Abstract

Blockchain smart contracts is a digital program based on the blockchain design that accommodates certain data stored in their internal logic. The decentralized nature of this technology prevents unauthorized access. This technology require the use of cryptocurrencies to be effectively utilized as a medium of exchange. While cryptocurrencies have received wide recognition as an improvement to modern business transactions. However, in the Muslim communities, Muslim scholars have divergent views on the permissibility and prohibition of cryptocurrencies on certain grounds. Islamic law is characterized by outstanding flexibility that enables it to keep pace with the development of time and place, and gives it the validity to interact to address emerging issues that stand in people's way. This study aims to examine blockhain smart contracts, how they work, the religious ruling surrounding its permissibility. As well as the consensus of Muslim Scholars on its usage by Muslim communities. The study adopts qualitative doctrinal, library based or normative judicial research to analyze blockchain smart contracts and their suitability and compatibility with Islamic law. By examining the law from the perspective of social reality, the researchers qualitatively analyzed the concept of Smart contracts within the boundaries of law and its application under Islamic law. Delving into deductive reasoning and conclusions based on consensus of scholars. This study found that blockchain smart contracts falls within the permissibility principle, The Maliki school sale on credit and negotiations under the ijtihadi perspective. This research suggests the need for further study to shed light on this new type of contract to support its acceptability among Muslim communities.

Abstract

The strategies of the school in preventing promiscuity in adolescents at MAN 1 Samarinda are by holding learning that emphasizes courtesy towards other and environment, communicating with students, optimizing teacher’s roles as the role model and the motivator, and educating to be devoted to parents. This research aims to find out the efforts and strategies of the school in preventing promiscuity in adolescents. This research was a descriptive qualitative research by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources were the principal, guidance and counseling teachers, faith and moral teachers, and the vice principal for student affairs. The data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and verification. The result of this research are 1) strengthening the school regulation, 2) Installing CCTV, 3) Implementing the incidental inspection program, 4) Providing more extracurriculars related to religion, 5) Holding social works, 6) cooperating with the government institutions. Repressive efforts were done by implementing home visit, where the teacher visits students’ houses when students experiencing problems, as a specific handling approach. The curative strategy for students who violate the school regulation or are naughty is by implementing specific guidance involving parents and spiritual-mental guidance.

Abstract

Independent waste management in Sidomulyo Village, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency is a local government initiative to reduce the increasing volume of household waste. This program emphasizes active community participation through a waste bank, where each household is encouraged to sort waste at its source. Recyclable waste is collected, sold to collectors, and the proceeds are recorded as community savings. This mechanism not only contributes to environmental cleanliness but also creates economic opportunities for residents. The purpose of this study is to analyze the community empowerment process through independent waste management at the Sidomulyo Village waste bank. The research applied a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that community empowerment has been implemented quite effectively, as reflected in the residents’ involvement in waste sorting and savings management from the sale of recyclables. However, several challenges remain, particularly the limited support and facilitation from relevant institutions. Therefore, continuous evaluation and enhanced monitoring are required to optimize independent waste management and maximize its broader socio-economic impact.

Abstract

Pandangan hidup merupakan bagian hidup manusia yang selalu menjadi penggerak dan pengukur dari segala macam aktivitas. Tanpa memiliki pandangan hidup maka seseorang akan merasa terus terombang-ambing dalam menghadapi setiap persoalan-persoalan hidup. Islam mengakui bahwa selain kebenaran hakiki, masih ada lagi kebenaran yang tidak bersifat absolute, yaitu kebenaran yang dicapai sebagai hasil usaha akal budi manusia. Akal adalah anugrah dari Allah SWT kepada manusia, maka sewajarnya kalau akal mampu pula mencapai kebenaran, meskipun kebenaran yang dicapainya itu hanyalah dalam taraf yang relatif. Oleh sebab itu kalau kebenaran yang relatif itu tidak bertentangan dengan ajaran Islam (Al-Qur’an dan Hadist) maka kebenaran itu dapat saja digunakan dalam kehidupan ini. Islam menilai bahwa filsafat itu hanyalah merupakan alat dan bukan tujuan. Filsafat dapat digunakan untuk memperkokoh kedudukan Islam, umpamanya dapat dijadikan sebagai jalan untuk memperkuat bukti kebesaran Allah SWT.

Abstract

Pentingnya komunikasi yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap manusia, sebagai tujuan untuk membangun hubungan antara sesama manusia melalui pertukaran informasi, menguatkan sikap dan tingkah laku orang lain dan sebagainya. Sebagai bukti perlunya komunikasi tersebut Allah swt. mengajarkan kepada hamba-Nya untuk dapat berbicara dan berisyarat. Al Quran menjelaskan bentuk-bentuk komunikasi terulang sebanyak 19 kali di dalam dengan 8 kata sifat yang mengikutinya. Dan bentuk-bentuk komunikasi pendidikan dengan kata Qaulan tersebut di antaranya adalah Qaulan ma’ruufan , Qaulan sadiidan , Qaulan baliighan, Qaulan kariiman, Qaulan maysuuran, Qaulan ‘adziiman, Qaulan layyiinan dan Qaulan tsaqiilan

Abstract

Berkembangnya Sekolah Islam Terpadu membawa warna dan ciri khas yang berbeda pada lembaga pendidikan Islam di Indonesia bila dibandingkan dengan madrasah dan pesantren. Sekolah Islam Terpadu memadukan antara pendidikan agama yang menjadi ciri khas dari pesantren dan pendidikan modern yang menjadi ciri khas dari sekolah umum. Konsep keterpaduan dibangun dengan memadukan antara pendidikan agama dan pendidikan umum dalam satu kurikulum. Mata pelajaran dan kegiatan pembinaan yang disajikan terintegrasi satu sama lainnya dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Metode penulisan menggunakan kajian pustaka untuk mengetahui Islamisasi di sekolah Islam terpadu. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan konsep integrasi antara Islam dan ilmu pengetahuan pada sekolah Islam Terpadu sudah tertuang dalam kurikulum. Namun keterbatasan sumber belajar dan sumber daya pengajar yang dapat mengintegrasikan antara Islam dan ilmu pengetahuan menjadi tantangan tersendiri dalam upaya mengimplementasikan konsep islamisasi pengetahuan pada Sekolah Islam Terpadu.

Abstract

Telepharmacy is a rapidly expanding form of remote pharmaceutical care, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic, aimed at improving access to and the quality of pharmaceutical services. Despite its widespread implementation, the effectiveness of this service remains a topic of debate. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the types and effectiveness of telepharmacy services provided by pharmacists through a systematic review. This study employed a systematic review approach following the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. Data sources were obtained from PubMed and Oxford Journal databases using relevant keywords such as ‘effectivity,’ ‘effectiveness,’ and ‘telepharmacy.’ The process involved study identification, screening, quality assessment, and data extraction, resulting in 24 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Telepharmacy services identified across the studies were categorized into four main types: 1) remote pharmacist consultation (n=10), 2) drug information provision (n=7), 3) therapeutic drug monitoring (n=5), and 4) electronic medication dispensing (n=2). Evaluation of telepharmacy effectiveness demonstrated significant improvements in several aspects, including: 1) clinical outcomes (6 out of 9 studies; p = 0.019–0.048), 2) patient satisfaction (3 out of 4 studies; p = 0.018–0.041), 3) medication adherence (12 out of 15 studies; p = 0.002–0.040), and 4) cost efficiency (all 4 studies; p = 0.021–0.048). The findings of this systematic review indicate that telepharmacy services are generally effective in improving patient clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction with services, medication adherence, and treatment cost efficiency.

Flood disasters have become one of the most critical environmental issues in Grobogan Regency over the past two years. At least three major floods occurred in February and March 2024, and again in January 2025, inundating 98 villages across 14 subdistricts and breaching 28 river embankment points. These floods were triggered by extreme rainfall, inadequate flood control infrastructure, and uncontrolled land conversion from forest to agricultural areas in the upstream catchment zones. This policy paper aims to identify the main drivers of flooding and formulate short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for flood risk reduction in Grobogan Regency.The study employed a descriptive–qualitative approach using literature review, interviews with officials from the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) and the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), and direct field observations. The analysis applied the USG (Urgency–Seriousness–Growth) model to determine priority issues and the SWOT (Strengths–Weaknesses–Opportunities–Threats) framework to evaluate strategic options for policy intervention. The findings reveal that flood mitigation efforts should focus on strengthening water resource infrastructure, conducting regular river normalization, and enforcing stricter land-use control. Adaptive strategies such as agroforestry systems, upstream reforestation, and sustainable land management are essential to enhance climate resilience. Through cross-sectoral collaboration and ecosystem-based governance, Grobogan Regency can progress toward sustainable flood resilience.

Abstract

Kegiatan jual beli merupakan bentuk pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia sejak lama. Adanya wadah untuk menampung proses jual beli sangat diperlukan manusia dalam kegiatan tersebut. Tempat yang terpenting untuk melakukan kegiatan jual beli yaitu keberadaan pasar. Hal itu disebut sebagai salah satu indikator nyata dalam suatu wilayah dan sebagai suatu kegiatan oleh masyarakat sekitar dalam kehidupan manusia. Tidak seperti pasar daratan yang memiiki organisasi, Pasar Terapung tidak mencatat orang pedagang dan pengunjung yang ada serta zona penjual dengan dagangannya. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang pola sirkulasi pengunjung pada pasar terapung. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data lapangan dan melakukan analisa studi banding dari tiga lokasi yaitu  pasar terapung Lok Baintan, pasar terapung Muara Kuin, dan pasar terapung Siere di Kalimantan Selatan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan pola sirkulasi yang ada di pasar terapung Lok Baintan, Muara Kuin, dan Siring Piere memiliki pola sirkulasi yang hampir sama dari segi aktivitas pengunjungnya. Yang membedakan dari ketiga pola sirkulasi terletak pada luasan lahan dan bentukan geografisnya. Kata kunci : aktivitas, manusia, pasar terapung, pola sirkulasi, Kalimantan Selatan
