Abstract

Committee school is self-supporting body that place role and society in order to upgrade, generalization, and efficiency of education management in set of good education at education of school progress, band of school education and also education band external school. Research Target this is the to Know role of school committee in facilities and basic facilities levying. Focus in research this is the; Role of school committee in facilities and basic facilities levying in SMAN 2 Halong. Researcher uses research method qualitative descriptive, data collecting technique as used in research this is the circumstantial interview, participant observation and documentation study. Technique of data validity uses triangulation. Result and conclusion in research this is the; Role of school committee in of vital importance levying of school facilities and basic facilities for by existence of acceptable medium then study activity can walk with maximal.

Abstract

Biji buah alpukat sampai saat ini hanya dibuang sebagai limbah. Padahal didalam biji alpukat mengandung zat pati yang cukup tinggi, yakni sekitar 23%. Hal ini memungkinkan biji alpukat sebagai alternatif sumber pati. Biji alpukat mengandung polifenol, flavonoid, triterpenoid, kuinon, saponin, tannin, monoterpenoid dan seskuiterpenoid. Rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan dua (2) ulangan. Faktor I adalah konsentrasi natrium metabisulfit dengan sandi “K” terdiri atas 4 taraf : K1 = 0 ppm, K2 = 500 ppm, K3 = 1000 ppm, K4 = 1500 ppm. Faktor II adalah lama perendaman dengan sandi “L” terdiri atas  4 taraf : L1 = 2 jam , L2 = 4 jam,    L3 = 6 jam, L4 = 8 jam. Parameter yang diamati adalah  kadar air, rendemen, kadar protein, kadar abu, kadar serat dan nilai organoleptik warna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh konsentrasi natrium metabisulfit dan lama perendaman  dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa konsentrasi natrium metabisulfit  berpengaruh  berbeda sangat nyata (P0.01) terhadap nilai organoleptik warna, lama perendaman  berpengaruh berbeda sangat nyata (P0.01) terhadap  kadar air, rendemen, kadar protein  dan  nilai organoleptik warna, dan interaksi perlakuan konsentrasi natrium metabisulfit dan lama perendaman berpengaruh berbeda sangat nyata (P0.01) terhadap nilai organoleptik warna. Untuk memperoleh tepung biji alpokat yang bermutu baik disarankan menggunakan konsentrasi natrium metabisulfit 1500 ppm  dan lama perendaman 8  jam karena menghasilkan rendemen yang tinggi dan warna yang disukai

Abstract

Velva buah merupakan salah satu jenis frozen dessert yang berbahan baku buah-buahan dan dibekukan dengan alat pembeku es krim yang memiliki kadar lemak yang rendah karena tidak menggunakan lemak susu sehingga cocok dikonsumsi orang-orang yang sedang diet rendah lemak maupun kelompok vegetarian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian UISU. Model  rancangan  yang digunakan  pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL)  faktorial yang  terdiri  atas  dua faktor  utama yaitu : Faktor  I: Konsentrasi Gula (G) terdiri atas 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu : G1  =  25%, G2  =  35%, G3  =  45% dan G4  =  55%. Faktor  II: Konsentrasi CMC  (C) yang  terdiri atas 4 taraf yaitu : C1  =  0.0%, C2  =  0.25%, C3  =  0.50% dan C4  =  0.75%. Parameter yang diamati terdiri dari TSS, derajat keasaman (pH), kecepatan leleh, vitamin C dan organoleptik rasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi gula berpengaruh berbeda sangat nyata (P0.01) terhadap TSS dan organoleptik rasa, namun berpengaruh tidak nyata (P0.05) terhadap derajat keasaman (pH), kecepatan leleh dan vitamin C. Konsentrasi CMC berpengaruh berbeda sangat nyata (P0.01) terhadap kecepatan leleh, namun berpengaruh tidak nyata (P0.05) terhadap TSS, derajat keasaman (pH), vitamin C dan organoleptik rasa. Interaksi perlakuan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P0.05) terhadap seluruh parameter yang diamati.

Abstract

Panglong Village, Berakit Subdistrict, Bintan Regency, possesses significant potential for development within the sustainable tourism sector. This study aims to investigate the marine and cultural potentials of the Sampan ethnic community in supporting sustainable tourism development in Panglong Village. The analysis employs a qualitative descriptive approach, guided by the 4A framework, encompassing Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, and Ancillary Services. The findings indicate that Panglong Village offers compelling tourism attractions from both marine and cultural perspectives; however, its management remains limited and has yet to be optimally implemented. The marine potential is closely linked to the mangrove ecosystems, which can be leveraged as attractions through mangrove tourism tours, traditional fishing activities, and the rich cultural heritage of the Sampan community. Achieving sustainable development in this context necessitates effective collaboration among local communities, academics, government authorities, and industry stakeholders to safeguard natural and cultural resources. Furthermore, to realize this potential fully, improvements in accessibility, tourism facilities, and supporting services are essential to ensure sustainable tourism that prioritizes visitor safety and comfort.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the complex challenges of human resource management in private Islamic schools in Balangan Regency, particularly related to teacher competency development, work motivation, and limited funding. The focus of this research is the strategies implemented by school principals in overcoming these various challenges to improve the quality of human resources in the school environment. The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the leadership strategies of school principals in managing human resources in several private Islamic schools, including SMAS Al-Hidayah Inan, MIS Nurul Irsyad, MIS Bustanul Ulum, SD IT Al Falah, and PAUD IT Al-Busyra. The research method used is a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and supporting documentation, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results show that school principals implement various adaptive strategies, such as internal training and mentoring for teacher competency development, providing non-financial rewards and spiritual guidance to increase motivation, and establishing partnerships with external institutions to overcome limited funding. Strengthening Islamic values ​​is also an important part of human resource leadership in these schools. In conclusion, adaptive, collaborative leadership based on Islamic values ​​is key to addressing human resource challenges and improving the quality of education in private Islamic schools in Balangan Regency.

Abstract

Masalah sampah merupakan tanggung jawab seluruh masyarakat, karena semuanya ikut andil dalam membuang sampah, entah itu membuang sampah pada tempatnya, tidak pada tempatnya, atau bahkan membuang sampah ke sungai. Karena jika kita tidak membersihkan sampah yang berserakan atau membuang sampah sembarang, maka sampah tersebut akan jadi sebuah wabah penyakit juga akan menimbulkan banjir karena selokan yang mampet, atau sungai yang sudah penuh oleh sampah. Maggot adalah organisme yang berasal dari telur lalat Solder Fly. Maggot BSF memiliki kandungan protein sekitar 32,31% - 60,20%, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif bahan abku sumber protein hewani untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap tepung ikan dalam pembuatan pakan ternak. Maggot bermanfaat bagi kehidupan sehari hari dalam hal penguraian sampah terutama sampah organik rumah tangga. Sampah organik jika tidak di tangani maka akan menimbulkan banyak masalah seperti bau yang kurang mengenakkan. Sampah organik rumah tangga  dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi pakan dari maggot. Maggot dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai usaha sampingan sebagai pakan ternak dengan nutrisi yang sangat tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the performance of the hamlet government apparatus in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as executors and implementing CSR in Tanjung Belit Hamlet, Jujuhan District, Bungo Regency. Furthermore, what are the Government's obstacles in implementing CSR program activities in the Hamlet. Up to what efforts and steps have been taken to solve the problems that occurred in Tanjung Belit Hamlet. so that later it will become an independent hamlet and have a good future outlook. Capability of Human Resources (HR) is a factor that affects the performance of officials. The problem of the quality of the hamlet government's human resources is an important issue in the implementation of Otoda. Therefore, it is an urgent matter to increase the Human Resources (HR) of the Dusun government, so that the implementation of the Otoda can run as expected, but this is also influenced by two important factors. Level of education In carrying out their duties and responsibilities as hamlet apparatus, especially in providing services and development of hamlet economic growth in general for Tanjung Belit hamlet, it is very much determined by the level of education possessed by the apparatus itself, because the heavier or wider the responsibilities of the hamlet apparatus must be implemented, so officers who have qualified human resources are also needed. Work experience In carrying out duties and responsibilities as a public servant.

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education in the current millennial era has experienced significant developments throughout its history, in this millennial era as well. In today's digital and information technology era, the development of Islamic education faces new challenges and an opportunity. It presents how Islamic education adapts to social trends and changes in the current millennial era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with a descriptive approach. The informants of this study were 9 students of the Raden Fatah State University of Palembang, Indonesia. Data was collected through observation, literature study and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis, so that in-depth conclusions were obtained from the problems studied. The results of this study are first, the form of challenges that occur in the development of Islamic education in the millennial youth era which often occur in the present are: (1) the influence of social media (2) the influence of outside culture (3) technological advances (4) moral decadence ( 5) minimal understanding of religion (6) moral challenges. Researchers found challenges that could affect the development of Islamic education in the current millennial era. Second, important factors that can influence Islamic education in the current millennial era are: (1) having a solid Islamic foundation (2) having strong moral values (3) overcoming the challenges of the times (4) forming an identity (5) build an understanding of Islam (6) develop morals. these factors strengthen to fight challenges in the development of Islamic education in the millennial era.Keywords: Islamic Education, Millennial Era

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran akun Instagram @PonPes Assanadiyah Palembang dalam menyosialisasikan kegiatan pesantren serta mengklasifikasikan jenis konten yang digunakan dalam proses sosialisasi tersebut. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial di kalangan lembaga pendidikan Islam sebagai sarana dakwah dan komunikasi publik. Pesantren, sebagai lembaga pendidikan tradisional, kini turut memanfaatkan media digital untuk memperluas jangkauan informasi dan membangun citra positif di ruang publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan netnografi, di mana peneliti mengamati aktivitas digital akun Instagram @Ponpes Assanadiyah serta melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan informan yaitu pemimpin pondok pesantren, pengelolal akun instagram dam beberapa santri yang terlibat. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi data Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akun Instagram berperan sebagai sarana sosialisasi kegiatan, dokumentasi, dan representasi pesantren di ruang digital. Meskipun pengelolaan akun masih dilakukan secara mandiri oleh satu orang dan menghadapi kendala sumber daya manusia serta waktu, pesantren menunjukkan kesadaran tinggi untuk beradaptasi dengan perkembangan media. Konten yang diunggah terbagi menjadi tiga kategori utama: kegiatan santri, konten kreatif bernuansa religi, dan informasi kelembagaan. Penggunaan media sosial ini menunjukkan pergeseran pola komunikasi pesantren dari model tradisional menuju komunikasi partisipatif berbasis digital.

Abstract

This study explores an English teacher's beliefs and practices in integrating Digital Game-Based Learning (DGBL) within an EFL classroom in a technology-integrated school in Medan, Indonesia. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with one teacher and teaching materials analysis, providing comprehensive insights into the teacher's perspectives and classroom practices.  The data analysis technique employed in this research was thematic analysis. The findings revealed that the teacher believed   DGBL was a flexible and engaging pedagogical tool that aligns 21st-century learning principles and fosters student-centered instruction. The teacher frequently utilized tools such as Kahoot, Quizziz, and Wordwall to enhance student engagement and interactivity. Despite its benefits, challenges were identified, including limited suitability of DGBL for all materials, difficulty in assessing comprehension, and occasional technical barriers such as poor internet connectivity. The teacher emphasized the importance of balancing DGBL with traditional teaching methods to address diverse learning preferences and objectives. Additionally, the lack of formal training in DGBL integration highlighted a gap in professional development, suggesting a need for targeted training and administrative support. The study underscores the potential of DGBL to enhance student engagement and teacher innovation while identifying areas for improvement. It recommends future research on game design, feedback mechanisms, and collaboration to optimize learning outcomes alongside structured professional development for educators integrating DGBL into their practices.
