Abstract

Di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi informasi, dunia kerja telah berkembang secara signifikan dalam memberikan kesempatan bagi individu dari berbagai latar belakang untuk memperoleh pekerjaan. Namun, meskipun setiap orang memiliki kebutuhan untuk bekerja demi memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan memaksimalkan potensinya, diskriminasi masih menjadi kendala utama yang menghambat tercapainya keadilan dan kesetaraan dalam kesempatan kerja. Permasalahan ini semakin kompleks karena diskriminasi, khususnya terhadap perempuan dan penyandang disabilitas, masih sering terjadi, meskipun berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk mewujudkan kesetaraan gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip non-diskriminasi di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah scoping review dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah Indonesia telah mendukung prinsip non-diskriminasi terhadap perempuan dan penyandang disabilitas melalui regulasi, seperti ratifikasi Konvensi tentang Penghapusan Segala Bentuk Diskriminasi terhadap Wanita dan Konvensi tentang Hak-Hak Penyandang Disabilitas. Implementasi konvensi ini tercermin dalam Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan dan Undang-Undang Penyandang Disabilitas. Salah satu organisasi yang menerapkan prinsip non-diskriminasi adalah Bank Indonesia, meskipun penerapannya belum sepenuhnya efektif. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis. Secara teoritis, hasil penelitian ini dapat memperkaya wawasan serta menjadi referensi yang kredibel untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Secara praktis, hasilnya diharapkan menjadi pedoman yang berharga bagi instansi pemerintah dalam merancang kebijakan dan program non-diskriminasi.

Abstract

During the pandemic, there was a change in work methods which caused the company and employees to start adapting to the new work system to maintain the company's performance. Because there has been a change in the work system from conventional to a flexible work system due to the COVID-19 pandemic, researchers want to examine the relationship between work life balance, employee benefits and remote working, what impact can there be with changes to the previous work system for conventional work systems, into a flexible work system and its relationship to employee satisfaction so that it is ultimately related to job performance. Previous studies have shown that work-life conflict has a negative impact on employee job performance. The main objective of this study is to obtain the relationship and role of the factors that can affect worker satisfaction, as well as what impact this has on employee performance. The research method used to explain the relationship between variables in this study is descriptive quantitative. From the research results, it was found that job performance will be even better if employee satisfaction is achieved, as mediation of work life balance, employee benefits and remote working. Although the three independent factors can also affect employee performance directly, the results of the research show that better results will be achieved if worker satisfaction is achieved first so that even better employee performance will be achieved as a result of the work methods adopted after COVID-19.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a new disease outbreak that has been officially designated as a global pandemic by the Worldi Health Organizationi (WHO) oni March 11, 2020. Seeing the rapid development of COVID-19, the Government of Indonesia has carried out vaccinations that have been carried out since January 13, 2021, this vaccination is prioritized for medical personnel and red zone areas. Since its emergence, therei have been many prosi andi consi regardingi the vaccination process and it has alsoi become a trending topici on sociali media Twitter oni January 13, 2021. Onei of the mosti widely used social media by Indonesiani people isi twitter sociali media. According to We arei Social sources in 2020, twitteri social media is rankedi fifth in the category of sociali media that is often used with a user percentage of 56% after Youtube, Whatsapp, Facebook as well as Instagram. Thisi shows that there is a huge opportunity for data sources that can be usedi to find out the positive and negativei sentiments of the related community, which is useful for interested parties to carry out evaluations. So that it can see how many people agree and disagree. If the percentage of people who disagree is more, the government must do better socialization so that people can better understand and not feel afraid of the vaccine. This study aims to find out how public sentiment is about the government's policies regarding the COVID-19 vaccinei using the Support Vector Machine method. by extracting the tf-idf feature and comparing the kernels contained in the SVM, including Linear, RBF, Polynomial, and Sigmoid. With tests that will later see how the values of accuracy, precision, recall and F1-Score are.

Abstract

One area that has great tourism potential is Jepara Regency. Jepara is known for its natural beauty, especially its stunning beaches with white sand. Currently, tourists tend to search for information via the internet. The availability of easily accessible information is an important factor influencing the number of visits. However, Teluk Awur Beach is still not optimal in terms of branding and promotion. Research on the Implementation of the Prototype Method in Creating a Tourism Destination Branding Website "Pantaitelukawur.Id" in Teluk Awur Village which aims to digitally brand Teluk Awur beach so that it can be more widely known and make it easier for tourists to find information. The prototype method was used in making this application with stages: (1) Communication, (2) Quick Plan, Modeling and Quick Design, (3) Construction of Prototype, (4) Development, Delivery and Feedback. This method has been proven to make it easier to create a destination branding website for Teluk Awur beach tourism. The prototype method can be used well in developing a destination branding website for Teluk Awur beach tourism. The Teluk Awur beach destination branding information system can display information that tourists are looking for, such as: tourist locations, manager contacts, tourist spots, culinary delights found at tourist attractions..

Abstract

The purpose of the study is PT Garam's Salt Pricing Strategy In Maintaining Salt Price Stability at The Farmer Level. This research design uses a quantitative research approach This type of research uses descriptive research methods. By paying attention to the SWOT matrix, the strategy that can be done by the company is to lay a solid foundation to prepare itself for excellent performance on farm by modernizing and mechanizing fencing, infrastructure development, preparing human resource and corporate capacity building the off farm sector through downstream salt derivative chemical industries (Soda Ash Factory, Cosmic Soda and Pharmaceutical Salt) as well as strengthening marketing and sales strategies to strengthen PT Garam's product brand and Increase market share for processed salt (both table salt and lifestyle salt). Other potentials are affirming the legality of ownership of PT Garam (Persero) Surabaya office, port cooperation with private and state-owned enterprises, changing the ownership status of Garam Islamic Hospital, developing and optimizing the area around the head office of PT Garam (Persero) in Kalianget as heritage and tourist visits.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Guru SMPIT Al Qalam Jakarta dengan penggunaan software desain grafis Adobe Photoshop CS dan CorelDraw. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan seperti pengkajian, perencanaan dan pengembangan, pelaksanaan (sosialisasi), dan evaluasi. Jumlah peserta dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini sekitar 12 orang guru SMPIT Al Qalam. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diperoleh informasi bahwa kegiatan ini sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan peserta. Kegiatan ini menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang penggunaan media pembelajaran inovatif agar lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa saat pembelajaran. Jika dibuat dalam bentuk persentase naik dari kemampuan awal 50%, setelah pelatihan yang paham menjadi lebih dari 87%. Hal ini dapat ambil kesimpulan bahwa sosialisasi yang diberikan dapat bermanfaat untuk guru.

Abstract

Cashew nut skin is considered as waste, whereas cashew nutshell extract, or called CNSL (Cashew Nut Shell Liquid), has the potential as a botanical insecticide that can control insect pests. Helopeltis sp is a pest that often attacks cacao plants. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of cashew nutshell extract as a botanical insecticide to control  Helopeltis sp. in cacao plants. The study used a randomized block design (RBD) with seven treatments and three replications. Testing CNSL on adult (imago) and pre-adult (nymph) insects. CNSL concentrations used are 0%, 3.125%, 6.25%, 12.5%, 25%, 50% and 100%. The results showed that cashew nutshell extract has strong toxicity. A concentration of 3.125% can kill 100% of the imago Helopeltis sp. (72 hours after application) for the nymph Helopeltis sp. (48 hours after application). LC50 values 24 hours after application for imago and nymph were 4.63% and 0.94%, and LC99 for imago and nymph was 42.62% and 23.89%.  Furthermore,  cashew nut extract can be used as a botanical insecticide to control other plant pests.
