Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the stress level of students, to find out the factors that cause learning stress and to find out how to reduce learning stress at State High Schools in Telanaipura District, Jambi City. The dimensions studied in seeing coping stress are divided into several dimensions including a) Self-activity, b) Planning, c) Self-control, d) Seeking instrumental social support, e) Seeking emotional social support, f) Acceptance, g) Religiosity. This study uses a mixed research design or mixed method. The mixed methods research approach is an approach that combines or associates qualitative and quantitative forms. In this study, a measurement scale is used, namely the Likert scale to see coping stress and the stress level measurement scale using a semantic differential behavioral scale model. This research was carried out at SMAN in Telanaipura Time Quantitative research at SMAN 5 is March 6 to March 8, 2020 The population used in this study is class XII students, school principals and Counseling Guidance (BK) teachers at SMAN 5 and SMAN 10 respectively, with 1500 respondents. The results and findings of this study were 97 (62%) were classified, categorized as high stress levels in learning activities at school. There are 53 (38%) students, categorized as low stress level and the efforts or strategies taken by students in dealing with stress are divided into several dimensions including self-activity 3.84, planning 3.90, self-control 3.80, seeking instrumental support 3 .78, seeking emotional support 3.95 acceptance 3.77 and religiosity 3.78 and the average stress reduction effort made by students 3.83 is in the high category which can be opened in academic activities in high school schools in Telaipura sub-district, Jambi city dense with a high level of stress students are able to cope with stress well

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the application of full day school and learning independence with student achievement in public junior high school 4 merangin. This study uses quantitative methods with ex-post facto research design. The population used in this study were 8th grade students at SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling technique as many as 77 students. The data collection technique used in this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS 25.0 for windows application. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a significant relationship between full day school and student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. (2) There is a significant relationship between learning independence and student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. (3) There is a significant relationship between full day school and learning independence in SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. (4) Full day school and learning independence have a significant relationship together to student learning achievement at SMP Negeri 4 Merangin. The results of this study are used as input for principals and teachers. Improve themselves in connection with the implementation of the full day school system and learning independence that has been implemented very well in order to improve learning achievement continuously. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and obstacles faced in face-to-face learning after Covid-19 at SMAN 2 North Musi Rawas Regency. This research used qualitative methods with the research subjects of the principal and homeroom teacher of SMAN 2 North Musi Rawas. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of learning after the Covid-19 pandemic at SMAN 2 North Musi Rawas was divided into three stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages and in each stage it was running quite well. In the planning & preparation stage, post-pandemic learning at SMA N 2 North Musi Rawas is carried out by still implementing health protocols. The planning stage carried out in the form of preparing annual programs, semester programs, lesson plans, and assessment plans and assessment plans. The obstacles that arise in the implementation of post-Covid-19 pandemic learning at SMAN 2 Musi Rawas Utara are very limited time and space. So that in the learning process the teacher lacks time to deliver the subject matter as usual to students who have more time. Another obstacle that arises in the implementation of post-pandemic learning is that the classroom atmosphere is not conducive, the level of politeness & discipline of students tends to decrease. Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how influential blended learning and student activity are in increasing student learning outcomes. Blended learning is one solution to the weaknesses of online learning because it combines online, offline and face-to-face learning. Closing schools or universities is a solution to the post-Covid-19 pandemic which affects access to education, more than 370 million school children and students are not studying because of temporary closures and requiring them to study online or from home, but this learning makes students less active in learning due to network problems or other problems that make them feel dissatisfied with the learning model. Indonesia is one of the countries infected with the Covid-19 virus. In this case, as an effort to break the chain of spread of Covid-19, many schools or universities have been closed.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset yang sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan dalam mendukung pencapaian tujuan perusahaan, sehingga merupakan suatu keharusan dan kebutuhan bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kompetensi karyawan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan. Pelatihan merupakan upaya peningkatan kemampuan jangka pendek, sedangkan pengembangan merupakan upaya peningkatan kompetensi karyawan untuk persiapan mengembangan tanggung jawab yang lebih tinggi di masa mendatang. Dalam artikel ini dibahas mengenai pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan. Hasil literature review ini yaitu bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan perlu dilaksanakan secara adil, transparan dan dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui hasil dari pelaksanaan program pelatihan dan pengembangan tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Beringin Kabupaten Merangin Provinsi Jambi dengan menggunakan metode Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) dan analisis Regresi dengan Wilingness To Pay sebagai variabel Y dan Usia, Pendapatan, Tingkat Pendidikan, Jumlah komoditas sebagai variabel X untuk mengukur tingkat kesediaan membayar terhadap jasa lingkungan agroforestri di Desa Beringin Tinggi. Dari hasil analisis regresi dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, diperoleh hasil bahwa usia dan pendapatan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap WTP masyarakat Desa Beringin Tinggi. Sementara variabel pendidikan dan Jumlah komoditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap WTP masyarakat Desa Beringin Tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil Uji F dimana dihasilkan F tabel adalah (2,517) F statistik (41,75229) > (2,517) dan Probabilitas 0,0000 < 0,05 bahwa hal ini menunjukan usia, pendapatan, pendidikan dan Jumlah komoditas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap WTP masyarakat Desa Beringin Tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, perilaku inovatif, komitmen kerja, serta kepuasan kerja paada kinerja guru di Kota Jambi teruntuk upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan teruntuk mengenal cara-cara kepemimpinan transformasional dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui peningkatan komitmen kerja, perilaku kerja inovatif, serta kepuasan kerja. Penelitian memakai metode kuantitatif dengan guru sebagai sampel yang diambil  dari berbagai sekolah di Provinsi Jambi memakai kuesioner yang didistribusikan melewati google form teruntuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan adanya korelasi yang signifikan dari kinerja guru serta kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini menemukan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan oleh guru berdampak langsung pada perilaku inovatif, komitmen kerja, dan kepuasan kerja mereka. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, perilaku inovatif, komitmen kerja, serta kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja guru di Kota Jambi, yang berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di wilayah tersebut

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of classroom management, learning environment, and academic stress on the psychology of students of the Elementary Education Study Program (PGSD) at Jambi University within the framework of technology-based education. Quantitative methodology was used to collect data from 230 active PGSD students using a courage questionnaire. Data analysis used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This study tested six hypotheses: Learning environment (X1) has a positive effect on student psychology (Y1). P-value: 0.018 (Supported); Hypothesis 2: Classroom management (X2) has a positive effect on the learning environment (X1). P-value: 0.045 (Supported); Hypothesis 3: Classroom management (X2) has a negative effect on academic stress (X3). P-value: 0.000 (Supported); H4: Academic stress (X3) has a positive effect on student psychology (Y1). P-value: 0.034 (Supported); H5: Classroom management (X2) has a positive effect on students’ psychology (Y1). P-value: 0.021 (Supported); Hypothesis 6: Learning environment (X1) has a positive effect on academic stress (X3). P-value: 0.000 (Confirmed). The results of the study indicate that the sixth hypothesis is supported by significant findings. A conducive learning environment and competent classroom management reduce academic stress and improve students’ psychological well-being. Academic stress significantly affects students’ psychology, depending on its intensity. These findings highlight the importance of an effectively managed learning environment and classroom in improving students’ mental health. This study is limited to one university and relies on self-reported data. Future studies should investigate a more heterogeneous population and integrate qualitative methodologies to encompass a broader range of students’ perspectives. This study offers important insights for educators and policymakers to improve teaching practices and promote children’s psychological well-being in PGSD programs.

Abstract

Memfasilitasi peserta didik agar dapat belajar secara maksimal tentu menjadi fokus penting pendidik, sehingga pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memiliki urgensi tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru biologi terhadap pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Kuantitatif deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian dengan random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui survey melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada guru biologi di Provinsi Jambi. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa persepsi guru biologi terhadap pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berada pada kategori baik. Hal ini mengindikasikan nilai yang positif, namun perlu optimalisasi guna memastikan bahwa peserta dapat belajar sesuai dengan kebutuhannya, khususnya pada mata pelajaran biologi. Dukungan dari setiap pihak terkait diperlukan untuk penerapan pembelajaran biologi berdiferensiasi di kelas.
