Abstract

Penggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini, dan dibarengi dengan menurunnya interaksi anak dengan orang lain dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap perkembangan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh interaksi orang tua dan tscreen time melalui sosial emosional terhadap kemampuan berbicara anak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantiattif dengan analisis jalur. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 87 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen yang terdiri dari interaksi orang tua (26 item), screen time (20 item), sosial emosional (20 item), kemampuan berbicara (12 item) yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh interaksi orang tua terhadap kemampuan berbicara, screen time terhadap kemampuan berbicara, sosial emosional terhadap kemampuan berbicara, interaksi orang tua terhadap sosial emosional, screen time terhadap sosial emosional,, terdapat pengaruh interaksi orang tua terhadap kemampuan berbicara melalui sosial emosional, terdapat pengaruh screen time terhadap kemampuan berbicara melalui sosial emosional.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka (IKM) adalah respon terhadap dampak  Learning Loss dan krisis pembelajaran di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi integrasi, strategi implementasi dan pengembangan kurikulum merdeka serta strategi asesmen capaian pembelajaran anak di TK Alam Berbasis Karakter Sayang Ibu dan TK Budi Mulia III di Kota Banjarmasin. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif multisitus dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data diolah melalui tahap reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa IKM satuan PAUD memiliki perencanaan kurikulum operasional satuan Pendidikan (KOSP) berbasis karakteristik sekolah. Dikembangkan dengan konteksnya berbeda antara setiap satuan, relevan, sesuai kebutuhan anak dan konteks lokal, Struktur kurikulum Merdeka meliputi pembelajaran intrakurikuler sebagai pembelajaran regular dan Penanaman Profil Pancasila (P3), kokurikuler kegiatan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), dan ekstrakurikuler berupa untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minat peserta didik sesuai dengan kebutuhannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil evaluasi program layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) pada alumni SMKN 3 dan SMKN 4 Banjarmasin pasca implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan data dari 188 alumni yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur. Analisis data menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara kedua sekolah, di mana SMKN 4 Banjarmasin memiliki hasil evaluasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan SMKN 3. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan BK yang lebih adaptif dan terstruktur memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesiapan karier alumni. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya evaluasi berkelanjutan dan peningkatan kualitas layanan BK di sekolah kejuruan untuk mendukung kesiapan kerja lulusan di era Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Kinerja guru yang baik terlihat melalui tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru lingkungan kerja, pengaruh pimpinan dan organisasi, pengembangan diri dan motivasi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh lansung dan tidak lansung antar variabel: Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional dengan analisis jalur. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 143 orang dengan teknik proporsional random sampling yang ada di Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Hasil penelitian menununjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lansung antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,679, iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,074, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,294, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap iklim organisasi 0,573, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja 0,798. Selanjutnya, terdapat pengaruh tidak lansung antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru melalui iklim organisasi sebesar 0,991 dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru melalui disiplin kerja sebesar 0,993. Kesimpulan bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah semakin tinggi kinerja guru serta iklim organisasi dan disiplin kerja sangat berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Diharapkan ini selalu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja dengan memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif dan bimbingan untuk membantu guru dalam perbaikan dan pengembangan diri.

Abstract

Teachers play an important role in shaping religious character in students. The school environment is a means of implementing character education because most children spend their time at school so that something they get at school will affect the development of children's character. The teacher's obligation as an educator is to plan, implement, assess, and evaluate quality learning is to provide education to children starting from an early age. Teachers as models for children both from positive and negative aspects and also provide a picture of life for students. This paper aims to describe religious character and describe how the role of teachers as educators in educational institutions in building religious character education for early childhood. This study uses a literature study method whose data sources are relevant and related to the role of teachers in religious character education for early childhood. The results of the study show that religious character is interpreted as an attitude or behavior that is obedient in carrying out the teachings of the religion that is believed, tolerant of the implementation of worship, and living in harmony with others. The role of teachers in early childhood religious character education can be seen from the strategies that teachers can apply to shape children's religious character including developing religious culture routinely in ordinary learning days, creating an educational institution environment that supports religious education, delivering formal education in learning with religious subject matter, and creating a religious situation or condition. Religious character education must be arranged in such a way that it will run according to the expected goals. To plan an instillation program, synergy is needed between parents, educators, and leaders in an institution.

Abstract

Strengthening the character of cooperation in early childhood is a strategic step in building lifelong social skills. This study aims to describe the best practice of strengthening the character of cooperation through the implementation of classroom agreements at TK Negeri 1 Alalak. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the participatory implementation of classroom agreements was effective in developing children's cooperative character. The children willingly and joyfully worked together to tidy up the reading corner and play equipment after use. They were able to carry out the classroom agreements that they had created together, which fostered a sense of responsibility and togetherness. Character reinforcement was consistently implemented through habitual activities, verbal praise, symbolic appreciation, and parental involvement. These findings confirm that classroom agreements can serve as an effective strategy for instilling the value of cooperation in early childhood. This study recommends the consistent and participatory application of classroom agreements in early childhood education, and further research on strengthening other characters such as independence and responsibility.

Abstract

The socio-emotional development of early childhood is strongly influenced by parenting patterns and internal family conditions. In today's social reality, more children are growing up in non-intact families with minimal paternal involvement and permissive parenting styles, which negatively affect their ability to build social relationships and manage emotions. This issue is crucial to examine, considering that early childhood serves as the foundation for subsequent psychosocial development. This study aims to explain the role of the family in the socio-emotional development of early childhood through a case study approach. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that: (1) the absence of a father figure leads to children being withdrawn and lacking self-confidence; (2) permissive parenting results in difficulties in emotional regulation; and (3) limited emotional support within the family contributes to low social skills in children.

Abstract

The future development of children is significantly influenced by the current quality of education where the early stages of intelligence, character and personality development are largely formed through education in early childhood, because the early years are a unique and valuable time in life. The implementation of early childhood education requires strong leadership from the education unit. The effectiveness of the implementation of education is a key component of the growth of an institution and it depends on the quality of the school including the level of leadership strength of the principal. A leader plays a role in accountability for policies that shape social values, life skills. The policy of the principal who becomes a leader with various knowledge and experience that a leader has. The principal's leadership strategy in forming teachers is by example, discipline, instructional leadership, and empowerment of all school residents. The example and discipline possessed by the principal will be a good example for teachers and staff to implement these values in daily activities at school (Majid, 2025). Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT) are two schools that were chosen because of the strong character of the school with various peculiarities in providing quality for the school and also the leadership in the school that is able to make the school superior in the context of Integrated Islamic PAUD schools, namely Al'Firdaus Integrated Islamic PAUD and Sabilal Muhradin Integrated Islamic PAUD where both of them provide an integrated Islamic concept based on religion and knowledge processes and the provision of a curriculum that is according to the character of each school. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. In qualitative research, it is greatly influenced by the researcher's views, thoughts, and knowledge because the data is interpreted by the researcher. In accordance with the research approach used, namely the qualitative approach, the data collection instrument is the researcher himself which is termed "the key instrument" (Sugiyono, 2019).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kolaborasi antara wali kelas dan Guru Pendamping Khusus (GPK)  dikelas IV SDN Sungai Andai 3 dalam pendidikan inklusif, serta peran dukungan dari orangtua dan sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa secara menyeluruh di sekolah inklusif. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis tematik, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi terhadap wali kelas, GPK, kepala sekolah dan orangtua siswa. Hasil menunjukkan kolaborasi yang baik antara wali kelas dan GPK dalam mendukung perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran inklusif yang didukung oleh fasilitas dan kebijakan sekolah. Tantangan muncul dari keterbatasan sumber daya dan pemahaman orangtua. Faktor komunikasi yang kurang efektif antara pihak sekolah dan orangtua turut menjadi hambatan. Sehingga solusi yang diusulkan mencakup pelatihan berkala untuk para pengajar, peningkatan fasilitas pembelajaran, dan sosialisasi yang lebih intensif dengan orangtua agar dapat lebih memahami pentingnya pendidikan inklusif sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran inklusif dikelas IV SDN Sungai Andai 3.

Abstract

Humanistic principal leadership is essential for fostering inclusive Early Childhood Education (ECE), yet remains underexplored in IndonesiaÔÇÖs inclusive schools. This study examined how principals practice humanistic leadership in two inclusive kindergartens in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, to support diverse learning environments. Using a descriptive qualitative design, data were gathered through observation, in-depth interviews with two principals, eight teachers, four parents, and document analysis at Pelita Hati and Bina Sejahtera Kindergartens. Thematic analysis followed Miles and HubermanÔÇÖs framework. Results show humanistic leadership is reflected in embracing diversity, building supportive environments, and facilitating collaboration. Principals lead through participatory decision-making, empathy, care, and promoting each childÔÇÖs potential, shaping an inclusive, humanistic school culture. The study offers insights into how humanistic leadership operates in inclusive ECE, providing a practical reference for principals and policymakers to strengthen inclusive, child-centered education.┬á
