Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah lansia berdampak pada meningkatnya permasalahan kesehatan mental, khususnya depresi. Lansia yang tinggal di panti sosial cenderung memiliki risiko depresi lebih tinggi akibat keterbatasan interaksi sosial dan dukungan emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan mental lansia melalui penerapan intervensi keperawatan jiwa dan gerontik dalam penanganan depresi di Griya Sehat Bahagia Palur, Karanganyar, dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain deskriptif. Subjek penelitian yaitu 60 lansia, dengan fokus intervensi pada 30 lansia yang menunjukkan gejala depresi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman lansia tentang kesehatan mental, keterbukaan dalam mengekspresikan emosi, serta perubahan perilaku ke arah yang lebih positif, seperti meningkatnya interaksi sosial dan motivasi mengikuti aktivitas. Disimpulkan bahwa intervensi keperawatan jiwa dan gerontik efektif dalam mendukung penurunan gejala depresi dan peningkatan kesejahteraan mental lansia di panti sosial.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the principal's management in improving the quality of educational staff at SMAN 5 Karawang. Improving the quality of educational staff is important in improving the quality of education in schools. SMAN 5 Karawang is one of the senior high schools that has a good reputation in Karawang, but it still needs to be studied further regarding the quality management of the educational staff that is implemented. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Informants consisted of school principals, education staff, teachers and students at SMAN 5 Karawang. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that SMAN 5 Karawang has implemented effective education staff quality management. This management includes developing the professionalism of educational staff through training and development, using performance evaluation as a monitoring and development tool, providing rewards and punishments, as well as efforts to improve communication and cooperation between educational staff, students and parents

Abstract

History education in elementary schools is often considered boring and difficult for students to understand due to its abstract presentation and the dominance of lecture and memorisation methods. This condition results in low interest in learning and limited understanding of historical context among students. This community service program aims to improve understanding of ancient human history through an innovative medium in the form of Adventure Path cards. The activity was carried out at Krikilan 1 Public Elementary School, involving 70 students in grades IV–VI. The Adventure Path media consists of two types, namely Travel Cards and Quiz Cards. The Travel Cards contain material on the evolution of early humans in Indonesia and the stages of early life, while the Quiz Cards contain interactive questions to reinforce understanding through discussion. The implementation results showed a significant increase in student involvement in the classroom, as evidenced by students being more active, enthusiastic, and able to explain the sequence of evolution and the stages of ancient human life coherently. The joyful learning approach made history learning more enjoyable and meaningful, and contributed to efforts to preserve cultural values from an early age.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between radical content consumption, intensity of social media use, exposure to political violence, and sympathy for radicalism among youth. It contributes empirical evidence from Indonesian secondary-school students. Drawing on Terror Management Theory and media socialization research, the study argues that online exposure is not uniformly radicalizing, but depends on the kind of content encountered and its reinforcement through experiences of collective violence. Data were collected from 120 high school and vocational school students and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that radical content consumption significantly increases exposure to political violence, which in turn increases sympathy for radicalism. By contrast, social media use intensity has no significant direct or indirect effect. However, radical content consumption affects sympathy for radicalism only indirectly through exposure to political violence. These findings suggest that youth radicalization is better understood as a mediated process shaped by content exposure and threat perception rather than by social media use alone. The article concludes with implications for prevention strategies centered on content exposure, digital literacy, and youth resilience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how much the relationship between discipline and student learning outcomes in science subjects class VI B SD 1 Mijen during online learning. This research uses quantitative research methods with a correlation test.This research will be conducted in class VI B SD 1 Mijen with 26 students as research subjects. The sampling technique in this research is usingtechnique purposive random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 26 students. The independent variable in this study was student learning discipline, while the dependent variable in this study was student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire instrument and document study from the classroom teacher in the form of student learning outcomes in science subjects. The data analysis technique in this study used a correlation test of the discipline relationship with science learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that there is a disciplinary relationship with science learning outcomes during online learning with a correlation value of 0.6512 in the strong category.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini bermula dari kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi perkalian dan pembagian dengan kurangnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran interaktif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran Monopoli Hitungan Dasar untuk mata pelajaran matematika kelas IV SD menggunakan metode Research dan Development (R&D) model ADDIE. Jenis data terdiri dari data kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan angket, dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif persentase. Tahapan pengembangan meliputi: 1) Analisis, menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam operasi hitung dasar dan guru belum menggunakan media pendukung pembelajaran. 2) Desain, menghasilkan permainan monopoli berbasis kearifan lokal dengan papan permainan, kartu soal, kartu kesempatan, kartu dana umum, dan aturan main. 3) Pengembangan, dilakukan validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media dengan hasil sangat layak, yakni ahli materi 88% menjadi 100% dan ahli media 80% menjadi 98%. 4) Implementasi, dilakukan melalui uji coba menggunakan model TGT pada 15 peserta didik dan real teaching pada 26 peserta didik. 5) Evaluasi, menunjukkan skor kelayakan media 95%. Dengan demikian, media monopoli hitungan dasar berbasis kearifan lokal layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas IV SD pada materi perkalian dan pembagian.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah penerapan model discovery learning berbantuan multimedia, meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis muatan pelajaran IPAS, mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi dalam penerapannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif dengan subjek guru dan siswa kelas III. Data yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model discovery learning berbantuan multimedia dilaksanakan dengan langkah-langkah stimulasi, identifikasi masalah,  pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, pembuktian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, berbantuan multimedia. Penerapan discovery learning berbantuan multimedia berjalan baik, dibuktikan dengan hasil observasi terhadap guru dan siswa pada siklus I hingga III. Hasil observasi terhadap guru siklus I=80.27% II=85.27% III=90.00%, sementara terhadap siswa yaitu I=75.55%, II=81.66%, III=87.77%. Keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa mengalami peningkatan, hal ini ditunjukkan dari rata-rata hasil tes tertulis pada siklus I=68.15, II=74.84, III=79.23. Persentase siswa tuntas memenuhi KKTP pada siklus III sebesar 88.46%. Kendala yang dialami diantaranya terdapat siswa yang pasif saat diskusi, solusi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut yaitu guru membimbing siswa untuk melakukan pembagian peran saat diskusi.
