Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of brand image, utilitarian value, electronic word of mouth, and service quality on purchase intention. Purposive sampling was used in this study to select Miniso Ambarukmo Plaza Yogyakarta customers as the population of interest. Data for all Miniso Ambarukmo PlazaYogyakarta customers is collected through a survey. Use a Likert scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree) to collect feedback using Google Forms (strongly agree). Multi-step linear regression analysis was used for processing. Utilitarian values ​​and Electronic Word of Mouth both have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention, according to the findings of this study. Brand Image has no effect on Purchase Intention with a significance value (0.100 > 0.05), but Utilitarian Value and Electronic Word of Mouth effect on Purchase Intention with a significan value (0.013 < 0.05) and (0.001 < 0.05) Service Quality has a positive and substantial effect on Purchase Intention, with a significance value (0.000 < 0.05). Abstract

The research entitled The Effect of Goods Quality and Sales Promotion on Purchase Decisions with Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable in Alas Coffee, Tembarak District, Temanggung Regency, aims to determine the effect of goods quality on consumer purchasing decisions, determine the effect of sales promotion on purchasing decisions, determine the effect of product quality and sales promotion together on consumer purchasing decisions at Alas Coffee Temanggung and determine the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions with satisfaction as a mediation. The research method used descriptive and quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers who use coffee sales services at Alas Coffee Temanggung. The survey results while Alas Coffee consumers reached 200 people. The number was 50% of the population, so the number of samples was 100 respondents. The results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality and promotion together has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alas coffee. Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at pedestal coffee with satisfaction as a mediation and promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Alas coffee with satisfaction as a mediation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah mengenai pengaruh electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) dan celebrity endorser terhadap purchase decision melalui brand image sebagai variabel intervening (studi pada konsumen Emina Cosmetics). Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen Emina Cosmetics. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kuisioner yang menggunakan Google Form sebagai alat penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purpusive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 responden. Data yang diperoleh dari kuisioner kemudian diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan ketetapan model (uji asumsi klasik), pengujian hipotesis memggunakan uji parsial (t), uji F, uji determinasi (R2), dan uji sobel menggunakan progam SPSS 25. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image dapat memediasi electronic word of mouth (E-WOM), brand image dapat memediasi celebrity endorser, electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap purchase decision, celebrity endorser tidak berpengaruh terhadap purchase decision, dan brand image berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap purchase decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif, keamanan, dan kenyamanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Grab di kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data diambil dengan metode kuesioner. Peneliti mengambil sampel konsumen dengan syarat telah menggunakan layanan pemesanan lebih dari dua kali. Jumlah data yang diolah sebanyak 100 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel 2010 dan IBM SPSS versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinieritas dan heteroskodastisitas, maka kuesioner dapat dikatakan layak untuk diuji. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji t, uji f, koefisien determinasi dan analisis regersi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial variabel tarif berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen, variabel keamanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan variabel kenyamanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan secara simultan variabel tarif, keamanan, kenyamanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Brand Image, Brand Trust dan Brand Ambassador memiliki pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk smartphone Samsung.Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari pengguna smartphone Samsung mid-end. Metode yang digunakan dalam penentuan sampel adalah nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online melalui google form. Jumlah data responden yang diolah sebanyak 120 orang yang didapatkan berdasarkan ketentuan rumus Hair yaitu indikator dikali 9. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis linear berganda dan pengolahan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjuk bahwa variabel Brand Image (X1), variabel Brand Trust (X2) dan variabel Brand Ambassador (X3) berpengaruh secara simultan dan parsial terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y).

Abstract

The use of brand ambassadors has recently become a trend and is widely used in various products. Popular culture from South Korea brings new impacts to the business world, one of which is in product promotion or marketing. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of NCT Dream as a brand ambassador on impulse buying behavior on instant noodle products lemonilo, (2) influence of brand image on impulse buying behavior lemonilo instant noodle products. (3) the influence of the NCT Dream brand ambassador and brand image together on impulse buying on Lemonilo instant noodle products. This study is a quantitative study using survey methods so that the population in this study are K-pop fans who live in Yogyakarta who know about NCT Dream and Lemonilo products. In taking samples using purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire method that has been tested for validity and reliability. This study uses a sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to take a sample of 75 people so that they can be tested for validity and reliability. With a 95% confidence level, the findings of this study indicate that brand ambassadors have a significant effect on impulse buying and brand image has a significant effect on impulse buying, and brand ambassadors and brand image have a joint effect on impulse buying behavior. This finding has implications for lemonilo products that the use of brand ambassadors can improve brand image and affect impulse buying behavior. Abstract

The research entitled The Effect of Product Quality, Price, and Promotion on Purchase Decisions in the Tiktok Shop Application is the result of a quantitative study that aims to answer questions about the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions in the Tiktok Shop application. The research methodology used is quantitative research using survey methods. sampling technique using google form with 75 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires which were processed using SPSS version 20. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions in the TikTik Shop application. Research shows that customer expectations on the TikTok Shop application are valid and significant for purchase decisions and customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Brand Image, Store Atmosphere, Product Quality and Service Quality have on Repurchase Intention. The population in this study were consumers from the Mie Gacoan restaurant in Yogyakarta. The sample in this study used a purposive sample. Data collection used a survey with the help of Google form using a Likert scale with an assessment of 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). Processing the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study state that Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention with a significance value (0.032 <0.05), Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention with a significance value (0.017 <0.05), Product Quality has no significant effect on Repurchase Intention with a significance value (0.480 > 0.05), Service Quality has no significant effect on Repurchase Intention with a significance value (0.782 > 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction through the decision to purchase Vans shoes in Wonosari City. The population in this study are all Vans shoe users in the city of Wonosari whose number is unknown. Sampling used using the formula for calculating the Hair sample, so that a total sample of 114 respondents was obtained. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis method, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Purchase decisions have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is an influence of online customer review, online customer rating and price consciosness on the study purchase decision of TikTok Shop customers. The population used in this study were TikTok Shop customers in Yogyakarta. This study uses a type of questionnaire that uses Google Form as a research tool. The research method used is a non-probability sampling technique with purpusive sampling method. The sample used is 100 respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire was then processed and analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression analysis with model determination (classical assumption test), hypothesis testing using partial test (t) and determination test (R2) using SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the variable online customer review has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, online customer rating variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, price consciousness variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions and online customer review, online customer rating, and price consciousness variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.
