Abstract

Background: Coronary heart disease is the most cardiovascular disease that causes death in the world. The ability of nurses to recognize acute coronary syndromes is very necessary as part of the emergency services team. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the factors that influence the ability of nurses to know acute coronary syndrome in the emergency department of dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Methods : The design of this research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach with the population of all nurses who work in the Emergency Department of dr. Iskak Tulungagung. The population is 55 nurses. The sample is all of the population, namely 55 respondents with total sampling sampling techniques. The data that has been collected is processed by a statistical test of Multivariate Analysis, Ordinal Regression with significance α = 0.05. Result : The results showed that most of the respondents with D3 education were 33 respondents (60.0%), almost all respondents had never attended ECG training in the amount of 50 respondents (90.9%) and almost half of the respondents had a working period of 2-5 year is 25 respondents (45.5%). The results of the regression regression analysis showed that the p-value = 0.855 on the education factor which means that H0 was accepted, the p-value = 0.041 in the training factor which means H1 is received, the p-value = 0.003 on the working period, which means that H1 is accepted Conclusion : Based on research, education does not affect the ability to recognize acute coronary syndrome. The education obtained will develop according to the increase in the work period and the frequent training that is obtained and practiced directly in real situations

Abstract

Tulisan ini menganalisis tentang peluang pengelolaan zakat melalui bank syariah. Zakat produktif disadari memiliki peranan penting dalam  mengentaskan kemiskinan  dari pada zakat konsumtif. Argument tulisan ini adalah bahwa zakat produtif akan lebih efektij jika dikelola oleh bank syariah. Sebagai institusi berbasis Islam, bank syariah bisa mengelola dana zakat dengan produk bank yang bebas riba. Lembaga dan organisasi perbankan syariah yang sehat  akan mampu mengelola  zakat secara professional. Proses pengelolaan  zakat produktif  bisa dilakukan dengan tiga cara: penerima  zakat menjadi kreditur dan debitur  sekaligus; transaksi dicatat dalam sistem bagi hasil; zakat diserahkan secara penuh.Kata Kunci: Menejemen, Zakat, Perbankan.MANAGEMENT  OF   PRODUCTIVE ZAKAT  IN   THE PERSPECTIVE OF ISLAMIC BANKING. This article analyzes the probability of zakat management by sharia banking. Productive Zakat considered having  a big  role in alleviating poverty than consumptive zakat. This article argues that it will be more effective if administered by Islam banking. Islam banking as an economic missionary institution can manage  productive  zakat through banking products free of usury. Moreover, a good organization and balance of Islamic banking makes it potential to manage zakat professionally. The management process of productive zakat  can be done by three alternatives; the recipient of zakat at the same time serves as creditor as well as debtor, creditor clients are included in the transaction of profit share, or that the zakat of debtor under the bank assistance is fully given.Keywords: Management, Zakat, Banking.

Abstract

Majlis taklim is a vehicle for strong interaction and communication between ordinary people with the mualim (teacher), and between fellow members of the assemblies taklim without being limited by place and time. Thus the majlis taklim become an alternative religious education institution for those who do not have enough energy, time, and opportunity to study the religion in formal education. This is what makes the majlis taklim has its own value compared to other religious institutions. Therefore, the development of teaching-based community-based society gives emphasis on process-oriented goals (process goals) where the community in this case is the board and teachers majelis taklim tried to be integrated and developed capacity in an effort to prevent their own problems and problems in the community, comparatively based on the willingness and ability to help oneself (self help) in accordance with democratic principles. The stages used to conduct community development based on majelis taklim through several stages, namely; preliminary study on the picture of majelis taklim, identification of problem and potential of majelis taklim, preparation of alternative action plan, structuring and implementation of action program, and evaluation****Majelis taklim merupakan wahana interaksi dan komunikasi yang kuat antara masyarakat awam dengan para mualim, dan antara sesama anggota jamaah majelis taklim tanpa dibatasi oleh tempat dan waktu. Dengan demikian majelis taklim menjadi lembaga pendidikan keagamaan alternatif bagi mereka yang tidak memiliki cukup tenaga, waktu, dan kesempatan menimba ilmu agama dijalur pandidikan formal. Inilah yang menjadikan majelis taklim memiliki nilai tersendiri dibanding lembaga-lembaga keagamaan lainnya. Oleh karena itu pengembangan masyarakat berbasis majelis taklim memberikan penekanan pada tujuan yang berorientasi pada proses (process goal) dimana masyarakat yang dalam hal ini adalah para pengurus dan pengajar majelis taklim dicoba untuk diintegrasikan serta dikembangkan kapasitasnya dalam upaya mencegah masalah mereka sendiri serta masalah di masyarakat, secara komparatif berdasarkan kemauan dan kemampuan menolong diri sendiri (self help) sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip demokratis. Adapun tahapan-tahapan yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengembangan masyarakat berbasis pada majelis taklim melalui beberapa tahapan, yaitu; studi pandahuluan tentang gambaran majelis taklim, identifikasi masalah dan potensi majelis taklim, penyusunan alternative rencana aksi, penataan dan pelaksanaan program aksi, dan evaluasi.

Abstract

Spiritual counsellors in hospitals have not fully reached the professional stage, it is considered that there are still many problems to achieve the ideal stage according to the patients’ needs. The problems of Islamic spiritual counselling for patients in hospitals lie in: First, there is no standard of performance that is mutually agreed upon professionally. Second, there is no standard for preparing counsellors who are recognised both academically and professionally by the hospital, so that the ability of the counsellors is only seen and assessed based on common sense only without looking at academic capacity and competence, or ability. Third, as a consequence of the two problems mentioned above, the aspects of license and accreditation certainly cannot be done by each hospital, including the development of professional organisations. Therefore, the development solutions that have to be carried out include the development of the standardisation of the professional counsellor performance, namely the formulation of the professional spiritual counsellor standard performance in hospitals. The effort to pioneer the realisation of the formulation of the performance needs to be initiated by academics majoring BPI / BKI in Faculty of Da’wah and Communication with spiritual counselling practitioners in the hospital and standardisation of counsellor preparation. It aimsto prepare the (prospective) counsellorswith knowledge, mastery, and ability to carry out the materials and skills contained in the points of the formulation of performance.

Abstract

Tarekat yang semula berkiprah dalam bidang pendidikan spiritual muslim yang concern dalam pembentukan mental salih yang sering dipahami sebagai sebuah kelompok tertutup dan cenderung mengasingkan diri, maka pada abad ke-13 M menemui momentumnya untuk mengembangkan peran dan kiprahnya membentuk dalam sebuah organisasi yang militan. Hal itu, ditunjukkan ketika kekuatan politik Islam yang menjadi andalan dalam penyebaran Islam runtuh karena serangan dahsyat tentara Mongol, sehingga tarekat tampil menggantikan fungsi politik untuk memandu dan bertanggung jawab atas kelangsungan dakwah Islam ke seluruh penjuru dunia, walaupun dengan menggunakan paradigma dan pendekatan dakwah yang berbeda. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan berbagai peran tarekat dalam mengembangkan dakwah Islam dengan berbagai macam cara diantaranya adalah dengan peran pendidikan, peran sosial dan ekonomi, serta peran sosial-politik dan militer. Kalau dilihat lingkup yang diperankan tarekat dalam panggung kehidupan sosial-historik ini cukup kompleks, dan juga berkembang sesuai dengan tuntutan perkembangan zaman.

Abstract

Da?wah (Islam) should not only at the conception but trying to get a more in-depth knowledge and connect with the target object (pure science and applied science). Dakwah without understanding the philosophical-epistemological foundation will lead to understanding of the Da?wah (Islamic) becomes shallow and oven cause/make its adherents are stuct into the formalism and narrow fanaticism, on the contrary, the understanding of Dakwah which at based on philoshopical?epistelomogical will bring Dakwah at understanding essentially and in depth, so avoiding from conflicts caused by the many isms or others.There are at least three forms that can be used as a reference deals with the means of scientific development of Dakwah, which deals with the means Bayani, deals with the means Irfani and deals with the means Burhani. Burhani, the patterns of thought derived from the texts (Nash) then Irfani the patterns of thought proceed from zauq, qalb, , or intuition, while Burhani rooted in intellectual activities to establish the truth of a proposition by the deductive method, i.e by linking to each other proposition that are axiomatic. The three forms of epistemology above, will determine the dynamics and characteristic of the science of Dakwah.

Abstract

Religious ceremonies that are usually carried out by Javanese are inherited from the ancestors. There are two types of religious ceremonies in the form of salvation in Javanese society, namely life cycle salvation ceremonies and Islamic religious holidays. The research aims to find an understanding of the traditions of religious ceremonies and social processes for Muslims in Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency. Data collection methods were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. After that, the data is analyzed qualitatively-descriptive-interpretative. The results showed that there were seven religious ceremonies and social processes which until now were still commemorated by the Karangrayung people, namely: Sura (Muharam), Rajaban selametan, Mauludan selametan, Selametan Ruwahan, Selametan Likuran, Selametan Bodonan, and Selametan Besar which were held on the 10th Zulhijjah. The perception of the people of Karangrayung on religious ceremonies and social processes is a form of virtue that is recommended by Islamic teachings that contain values: 1) charity, 2) ukhwah Islamiyah, 3) help, and 4) share with others

Abstract

This study will discuss early childhood education in the family during the Covid-19 pandemic. Where family education is recognized as the heart of the educational trilogy in Islamic education. In addition to school education and community education, family education has a very important urgency as an effort to improve the quality of education to carry out. Aimed at forming a generation that has high intellectual and emotional as well as high morality and spirituality. In accordance with its concept, the integrated curriculum balances the thinking process, remembrance process, sports, and the sense of students so as to form a generation that is virtuous, able-bodied, knowledgeable, and free-thinking along with its applied educational methods as direction, training, assignment, habituation, escort, and exemplary of all family members at home. That is the essence of the concept of early childhood education in the family.Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang Pendidikan Anak usia dini dalam Keluarga ditengah-tengah pandemic covid-19. Yang mana pendidikan keluarga merupakan jantung dari trilogi pendidikan yang ada dalam pendidikan islam. Selain pendidikan sekolah dan pendidikan masyarakat, pendidikan keluarga mempunyai urgensi yang sangat penting sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan yang dijalankan. Bertujuan membentuk generasi yang mempunyai intelektualitas dan emosional tinggi juga moralitas dan spiritualitas tinggi. Dalam konsepnya, kurikulum terpadu menyeimbangkan antara olah fikir, olah dzikir, olah raga dan olah rasa peserta didik sehingga terbentuk generasi yang berbudi tinggi, berbadan sehat, berpengetahuan luas dan berfikiran bebas dengan metode pendidikan yang diterapkannya yaitu pengarahan, pelatihan, penugasan, pembiasaan, pengawalan dan keteladan dari semua anggota keluarga yang ada di rumah. Itulah hakikat dari konsep pendidikan anak usia dini dalam keluarga.
