Abstract

Desa Pondoknongko memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor perikanan, khususnya budidaya Kepiting Soka. Namun, keterbatasan pengetahuan dan teknologi dalam budidaya masih menjadi kendala bagi masyarakat setempat untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi panen. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Pondoknongko melalui pelatihan budidaya Kepiting Soka dengan sistem apartemen dan penerapan teknologi Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS). Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan praktik langsung, dan pendampingan teknis kepada para pembudidaya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam mengelola budidaya Kepiting Soka secara lebih efisien dan ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, penerapan sistem apartemen dan teknologi Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) terbukti mampu mengoptimalkan pertumbuhan Kepiting Soka serta mempercepat waktu panen. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Pondoknongko melalui pengembangan usaha budidaya Kepiting Soka yang lebih produktif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Manual monitoring of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance in electric power distribution is prone to human error, limited supervision, and geographically dispersed work sites. This study proposes an automated PPE detection system using the YOLOv11 deep learning model to enhance safety monitoring at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banyuwangi. A dataset of 589 images containing 1,425 labeled PPE instances across seven categories was used to train the YOLOv11s model. The system was deployed via a web-based application with adjustable detection thresholds and validated through interviews with three OHS supervisors. It achieved 94.0% precision, 90.1% recall, and 92.8% mAP@50, with perfect detection for persons and near-perfect results for full-body harnesses. The application processed images in 2–3 seconds on standard CPU hardware, supporting automated documentation for compliance reporting. This is the first known YOLOv11-based PPE detection system tailored to electric power distribution settings. While results are promising, limitations include a small validation set and lower accuracy in detecting safety boots. Future work should explore real-time video analysis, system integration, and long-term studies on safety compliance improvements.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the serious nutritional problems in Indonesia, with long-term impacts that are very detrimental to children's physical and cognitive development. One of the main factors causing high stunting rates is the lack of public knowledge regarding the importance of healthy eating patterns and providing proper nutrition for mothers. pregnant and toddlers. Community service programs that focus on preventing stunting can make a significant contribution in increasing public awareness regarding the importance of providing balanced nutrition for children under five and toddlers. This community service method will implement the ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development) approach to achieve the goal of stunting prevention. It is hoped that after this service activity can increase public knowledge and awareness about the importance of balanced nutrition, as well as improve eating behavior among mothers of toddlers and toddlers.

Abstract

Accurate watershed delineation is a fundamental stage in hydrological modeling. However, conventional methods based on the Deterministic 8 (D8) algorithm often suffer from reduced accuracy in complex landscapes and areas affected by human activities. This study presents a comparative performance analysis of three delineation approaches, all of which utilize the D8 algorithm with high-resolution DEMNAS as input. The approaches include the standard implementations in HEC-HMS and WMS software, as well as an implementation on a newly developed innovative platform, ACAP (Advanced Catchment Analysis Platform). ACAP leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) to pre-process and refine DEM data by integrating information from satellite imagery. These three approaches were tested on three dam catchment areas in Indonesia with diverse characteristics: Napun Gete, Batutegi, and Greneng. Their spatial accuracy was subsequently evaluated using the Jaccard Index (IoU) metric against ground truth data. The findings indicate that while HEC-HMS and WMS are highly reliable in natural watersheds, the ACAP platform demonstrated significant superiority in the complex Greneng catchment, achieving the highest IoU score (0.98) compared to the conventional platforms (0.84-0.85). This study concludes that the most impactful innovation for enhancing D8 delineation accuracy is not replacing the algorithm itself, but rather empowering it through smarter input data preparation. This highlights the significant potential of AI-augmented approaches for future precision hydrological analysis.

Abstract

Penerapan deep learning dalam pembelajaran matematika merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya yang dilakukan guru agar siswa dapat mempelajari matematika secara mendalam dengan situasi yang menyenangkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengalaman guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan deep learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tiga orang guru matematika yang mengajar kelas 10 di Homeschooling Primagama (HSPG) Bekasi melalui google form. Google form bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang pengalaman guru menerapkan pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan deep learning. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Bogdan & Biklen dengan tahapan: reduksi data, koding, menentukan tema, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman guru dalam memahami pendekatan Deep Learning sebagai suatu pendekatan dengan menerapkan pemahaman konsep mendalam melalui proses pembelajaran yang berkesadaran, bermakna secara kontekstual, dan menyenangkan bagi siswa. Penerapan strategi ini sangat krusial bagi generasi sekarang untuk memberikan kesempatan belajar yang setara, mengasah kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta mengimbangi perkembangan zaman yang cepat. Namun, implementasinya di kelas masih menghadapi tantangan besar berupa keberagaman kemampuan siswa, keterbatasan waktu, dan tuntutan kurikulum yang tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of pricing strategy and service quality on purchasing decisions at Aldi Autoservice Motorcycle Workshop. The population in this study consisted of all consumers who made transactions at Aldi Motor Autoservice Workshop in 2024, totaling 3,135 customers. The sample used in this study consisted of 97 respondents. This research used a quantitative research method. Based on quantitative analysis using a statistical approach, the multiple linear regression equation obtained was Y = 1.173 + 0.043X1 + 0.916X2 + e. The results of the t-test show that the pricing strategy variable has no effect and is not significant on purchasing decisions at Aldi Motor Autoservice Workshop. Meanwhile, the service quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Aldi Motor Autoservice Workshop. Simultaneously, pricing strategy and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Aldi Motor Autoservice Workshop. Based on the coefficient of determination analysis, pricing strategy and service quality influence purchasing decisions by 85.5%.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior through knowledge sharing, which acts as a mediator, and creative self-efficacy as a moderator. A quantitative approach was used with a cross-sectional design and survey method. A total of 301 data were collected through questionnaires distributed to lecturers at Private Universities (PTS) in East Java. The data were analyzed using the SEM method with SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the analysis obtained a direct effect of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. Further findings show that knowledge sharing partially mediates the effect of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. Creative self-efficacy was also shown to strengthen the influence of transformational leadership and knowledge sharing on innovative work behavior. These findings indicate that the higher an individual's belief in their creative abilities, the stronger the influence of transformational leadership and knowledge sharing in improving innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Hotspot networks, better known as Wi-Fi networks, have become a necessity for companies or agencies, both government and private because of the relatively low cost to implement in the work environment. Installation of Wi-Fi network devices is more flexible because it does not require a cable connection between clients, it is enough to use an access point device as a hotspot network transmitter and MikroTik RB-941-2nD which is used as a hotspot network traffic controller. The research method uses experimental research to collect data for each necessary variable. Each user profile that will connect to the hotspot network will be asked to fill in a username and password on the login page that has been configured by the admin using the Winbox application which is an application for MikroTik configuration. In addition, the Winbox admin application can limit the bandwidth speed used by each user profile so that the hotspot network becomes stable and prevents bandwidth leakage at Nahdlatul Ulama University, West Sumatra.
