Abstract

Abstract: In Manado, Capital City of Sulawesi Utara, there are few Online Florist also, starts from SJ Buckets, Tarloda Florist, Eskali Flowers, and many more. The quality of the products itself is really great and can be compared with online florist that came from outside Manado such as Jakarta and Bandung. By examining through Entrepreneur Self-Efficacy Scale, the Self-efficacy can be task specific, and entrepreneurship involves performance across multiple areas where by the individual needs a broad set of skills. Thus, by measures ESE across multiple dimensions is a more precise measure and can unveil more specific information to pinpoint weaknesses that could hinder more success of Online Florist Market in Manado that keeps developing more and more each day. This research aims to see the Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy on Online Florist in Manado. The result shows that most of the respondent or informant uses personal funds to open their business and most of the respondent or informant tends to focus on the main product for the development. Recommendation for this research are Business owner should make add-on product that can support sales of their main product and Business owner should collaborate more instead just competing in order to survive together.Keywords: entrepreneurial self-efficacy, online marketing, marketing mix.

Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan professional merupakan hal yang penting dalam mencapai tujuan dari satu organisasi atau perusahaan. Setiap perubahan dalam organisasi atau perusahaan akan melibatkan manusia dan mempengaruhi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan agar dapat mencapai tujuannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi, pengembangan karir, konflik, dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ada di UNSRAT. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 91 orang dari total populasi 376 orang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan iklim organisasi, pengembangan karir terhadap iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif sementara konflik, dan stress kerja memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan dan signifikan. secara parsial iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, pengaruh konflik terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, dan pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Sebaiknya setiap pimpinan dari suatu instansi perlu memperhatikan kenyamanan dari tempat kerja serta membantu dalam pengembangan karir dari setiap pegawai agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja setiap pegawai untuk mencapai tujuan dari instansi ini.Kata Kunci:  iklim organisasi, pengembangan karir, konflik, dan stres kerja, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Abstract: Work discipline can be interpreted where the employee himself can correct the lack of behavior and ensure compliance with company rules that have been established. The purpose of the discipline applied in every company or organization is the correct behavior. In general employee discipline should be limited such as the release of warning letters, though letters or actual termination. Therefore, to improve performance, employees must be able to comply with regulations such as always coming to work at the right time or can also do their work diligently or well dress in the office so that employees can work effectively. This research aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and employee morale on employee performance in company. This research is using quantitative research with multiple linear regression. This research based on numeric figures or numbers. Population in this research are all employee at bank. The result of this research shows that the work discipline and employee morale have a significant effect to employee performance. The bank leaders should pay more attention to employee morale and employee discipline so that they can improve the quality of the company. Keywords: human resources management, work discipline, employee morale, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract: Some of the regulation might have impact to the customer’s satisfactions, While, rules that have been determined by the government asked the right of consumers could be fulfilled, based on the obligation which should be done by consumers. On the relationship between line with the act no.8 of 1999 on consumer protection and customer satisfaction, can be known that consumer protection is instrument pivotal to the ethics business. Consumer protection is Laws to protect people when they have bought goods or services, covering things such as price, quality, or safety. The aim for this study is to analysis of act no.8 of 1999 about the customer protection in AXA Finance Insurance Manado. The population of this research is the Customer who has been joined for AXA Health Insurance for more than 3 years and active until now. Abstract

Abstract: Japanese cuisine become trend in Indonesia and people are attracted to the flavor which surprisingly suit with Indonesian taste. One of the most popular Japanese dessert in Indonesia is Sumoboo which is a franchise shop. On the other hand, there is a local brand call Sumikko that only exist in Manado. This research aims to analyze the Customer Perception of Japanese Dessert Shop. The type of this research is descriptive with qualitative approach. The sample size of this research is 15 informants who are the customer of Sumoboo and Sumikko. The sampling method used in this research is purposive and snowball sampling by doing interview with the customer. The key findings regarding customer perception showed the top three consideration include: Quality, Value, and Financial Risk. In this case, people in Manado have a different perception toward Japanese Dessert. The results of Customer Perception show that percentage of perceive quality, perceive value and perceive risk attributs are important to the customer but not significant. This study was done with hope that it could contribute to the future researchers to examined the other attributs that affect customer perception, the business that similar with Sumoboo and Sumikko to increase the profit or advantages. Keywords: customer perception, perceive quality, perceive value, perceive risk, dessert shop.

Abstract

Abstract: The use of cosmetics in Indonesia is considered to be growing rapidly, this is evident from the increasing consumption of cosmetics every year and this is reinforced by changes in people's lifestyles today. The purpose of this study was to determine the shifting of consumer brands in Manado and how to see opportunities to find out how brand displacement was caused by halal labels on Wardah brands. This study uses an exploratory approach with in-depth interviews to collect data from fifteen informants. The qualitative approach used in this study illustrates the importance of brand transfer for Muslim female students. The results showed that they felt the halal importance of the halal labeled brand and included halal products to use the Wardah brand especially for Muslim female students to fulfill Islamic law, be safe and suitable from the brand, as well as low prices to make purchasing decisions and switch brands from one brand to brand Wardah. Based on the findings, the recommendations of this study are for cosmetics consumers Wardah in Manado, especially Muslim female students to maintain these 3 indicators to become loyal customers of trusted brands in accordance with the needs and Islamic law. Keywords: brand switching, halal product, consumer switching, variety seeking, promotion.

Abstract

As we know that multi-level marketing business is popular among Indonesian people, where the system of that business type is offering a multiple source of income by selling the product simultaneously. Multilevel marketing business is offering a second profit option that the member of the company can gaining more profit by recruiting a new member. The main purpose of this research is to find out the difference of the consumer emotion from youth and adult people on multilevel marketing business. This research used quantitative research methods that will describe and explore the role of social media and mobile usage to e-commerce in small medium enterprise and its customer. The result showed that sad, anger, disgust, surprise, emotions are no significant differences between the youth and adult towards multi-level marketing experiences, and there are significant differences for enjoy and fear emotions. From the conclusion above, the suggestions for multi-level marketing business that enjoy and fear needs to be considered as the main factor to approach customer and for surprise, disgust, anger and sad emotions not recommended to approach customer. Keywords: comparative analysis, consumer emotion, adult and youth people

Abstract

Human resource is a major asset in an organization. Organizations should have its own personalities, which are reflected in their organizational culture. The activities in the organization will not work properly without the involvement of human element; meanwhile the success of achieving organizational goals is supported entirely from the behavior of employees. The external forces may suggest the need of cultural change therefore the culture of the organization will be formed in accordance with the strategy and its environment. This research is aimed to analyze (1) do power distance, individualism, masculinity influence employee performance at Quality Management Service (QMS) Department, PT. Freeport Indonesia; (2) which of power distance, individualism, masculinity has significant influence on employee performance at QMS Department, PT. Freeport Indonesia. The research methodology is associated with multiple linear regression analysis technique, as sample of the research 100 respondents. The findings revealed that power distance, individualism and masculinity have a significant effect to the employee performance at QMS Department. Masculinity is the most influencing factor on employee performance. In overall, PT Freeport Indonesia, particularly in QMS department should keep and maintain a work environment with regard to the personal values ​​and employee personality in line with organizational culture to maximize their performance. Abstract

Grapari Telkomsel Manado. The research type is quantitative descriptive method, using Importance and Performance Analysis as the analysis tool. 50 employees of PT. Grapari Telkomsel Manado, participated in this research, resulted in  groups of compensation program in accordance to the importance and performance of each compensation program. There were attributes of the compensation program in PT. Grapari Telkomsel Manado:  living allowance, phone credit,  are plotted in quadrant I that indicates a good performance and a high level of importance. Overtime pay are plotted in Quadrant II. The respondents attached a high level of importance to these compensation program, yet have a deficient performance. On the other hand, basic salary are in Quadrant III. They are considered to be not important and have a deficient performance. The company has to pay a special attention to living allowance and phone credit. For an instance, to allocate more resources in order to improve those compensation programs.Keywords: compensation, importance and performance analysis

Abstract

The concept of cost effectiveness or known as the manufacturing cycle effectiveness (MCE) is the ratio between the processing time to the cycle time.This research is to identify the extent to which the benefits and role of Just In Time (JIT) Method for eliminating all activities or resources that are not value-added and to give an idea of ​​the importance of the implementation of Just In Time for companies to improve efficiency and productivity. This research using a Garment Company "VOXI 73" Pandaan is in JalanJuanda 2 PandaanPasuruan Malang – Surabaya as a object. By using a JIT method this research found that Company make a wasting in several indicator. This is evidenced by the amount of non-value added time which consists of the top set-up time, move time, waiting time, and inspection time in throughput time. After using the JIT system efficiency of processing time becomes 93.93% means non-value added time by only 6.07%. With the efficiency that it creates a huge cost savings.advice to companies, along with the progress of science and technology is so rapid, and the increasing levels of competition among companies that are very tight, so that each managment is required to be able to compete and organize an effective strategy in the global competition.
