Abstract

Transportasi adalah salah satu hal utama serta peran penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, banyak orang tidak dapat dipisahkan karena sangat berguna untuk mendukung kegiatan sehari-hari. Fakta saat ini, bukti bahwa transportasi darat adalah menggunakan strategi aplikasi berbasis online untuk berinovasi dan mengembangkan bisnis di bidang transportasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari motivasi menjadi pengemudi transportasi online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quantitative. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengemudi Gojek dan Grab. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan untuk menjadi pengemudi transportasi online diukur dengan Motivasi Intrinsik dengan distribusi data normal dan homogen. Mean of Intrinsic Motivation perspective pada Gojek dan Grab hampir sama, dan ada perbedaan yang signifikan untuk menjadi sopir transportasi online diukur dengan Motivasi Ekstrinsik dengan distribusi data normal dan homogen. Perspektif Motivasi Ekstrinsik Grab lebih baik daripada Gojek. Pengemudi sebaiknya lebih fokus pada pekerjaan mereka dan selalu ingat mengapa mereka memilih perusahaan tempat mereka bekerja dari pada membandingkan apa yang mereka dapatkan dari perusahaan mereka dan apa yang dapat diberikan perusahaan lain kepada mereka, dan Gojek harus lebih memperhatikan pengemudi mereka mengingat Grab dapat melakukan lebih baik untuk menghindari bahwa driver mereka akan berubah menjadi pengemudi Grab karena itu. Abstract

Food and beverage products and the followed improvement in industry are familiar for common people in every part of this world. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and brand commitment on word of mouth. To achieve the objectives, the research method used is causal research by using multiple regression analysis as the analytical tool. The population of this research is the consumers in Manado who ever taste wall’s Ice cream with sample size as many as 120 respondents. This research found that customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and brand commitment generally give the significant influence for word of mouth of wall’s ice cream in Manado. Customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and brand commitment have significant influence for the changing of the significant influence for the word of mouth of wall’s ice cream. This research suggests that the management must give the in-depth consideration about the importance of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and brand commitment for the word of mouth in purchasing its products and the management must also give concern about other important factors that can influence the word of mouth for ice cream products from this company.Keywords: customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, brand commitment, word of mouth.

Abstract

Abstract: In the competitive era, an attractive store ambiance is essential in encouraging customers to buy products. Meanwhile reasonable prices in a retail store induce customer satisfaction as well as build customer loyalty; hence value for money is important. So this research wants to analyze which of the two variables has a significant influence to customer purchase intention. Further, this research used Multiple Linear Regression as a research method. To archive the main purpose of this research, the sample size is 40 respondents. As a result of this research, both store ambience and value for money give significant influence to customer purchase intention. Hence, Indomaret Tomohon has to pay attention to their store ambience and value for money because the two factors has positive impact to customer purchase intention partially and simultaneously.Keywords: consumer purchase intention, store ambience, value for money

Abstract

Globalization is a phenomenon that is leading the entire world towards becoming one market, a global market. It has opened opportunity for local products to enter global market and foreign products to enter local market. Nowadays, there are many various products are assembled come from different countries and they have target market in global market. Beauty product has been viewed as important issue for women because cosmetic is becoming a part of women’s daily life. Women will do anything in order to enhance their appearance and they are very concerned in choosing cosmetic products that they would like to use. There are several factors that affect on purchase decision of cosmetic products. This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer preference towards female purchase decision of cosmetic products in Manado city. This research using quantitative method and multiple regression analysis. The data were gathered from 100 women as the respondents of cosmetic products. This research found that product quality is the strongest predictor towards consumer purchase decision followed by brand image. Country-of-origin and promotion does not have influence on consumer purchase decision of cosmetic products. The marketer should to understand the market segmentation and formulate the competitive marketing strategies and utilize target market properly. Abstract

Abstract: Many people believe that educated people has a great potential to succeed in the future. As well as being an entrepreneurs, many people think that to become an entrepreneurs must have a basic knowledge (formal and informal education) that can be using to succeed in business. But knowadays level of education ever taken by entrepreneurial success of course difrrent. The objective of this study is to analyze how the role of formal and informal education and level of education toward entrepreneurial success in Manado. This research uses Qualitative Method with In-depth Interview, in order to know  the role of formal and informal education and level of education toward entrepreneurial success in Manado. The result of this research is the role of formal and informal education and level of education is not the main factor or shows a weak relations toward entrepreneurial success in case culinary business in Manado. Based from the result gained, there are other factors that are more gives a big role toward the success of the business. From the result, the researcher recommended to next researcher to examine the other factors to analyze entrepreneurial success.Keywords: formal education and informal education, level of education, entrepreneurial success

Abstract

The growth of Mobile Instant Messaging (MIM) applications in Indonesia has become a prevalent phenomenon as it gradually has replaced the existence of traditional messaging tools such as SMS. With the emergence of these mobile instant messaging applications, consumers are inundated with choices as to which application should they install on their phones. Therefore, User loyalty is crucial to the survival of MIM application providers. Population of this research is users of MIM applications and/or people who are aware of the development of MIM applications in Manado, under the age of 30. This research employs exploratory method on qualitative research and interview as the tool to collect all data and information with informant as many as 6 informants. The internal factors i.e.: speed of loading, public image, loyalty program, intriguing features, user-friendly, price-friendly, post-installation care, and qualified product. The external factors i.e.: existence of a community, mobile internet network quality, ubiquitous connectedness, age group, and peer influence. This research suggests MIM providers to improve user loyalty by putting the same amount of effort into the advancement of both internal and external factors, as the MIM industry is highly dependent on the external factors as the findings suggested.   Keywords: user loyalty, MIM application

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang manajemen usaha yang mencakup mengatur SDM, memotivasi dan pengeloaan keuangan yang baik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk memberikan solusi melalui survey dan pendampinganan yang menyangkut (1)Wawancara dengan masyarakat atau ibu-ibu yang memiliki usaha, (2) penyiapan untuk solusi (3)Pelatihan dan ceramah dengan menawarkan beberapa metode/teori tentang  manajemen. Sebelumnya metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan 3 tahap,yang pertama pembentukan tim,pra survey,pembuatan proposal,koordinasi dengan mitra serta persiapan perlengkapan yang dibutuhkan. Kedua, sosialisasi dengan pemberian materi dan tanya jawab. Ketiga Laporan dan Evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan melihat perbandingan sebelum dan sesudah dilaksanakan PKM,kemudian pembuatan laporan. Kriteria dan indikator yang digunakan untuk menyatakan keberhasilan dari kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pertama Pemahaman mengenai konsep, teknik manajemen dan peningkatan SDM, yang kedua adalah Pemahaman mengenai konsep dan teknik motivasi.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Usaha,Motivasi,SDM

Abstract

Abstrak : Salah satu faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan atau organisasi adalah penempatan kerja. Pengawasan merupakan proses pengamatan dari pada pelaksanaan seluruh kegiatan organisasi.loyalitas kerja merupakan suatu keinginan dari seseorang untuk tetap setia bekerja atau dengan kata lain betah.Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja, Pengawasan Dan Loyalitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Cahaya Mutiara Basaan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini antara lain : Penempatan Kerja, Pengawasan dan Loyalitas Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara simultan pada karyawan PT. Cahaya Mutiara Basaan, Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial pada karyawan PT. Cahaya Mutiara Basaan, Pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial pada karyawan PT. Cahaya Mutiara Basaan, Loyalitas Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan secara parsial pada karyawan PT. Cahaya Mutiara Basaan. Saran yaitu : Perusahaan dalam hal ini PT. Cahaya Mutiara Basaan agar dapat lebih memperhatikan Penempatan Kerja para karyawannya, lebih meningkatkan lagi Pengawasan agar permasalahan absensi karyawan dapat diatasi, serta lebih menghargai Loyalitas Kerja dari para karyawan karena semua hal itu berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang dapat membantu tercapainya tujuan perusahaan dan menjamin keberlangsungan perusahaan itu sendiri. Kata Kunci: penempatan kerja, pengawasan, loyalitas kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract: Value-chain business activities are divided into primary activities and secondary activities. And from those activities, companies build a competitive strategy for improving product or services. This research aims to analyze the value chain in a coffee factory. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the value chain in the coffee factory at PT. Fortuna Inti Alam. This research uses qualitative research that explores theories from several journals, articles, books and previous research. So, the type of this research is descriptive research and it describes or explains the two categories of the value chain inside. The result of this thesis regarding of PT. Fortuna Inti Alam is found the lack in several activities inside the company. From primary activities are the marketing & sales, inbound logistics and service. While in Support activities are the technology development and HRM. But in the other way technology development is also have an advantage and following with the rest of several activities inside. Abstract

Abstract: Types of businesses keep on evolving and improving; the emergence of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) proves as one of the solution for many entities to start a business with many kind of advantages. However the current status quo shows that lots of Small and Medium Enterprises failed to survive the competition which leads to the business to shut down their current operation. This research aims to analyze the determinants that affect the survival of SMEs in Manado, in this case are Human Capital, Vocational Skills, Entrepreneurial Skills and Research and Development. This study uses quantitative method with questionnaires used to collect the data, this research use Multiple Linear Regression as the tool of analysis. The samples in this research are 75 SMEs owners that already run the business for at least 6 months. The findings revealed that Human Capital and Research and Development have positive relationship but no significant influence toward the Survival of SMEs, while Vocational Skills and Entrepreneurial Skills have positive relationship and significant influence toward the Survival of SMEs. From the results, it is recommended to create a business incubator and entrepreneurial seminar in order to give better chance for SMEs to survive. Keywords: human capital, vocational skills, entrepreneurial skills, research and development, survival of SMEs
