Abstract

This study aims to evaluate yield and yield components in several peanut lines planted in West Java, Indonesia. The genetic materials tested involved 21 genotypes consisting of 18 potential peanut lines (G100, G133, G142, G144, G199, G205, G209, G21, G234, G237, G33, G37, G41, G53, G54, G76, G84, G99) from a selection of 5 biparental population (GWS79A1/”Zebra”, “Jerapah”/GWS79A1, “Zebra”/GWS79A1, GWS79A1/”Jerapah”, “Zebra”/GWS18A1) and 3 comparative varieties (“Gajah”, “Sima”, and “Zebra”) as controls. Results showed that various genotypes have significant effects on plant height (at 9 and 10 WAP), number of branches (at 4, 10, and 12 WAP), flowering age, and harvest age. Some potential lines showed ideal characters expected of a high quality peanut plant. Based on characters such as harvest age, dry pod weight, and productivity, G100, G41, G21, G205, and G84 can be considered the best potential lines. These lines demonstrated high heritability values including characters classified as high category such as plant height, number of branches, age of flowering, age of harvest, harvest index, wet stover weight, fresh pod weight, number of filled pods, number of empty pods, number of filled pods, and weight of 100 seeds. Additionally, these lines also show high productivity, a character classified in the medium category.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan judul dampak pembiayaan utang jangka pendek dan utang jangka panjang terhadap kinerja keuangan fast moving consumer goods. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji secara parsial maupun simultan pembiayaan utang jangka pendek dan utang jangka panjang terhadap kinerja keuangan fast moving consumer goods. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam penerapan ilmu manajemen khususnya pada ilmu manajemen keuangan. Sampel perusahaan menggunakan 20 perusahaan fast moving consumer goods. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi data panel common effect. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa utang jangka pendek berpengaruh positif signfikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Selanjutnya utang jangka panjang berpengaruh negatif signfikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaaan. Secara simultan utang jangka pendek maupu jangka panjang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian dengan judul Kajian Teoritis Struktur Organisasi Proyek Bisnis. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji secara teoritis teori-teori pendukung dalam penentuan struktur organisasi dalam proyek bisnis. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam penerapan ilmu manajemen khususnya pada ilmu manajemen strategi dalam pembentukan organisasi. Sampel jurnal yang mendukung secara teoritis diambil dari elsevier.com kemudiaan dikumpulkan ditelaah dan diambil yang paling dominan dalam mendukung penentuan struktur organisasi proyek bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode SLR (Tinjauan literatur sistematis). Abstract

Learning media is the main support in making learning in the classroom a success. Training through PKM activities can be a place to explore potential and provide space for teachers to hone their skills in making interesting learning videos as learning media. This PKM activity was attended by 42 Meranti Islands Mathematics MGMP teachers in the hall of SMAN 2 Tebing Tinggi Selat Panjang for 2 days, namely Friday-Saturday, 30 to 31 August 2024 using the participant's active participation devotion method. This PKM activity method is carried out in 6 stages, namely: 1) survey and outreach, 2) preparation of plans and preparation of activity materials, 3) counseling, 4) training, 5) implementation of service outcomes, and 6) evaluation. The result of this PKM activity was that teachers' skills in making learning videos with InShot were honed and had a positive impression with 86% of participants succeeding in making interesting learning videos. It can be concluded that this PKM activity was successful and is really needed by teachers to continue to be held by honing other skills which can make teachers more competent in teaching and delivering learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi pasar dan kemampuan inovasi terhadap kinerja bisnis. Objek penelitiannya adalah pemilik atau karyawan yang bekerja pada franchise ayam goreng. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Kemudian pengujian yang dilakukan adalah reliabilitas indikator, reliabilitas konsistensi internal, dan inner model. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menemukan bahwa orientasi pasar dan kapabilitas inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis

Abstract

Light intensity is an important factor to consider as best as possible to support plant fertility and health, especially in cayenne pepper plants. One of the innovations that can be applied to assist the management and maintenance of plants in Greenouse is agricultural technology based on the Internet of Things (IoT) or called smart sarming. In the use of Smart farming technology, the process of Monitoring crop needs is carried out by sensors and microcontrollers so that farmers can monitor all data in real time. This final project aims to describe the implementation of a light intensity Monitoring system in an IoT-based Greenhouse and produce a light intensity Monitoring tool in a Greenhouse using an LDR sensor so that farmers can know that the plants are getting an adequate supply of light. The smart farming system is designed using the MQTT (Message Queue Telemetry Transport) protocol as the center for transferring and receiving data from sensors to Monitoring applications. The stages of implementing system into the Greenhouse include: (1) installation of sensors and microcontrollers on the Prototype Greenhouse for cayenne pepper cultivation; (2) design and decision-making to be carried out by the system; (3) create web and android applications as a place for Monitoring data by end users. The results show that the light intensity Monitoring system in cayenne pepper cultivation is based on the Internet Of Things (IoT), include: first, the manufacture of a system Monitoring tool whose light intensity is carried out in 4 steps, namely determining the components, assembling of components into a series of Monitoring systems, programming toolkits and application software, and packaging step. And the second, the implementation of the light intensity Monitoring system in cayenne pepper cultivation includes the system trial stage which produces an average value of 2676 LUX or 62.43% on sensor readings 12 times over a period of 3 minutes it is still at the optimal level for the growth of cayenne pepper plants with a minimum intensity value of 2528 or 50%. The output value calibration results on the Monitoring application with the LUX Meter application show the same and accurate value. So, it can be concluded that the IoT-based light intensity Monitoring system can run well and can be implemented for Greenhouse farming of cayenne pepper.

Abstract

The design of a Soil moisture monitoring system with the Smart Farming Concept for IoT-based Chili Cultivation is a system design tool used to monitor Soil moisture in cayenne pepper cultivation. The monitoring system can determine Soil moisture conditions by monitoring Soil moisture information using IoT-based Microcontroller technology so that farmers can monitor the growth of cayenne pepper plants without the need to come to the Greenhouse location to monitor. The design of this monitoring systemuses a Soil moisture sensor. Where the Soil moisture sensor works is to monitor in real-time   the state of Soil moisture in a Greenhouse. The classification of Soil moisture on soil quality so that the growth of cayenne pepper plants does not experience problems for dry soil and 61% to 100% for wet soil. The optimal Soil moisture content for cayenne pepper plant growth is in the range of 60% to 70% moist. The program flow to create a Soil moisture monitoring system for IoT-based chili cultivation goes through 3 main stages, namely the initialization,   setup, and loop stages so that it can produce a display on the Soil moisture monitoring system application in real time. The results of the design of a Soil moisture monitoring tool based on trials show the optimal Soil moisture value at an average humidity of 63.5% and automatic watering will be carried out by the system when the Soil moisture level decreases from 60% so that it can be concluded that the IoT- based Soil moisture monitoring system can work well.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan UMKM serta optimalisasi pariwisata daerah dan sosialisasi penanggulangan stunting di Desa Wangunsari adalah upaya yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Pemberdayaan UMKM dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan memperkuat struktur perekonomian daerah, sedangkan optimalisasi pariwisata daerah dapat meningkatkan potensi wisata daerah dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Sosialisasi penanggulangan stunting dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya gizi seimbang dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi lapangan, dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan UMKM secara terintegrasi dengan melibatkan masyarakat lokal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kemandirian ekonomi. Selain itu, optimalisasi potensi pariwisata daerah dapat memberikan peluang bisnis baru dan meningkatkan daya tarik destinasi wisata. Selain aspek ekonomi, upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat juga memperhatikan aspek kesehatan, terutama dalam penanggulangan stunting. Melalui sosialisasi dan pendekatan edukasi, masyarakat diberdayakan untuk mengenali pentingnya gizi seimbang dan perawatan kesehatan bagi pertumbuhan anak. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya sinergi antara pengelolaan UMKM, optimalisasi pariwisata daerah, dan penanggulangan stunting dalam mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat secara holistik. Implikasi kebijakan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi pembangunan berkelanjutan yang inklusif dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh kelompok Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Desa Pasirbaru Universitas Nusa Putra yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 Februari – 18 Maret 2024, bertempat di Desa Pasirbaru Kecamatan Cisolok Kabupaten Sukabumi telah berkontribusi bagi masyarakat, khususnya pelajar di Desa Pasirbaru. Antusiasme yang tinggi dan sikap kooperatif dari masyarakat sangat membantu keberlangsungan kegiatan KKN. Program kerja pendidikan yang digarap tidak jauh berbeda dari tema yang diangkat yakni meningkatkan literasi dan minat belajar serta membangun kesadaran lingungan melalui Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM), Lapak Baca, mengaji, pelatihan Microsoft Excel, sosialisasi kebersihan, Seminar Pendidikan, hingga kegiatan kepramukaan. Selain itu, kelompok KKN Desa Pasirbaru juga menyelenggarakan kompetisi keagamaan bagi anak-anak di Desa Pasirbaru sebagai salah satu kegiatan dalam rangkaian Gebyar Ramadan.

Abstract

Jam is a semi-solid food product from fruit, sugar, pectin, acid, and water. This study evaluates the effect of adding grapefruit (Citrus maxima) peel powder on the physical, chemical, and sensory characteristics of cempedak (Artocarpus integer) jam with stevia. The study design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with one factor: the concentration of grapefruit peel powder (0%, 0.5%, 1%, and 1.5%), with two replications each. The parameters observed included viscosity, water content, ash, pH, fiber content, total soluble solids, sensory quality tests (color, aroma, taste, texture), and hedonic evaluation. The results showed that adding grapefruit peel powder significantly affected viscosity, crude fiber content, and total soluble solids. Treatment A3 (1% grapefruit peel powder) was determined as the best treatment. Treatment A3 had a high crude fiber content of approximately 7.21%, viscosity of 16.71%, total soluble solids of 15.75%, a yellow-brown color, and good spreadability. This study demonstrates the potential of utilizing grapefruit peel as a source of natural pectin and stevia as a low-calorie sweetener to develop healthier and more functional jam products.
