (CTA) to capture the knowledge experts use to carry out differentiation. The results revealed a 4:9:2 skill formula across the preparation, implementation, and evaluation phases. Notable differences across school levels emerged. In the preparation phase, primary and secondary school teachers prepared varied materials (34%) and grouping strategies (44%), whereas only a few kindergarten teachers (3%) employed these strategies. In the implementation phase, most primary (68%) and secondary (79%) teachers tailored materials to students' learning styles by offering content in multiple formats; however, only a small proportion of kindergarten teachers (26%) differentiated content, focusing instead on process differentiation and additional learning support. Despite the differing contexts, the study also identified cross-level similarities. Future research should investigate the long-term impacts of DI on student achievement and engagement, as well as examine DI practices in diverse educational settings.

Abstract

Starfruit is a primary commodity in Kepanjenlor Village, Blitar Regency, yet its utilization remains suboptimal as it is predominantly sold in its fresh form. This situation results in a harvest surplus that drives down market prices. This community service project aims to introduce functional food innovation by transforming starfruit into kombucha tea for local PKK (Family Welfare Movement) members to enhance its economic value. The methods employed include technical training, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results demonstrated a significant 75% increase in participants' skills in processing starfruit into kombucha. Additionally, 95% of participants expressed a strong interest in producing and marketing the product independently and demonstrated a clear understanding of its health benefits. This program successfully strengthened the entrepreneurial capacity of the PKK members by leveraging local potential through functional food innovation.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang mempengaruhi hampir semua ibu hamil di seluruh dunia adalah anemia. Anemia selama kehamilan merupakan faktor risiko kematian ibu, infeksi ibu dan janin, keguguran dan kelahiran prematur. Selain itu kehamilan juga dapat menyebabkan perubahan Pregnance Health Behavior Scale (PHBS). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi. Analisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang berada di kabupaten Aceh Besar, teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan prinsip yang diizinkan dalam penelitian keperawatan dengan menggunakan effect size (d)=0,3. power=0,8 dan α=0,05 two tailed maka diperoleh ukuran besar sampel berjumlah 85 orang dengan drop out 10% sehingga total sampel berjumlah 93,5 dibulatkan menjadi 94 orang. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan hasil uji diperoleh nilai kemaknaan p=0,001 yang berarti menunjukkan ada hubungan antara perilaku ibu hamil dengan kejadian anemia. Abstract

Background: Stunting can hinder physical growth, increase a child's susceptibility to diseases, and create barriers to cognitive development, potentially reducing intelligence and productivity in the future. The prevalence of stunting in Riau Province in 2022 was 17%. This figure does not meet the target set by the Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJM), which is 14% by 2024. In Purnama Sub-District, Dumai Barat District, the prevalence of stunting remains high, with 47 toodlers (30%) out of a total of 159 under-fives affected.Objective: This study aims to identify the risk factors associated with stunting in toodlers aged 24-59 months, including maternal and child characteristics, knowledge, maternal nutritional status during pregnancy, exclusive breastfeeding history, and basic immunization history.Methods: This research is a quantitative study with an analytical observational design using a case-control approach.Results: Statistical tests showed significant associations between maternal education (p-value 0.29), maternal chronic energy deficiency (KEK) during pregnancy (p-value 0.032), history of iron tablet consumption (p-value 0.002), exclusive breastfeeding (p-value 0.031), and basic immunization (p-value 0.019) with stunting in toodlers. No significant association was found between occupation (p-value 0.059) and maternal knowledge (p-value 0.073) with stunting in toodlers.Conclusion: The calculation of the Odds Ratio (OR) indicates that pregnant women with a history of chronic energy deficiency are three times more likely to have stunted toodlers compared to those without a history of chronic energy deficiency. Women who do not exclusively breastfeed are three times more likely to have stunted toodlers compared to those who exclusively breastfeed. Toodlers who do not receive complete immunization are 11 times more likely to experience stunting than those who receive complete immunization. In this study, immunization was found to have the greatest impact on the occurrence of stunting in under-fives in Purnama Sub-District, Dumai Barat District, after controlling for variables such as exclusive breastfeeding, maternal history of iron tablet consumption, maternal occupation, maternal knowledge, and maternal nutritional status during pregnancy.

Abstract

Anemia dan kekurangan gizi pada remaja putri merupakan faktor risiko signifikan yang dapat menyebabkan stunting pada generasi berikutnya. Upaya pencegahan stunting harus dimulai sejak masa remaja dengan meningkatkan kesadaran gizi dan memfasilitasi deteksi dini masalah kesehatan. Inisiatif layanan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman remaja putri tentang anemia dan masalah gizi, sekaligus menilai kesehatan mereka melalui pengukuran kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dan status gizi di SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru. Kegiatan ini menggunakan teknik pendidikan kesehatan tentang anemia dan gizi, menilai pengetahuan melalui tes pra dan pasca, melakukan evaluasi kadar hemoglobin, serta mengukur tinggi dan berat badan untuk menentukan status gizi. Remaja putri yang didiagnosis menderita anemia atau status gizi tidak normal menerima bimbingan individual sebagai tindak lanjut kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 55% di kalangan remaja putri setelah intervensi pendidikan. Evaluasi kadar hemoglobin menunjukkan bahwa 10% remaja putri mengalami anemia. Evaluasi status gizi menunjukkan bahwa 35% remaja putri memiliki status gizi normal, 55% diklasifikasikan sebagai kurus, dan 10% dikategorikan sebagai overweight. Data menunjukkan bahwa masalah gizi di kalangan remaja putri di SMK Bina Profesi masih cukup signifikan, terutama persentase yang tinggi dari remaja dengan status gizi yang tidak memadai. Inisiatif layanan masyarakat ini secara efektif meningkatkan pemahaman remaja putri tentang anemia dan status gizi. Integrasi pendidikan dan penilaian kesehatan sangat penting sebagai strategi pencegahan untuk mencegah stunting dengan meningkatkan kesiapan gizi dan kesehatan remaja putri di SMK Bina Profesi Pekanbaru

Abstract

The SMEs PT. Tiga Dewi Timur Raya and UD Al Mubarok in Kediri produce sugarcane-based palm sugar and brown sugar as local superior products. The demand for palm sugar continues to increase along with consumer awareness of natural food products. The main problems faced by the partners include low production mechanization, busness management, and market access. The objective of the program is to enhance production capacity, sales turnover, and marketing management through the implementation of appropriate technology and business mentoring. This activity supports the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program and the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) related to research downstreaming, lecturer involvement, and student entrepreneurship experience. The program activities included the redesign and application of appropriate technology, such as a Cabinet Dryer Mobility Rack for SME 1 and a Kerek Unloading Machine for SME 2. Training on production layout, work safety, and student focus group discussions (FGD) were also conducted. The program further focused on machine technical specifications, business management assistance, product catalogs, marketplace utilization, commercial website development, and innovation in converting sugarcane bagasse into animal feed. As a result, there were significant improvements in production technology, business management, and marketing strategies, along with academic recognition for students through industrial internships and independent project courses.

Abstract

Pergerakan harga saham merupakan indikator utama yang mencerminkan penilaian pasar terhadap kinerja dan prospek perusahaan. Pada perusahaan non-perbankan yang tergabung dalam Indeks Kompas100, fluktuasi harga saham dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor fundamental yang berkaitan dengan kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan struktur pendanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Current Ratio (CR), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham perusahaan non-perbankan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks Kompas100 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019–2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan dan data harga saham yang dipublikasikan secara resmi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda setelah melalui pengujian asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial DPR dan PER berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan CR tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Sementara itu, DER menunjukkan pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan, keempat variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa investor di pasar modal Indonesia lebih menitikberatkan pada indikator profitabilitas dan kebijakan dividen dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi, sementara tingkat likuiditas tidak menjadi faktor utama penentu harga saham.
