Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic branding and Islamic service quality on customer loyalty at Bank Muamalat Indonesia with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is a quantitative research with secondary data sources, by distributing research questionnaires to respondents. The data for this research were taken from the answers of the research respondents who in this study were the customers of Bank Muamalat Indonesia who are domiciled in the Panyabungan City area. Processing techniques and data analysis using Descriptive Statistical Analysis, using SmartPLS version 4 software. The results show that the Islamic Branding variable has a direct influence on the Customer Satisfaction variable. Islamic Service Quality has a direct influence on the Customer Satisfaction variable. Islamic Branding has a direct influence on the Loyalty variable. Islamic Service Quality has no direct influence on the Loyalty variable. Customer Satisfaction has no direct effect on the Loyalty variable. Islamic Branding has no effect on Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. Islamic Service Quality has no influence on Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Pembiayaan yang telah diberikan bank kepada pihak lain atau nasabah harus dikembalikan nasabah dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan sesuai dengan kesepakatan diawal akad. Namun, dalam praktiknya pelaksanaan pembiayaan di PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Binjai terkadang dijumpai cidera janji atau tidak berjalan sebagaimana yang telah disepakati antara kedua belah pihak pada awal akad. Adapun risiko-risiko yang harus dihadapi pihak bank yaitu salah satunya nasabah tidak dapat mampu mengembalikan pembiayaan yang telah diberikan oleh PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Binjai. Tujuan peneliti untuk mengetahui penerapan restrukturisasi dalam penyelamatan pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah bisa terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dengan  menggunakan  metode  pengumpulan  datanya  yaitu dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Binjai melakukan restrukturisasi dengan cara penjadwalan kembali (Rescheduling), persyaratan kembali (Reconditioning), dan penataan kembali (Restrukturing).Penyebab pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah disebabkan oleh faktor internal atau yang berasal dari pihak bank itu sendiri tetapi ini jarang terajdi di PT. Bank Sumut Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Binjai dan faktor eksternal atau yang berasal dari nasabah itu sendiri dengan cara sengaja ataupun tidak sengaja. Faktor eksternal ini merupakan faktor yang sering ataupun dominan yang menyebabkan pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Industrial Agglomeration, Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) and Output Value affect Economic Growth in North Sumatra. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data. The number of samples for this study is time series data for 2016-2020 and interpolated to 59. The data was processed through SPSS Program version 22 with technical data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study proved that agglomeration, TPAK and output value have a significant effect on economic growth in North Sumatra. Based on the results of the first hypothesis test, a significant value of Agglomeration of 0.001(sig<0.05) with a calculated t value of 1.610 < 2.003241(t hitunf < t table is known). The second hypothesis test showed a significant value of TPAK 0.000(sig < 0.05) with a calculated t value of 1.494 < 2.003241(t count< t table), and based on the third hypothesis test, it was known that the significant value of industrial output 0.000(sig < 0.05) with a calculated t value of 0.418 < 2.003241(t count < t table). Based on the conclusion that it can be known the most dominant free variable that affects bound variables is the Tpak variable which has a coefficient value of β 2.071 compared to other variables. Then from the results of the F test proved that the agglomeration of industry, TPAK and output values simultaneously or together had a significant effect on the Economic Growth Rate in North Sumatra which was indicated by the significant value of F < α (0.000<0.05). Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the contribution of tourism sector revenue to regional gross domestic product in Simalungun Regency. The type of research used is this research, namely qualitative research. Types and sources of data using a qualitative approach with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Simalungun Regency. The results showed that the occupancy rate of star hotel rooms and other inns in Simalungun Regency increased to 27.93 percent in 2018. Thereafter it has decreased every year from 2019 to 2021 to 18.02 percent. The number of hotels and other lodgings in Simalungun Regency in 2021 is 74. The number of hotel rooms and other lodgings in Simalungun Regency in 2021 is 1,891 rooms. The number of beds in hotels and other inns in Simalungun Regency in 2021 is 2,859 beds. The average length of stay for foreign guests in 2021 is 1.59 days while domestic guests are 1.14 days. Keywords: Simalungun Regency, Accommodation and Hotels

Abstract

CRM and After sales services is a services provided by companies to build communication and service bridges between companies and consumers so that they are interested in buying products. The purpose of this study is to determine the business model and CRM relationship carried out by PT. Xiaomi Technology Indonesia and look at the after-sales service carried out by the company on the increase in sales of the electronic products it produces. This research was conducted using a Mixed Methods approach. This study uses primary data collected through interviews with the Xiaomi Official Store Center Point Mall Medan as well as distributing research instruments in the form of questionnaires to Xiaomi product users in Indonesia. The research data was tested and processed with the help of the SPSS version 24 application and analyzed using several tests such as the classical assumption test, as well as multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between customer relationship management (CRM) and After Sales Services on increasing sales of Xiaomi Technology Indonesia's electronic products and the strategy implemented by Xiaomi Technology Indonesia has proven to be in line with expectations. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused a significant drop in income for business actors. This type of research is field research (field research), and the location of the study is on the micro business of barakah tempe production. The purpose of this study was to determine internal and external factors in the SOAR analysis (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results) on the strategies implemented by the Barokah tempe production micro business and to find out alternative plans for the Barokah tempe production micro business in increasing income during the Covid-19 pandemic. 19. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is a qualitative descriptive analysis using SOAR analysis. The researcher uses the SOAR analysis technique because, in previous studies, no one has used SOAR analysis in solving problems regarding alternative strategy variables for micro-production businesses. The results showed that the IFAS score was 3.38 and the EFAS score was 3.31, so in the IE matrix, it can be seen that the internal and external factors in the SOAR analysis of the strategy implemented by the Barokah tempe production micro business are at the grow and build stage. The alternative method for the Barokah tempeh production micro business is to utilize good taste in attracting customers, Utilise the owner's knowledge to produce tempeh with a consistent taste, Focus on product variations to attract new customers, and make the Barokah tempe production micro business always able to compete in terms of product form; take advantage of strategic locations to better explore other consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to discover how the primary priority strategies for the development of the Halal Food Industry can enhance consumption activities in the community of Medan City by presenting the internal and external factors that have been undertaken thus far. Additionally, the researcher highlights several urgent measures that need to be implemented to ensure a more focused development of the Halal Food Industry. The method employed is qualitative, using SWOT analysis and QSPM analysis. The questionnaire was completed by a total of five respondents, five of whom were SME practitioners in Medan City and five of whom were expert professionals. Based on the SWOT analysis results, the strategy quadrant derived after processing through the IFE and EFE matrices falls within Quadrant I. This indicates that the strategy employed is a progressive one. This strategy signifies that the Halal Food industry possesses strengths and opportunities. Moving forward to the QSPM analysis, the outcome indicates that the primary priority strategy to be undertaken is to capitalize on the Halal Product Training Program, thereby enabling the Halal Industry to tap into global markets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh PDB, harga kopi internasional dan nilai tukar rupiah terhadap ekspor kopi Indonesia dalam perspektif Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari International Coffee Organization, BPS dan Bank Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier berganda dengan menggunakan tipe data time series. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama-sama PDB, harga kopi internasional dan nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor kopi Indonesia. Sedangkan untuk uji parsial atau uji t PDB dan nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai ekspor kopi Indonesia, sedangkan harga kopi internasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor kopi Indonesia. Riset ini juga menunjukkan bahwa aspek terpenting ekspor kopi Indonesia adalah sektor perkebunan, dimana kopi merupakan penerima utama devisa yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan produksi karet dan harga karet alam internasional terhadap nilai eskpor karet alam Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2021. Jenis Peneltian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis data regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 26.0. Adapun data yang diperoleh dari website resmi seperti badan pusat statistik dan indexmundi dan sumber terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel produksi karet berpengaruh signifikan terhadap eskpor karet alam Indonesia dengan nilai signifikan 0,004<0,5. Harga karet alam internasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap eskpor karet alam Indonesia dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,5. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,384 yaitu berarti variabel bebas mempengaruhi variabel terikat sebesar 38,4%. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa produksi karet dan harga karet alam internasional secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai eskpor karet alam Indonesia. Keterbatasan penelitian yaitu variabel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini lebih sederhana dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi ekspor karet alam Indonesia.

Abstract

It will be a breath of fresh air for coal mining enterprises all around the world, including Indonesia, when global coal prices rise in 2021. This gain is referred to as a windfall profit since causes outside of the miner's control are what led to it. The COVID-19 epidemic, on the other hand, has led the Indonesian economy to contract, having an effect on output, exports, and the new wind in coal prices tied to the exchange rate. Due to this disparity, investigation was done to see if the unexpected earnings that Indonesian mining firms experienced were liable to reserve tax. The approach of literature study or literature review was employed in this study.  This study will demonstrate that the application of windfall tax to coal exports is effective by looking at the situation of coal mining companies in Indonesia, the application of windfall tax in other nations, and taking into account the coal company tax regulations that apply in Indonesia. It may be used to generate cash for the government and supply domestic coal as feedstock for automated stabilizers. Additionally, it will have an impact on coal export prices and output between 2020 and 2022. Based on this research, a temporary sasaraned supplementary income tax for short-term goals and a permanent tax for long-term goals can be imposed.
