The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of the implementation of good corporate governance in the company. Corporate Governance is corporate governance that explains the relationship of the parties participating in the management and performance of the company. This article was compiled based on data and references obtained from scientific journals related to the discussion. This writing method is a literature study and the data that has been collected is arranged and sorted logically and systematically. The results obtained in this study are: 1) Managerial Ownership has a significant positive effect on firm value. 2) Institutional ownership has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. 3) The Audit Committee has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. 4) The proportion of independent commissioners has a significant positive effect on firm value. 5) External auditors have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value.

In the context of accountability, it is necessary to implement an appropriate, clear and measurable financial reporting system in accordance with the principles of transparency and accountability. With the financial reports, both central and regional finances are expected to be managed properly in order to manage public funds in a transparent, economical, efficient, effective and accountable manner. The existence of these financial statements needs to be considered further, the usefulness of the report as a mere obligation without using the financial statements as a source of information to determine and take policies in developing and growing the region. This study uses a method, namely a quantitative approach. This research begins with observations as preparation for the final stage, namely reporting the results of the study. The research time starts from January 17, 2022 until it is finished. This research was conducted directly on the company. The type of data used is Primary data. Primary data is taken from direct observation and then conducting interviews with related parties. The data used are data from interviews. The selected population are employees of DISDUKCATPIL. The results of this study are the effect that occurs between the Government Accounting System and the Financial Statement Quality variable is not statistically significant at the 5% significance level. The effect that occurs between the Government Internal Control System and the Financial Statement Quality variable is statistically significant at the 5% significance level. The Government Accounting System and the Government Internal Control System simultaneously or simultaneously affect the Financial Report Quality variable at a significance level of 5%.

This research aims to analyze the relationship between the warranty policy and return policy implemented by the Medan Daihatsu Car Dealer and the level of consumer loyalty, especially in the application of the Conditional khiyar principle in business transactions. The research method used was a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument, the number of samples used was 60 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and the hypothesis tests are the t test, F test and coefficient of determination which are processed with SPSS 25 Version software. The collected data will be analyzed using statistical techniques such as regression to assess the relationship between the variables studied. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference for further research in the field of marketing management and business law related to the implementation of conditional khiyar in business transactions.

The aim of this research is to analyze, explore and explain the key factors for the success of waqf through money in the wallets of the dhuafa alert. This research intends to study the key factors of waqf through money and how successful waqf through money is in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. Qualitative research is a method used by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research found that the key factor in the success of waqf through money in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada is creating programs that are attractive to the community as an indicator of people who want to donate to Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. Be alert to interesting programs such as mosque construction waqf, ambulance car waqf, Al-Quran waqf and livestock fattening wells. This is what really influences its success from other factors. Waqf through cash must be preserved and is not allowed to be sold, inherited or gifted to immovable or movable property. Because waqf through money is carried out widely and is not limited. However, those who are entitled to receive cash waqf include those who cannot afford it and the poor.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui bagaimana urgensi pemanfaatan e-marketing pada keberlangsungan UMKM di Kota Medan yang dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif fenomenologi yaitu dengan menggunakan fenomena yang terjadi di kesadaran peneliti yang kemudian dipaparkan dengan nyata. Kemajuan telekomunikasi telah membuat hubungan manusia dalam hal komunikasi tidak terbatas dan tanpa hambatan, terutama jarak. Internet merupakan salah satu kemajuan teknologi komunikasi yang berkembang pesat. Keberlangsungan hidup UMKM tergantung kepada kepekaan UMKM tersebut akan fenomena yang sedang terjadi. Hasil penelitian yaitu beberapa cara yang dilakukan oleh pihak UMKM di Kota Medan untuk keberlangsungan usahanya, yaitu dengan cara melakukan pendaftaran bisnis, melakukan promosi, dan berinteraksi dengan baik kepada konsumen. Kemudian, cara yang dilakukan oleh UMKM di Kota Medan dalam melakukan pemanfaatan e-marketing untuk keberlangsungan bisnis dilakukan dengan penjualan produk secara offline dan online, melakukan promosi produk secara digital serta mengikuti hal yang sedang trend di masyarakat.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Interest, Environment and Income on Demand for Brand Wakwok Products (Case Study of Students at Medan City State Campus). This study uses quantitative methods and associative approaches, data collection techniques using questionnaires and population and samples in this study were 67 students from 4 state campuses in Medan City, namely: USU, UNIMED, UINSU, and POLMED. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that Interest (X1) affects the Demand for Brand "WakWok" Products, Environment (X2) affects the Demand for Brand "WakWok" Products, Income (X3) affects the Demand for Brand "WakWok" Products, and Interest, Environment¸ and Income simultaneously affect the Demand for Brand "WakWok" Products. This can be seen that the variation in the variables of Interest, Environment, and Income is able to explain the variation in the Demand for Brand "WakWok" Products variable by 53.5%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel harga, inflasi, konsumsi, dan persediaan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Pengujian stasioneritas dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) pada tingkat level dan first difference. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel stasioner pada tingkat first difference. Penentuan lag optimum menggunakan kriteria Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) menunjukkan bahwa lag optimum adalah 2. Stabilitas sistem VAR diuji dan hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua modulus memiliki nilai yang lebih kecil atau mendekati satu, menandakan sistem stabil.Pengujian kointegrasi menggunakan metode Johansen menunjukkan adanya empat persamaan kointegrasi pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan jangka panjang antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Estimasi VECM menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antar variabel dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang, terutama antara harga dan inflasi, serta antara konsumsi dan persediaan. Analisis Impulse Response Function (IRF) menunjukkan bahwa inflasi memberikan respon yang berfluktuatif terhadap perubahan persediaan, harga, dan konsumsi. Variance Decomposition Analysis mengungkapkan bahwa tingkat inflasi merespons perubahan ekonomi dengan cepat namun tidak bertahan lama. Uji kausalitas Granger menunjukkan adanya hubungan kausalitas antara inflasi dan harga, serta antara konsumsi dan harga.

Abstrak This research aims to analyze Islamic social capital and its impact on the business performance of women members of the Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association in Medan City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research, researchers use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the success of women's businesses in the context of Islamic values is greatly influenced by social factors and the social networks they build. The courage to take risks with careful calculations is an important step taken by female entrepreneurs. This risk taking can include innovation and exploiting opportunities that support business growth in the face of competition. IWAPI (Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association) Medan City is an important forum for female entrepreneurs to interact and collaborate. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis modal sosial Islam dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja usaha perempuan anggota Ikatan Wanita Pengusaha Indonesia di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskripsi Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pengamatan (observasi), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Keberhasilan bisnis perempuan dalam konteks nilai-nilai Islam sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor sosial dan jaringan sosial yang mereka bangun. Keberanian mengambil risiko dengan kalkulasi yang matang merupakan langkah penting yang diterapkan oleh wirausaha wanita.Pengambilan risiko tersebut dapat mencakup inovasi dan pemanfaatan peluang yang mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis dalam menghadapi persaingan. The merger is a strategic corporate move that aims to advance Chubb by expanding and strengthening its presence in Indonesia. But the fact is that after officially conducting a merger, a strategy is needed in facing future competition. The SWOT Strategy Analysis of this research was determined with the aim of business or identifying objects related to the research. The data used in this field research was collected and analyzed using qualitative methods. So that several objectives can be obtained in this study, namely the first objective is to provide new opportunities for companies to operate efficiently, while the second objective is to reduce costs and increase company efficiency after the merger. The results showed that Chubb Life Medan Branch has many opportunities that need to be utilized effectively. Therefore, the company should evaluate its existing resources, skills and weaknesses. Based on the analysis, this research can provide strategies to help Chubb Life Medan Branch collaborate with other companies. The findings suggest the implication that Chubb Life Medan Branch should focus on improving its internal environment and external environment to enhance its performance and competitiveness. In addition, one of the best methods to strengthen the company's base is through mergers. The argument is that mergers can enable businesses to achieve their goals more quickly.
