Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh big data analytics, kompetensi auditor, pengalaman auditor, dan audit forensik terhadap deteksi fraud. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal, data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari 100 auditor eksternal pada 19 Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di Jakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Big Data Analytics berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap deteksi fraud dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,299, p-value 0,011, dan original sample 0,147. Kompetensi auditor juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap deteksi fraud dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 3,140, pvalue 0,001, dan original sample 0,307. Sementara itu, pengalaman auditor tidak berpengaruh terhadap deteksi fraud dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 1,371, p-value 0,085, dan original sample 0,235. Audit forensik menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap deteksi fraud dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,475, p-value 0,007, dan original sample 0,340.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of Big Data Analytics, auditor competence, auditor experience, and forensic audit on fraud detection. Using a quantitative approach with a causal associative research type, data was obtained through questionnaires from 100 external auditorsat 19 Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Jakarta. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling approach. Data analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that Big Data Analytics has a positive and significant effect on fraud detectionwith a t-statistic value of 2.299, p-value of 0.011, and original sample of 0.147. Auditor competence also has a positive and significant effect on fraud detection with a t-statistic value of 3.140, p-value of 0.001, and original sample of 0.307. Meanwhile, auditor experience does not affect fraud detection, with a t-statistic value of 1.371, a p-value of 0.085, and an original sample of 0.235. Abstract

ABSTARKPersaingan yang semakin ketat dalam industry kuliner digital mendorong pelaku usaha untuk menerepakan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer relationship management (CRM), Promosi media social dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada bisnis kuliner Tokobeta.shop. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kusioner kepada 364 responden pelanggan Tokobeta.shop dan analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Secara parsial, CRM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai path coefficient sebesar 0,437, t-statistic 6,122 dan p-value 0,000. Promosi media sosial juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai path coefficient 0,308, t-statistic 3,998 dan p-value 0,000. Sementara itu, harga memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan nilai path coefficient 0,679, t-statistic 8,749 dan p-value 0,000.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa strategi CRM, promosi yang tepat melalui media sosial, dan penetapan harga yang sesuai berkontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan Tokobeta.shop. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan personalisasi layanan CRM, intensifikasi konten media sosial yang menarik, serta penyesuaian strategi harga agar sesuai dengan persepsi nilai pelanggan.ABSTRACTThe increasingly fierce competition in the digital culinary industry urges business actors to implement effective marketing strategies to maintain customer loyalty. The practical implication suggests the need to enhance personalized CRM services, increase the quality and frequency of engaging content on social media, and adjust pricing strategies to align with customer-perceived value.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Big Data Analytics, Komite Audit, dan Audit Tenure terhadap Audit Delay pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020–2024. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 15 perusahaan dengan total 75 observasi, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel melalui software Eviews. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa Big Data Analytics tidak berpengaruh terhadap Audit Delay, yang berarti penerapan teknologi big data belum terbukti mempercepat penyelesaian audit. Komite Audit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Audit Delay, sehingga semakin baik kinerja komite audit, semakin cepat laporan audit bisa diselesaikan. Sementara itu, Audit Tenure berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Audit Delay, menunjukkan bahwa hubungan jangka panjang antara auditor dan klien dapat mempercepat audit karena auditor sudah memahami karakteristik perusahaan dengan baik. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Audit Delay, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi faktor teknologi, tata kelola, dan pengalaman auditor memiliki peran penting dalam ketepatan waktu penyelesaian audit.ABSTRACTThis study aims to empirically examine the effect of Big Data Analytics, Audit Committee, and Audit Tenure on Audit Delay in food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020–2024 period. A total of 15 companies were selected as the research sample, resulting in 75 observations. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with the help of Eviews software. The partial test results show that Big Data Analytics has no effect on Audit Delay, which means that the application of big data technology has not been proven to accelerate the completion of audits. The Audit Committee has a negative and significant effect on Audit Delay, so that the better the performance of the audit committee, the faster the audit report can be completed. Meanwhile, Audit Tenure has a negative and significant effect on Audit Delay, indicating that a long-term relationship between auditors and clients can accelerate audits because auditors already understand the characteristics of the company well. Simultaneously, these three variables are proven to have a significant effect on Audit Delay, indicating that the combination of technology, governance, and auditor experience factors plays an important role in the timeliness of audit completion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja,dan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. UangMe Fintek Indonesia. Metodeyang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tenik pengumpulan data melaluikuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 128 responden. Hasil analisis menggunakan PartialLeast Square (PLS) berbasis SmartPLS 3. menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabelindependen memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Gayakepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,007dan p-value 0,045. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadaployalitas karyawan dengan nilai t-statistic 5,601 dan p value 0,000. Kompensasi memilikipengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai t-statistic2,618 dan p-value 0,009. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa sistem kompensasi yang adildan transparan berkontribusi besar pada peningkatan loyalitas. Secara keseluruhan,temuan ini menggarisbawahi bahwa peningkatan dalam gaya kepemimpinan yangefektif, penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta pemberian kompensasiyang adil dan layak merupakan kunci untuk meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan secarasignifikan di PT. UangMe Fintek Indonesia. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work environment,and compensation on employee loyalty at PT. UangMe Fintek Indonesia. The methodused is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnairesdistributed to 128 respondents. The results of the analysis using Partial Least Square(PLS) based on SmartPLS 3. show that the three independent variables have a significantpositive influence on employee loyalty. Leadership style had a positive and significanteffect with a t-statistic value of 2.007 and a p-value of 0.045. The work environment has apositive and significant effect on employee loyalty with a t-statistic value of 5.601and a p value of 0.000. Compensation has a positive and significant influence onemployee loyalty with a t-statistic value of 2.618 and a p-value of 0.009. These resultsconfirm that a fair and transparent compensation system contributes greatly toincreased loyalty. Overall, these findings underscore that improvements in effectiveleadership styles, the creation of a conducive work environment, and the provision of fairand decent compensation are key to significantly increasing employee loyalty at PT.UangMe Fintek Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi, kualitas layanan, dan hargaterhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat online melalui aplikasi Traveloka.com diKelurahan Sungai Bambu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif denganmetode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melaluiaplikasi SmartPLS 3. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 185 respondenyang merupakan responden di Kelurahan Sungai Bambu dan telah melakukan duakalipembelian tiket pesawat dalam satu tahun terakhir. Pengujian instrumen dilakukan denganuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan analisis outer model, mencakup nilai outerloading, average variance extracted (AVE), dan composite reliability. Analisis inner modeldilakukan berdasarkan nilai path coefficient, T-statistic, dan R Square. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa promosi, kualitas layanan, dan harga memiliki pengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, ditunjukkan oleh nilai T-statistic > 1,96 dan pvalue< 0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,800 mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel bebasmampu menjelaskan 80% variabel keputusan pembelian, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhioleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion, service quality, and price on thedecision to purchase airline tickets online through the Traveloka.com application in SungaiBambu Subdistrict. The research applies a quantitative approach using Structural EquationModeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3 application. Datawere collected through questionnaires distributed to 185 respondents residing in SungaiBambu who had purchased airline tickets via Traveloka at least twice in the past year.Instrument testing was carried out using validity and reliability tests with outer modelanalysis, including outer loading, average variance extracted (AVE), and compositereliability. The inner model analysis was conducted based on path coefficient, T-statistic,and R Square values. The findings show that promotion, service quality, and price have apositive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as indicated by T-statistic valuesgreater than 1.96 and p-values less than 0.05. The R Square value of 0.800 indicates thatthe three independent variables explain 80% of the variance in purchasing decisions, whilethe remaining 20% is influenced by other factors beyond this study.

Abstract

Tujuan utama pelaksanaan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Kelompok 55 Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau adalah memberikan pengalaman berharga kepada mahasiswa dalam menggali potensi desa dan memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat setempat. Pelaksanaannya melibatkan survei dan perencanaan program kerja. Beberapa lembaga pendidikan di di Desa Kuala Gading, Kecamatan Batang Cenaku, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, Provinsi Riau, pada 24 Juli hingga 31 Agustus 2023 menjadi sasaran Program Kerja mahasiswa KKN yang dilakukan rutin setiap harinya. Seluruh mahasiswa KKN berperan dalam membantu penyelenggaraan pendidikan di desa. Tidak hanya di sekolah, mahasiswa KKN juga mengadakan les gratis dan mengajar mengaji bagi anak-anak demi memaksimalkan kegiatan pendidikan di desa. Respons positif dari pihak desa diperoleh selama mengajar di berbagai lembaga pendidikan lokal, mulai dari tingkat Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK), Sekolah Dasar (SD), hingga Pondok Pesantren Tebu Ireng 4. Kolaborasi mahasiswa KKN tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam keikutsertaan membangun generasi masa depan.

Isu dinasti politik yang menyeret nama Presiden Jokowi dan putranya, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, menjadi salah satu isu yang paling sering diperbincangkan selama kontestasi pilpres 2024, sehingga banyak media massa membahas isu ini termasuk Tempo pada majalahnya, terutama kartun editorial di sampul majalahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana representasi isu dinasti politik pada kartun editorial Majalah Tempo. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif menggunakan teori semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce dengan data penelitian yang didapatkan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tempo merepresentasikan sebagai sesuatu yang dimulai dari ambisi dari dalam dan telah direncanakan dari jauh hari, dengan mengandalkan dominasi penguasa dan kerja sama para elite melalui penyelewengan tugas dan kekuasaan.

Abstract

The sluice gate is a hydraulic structure that used for controlling the discharge on dam or irrigation canal. Their discharge coefficient depends on geometric and hydraulic parameters. Swamee (1992) presents two formulas for calculating the discharge coefficient (Cd) for free flow and submerged flow based on Henry’s Curve (1950). Laboratory models used to find out the flow phenomenon that was formed due to a difference in the edge shape of the sluice gate and increased gate base. The simulation done by varying the height of the gate opening (a) and the discharge (Q). The results of the study obtained the length of water jumps (Lj) formed on the sluice gate with edge 450 is longer than the sluice gate with edge 900. The discharge coefficient (Cd) value on the sluice gate with edge 450 is higher than the discharge coefficient (Cd) value on the gate with edge 900. The energy loss trendline (ΔE) obtained shows the value of ΔE increases with increasing h2/h1. The value of the critical flow coefficient range (Ckr) on the sluice gate with edge 450 and 900 increases with the increase in base height. The results of this study also add to the long trendline of previous research that has been done by Klaas (2009).Keywords: Discharge Coefficient, Energy Loss, Hydraulic Jump, Sluice Gate

Abstract

Drought disaster is caused by the decreasing of rainfall from normal condition and the duration of dry season. And the effect is show the reducing of water availability. Based on the drought disaster risk index map by National Disaster Management Agency, can be seen that 40-60 % Riau Province got drought. Therefore, it is necessary to anticipate to reduce the impact of drought by calculate the drought index using Run Theory. Drought index can be used to indicate the longest and the greatest number of drought. The rain data who used for the calculation of the drought index is satellite rainfall data in the last 8 years from 2009 to 2016 for every district in Riau Province. The rainfall data is divided into 2 groups, 15 days for daily rainfall data and 30 days for monthly rainfall data. For 15 daily rainfall data, the longest drought duration is 7.5 months and the greatest number of drought is 494.943 mm. While for monthly rainfall data, the longest drought duration is 12 months and the greatest number of drought is 508.6 mm. based on calculation classification level of drought for dryness criteria 15 daily rainfall data from Indragiri Hilir as many as 5 times incident. For monthly rainfall data is Rokan Hilir, Pelalawan, and Kuantan Singingi as many as 3 times incident. Abstract

Canal blocking is closure or insulation of trenches, rivers, or canals permanent or non-permanent that serve to keep the water system and elevation water level stable. With the canal blocking it will affect the flow profile in the channel. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of debit coefficient on canal blocking and the influence of bolt and shear force on the stability of canal blocking so as to produce optimal design. The study was conducted in the laboratory by testing the physical model of the blocking canal door. Canal blocking model is made in such a way resembles canal blocking in the field with a scale of 1: 7. Test method is done by variation of the discharge, permeable or unpermeable flow properties, tube arrangement, material weight, and canal blocking of one unit or not a single unit. The results showed that blocking canals have good stability, high efficiency, and economical influenced by several factors, there are type of material, the arrangement and the weight of the material content, the strength of the coefficient of friction (locking / recognition of canal blocking), and the design of permeable or unpermeable.Keywords: canal blocking model, permeable, unpermeable
