Abstract

Proses penyempurnaan produk kerajinan perak dengan permukaan datar dengan sistim polis dapat mempercepat produksi. Hal ini mendorong perajin utuk menambah kecepatan putaran peralatan polis tanpa memperhitungkan efektifitas kerja peralatan. Peningkatan kecepatan akan memperbesar gaya lempar yang terjadi sehingga mengurangi efektifitas proses polis, sedangkan tekanan yang semakin besar akan meningkatkan gaya gesek yang terjadi. Percobaan dilakukan pada 3 tingkat kecepatan yaitu RPM 1440, 1550 dan 1950. Tekanan yang diberikan pada masing-masing kecepatan adalah 3; 3,5 dan 4 kg. Kilau perak yang terjadi kemudian dianalisa. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa kilau perak yang paling bagus diperoleh pada RPM 1440 dengan tekanan 4 kg.Proses penyempurnaan produk kerajinan perak dengan permukaan datar dengan sistim polis dapat mempercepat produksi. Abstract

The Energy-Efficient Solar Lamp (LTSHE) initiative is a strategic electrification program implemented by the Indonesian government to deliver sustainable lighting solutions to rural communities in Sulawesi that remain beyond the reach of the national electricity grid. The program primarily targets residents in remote, underdeveloped, and isolated areas, including border regions and small frontier islands. The LTSHE system utilizes photovoltaic panels to capture solar energy, which is converted into electrical energy and stored in lead-acid batteries through a capacitor hub, subsequently supplying power to LED lamps for household illumination. To assess system performance, a photometric evaluation was conducted on a sample representing 6,018 installed systems (24,072 lamp units). As of July 31, 2018, nine units (0.037%) were randomly selected for laboratory testing. Illumination intensity was measured at three dimming levels (100%, 50%, and 10%), producing average illumination values of 31.6 lux, 15.4 lux, and 3.2 lux, respectively. Measurements at reduced dimming levels demonstrated consistent light output across samples, with values ranging from 14.4 to 14.8 lux at 50% and approximately 2.8 lux at 10%. Laboratory verification also indicated that the measured direct current injection voltage (8.10 V) exceeded the manufacturer’s specified minimum of 7.40 V, confirming the accuracy and reliability of the testing instruments. Overall, the findings demonstrate that LTSHE units provide adequate and consistent illumination, particularly at lower dimming settings, supporting their suitability for off-grid rural applications in Sulawesi. Future evaluations are recommended to standardize testing across all dimming levels to ensure comprehensive performance validation.

Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan masalah serius pada sistem transportasi karena berdampak pada keselamatan, kerugian material, dan kelancaran arus lalu lintas. Ruas Jalan Raya Singosari, Kabupaten Malang, termasuk kawasan rawan kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab utama kecelakaan, menganalisis pengaruh kecepatan kendaraan, arus lalu lintas, perilaku pengguna jalan, serta kondisi fasilitas pelengkap terhadap tingkat kecelakaan, dan memberikan rekomendasi penanganan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari Satlantas Polres Malang tahun 2022–2024 dan data primer melalui survei kecepatan, arus lalu lintas, observasi perilaku pengguna jalan, serta evaluasi fasilitas keselamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecepatan kendaraan melebihi batas aman (V85 = 46,30 km/jam), derajat kejenuhan lalu lintas mencapai 0,82 pada jam rawan, perilaku pengguna jalan yang tidak tertib, serta minimnya fasilitas pelengkap seperti rambu, zebra cross, trotoar, dan penerangan menjadi faktor utama penyebab kecelakaan di ruas tersebut. Disarankan peningkatan fasilitas keselamatan jalan, pemasangan rambu batas kecepatan, penambahan zebra cross di area aktivitas tinggi, perbaikan penerangan, serta edukasi dan penegakan hukum secara konsisten untuk meningkatkan keselamatan di Jalan Raya Singosari. Traffic accidents are a serious issue in the transportation system as they affect safety, cause material losses, and disrupt traffic flow. The Singosari Road section in Malang Regency is considered an accident-prone area. This study aims to identify the main factors contributing to accidents, analyze the influence of vehicle speed, traffic flow, road user behavior, and the condition of supplementary road facilities on accident rates, and provide recommendations for mitigation. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using secondary data from the Malang District Police Traffic Unit (Satlantas Polres Malang) for the years 2022–2024 and primary data collected through speed surveys, traffic flow measurements, road user behavior observations, and evaluations of safety facilities. The results show that vehicle speeds exceeding the safe limit (V85 = 46.30 km/h), a traffic volume-to-capacity ratio (degree of saturation) reaching 0.82 during peak hours, non-compliant road user behavior, and inadequate supplementary facilities such as speed limit signs, pedestrian crossings (zebra crossings), sidewalks, and street lighting are the main factors contributing to accidents on this road segment. It is recommended to improve road safety facilities, install speed limit signs, add pedestrian crossings in high-activity areas, enhance street lighting, and implement consistent education and law enforcement to improve safety on Singosari Road.

Abstract

Pembangunan jalan tol menuntut pemilihan tipe perkerasan yang sesuai agar tercapai efisiensi biaya serta umur layanan yang optimal. Penelitian ini melakukan perbandingan antara perkerasan kaku dan perkerasan lentur pada ruas Tol Probolinggo-Banyuwangi Seksi 3A dengan mengacu pada metode perencanaan dalam Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2024. Analisis dilakukan terhadap tebal lapisan perkerasan, Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), serta kebutuhan pemeliharaan rutin selama masa layan 40 tahun, dengan mempertimbangkan volume lalu lintas, kondisi tanah dasar, dan faktor teknis pendukung lainnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa desain perkerasan kaku menggunakan pelat beton setebal 260 mm, dengan lapis fondasi bawah beton kurus setebal 150 mm, agregat kelas A setebal 200 mm, serta dilengkapi dowel (BJTP) berdiameter 38 mm sepanjang 450 mm dan tie bar (BJTU) berdiamater 16 mm sepanjang 690 mm. Total biaya konstruksi sebesar Rp 132.829.058.458, sedangkan biaya pemeliharaan mencapai Rp 10.785.174.805. Pada sisi lain, desain perkerasan lentur terdiri atas AC-WC 40 mm, AC-BC 60 mm, AC-Base 250 mm, agregat kelas B 150 mm dan agregat kelas A 200 mm, dengan estimasi biaya konstruksi sebesar Rp 111.277.863.596 serta biaya pemeliharaan sebesar Rp 66.258.911.878. Berdasarkan rekapitulasi biaya konstruksi dan pemeliharaan, disimpulkan bahwa perkerasan kaku lebih ekonomis dengan selisih efisiensi 23,6% dibandingkan perkerasan lentur. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan perkerasan kaku pada proyek jalan tol dengan beban lalu lintas dan umur rencana serupa untuk mencapai efisiensi biaya sepanjang umur layanan jalan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the strengthening of community human resource capacity in rural waste management through the application of plastic waste conversion technology to support the transition toward a circular economy in Grobogan Regency. The program integrated educational interventions, technical demonstrations of pyrolysis-based systems, and institutional facilitation to enhance sustainable waste governance at the village level. Empirical findings indicate increased community understanding of circular economy principles, improved technical knowledge of plastic-to-fuel conversion processes, and greater willingness to participate in technology-based waste management practices. The intervention also encouraged the formation of community waste management groups and strengthened local government support for program sustainability. Behavioral shifts were reflected in the changing perception of plastic waste from environmental burden to economically valuable resource. These outcomes demonstrate that participatory technology adoption can enhance institutional readiness and support decentralized waste-to-energy implementation in rural communities.

Abstract

Image denoising encompasses various noise types; in this work, we focus specifically on periodic interference, which introduces coherent frequency-domain artifacts that are challenging to remove using conventional real-valued convolutional neural networks (CNNs). This paper introduces a Complex-Valued Neural Network with Adaptive Frequency Attention (CVNN-AFA) tailored to periodic noise removal, integrating complex-domain feature propagation with explicit radial frequency-band modulation. The proposed architecture employs complex convolutions, complex batch normalization, and ModReLU activations to jointly model amplitude and phase information. An Adaptive Frequency Attention (AFA) module operates in the Fourier domain and partitions the spectrum into low-, mid-, and high-frequency radial bands using distance-based masks, enabling adaptive band-wise reweighting aligned with interference characteristics. Experiments on the BSDS500 dataset augmented with synthetic periodic noise evaluate both low-noise and moderate-to-high noise regimes under matched training budgets and strong real-valued frequency-aware baselines. Results indicate that CVNN-AFA achieves competitive performance overall and provides consistent, moderate improvements in low-amplitude settings, while the real-valued frequency-aware baseline remains more robust under extreme corruption levels. Qualitative and spectral analyses suggest that the proposed approach offers incremental attenuation of periodic components while maintaining comparable detail preservation. These findings are specific to the controlled periodic noise scenarios evaluated in this study.

Abstract

The dynamics between trust and control mechanisms in management accounting are becoming a strategic issue in modern organizations that rely on cross-functional collaboration, especially in the manufacturing sector that demands intensive coordination and accuracy of information between units. Tension and alignment between trust and control have the potential to determine the effectiveness of collaboration, but empirical evidence in the Indonesian context is still limited. This study aims to analyze the influence of trust and management control systems on collaborative performance in a collaborative work environment, as well as examine the role of the interaction between the two in strengthening or weakening the effectiveness of cooperation. As a complement to the quantitative approach, this study applies a comparative case study to several manufacturing companies in West Java to capture the variation in trust and control practices in the dynamics of collaboration between divisions. Using a survey of 150 employees from various departments and companies, data was collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression and interaction tests to identify direct relationships and moderation effects between variables. The results showed that trust had a strong positive influence on collaborative performance, while formal control mechanisms provided a more moderate but still significant positive influence. In addition, participatory designed controls have been shown to strengthen the relationship between trust and collaborative performance, confirming that the two mechanisms can function complementarily. These findings conclude that the integration of trust and control based on management accounting is an important prerequisite for the effectiveness of collaboration in the modern organizational environment, as well as making a theoretical contribution to the management accounting literature and practical implications for the design of control systems that support interdivisional coordination.

Abstract

Jalan Raya Selopuro – Jalan Hasan Ahmad di Kabupaten Blitar merupakan jalan kolektor primer yang memiliki peran strategis, namun saat ini mengalami berbagai kerusakan, Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis kondisi perkerasan untuk menentukan bentuk penanganan yang tepat. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatahui nilai kondisi perkerasan jalan adalah metode PCI (Pavement Condition Index). PCI digunakan untuk menilai kondisi permukaan jalan melalui survei visual dan perhitungan indeks kerusakan sesuai standar ASTM D6433-20. Data kerusakan diklasifikasikan berdasarkan jenis dan tingkat keparahannya, kemudian dianalisis untuk menentukan strategi penanganan yang tepat. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa kerusakan dominan berupa retak kulit buaya (36%), retak blok (32%), dan tambalan (17%). Dari total 204 unit sampel yang ditinjau, diperoleh nilai PCI rata-rata sebesar 70,87 yang mengindikasikan kondisi “satisfactory”. Penanganan yang direkomendasikan meliputi pemeliharaan berkala, pekerjaan rekonstruksi, penambalan (patching), pelapisan aspal tipis, dan pengisian retak. Perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) untuk seluruh pekerjaan mencapai Rp 2.292.870.000,00. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan teknis dalam evaluasi dan pemeliharaan perkerasan jalan, serta dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan oleh instansi terkait dalam menjaga kualitas dan keberlanjutan infrastruktur transportasi.

Abstract

Jokowi applied transformational leadership during his position as the mayor of Solo in 2005-2010 through revitalation in Solo both the governmental change and the society. The questions towards the problems of this research are: How is the leadership model of Jokowi as the mayor of Solo in 2005-2010?; and what factors which affect the leadership Jokowi’s model as the mayor of solo in 2005-2010?; than what moral values of the Jokowi’s leadership model as the mayor of Solo in 2005-2010?. Hence, the objectives of this research are; To analyze the Jokowi’s leadership model as the mayor of Solo in 2005-2010, in which this reseearch can be regarded as guidance or reference or directing to a new view of the ideal leadership for Indonesia. Abstract

National Festival Reyog Ponorogo is a staging of Reyog Arts with the format of the race held at the Main Stage of Ponorogo central park as one of the efforts made by the Government to preserve the Arts of Reyog Ponorogo. The art of Reyog, which was initially forgotten by many people ranging from young to old, increasingly decreasing demand by the current globalization. Reyog art cannot be used properly and experienced a shift. The younger generation is increasingly reluctant to preserve their ancestral cultures because they have thought that following the traditional arts it will be termed as non-modern young men. The purpose of this study is as one way to invite young people to participate preserve Reyog Arts to be known in various regions of the archipelago. This research is a historical research that has steps include: heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. Data collection was done by observation, interview and documentation. The results of this research showed that the implementation of Reyog Ponorogo National Festival can preserve the Arts Reyog Ponorogo and promote the Ponorogo Regency as a tourist destination for local and foreign tourists. It is proven by the participation of festival participants from Sumatra, Kalimantan, DKI Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Universitas Brawijaya, Jember University, SMKN 2 Wonogiri etc. National Festival Reyog Ponorogo can increase the income of the people and the local government of Ponorogo through the trade, transportation and services sector as well as the hospitality sector. In addition, the festival can also be a medium for the planting of characters for the younger generation of the values pertained in the arts of Reyog Ponorogo. This research is expected to be a means to cultivate the interest of the young generation to preserve the arts of Reyog and can instil the values contained in Reyog Art so that the younger generation and society know that Reyog Art not only serves as a spectacle of neglect as well as life guidance.
