Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the application of student procedures after the use of learning video media on the sub-theme of the dominant movement pattern of grade 5 elementary school gymnastics. This study used a quantitative approach. The data used is taken from the value of the results of the front roll practice. The number of samples in this study was 25 grade 5 elementary school students. Data analysis technique using paired sample test. The results showed that there was a significant influence on the application of procedures after the use of learning video media.

Abstract

This research aims to examine in depth the management of the independent curriculum in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating schools related to the independent curriculum at sekolah penggerak to form the profile of Pancasila students at SMP Hang Tuah 6 Excellent Juanda. In order to achieve the research objectives, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used by researchers were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The informants in this research were the school supervisor, principal, head of curriculum, teachers, students and guardians of students. The data analysis technique that researchers use is Miles and Huberman's data analysis technique which consists of four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that (1) curriculum planning involves all parties through coordination meetings, monitoring by school supervisors and socialization of the program to parents of students. (2) the organization and implementation of the curriculum is carried out using the independent and shared curriculum with a focus on students through intracurricular activities, projects to strengthen the Pancasila student profile and extracurriculars. (3) curriculum evaluation is carried out involving school principals, school supervisors and teachers as facilitators. Evaluation is carried out once every three months in a comprehensive manner, both from implementation in the field and activity documents. Good synergy between schools, school supervisors, students and parents ensures that the goal of the independent curriculum is achieved, namely Pancasila student profile at SMP Hang Tuah 6 Excellent Juanda..

Abstract

This research aims to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure at SILN (Sekolah Indonesia Luar Negeri) Kota Kinabalu Sabah Malaysia. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, which takes primary data from in-depth interviews with informants regarding their experience in managing facilities and infrastructure as well as direct observations in the field, triangulation of sources and techniques is also carried out to test the validity of the data. The research results show that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SIKK (Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu) is carried out procedurally, management adapts to various conditions abroad (Malaysia) which are economically and slightly different in terms of economics and policies, acculturation of bureaucratic flows and foreign and domestic policies is needed. This research found that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SILN is slightly different from the management of facilities and infrastructure at State Schools in Indonesia. In conclusion, the management of facilities and infrastructure at SILN Kota Kinabalu Sabah Malaysia has its own challenges related to policy, bureaucracy and economic conditions

Abstract

The role of the headmaster's leadership in supporting the culture and quality of the school is very influential for the quality of the school. This leadership is oriented to how the role of the headmaster's leadership in supporting the interactive learning process, conducive schoolenvironment, cultured and quality community. The purpose of the research is: (1) describe how the role of the headmaster's leadership in supporting the culture of SMPK Angelus Custos II Surabaya (2) describes how the role of the headmaster's leadership in supporting the quality of SMPK Angelus Custos II Surabaya. This research uses Qualitative research method. Data collection using research instruments with participant observation methods, in-depth interviews, documentation and literature reviews. The results of this study are: (1) the role of the principal leadership at SMPK Angelus Custos II Surabaya in supporting the culture and quality of education is considered as an important element and optimal enough in determining the direction of school success. (2) The impact of the principal's support in improving the culture and quality of education at SMPK Angelus Custos II Surabaya is quite maximal. It can be concluded that the role of the headmaster's leadership in supporting the culture and quality of the school is very influential in improving the quality of the school.

Abstract

The aim of the effectivenes of library mnajemen is to foster a culture of literacy, icrease the capacity of residents and the environment, as a fun and child-friendly learning park, maintain the continuity of learning by presentinga variety of reading books of accommodating various reading strategies. While the method used to callect observasional data. The ttechnique of sorting and analizing data in this activity uses quantitative research method were collected, grouped then presented in the form of quantitative, description. The data/resuts obtained (actual output) are divided by the target value.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan instruksional sangat strategis digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Gaya kepemimpinan ini berorientasi pada kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, kebijakan kepemimpinan instruksional menjadi parameter sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian adalah: mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh model kepemimpinan instruksional, peningkatan Keaktifan belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian dengan menyebarkan kuisioner menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) ada pengaruh model kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap peningkatan keaktifan belajar peserta didik; (2) ada pengaruh model kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik; dan (3) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional terhadap peningkatan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan instruksional efektif meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan mengenai efektivitas pembelajaran daring dalam meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar peserta didik paket B di SKB Gudo Kabupaten Jombang. Penelitian ini juga bermanfaat untuk digunakan sebagai masukan kepada pengelola SKB Gudo Jombang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas selama pembelajaran daring serta mengelola pembelajaran daring yang dapat meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar peserta didik serta menciptakan pembelajaran daring yang menyenangkan bagi peserta didik untuk meminimalisir rasa bosan selama kegiatan pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 peserta didik paket B di SKB Gudo Jombang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket untuk mengumpulkan data efektivitas pembelajaran daring dan minat belajar, sedangkan untuk mengumpulkan data hasil belajar dengan dokumentasi nilai UTS dan UAS. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini dengan statistik deskriptif dengan rumus mean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran daring dan minat belajar peserta didik pada SKB Gudo Jombang termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Terbukti dari hasil rata-rata menunjukkan 3,36 pada efektivitas pembelajaran daring yang berarti pembelajaran daring yang dilakukan sudah efektif dan memberikan perubahan yang positif pada peserta didik dan 3,43 pada minat belajar yang berarti peserta didik sangat berminat dengan adanya pembelajaran daring. Hasil belajar menunjukkan rata-rata dalam kategori tinggi terbukti dari 10 mata pelajaran hanya 1 mata pelajaran yang memiliki rata-rata rendah yaitu Bahasa Inggris dengan rata-rata 68,7.

Abstract

Kesibukan yang dialami peserta didik Paket B sehingga pembelajaran dilakukan secara online mengakibatkan turunnya motivasi dan hasil belajar khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPS sehingga dipilihnya media pembelajaran Google Classroom untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran Google Classroom terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik Paket B pada mata pelajaran IPS di SPNF SKB Sidoarjo menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif Pre-Eksperimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design dengan sampel 23 peserta didik Paket B kelas VIII. Hasil penelitian melalui persentase angket motivasi belajar menunjukkan rata-rata 76.50% berkategori tinggi yang berarti ada pengaruh positif media pembelajaran Google Classroom terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik Paket B pada mata pelajaran IPS di SPNF SKB Sidoarjo. Hasil data pretest dan posttest melalui Sign Test diperoleh angka 0.000 < 0.05 yang berarti ada pengaruh signifikan media pembelajaran Google Classroom terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik Paket B pada mata pelajaran IPS di SPNF SKB Sidoarjo.

Abstract

The 21st century, the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, had significant consequences for education, especially in the learning process in the classroom. Learning innovation in the industrial revolution 4.0 era is important for renewal of learning that is able to answer the challenges of digital technology development. The National Education Association identifies 21st century skills as the "4 C's". The "4Cs" cover critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration. Four skills that education must achieve in the 21st century. One of them is creativity, an important skill achieved by students in the industrial era 4.0. This study uses quantitative research, a type of pre-experimental research that uses a One-Shot case study and One Group pretest-posttest. The effect of STEAM learning on student creativity is 69.25%, meaning that the percentage criteria show high results, and the effect of STEAM learning on student learning outcomes from the pre-test and post-test results there is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test namely 63.89% and 81.67%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the learning strategies that are applied to optimize the learning outcomes of Package C program students at Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an analytical technique according to the theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results showed that the learning strategies applied to Package C Program students used the CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) approach with cooperative learning models, discovery-inquiry, problem based learning and hybrid learning while the methods applied were lectures, discussions and assignments. The factors supporting the synergy between institutions, parents, the community and students, conducive conditions, adequate facilities and a positive response from students. There are two inhibiting factors, namely internal factors related to the ability of students to understand the subject matter and external factors from outside that hinder the implementation of learning strategies, namely signal or network conditions that are less stable.
