Abstract

This study aim to examine the application of teams games tournament (TGT) and teaching games for understanding (TGfU) on learning motivation and volley ball passing skills students in grade 8th Muhammadiyah 1 Sidoarjo junior high school. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach to experiment research and non randomized control group pretest-posttest design to fix the population and sample. The qualitative approach of this study is filling out  the learning motivation questionnaire, while the quantitative approach is conduct a volley ball passing skills test according to the norm. This approach is carried out befor and after treatment called pretest and posttest. The subjects were 87 students who devided into three groups in VIII-G, VIII-I, and VIII-J class. VIII-G class as a control group were not given a treatment, VIII-I class as the experimental group I (TGT), and VIII-J as the experimental group II (TGfU). Data were analized with descriptive statistics using the SPSS 22.0 program. Based on the data concluded that there was a significant increase in the experimental groups compared to the control group. It’s show that learning motivation in experimental group I (TGT) is increase than experimental group II (TGfU) by 11,18% for TGT and 5,76% for TGfU. Volley ball passing skills test has increase by 19,56% in group I (TGT) and 15,48% in group II (TGfU). The result of this study is TGT and TGfU learning models can improve the level of learning motivation and volley ball passing skill.

Abstract

This research aims to develop instruments for assessing lower and upper service engineering skills in volleyball games for 6th-grade students in elementary schools. This research uses research and development methods, with the following development steps: (1) information gathering in the field, (2) analyze the information collected, (3) developing initial products, (4) expert validation and revision, (5) small-scale trials and revisions, (6) large-scale trials and revisions, (7) manufacturing of final products. The subject of this research is 6th-grade students of elementary students. Data analysis for the validity test was carried out with CVR (content validity ratio) and reliability using Alpha Cronbach. This research resulted in a handbook of instrument assessment tools for service techniques of lower and upper service in volleyball games for 6th-grade elementary school students, which contained instructions for use, student assignments sheets, assessment guidelines, assessment rubrics, and scoring tables, which have high validity. (1) And under service reliability initial attitude: r = 0.975, implementation: r = 0.961, follow-up motion: r = 0, 955. Upper Service for initial attitude: r = 0.961, implementation: r = 0.974, follow-up motion: r = 0.989.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between physical activity and nutritional status of SDN 2 Klepu students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Nutritional status and physical activity are both important factors in achieving optimal health, during a pandemic. This research uses multivariate correlational research. The purpose of correlational research is to determine the relationship between two or more variables, using purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations, then the number of samples used is 36 students consisting of 14 students in class IV (four), 11 students in class V (five) and 11 students of class VI (six). As well as physical fitness tests using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI). The research instrument used in this study was the Physical Activity Questionnare Children (PAQ-C) questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this quantitative study uses quantitative descriptive methods aligned with research variables that focus on actual problems and phenomena that occur at the present time. Based on the results of the analysis of the price of rcount = -1.761 with r(table) = 0.3338 these results mean that there is a significant relationship between physical activity and the level of physical fitness of students, the analysis of the price of rcount = 1.948 with r(table) = 0.3338, can means that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and the level of physical fitness of students, the results of multiple regression analysis were carried out by consulting the price of Fcount 3,568 > Ftable 3,27 at a significance level of 5% and Rcount = 0.401> Rtable = 0.3338, meaning the correlation coefficient it is significant. Ha which reads "There is a significant relationship between physical activity and nutritional status with the level of physical fitness of SDN 2 Klepu students" is accepted. Other variables that can have an effect on supporting a person's physical activity such as: a healthy lifestyle, a healthy diet, regular exercise and gender, which in this study were not further elaborated because they only focused on variables of nutritional status and physical activity.

Abstract

Parenting is a process of interaction between parents and children in educating, guiding, and directing the development of children's personalities. Parenting patterns play an important role in the formation of children's self-efficacy to behave independently and always strive in the face of every difficulty. This study aims to examine the influence of foster care patterns and self-efficacy on physical activity. The subject of this study was grade 6 students of SD Islam Raden Paku Surabaya as many as 70 students consisting of 40 male students and 30 female students. The data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regressions. The results showed that the pattern of foster care and self-efficacy together significantly influenced the physical activity of elementary school students in grade VI, with a score of F of 3,765 at a significance of 0.005. Authoritarian parenting patterns significantly influenced the physical activity of students with a beta score of 0.259 at a significance of 0.027, while the other three foster patterns had no significant effect. Self-efficacy significantly influenced the physical activity of students with a beta score of 0.458 at a significance of 0.001.

Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan indikator dari capaian tujuan pembelajaran. Adapun baik buruknya hasil belajar bisa dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor terkait, bisa yang berasal dari luar siswa ataupun dari dalam diri siswa. Dengan mengetahui faktor-faktor tersebut diharapkan mampu menunjang tercapainya hasil belajar yang memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status sosial ekonomi, teman sebaya dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran PJOK. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 203 siswa kelas VII SMPN 42 Surabaya yang terdiri dari 90 siswa laki-laki dan 113 siswa perempuan. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan angket. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar dan angket digunakan untuk mengetahui status sosial ekonomi, teman sebaya dan motivasi berprestasi siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel status sosial ekonomi tidak berpengaruh pada semua aspek hasil belajar. Variabel motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semua aspek hasil belajar dan pada variabel teman sebaya berpengaruh signifikan pada hasil belajar aspek afektif akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh pada hasil belajar aspek kognitif dan psikomotor. Sedangkan secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut mampu memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semua aspek hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PJOK.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic can certainly affect the performance and psychological condition of athletes. The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between depression, anxiety and stress on achievement motivation in female athletes during the pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach research method. The sample used was female athletes, amounting to 65 people. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires via google form. The questionnaire used in this study was the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS 42) from Lovibond and Lovibond (1995) and the achievement motivation questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using the Kendal tau correlation technique with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results showed a negative correlation between depression and motivation of (-0.65); a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05), between anxiety and motivation of (-0.57); a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05), between stress and motivation of (-0.51); significance value 0.000 (p<0.05). The conclusion is that the higher the level of depression, anxiety and stress, the lower the athlete's achievement motivation, the relationship between depression and achievement motivation is in the strong category, anxiety and achievement motivation is in the medium category, and between stress and achievement motivation is in the medium categoryCopyright © The Author (s) 2021Journal of Sport Education (JOPE) is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunkan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experimental design). Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan desain Faktorial (Factorial Design) dengan analisis data menggunakan uji t (paired t-test). Berdasarkan hasil penelitianini menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh latihan imagery pada siswa tingkat konsentrasi rendah terhadap peningkatan keterampilan lay up shoot kanan dan kiri bola basket. (2) Terdapat pengaruh latihan imagery pada siswa tingkat konsentrasi tinggi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan lay up shoot kanan dan kiri bola basket. (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh latihan imagery pada siswa tingkat konsentrasi rendah dan tinggi

Abstract

Ketersediaan buku dalam proses pembelajaran merupakan penunjang untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses pemebelajaran. Banyak Sekolah SMK dan SMA yang tidak menggunakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD). Penelitian ini bertujuan mendapatkan produk aplikasi LKPD PJOK berbasis android dan untuk mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) oleh Borg and Gall yang telah dimodifikasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 1 Driyorejo yang terdiri dari tiga kelas dengan jurusan berbeda, dengan jumlah sampel 92 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari angket respon siswa dan lembar validasi dari tiga ahli. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh produk aplikasi LKPD PJOK berbasis android dengan respon positif peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran dan aplikasi LKPD. Respon peserta didik 90% sangat baik digunakan dan 10% masuk kategori baik terhadap LKPD yang digunakan. Respon guru dari penggunaan LKPD sebesar 68,75% sangat baik digunakan dan 31,25% baik digunakan.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan (PJOK) yang terdapat dalam kompetensi inti sikap sosial adalah menghendaki dan mengamalkan karakter atau perilaku kejujuran. Maka dari itu pendidikan karakter kejujuran perlu direalisasikan pada pembelajaran PJOK. Akan tetapi Covid-19 yang merambah keseluruh dunia membuat pemerintah menerapkan peraturan baru berupa kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan secara daring (dalam jaringan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kejujuran pada siswa di SMPN 26 Surabaya disaat pembelajaran PJOK di masa pandemi Covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian non-eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survei. Intrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner kejujuran siswa yang telah divalidasi oleh para ahli dan telah diuji coba di MTsN 1 Lumajang. Subjek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yakni siswa kelas IX SMPN 26 Surabaya yang berjumlah 40 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Kemudian kuesioner diisi oleh siswa yang sudah ditetapkan sebagai sampel. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data primer yang selanjutnya akan diolah menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif persentase. Hasil yang diperoleh, yakni 50% dari siswa yang mengisi kuesioner mendapatkan tingkat kejujuran dengan kategori sangat baik, lalu 40% siswa mendapat tingkat kejujuran dengan kategori baik, 10% siswa memperoleh tingkat kejujuran cukup, dan 0% siswa mendapat kategori kejujuran kurang dan sangat kurang.

Abstract

AbstractThis study generally aims to reveal differences in the level of characters social caring and honesty based on gender resulting from learning physical sports and health educarion (PJOK) through the treatment of Jigsaw learning models and teams games tournament. This research method is an experimental research with 2x2 factorial design. The instrument used was a questionnaire character of social caring and honesty that had been validated and filled out by students who took part in the research program. Data collected in the form of pretest and posttest results were processed with SPSS 20 using a twoway-anova factorial analysis test. The results of the study can be concluded that (1) there is no differnce in the level of social caring characters from the treatment of Jigsaw learning models and teams games tournament in PJOK learning, (2) there is no difference in the level of social caring character based on gender in learning PJOK, (3) there is a differnce in the level of honesty character from the treatment of Jigsaw learning models and teams games tournament in PJOK learning, (4) there is no differnce in the level of honesty character based on gender in PJOK learning.
