Abstract

Business competition and the development of Muslim fashion are currently so rapid in Indonesia along with increasing business competition, consumers are increasingly careful in choosing products, meaning that stores must create creative innovations. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach by considering four independent variables, namely price (X1), product quality (X2), discounts (X3), and service quality (X4). Then one moderating variable, namely Word of Mouth (Z). The sample of this study consisted of 84 people who had bought goods at Mutsika Hijab Stores. The data for this study were collected through primary methods through questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used include validity, reliability and classic assumption tests, as well as hypothesis testing and MRA testing. The results of the study found that price had a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality, discounts and word of mouth had no significant effect. Service Quality, on the other hand, was found to have a positive effect on purchase decisions. Keywords: Price, Product Quality, Discount, Service Quality, Purchasing Decision, Word of Mouth.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the Role of Financial Management as Accountability in Spending Village Funds According to Government Accounting Standards in Bah Jambi III Village, Tanah Jawa District, Simalungun Regency. Method The approach in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The data sources used are primary data obtained by interviews and direct observation and secondary data obtained from related documents. The research location is located in Bah Jambi III Village, Tanah Jwa District, Simalungun Regency. The results of this study indicate that (1) The village financial management mechanism is regulated in Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages which explains that there are 5 cycles of financial management mechanisms, namely. planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability. (2) While the obstacles faced by the village government are low human resource capacity, disbursement of village funds, government. (3) In Application of Government Accounting Standards No. 01 in village financial accountability. Abstract

This study aims at the role of the underwriter in selecting in sharia life insurance products, knowing the obstacles encountered by the underwriter in selecting the risk and the solutions applied to overcome these obstacles, and knowing the underwriting process of sharia life insurance at allianz padang city branch . The type of research used is descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. The conclusions of this study briefly are: (1) Underwriters have an important role in insurance companies because underwriters determine whether the insurance coverage can be accommodated by the company or not. (2) Obstacles encountered by underwriters in selecting risks are the availability of incomplete participant data, previous experience data of the insured and prospective insured not providing the desired budget and benefits, while the solution is to contact the agent concerned to obtain additional information needed by the underwriter, apply analysis to groups of prospective insurance participants as new participants, and provide standard premium rates and benefits. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara modal, biaya produksi, dan pembiayaan arrum pegadaian syariah terhadap tingkat pendapatan usaha mikro di Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Terdapat 5.590 orang yang menjadi populasi penelitian, dan 98 orang menjadi sampel pada penelitian ini yang ditentukan menurut rumus Slovin. Temuan yang terdapat pada penelitian ini adalah hasil uji t modal (X1) terhadap tingkat pendapatan (Y) adalah 3,434 > 1,985, dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 artinya variabel modal memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan pada usaha mikro yang berada di Kota Langsa, nilai koefisien biaya produksi (X2) terhadap tingkat pendapatan (Y) adalah ,181 < 1,985, dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,857 > 0,05 artinya variabel biaya produksi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan pada usaha mikro yang berada di Kota Langsa, besar nilai koefisien variabel pembiayaan Arrum adalah 5,753 > 1,985, dan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya variabel pembiayaan Arrum memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pada usaha mikro yang berada di Kota Langsa. Dan secara simultan nilai Fhitung 27,206 > Ftabel 2,70 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya variabel modal, biaya produksi, dan pembiayaan arrum secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan pada usaha mikro yang berada di Kota Langsa. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,465. Angka tersebut menunjukkan besarnya variabel independen modal, biaya produksi, dan pembiayaan Arrum menjelaskan variabel dependen, tingkat pendapatan yaitu sebesar 46,5%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 53,5% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research is about the management of archival maintenance at Commission D of the Regional People's Representative Council of North Sumatra Province, researchers want to see how the DPRD has managed archives over the past few years whether the maintenance is good or not. This study uses a qualitative approach where the results of this study were obtained by observation and interviews. and using primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study are the documents that have been archived are not in accordance with the group, for example, the 2016 letter was in the 2015 letter group, then when placing the file in the drawer, the employee did not pay attention to whether the archive/document was easily damaged or not, easily folded or folded. no. This makes the practitioner and other employees confused when looking for the document/archive again. However, the practitioner is able to overcome these obstacles by putting into practice the theory that the practitioner has obtained when the practitioner takes courses in class. So that researchers can draw the conclusion that the governance in document archiving in the DPRD North Sumatra is not good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there is an effect of work life balance and burnout on job satisfaction among Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Medan Balai Kota employees, the object of this study were all 30 employees at Bank Muamalat KC Medan Balai Kota, using quantitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between work life balance on employee job satisfaction at Bank Muamalat Indonesia KC Medan Balai Kota. Prove that the value of F count is 12.516 F table 3.34. In the partial test (t), the work life balance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of t count t table (3.888 2.051). The Burnout variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction, this is evidenced by t count t table, namely (-1.082 2.051). The results of the coefficient of determination test showed that 48.1% of job satisfaction (Y) was influenced by the variables work life balance (X1) and burnout (X2), while the rest were influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

SMP Muhammadiyah 16 Lubuk Pakam is a private school that facilitates underprivileged children and also provides assistance in the form of School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds from the government. The purpose of this study was to analyze accountability and transparency in the management of school operational assistance funds for the progress of SMP Muhammadiyah 16 Lubuk Pakam. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. BOS Funding is based on the total number of students totaling 135 students. The results of the study show that the application of the principle of transparency at SMP Muhammadiyah 16 Lubuk Pakam is less transparent as seen from the lack of openness in planning the RKAS, the use of BOS funds, and the publication of reports on the use of BOS funds which are reported annually to parents and teachers because there is data that is private. The application of the principles of accountability and transparency at SMP Muhammadiyah 16 Lubuk Pakam can be seen in the form of accountability to all parties involved. Starting from the planning of BOS funds, the use of BOS funds that are in accordance with those determined by the central government, the accountability of BOS funds that are reported to internal and external parties, and the archiving of BOS funds documents that are archived by the BOS treasurer.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the main priority strategy for the development of the Halal Food Industry is to increase the consumption activities of the people of Medan City by presenting the internal and external conditions that have been carried out so far. Then in addition, the researcher also explained several handling urgency that needed to be implemented so that the development of the Halal Food Industry could be more focused. The method used is a qualitative method using SWOT analysis and QSPM. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 5 respondents from SMEs in Medan City and 5 respondents from experts. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the strategy quadrants obtained after being processed in the IFE and EFE matrices are in Quadrant I. This indicates that the strategy used is a progressive strategy. This strategy means that the Halal Food industry has strengths and opportunities. Furthermore, in the QSPM analysis, the results show that the main priority strategy that must be carried out is Utilizing Halal Product Companion Training so that the Halal Industry has the opportunity to enter the Global Market.

Abstract

It can be seen that MSMEs are one of the sectors of economic activity that survive and have sustainability. One area that has MSMEs that still survive today is North Sumatra, specifically Pasar Bengkel Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Pasar Bengkel Village is a favorite place for residents and travelers who like local snacks or culinary specialties. However, now the Dodol MSME culinary center will be a distant memory due to declining demand and purchasing power. Also, Dodol micro business actors in the Bengkel Village area have complained about the reduction in the sales value of their Dodol products since the operation of the Medan-Tebing Tinggi toll road. The reason is that many transport passengers and car drivers don’t have time to stop because they are crossing the toll lane. This makes consumers or buyers reluctant to stop by this Bengkel market, resulting in low turnover, resulting in dozens of stalls being closed. This research aims to determine the influence of product innovation, product sales methods, information technology, market share, ethics of honesty and transparency, and halal products on the sustainability of the micro business Dodol Snack Center Pasar Bengkel simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative research approach with multiple regression methods. The number of samples in this research was 68 MSME entrepreneurs of Pasar Bengkel Dodol Snacks. This research shows that there is a significant influence of product innovation, market share, and product halalness on the sustainability of the Pasar Bengkel Dodol Snack Center micro-enterprise.

Abstract

Dengan disahkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, daerah diberikan kewenangan seluas-luasnya untuk menyelenggarakan pemerintahan keuangannya sendiri. Hal ini tentu saja membuat provinsi, kabupaten, dan kota menjadi entitas otonom yang harus menyelenggarakan pengelolaan dan akuntabilitas keuangannya sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen dan kinerja petugas administrasi keuangan (FCO) di Kantor Walikota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif. Kualitatif merupakan metode penelitian yang menggunakan data kualitatif dan diuraikan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 105 Tahun 2000 yang merupakan turunan dari Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 1999 dan diatur dalam Pasal 35 bahwa “pengelolaan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan daerah didasarkan pada standar akuntansi keuangan pemerintah”. PPK merupakan salah satu pejabat keuangan negara yang mempunyai peranan sangat penting dalam satuan kerja. Secara khusus, PPK mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam pengadaan barang/jasa.
