Abstract

AbstractThis study generally aims to reveal differences in the level of characters social caring and honesty based on gender resulting from learning physical sports and health educarion (PJOK) through the treatment of Jigsaw learning models and teams games tournament. This research method is an experimental research with 2x2 factorial design. The instrument used was a questionnaire character of social caring and honesty that had been validated and filled out by students who took part in the research program. Data collected in the form of pretest and posttest results were processed with SPSS 20 using a twoway-anova factorial analysis test. The results of the study can be concluded that (1) there is no differnce in the level of social caring characters from the treatment of Jigsaw learning models and teams games tournament in PJOK learning, (2) there is no difference in the level of social caring character based on gender in learning PJOK, (3) there is a differnce in the level of honesty character from the treatment of Jigsaw learning models and teams games tournament in PJOK learning, (4) there is no differnce in the level of honesty character based on gender in PJOK learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The difference between the effects of training methods and the gradual striking distance striking distance remains as to the accuracy of hitting the ball Softball. 2) The difference in accuracy influence Softball hitting the ball between the athletes who have a good kinesthetic perception, kinesthetic perception was, and kinesthetic perception less. 3) The effect of interaction between training methods with kinesthetic perception as to the accuracy of hitting the ball Softball. This study used an experimental method with 2x3 factorial design. The results of this study were: 1) There is a significant difference between the gradual striking distance training methods and training methods remain striking distance of the ability to hit a softball with the result of the acquisition value p-value = 0.027 smaller than 0.05. 2) There is a significant difference between athletes who have a kinesthetic perception of good, moderate, lacking the ability to hit a softball with the result of the acquisition value p-value = 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. 3) There is an interaction between striking distance training methods and kinesthetic perception of the ability to hit a softball with the result of the acquisition value p-value = 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 The conclusion of this study were: 1) Gradually striking distance training methods have a better effect than the fixed striking distance training methods. 2) Athletes who have less kinesthetic perception has better results than the athletes who have good kinesthetic perception and being. 3) There is an interaction between striking distance training methods and kinesthetic perception of the ability to hit a softball.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan imagery dan self talk terhadap percaya diri dan konsentrasi pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bolavoli. 18 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler bolavoli akan dilakukan pretest untuk menentukan pembagian kelompok imagery, self talk atau kontrol. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan matching only design.Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan instrumen tes, yaitu state sport confidence inventory test untuk mengukur tingkat percaya diri dan grid concentration exercise test untuk mengukur tingkat konsentrasi. siswa akan diberikan treatment selama 2 minggu untuk masing-masing kelompok dan 4 kali pertemuan dalam satu minggu. Hasil uji t pada metode latihan imagery signifikan terhadap peningkatan percaya diri sig 0,000<0,05, dan terhadap konsentrasi sig 0,000<0,05. Hasil uji t pada metode latihan self talk signifikan terhadap peningkatan percaya diri 0,001<0,05 dan peningkatan terhadap konsentrasi 0,003<0,05. Sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol baik variabel percaya diri maupun konsentrasi tidak ada perbedaan yang singnifikan. Dari hasil analisis uji t dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan imagery lebih efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan percaya diri dan konsentrasi. Kata Kunci :konsentrasi, percaya diri,  self talk, latihan imagery

Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship of PJOK teachers professional competence to the implementation of the 2013 PJOK curriculum in elementary schools in Tambaksari sub-district. This research is a descriptive correlation study, which is the subject of research is all PJOK teachers in Tambaksari sub-district, amounting to 42 teachers. In collecting data using two questionnaires, namely (1) questionnaire to find out the professional competence of PJOK teachers and (2) questionnaire to find out the implementation of the 2013 PJOK curriculum, which was made through Google and distributed through the PJOK teachers working grup (KKG) Tambaksari sub-district. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis to determine the percentage of respondents anwers, norm reference assessment (PAN) to determine score criteria, product moment correlation analysis and coefficient of determination. Based on data analysis, obtained the professional competency value of PJOK teachers in Tambaksari district with an average of 40.21 in the classification is quite good, the value of the implementation of the 2013 PJOK curriculum in Tambaksari district with an average of 44.38 in the category is quite good, and correlation coefficient of 0.358 with a significance of 0.020, when compared with r table then r_(count) > r_tabel (0.358 > 0.304) so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the professional competence of PJOK teachers and implementation of the 2013 PJOK curriculum in elementary schools in Tambaksari sub-disrict. Calculation of the coefficient of determination of 12.82% which means professional competence can affect the implementation of 12.82% and 87.18% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The global pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus reduces human activities in various aspects of life, including sporting events. Restrictions on activities on a large scale make sporting events that have the potential to gather large numbers of people prohibited from being held to prevent the transmission and spread of this virus. In addition to sporting events, preparatory exercises for sporting events must also be carried out independently in their respective homes. The implementation of independent training in the long term with supervision through online media has an influence on athletes in physical, technical, tactical and psychological performance. The purposes of this study are (1) to describe the psychological problems of athletes carrying out independent training programs during the covid-19 pandemic, (2) to explore the causes of psychological problems, (3) to explore the strategies chosen by athletes in overcoming psychological problems. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach through in-depth closed interviews with sports athletes who run an independent training program during covid 19. Data analysis was carried out using the step of grouping problematic data that occurred and presented in the form of percentages and discussion The results of this study show Independent exercise programs at home have a psychological impact on athletes in the form of anxiety, boredom, stress, and obsession. Suggestions from the results of this study should be exercise in quarantine involving athletes and coaches in one camp equipped with training facilities and a recreational situation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh permainan kecil berdasarkan tingkat motor educability terhadap motivasi dan keterampilan passing permainan futsal. Subjek penelitian adalah ekstrakurikuler SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya sebanyak 64 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 4 kelompok. Kelompok eksperimen berdasarkan tingkat motor educability tinggi dan rendah diberikan latihan permainan kecil attack 1-2-1 dan menjala ikan, kelompok kontrol berdasarkan tingkat motor educability tinggi dan rendah tidak diberikan latihan permainan kecil attack 1-2-1 dan menjala ikan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi experiment. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan factorial design, serta analisis data menggunakan uji-t dan anova two way. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan skala Likert untuk motivasi belajar dan ketrampilan passing untuk mendapat data pada saat pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data pretest dan posttest dari analisis menggunakan SPSS, masing-masing kelompok yaitu (a) kelompok perlakuan menggunakan permainan kecil berdasarkan motor educability tinggi dan rendah terhadap motivasi belajar diperoleh rerata 06,31% dan untuk passing futsal diperoleh rerata 06,90%  dengan sig < 0,05. (b) kelompok kontrol tidak menggunakan permainan kecil berdasarkan motor educability tinggi dan rendah terhadap  motivasi belajar diperoleh rerata 01,37% dan untuk passing futsal diperoleh rerata 01,40%  dengan sig > 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar dan keterampilan passing futsal untuk kelompok eksperimen setelah diberi perlakuan permainan kecil dilihat dari hasil uji-t, serta pengaruhnya yang signifikan ditunjukan melalui uji anova. Generalisai hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan kecil efektif pada kelompok eksperimen terhadap motivasi belajar dan passing futsal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK tingkat SMP di masa pandemic COVID-19 Se-Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan satu variable tanpa membuat perbandingan dengan variabel lainnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan menggunakan teknik penyebaran angket dan Dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru olahraga dalam anggota MGMP PJOK sejumlah 130 guru se-Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 dari sejumlah total 130 guru olahraga se- Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang dipilih secara acak sesuai prosentase jumlah keseluruhan guru. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada variabel keterlaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK adalah kuesioner dengan skala Likert yang memiliki bobot skor 1-5. Sampel penelitian mengisi angket yang diberikan dengan me-checklist pada kolom dan pemberian bobot sesuai dengan lima alternatif jawaban yang telah disediakan, mulai dari sangat setuju, setuju, ragu-ragu, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. Skala untuk pernyataan bersifat favourable dan unfavourable. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK tingkat SMP di Masa Pandemi COVID-19 seluruh guru olahraga  SMP se-Kabupaten Sidoarjo berada pada kategori “sangat rendah” sebesar 8% (8 guru), “rendah” sebesar 15.0% (15 guru), “sedang” sebesar 46% (46 guru), “tinggi” sebesar 26.0% (26 guru), dan “sangat tinggi” sebesar 5% (5 peserta didik). Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata, yaitu 89.62, identifikasi tingkat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK tingkat SMP di Masa Pandemi COVID-19 seluruh guru olahraga SMP se-Kabupaten Sidoarjo berada pada tingkatan “sedang”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parenting on the achievement motivation of athletes. The research method in this study is ex post facto. The sample in this study was as many as 73 athletes who are members of the East Java Regional Training Center. The instrument used was developed based on theoretical references regarding parenting patterns which consist of three types of parenting, namely authoritarian, authoritative and permissive with the results of factor analysis for each dimension of parenting parenting resulting in KMO-MSA values> 0.05 with a significance value of Bartlett's Test of Sphericity < 0.05. Each item in each dimension has a loading factor value > 0.5 so that each item is valid in measuring each dimension. While the achievement motivation instrument was also developed based on theoretical references with the results of factor analysis resulting in a KMO-MSA value> 0.05 with a significance value of Bartlett's Test of Sphericity <0.05. Test analysis using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Based on these calculations and criteria, the results (Sig.) 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is an influence of parenting style on athletes' achievement motivation. Judging from the mean value of authoritarian parenting is 10.37, authoritative parenting is 19.89, permissive parenting is 9.89. This means that authoritative parenting has the highest influence on athletes' achievement motivation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of team sports and individual sports on the health status and emotional intelligence of children aged 13-16 years. In this study, the research method used is a quantitative approach with experimental research methods. The data analysis technique used MANOVA. The data collection process was carried out using a questionnaire instrument, namely the KIDSCREEN-27 questionnaire to measure health status and the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire-Adolescent Short Form was used to measure emotional intelligence. Then the data is processed using the SPSS version 22.0 application. The results showed: (1) There was a significant difference between team sports and individual sports on the health status of children aged 13-16 years with a significant value of 0.007 < 0.05; (2) There is no difference in the effect of team sports and individual sports on the emotional intelligence of children aged 13-16 years with a significant value of 0.918 > 0.05.

Abstract

This research generally aims to determine the effectiveness of learning and motivation to participate in high school student learning during the pandemic in physical education subjects. The research was conducted on public high school students in Banyuwangi Regency. In this case, the sample is 1,061 students, divided into 529 students in independent regional schools and 532 students in developed regional schools. This research is a quantitative descriptive study by obtaining data from questionnaires distributed to students. Students who fill out a random questionnaire in two schools that have been selected in the independent region and two schools selected in the developed region. Based on this research data, the learning effectiveness of public high school students in independent areas in Banyuwangi Regency is in the "good" category with an average value of 2.58. Meanwhile, in developed areas, the learning effectiveness of State Senior High School students in Banyuwangi Regency is in the "medium" category with an average value of 2.50. Data on motivation to participate in the learning of state high school students in independent areas in Banyuwangi Regency is in the "high" category with a percentage of 53.31% of the sample. Meanwhile, in the advanced regions, the motivation for participating in the learning of State Senior High School students in Banyuwangi Regency is also included in the "high" category with a percentage of 59.21% of the sample.
