Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic forces us to continue to innovate and adapt to continue to carry out activities as before the pandemic. This digital adaptation or transformation needs to be done to minimize direct human contact. The educational institution, which is the meeting place for students, and teachers, makes the location quite vulnerable to the spread of Covid19. Educational institutions and university organizers are also encouraged to conduct online learning. Online learning media that can use include Quizizz and Kahoot. Quizizz and Kahoot are used to design quizzes, tests, polls, surveys, or diagnostic tests that can be separated from the primary teaching and learning process or are supplementary. This learning is applied to the teachers of TK Nurul Islam Rungkut Asri Timur Surabaya. During the two days of training, the teachers showed enthusiasm during the training. The methods applied are discussion, demonstration, and hands-on practice. Six kindergarten teachers and two lecturers from UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur attended this training. The training results show that the method can align the learning media through Quizziz Kahoot with the gamification method for students. The results are indicated by the material presented, including pictures adapted to the student's age. The training results also show that participants can directly practice learning materials for their students, and their students can participate more actively in the gamification process. The feedback showed that all teacher participants stated that learning in Nurul Islam Kindergarten was appropriate, and 83% stated it was easy to implement.

Abstract

Cabai rawit merupakan salah satu sektor komoditas holtikultura yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satu penyebab penurunan produksi cabai rawit adalah adanya penyakit yang terdapat pada bagian tanaman cabai rawit, salah satu bagian yang terserang adalah bagian daun. Klasifikasi jenis penyakit pada daun cabai rawit dalam skala besar diperlukan teknologi yang dapat membantu mengatasi hal tersebut dengan mengunakan teknologi pengolahan citra digital yang cepat dan akurat dengan menggunakan CNN serta penggunaan arsitektur AlexNet dan SqueezeNet sebagai salah satu contoh metode dalam teknologi tersebut. Tingkat akurasi yang didapat dari arsitektur SqueezeNet dan AlexNet memiliki hasil akurasi yang berbeda dimana SqueezeNet memiliki nilai 85% dan AlexNet memiliki nilai 90% yang dimana AlexNet memiliki nilai yang sangat baik.

Abstract

Nganjuk is a Kabupaten in the province of East Java, Indonesia. One of the sub-districts in Nganjuk, Rejoso sub-district, Ngadiboyo village, is a potential producer of shallots. We found that the Ngadiboyo village area is a potential producer of shallots. In addition to shallots, residents use their farmland to grow commodities such as soya and green beans. However, the problem we identified with the village's economy is the need for home industry-based businesses that utilize the main crops to be sold as ready-to-consume products. On this occasion, we want to develop the sale of shallot products to increase the economic stability of the Ngadiboyo Village community. Community service is carried out with a mentoring method through attracting community participation. Assistance to attract participation is focused on developing sales through social media, product photos, and e-commerce. Sales development activities on shallot products are one of the activities to help increase community sales. Implementing this activity is expected to increase sales to help the economy. Therefore, this community service activity is hoped to change the community of shallot product sellers.

Abstract

The use of various information systems in supporting daily business activities has become common today, including the use of a financial recording system in BumDes Sarining Winangun Kukuh that has been built. However, to support managerial decision making, a profit/loss forecasting system is needed as a basis for making future business strategies. For this reason, this research develops a profit/loss forecasting system using the Simple Moving Average method. Based on testing the accuracy of forecasting using the MAPE method, the results show that the average error rate generated is 23.53% by using financial data for 1 year, where the smallest error rate is around 4%, while the highest error rate reaches a value of 0.632 or around 63.2%, so that it can help BUMDes in knowing total revenue forecasting.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia adalah salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di suatu daerah. Selain itu, upaya tersebut juga dapat merubah tingkat perekonomian masyarakat dan menjadikan desa sebagai desa yang berkembang dan mandiri. Dalam merumuskan dan memecahkan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh masyarakat di Desa Jaan, peneliti menggunakan beberapa metode penelitian, yaitu antara lain survei, observasi, Forum Group Discussion, sosialisasi, pendampingan, dan pelatihan. Hasil yang didapat yaitu mayoritas masyarakat Desa Jaan merupakan petani yang terbiasa dengan kegiatan rutinitas di persawahan. Hal ini menyebabkan masyarakat sulit berkembang. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti melakukan gebrakan untuk memperbaiki perekonomian masyarakat dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Jaan. Upaya tersebut meliputi a) Sosialisasi Sadar Wisata kepada masyarakat di Desa Jaan, b) Sosialisasi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat kepada anak-anak Desa Jaan, c) Sosialisasi Anti Bullying kepada anak-anak Desa Jaan, d) Pelatihan Membuat Buket Snack kepada Ibu-Ibu PKK.

Abstract

Thresholding is a simple and effective technique for image segmentation. Thresholding techniques can begrouped into two categories, global thresholding and local thresholding. All local threshold method generallybegins with determining thresholds in each pixel by checking the area centered on the pixel, using a box shape (x,y) which is fixed by the size of the neighborhood "b". If the neighborhood is very small, then the algorithm will besensitive to noise and excessive segmentation occurs. Whereas, if the size of the neighborhood is very large thenthe algorithm will apply resemble the global threshold method. In this study, we propose a method of calculationof Local Adaptive Region, to determine the value of each pixel that is flexible neighborhoods, where each pixelhas values different neighborhoods based on the value of the standard deviation region. Adaptive method on thelocal region thresholding consists of several processes, namely: Image Enhancement, Adaptive Local Region andthresholding. Based on evaluation of ME, image result of threshold using the Adaptive Local Region method, givingan average ME smallest value, that is 16.99% at Niblack method and 19.46% at Sauvola method. And onevaluation of the RAE, image result of threshold using the Adaptive Local Region method, giving an averageRAE smallest value, that is 15.26% at Niblack method and 25.58% at Sauvola method. In addition, the results oftrials with various noise variance represent that the method of Adaptive Local Region resistant to noise.

Abstract

Sebuah daerah yang memiliki wisata tentunya akan dapat menambah pendapatan dan meningkatkan taraf ekonomi masyarakat. Desa Jaan merupakan sebuah desa yang berada di Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Desa ini menjadi salah satu desa yang masih belum mempunyai tempat wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang wisata edukasi Desa Jaan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) dan dokumentasi. Rancangan wisata edukasi jaan dikemas berbasis kearifan lokal, yaitu dengan merancang ragam permainan tradisional berupa tapak gunung (engklek), congklak (dakon), dan ular tangga. Selain itu, edukasi juga disampaikan melalui tong sampah daur ulang sign system dan plang seruan edukasi mengenai kebersihan lingkungan, kesehatan, serta kesopanan. Dirancang pula spot foto disekitar lokasi wisata dan peta wisata sebagai petunjuk lokasi dari tempat wisata.

Abstract

Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.

Abstract

Livestock businesses in the Kukuh Village area, Tabanan District, Bali Province, have faced a big problem, namely the existence of a virus outbreak that causes many livestock to lose their lives every day. From this outbreak, it is hoped that the local government will be able to help deal with the problems faced so that livestock businesses can continue to carry out activities to raise and trade livestock under proper and profitable conditions. At present the local government has found a solution in dealing with this, the solution offered is to carry out training and guidance on raising livestock which is provided directly by veterinarians from the UPTD Puskeswan II Tabanan Tabanan Agriculture Office which covers the Kerambitan District. In addition, the government of Kukuh Bali village made a new policy to assist breeders to meet the needs for breeding capital through a new program called the livestock bank. The Livestock Bank is a service provided by the local government of the village of Kukuh Tabanan Bali to livestock businesses that still have doubts and fears about starting large livestock as well as to livestock businesses that do not have venture capital. The livestock bank program uses a gutter system, where the farmers will be given capital in advance by the BUMDes. The implementation of this web-based Livestock Bank application uses the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework, the livestock bank application acts as an intermediary between the breeder and the financier, where the breeder acts as a negotiator to make it easier for breeders with insufficient managerial and administrative capabilities, and their business is not assessed. bankable by the lending financial institution.
