Abstract

Desa Tulus Besar, salah satu desa di Kabupaten Malang, memiliki potensi wisata budaya dan seni yang kaya terutama kesenian tari, Namun, penyelenggaraan event pertunjukan tari di desa ini masih menghadapi kendala, terutama dalam aspek manajemen dan profesionalitas. Melalui Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM), tim dosen Politeknik Negeri Malang melakukan pendampingan kepada para pegiat seni tari yang tergabung dalam Sanggar Tari Srikandi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengelola event pertunjukan tari secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan masyarakat dan pengelola seni desa sebagai mitra aktif sejak tahap identifikasi permasalahan dalam penyelenggaraan event kesenian, perencanaan program pendampingan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, hingga evaluasi dan refleksi bersama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menerapkan konsep manajemen event secara efektif dengan terselenggaranya pertunjukan seni tari. Kegiatan ini juga berhasil melibatkan masyarakat lokal melalui partisipasi UMKM dalam stand bazar yang turut memeriahkan acara. Keberhasilan ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan mampu meningkatkan profesionalitas pengelolaan event seni sehingga dapat menjaga keberlanjutan budaya lokal di tengah perubahan sosial melalui event dan berpotensi menjadikan Desa Tulus Besar sebagai destinasi wisata budaya lokal yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Social changes in rural communities require young people to play an active role as agents of change in social and cultural development. However, in Dayak Pitap Village, youth participation remains low due to the Karang Taruna youth organization not functioning optimally. This study aims to revitalize the role of youth through the establishment and strengthening of the Karang Taruna “Iyam Mitra Muda” organization as a forum for nurturing the younger generation in the social, cultural, and leadership fields. The main programs implemented include organizing institutional structures, formulating vision, mission, and statutes, improving managerial capacity, and fostering a pioneering spirit through social and cultural activities. The results of these activities show a significant increase in the administrative, coordination, and leadership abilities of young people, accompanied by a growing collective awareness of the importance of their participation in village development. Through various activities such as Indonesian Independence Day celebrations, PBB/Linmas training, and involvement in traditional ceremonies, young people have become more active, disciplined, and united in carrying out their social roles. In addition, the formation of a clear organizational structure and the drafting of AD/ART have become the basis for Karang Taruna to move in a more focused and sustainable direction. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Karang Taruna “Iyam Mitra Muda” plays a strategic role in strengthening the capacity of youth as the driving force of social development in Dayak Pitap Village. This study is expected to be a reference for the development of youth empowerment models in other villages in a participatory and sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of global gold price fluctuations on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), with inflation as a moderating variable. Using portfolio theory and the efficient market hypothesis, this study examines gold as a safe-haven asset and its relationship with the domestic capital market during periods of inflationary pressure. The data used are secondary time series data analyzed using the Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) method. The results show that gold prices have a significant influence on JCI movements, but the strength of this relationship depends strongly on the inflation rate. Inflation is found to act as a moderating variable, strengthening the shift in investment from the stock market to gold when the currency's purchasing power declines. This research provides strategic implications for investors in diversifying their portfolios and for policymakers in maintaining the stability of the national financial market.

Abstract

Desa Wringinsongo, Kecamatan Tumpang, Kabupaten Malang, memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai desa wisata berbasis potensi lokal. Salah satu destinasi unggulannya adalah Pemandian Sumberingin yang kini mulai dibuka hingga malam hari. Untuk mendukung promosi destinasi ini, Tim Pengabdian dari Politeknik Negeri Malang menyelenggarakan pelatihan pembuatan konten media sosial dengan pendekatan SIPETOK (Strategi Pemasaran Kampung Tematik melalui Instagram dengan Storytelling dan Komponen Kepariwisataan). Melalui pelatihan pembuatan konten media sosial yang baik dan tepat diharapkan dapat mempercepat terwujudnya desa wisata Wringinsongo yang berdampak positif bagi warga desa dan meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan ke Pemandian Sumberingin pada malam hari. Pelatihan  diikuti oleh Karang Taruna berlangsung interaktif. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam membuat konten digital yang efektif. Evaluasi melalui kuesioner menunjukkan seluruh peserta merasa puas dan memperoleh manfaat signifikan. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memperkuat kapasitas pemuda desa dalam bidang digital marketing, tetapi juga mendorong percepatan realisasi desa wisata Wringinsongo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the teacher's ability to understand and implement the 2020 IASP in the Elementary/Madrasah Management component, as well as to analyze what problems lie behind the teacher's inability to implement it. The method used is descriptive analytical method, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to elementary school teachers and Islamic elementary school teachers in Indonesia. Respondents consisted of 30 teachers who were grouped into 15 PAI teachers and 15 non-PAI teachers. The results of this study found that the ability of PAI and non-PAI teachers to understand and implement IASP 2020 can be seen from the lowest percentage achievement profile, namely 78.3% for PAI teachers, and 68.3% for the non-PAI teacher group. The teacher's problems in implementing IASP 2020 are: First, the level of understanding of the curriculum. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic and microeconomic dynamics on firm value through a dual moderation model. Specifically, this study examines how macroeconomic variables (such as exchange rates and interest rates) affect firm value, with inflation as a moderating variable, and how microeconomic fundamental factors affect firm value, with financial performance as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, this study integrates Signaling Theory and Arbitrage Pricing Theory to explain the phenomenon of capital market volatility. The analysis results indicate that inflation plays a crucial role in weakening the transmission of monetary stability to firm value, while solid financial performance has been shown to strengthen market appreciation of the issuer's intrinsic value. This study provides a theoretical contribution to the financial management literature regarding the interaction between systematic risk and firm-specific risk in determining shareholder value in emerging markets.

Abstract

IUD is one of the family planning methods that is classified as a long-term contraceptive method. IUD is a device or object inserted into the uterus that is very effective and can be used by all women of productive age. The achievement of the IUD family planning program in the Kelapa Community Health Center Working Area is still low, especially the PUS using IUD has not experienced a significant increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the low use of IUD in the Kelapa Community Health Center Working Area, West Bangka Regency in 2025. This study used a case control design with a sample of active family planning acceptors in the Kelapa Community Health Center Working Area divided into 2 groups of cases and controls. The case group is 40 IUD family planning acceptors, while the control group is 40 non-IUD family planning acceptors based on medical record data from the Kelapa Community Health Center in 2024. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant relationship between parity (p-value 0.045), education (p-value 0.001), the role of health workers (p-value 0.024), history of contraceptive use (p-value 0.004) on the low use of IUDs in the Kelapa Health Center Working Area in 2025. The suggestion of this study is that health workers can provide counseling training to health cadres so that they can effectively promote the use of IUDs in Posyandu.
