Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh kompetensi guru, iklim sekolah, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sekolah di delapan belas kecamatan di seluruh kabupaten Magetan yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling menjadi sembilan kecamatan yang mewakili kabupaten Magetan, sebanyak dua ratus tujuh puluh tiga guru. Penentuan Sampel Kecamatan dengan Purposive Random Sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang disebar melalui google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda dengan bantuan SPSS dua puluh delapan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nterdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru. Kemudian pada variabel iklim sekolah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Pada variabel persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Berdasarkan situasi di lapangan menunjukkan kemampuan untuk memahami dan menggunakan berbagai jenis informasi yang berasal dari berbagai sumber dan disajikan secara digital masih kurang, tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan internet, pemanfaatan laboratorium komputer dan literasi digital terhadap hasil belajar, metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif, populasi dalam penelitian dengan jumlah 565 siswa dari 4 SMP Negeri di kabupaten Magetan, penentuan menggunakan perhitungan asumsi bahwa populasi lebih dari 100, sehingga dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan 20 %, untuk itu sampel penelitian berjumlah 113 siswa. instrumen penelitian yaitu angket. teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. uji prasyarat dengan uji normalitas, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. hasil perhitungan untuk melihat hasil penggunaan internet terhadap hasil belajar menunjukan 0,0240 kurang dari 05, laboratorium komputer terhadap hasil belajar nilai sig 0,018 kurang dari 0,05, sedangkan untuk literasi digital terhadap hasil belajar berdasarkan nilai sig menunjukkan 0,011 kurang dari 0,05, sehingga bisa disimpulkan ada pengaruh antar variable.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, kebebasan dalam mengembangkan kurikulum menjadi penting, terutama untuk mata pelajaran Informatika yang menjadi wajib. Lingkungan kelas yang mendukung dan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan pengalaman pembelajaran yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk  Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif, temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kebutuhan belajar siswa, penataan lingkungan kelas yang kondusif, dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mencapai tujuan Kurikulum Merdeka. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan yang memperhatikan keragaman siswa dan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendukung akan membantu mencapai pengalaman pembelajaran yang efektif dan bermakna di SMP Islamic International School Pesantren Sabilil Muttaqien Magetan.

Abstract

Internal quality audit is considered an important tool to control the governance and operations of an organization. As an independent and objective assurance and advisory function, internal quality audit is designed to increase value through audits of internal control systems, risk management, and governance processes. Awareness of the importance of internal quality audit and also the fact that its effectiveness can be measured is what led the author to conduct research and development of an Android-Based Internal Quality Audit Application, which aims to facilitate the Internal Quality Audit process at the Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya. The development of the Internal Quality Audit Instrument is carried out by adapting the ADDIE research and development model. The results of the study showed that each category tested got the results, namely: 90% for the functional category; 90% for the design category; 89% for the ease-of-use category; 87% for the suitability need category. The results of the study also explained that the Android-Based Internal Quality Audit Application, Faculty of Education, State University of Surabaya has been effective in each category and is good to be implemented.

Abstract

A number of organizational techniques are utilized in curriculum preparation with the goal of maximizing student comprehension.  In order to demonstrate that the specified curriculum is being implemented, educators must make sure that curriculum planning satisfies students' educational needs and that students acquire new knowledge, attitudes, and abilities that improve their learning behavior. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method and uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach which aims to describe the findings of researchers on several journal articles found. The types of data sources or objects of study used in this study are scientific articles on the managerial abilities of school principals from national and international journals published from 2020 to 2024. With the process of collecting article data in the Google Scholar database. Based on the results, it can be seen that the principal as a manager has an important role in optimizing school functions. Principal managerial includes a series of activities that include:  (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing/leading, (4) controlling, (5) evaluating and developing. Principal managerial policies have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and also have a positive effect on school achievement. It is certainly based on some of these studies, it is recommended that school principals really master the managerial abilities of school principals so that the desired goals can be achieved properly and maximally.

Abstract

This scientific article was written with the aim of analyzing and studying situational leadership skills that lead to the development of human resources in early childhood education institutions. This scientific article research method uses a systematic literature review with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Review and Meta-analysis) model by implementing complete and detailed steps to conduct a literature review of journal articles. In this case, a literature search was carried out both in the form of national literature and international literature using the Scoopus, Emerald, and Google Scholar databases. In the initial stages of searching for articles, 150 articles were identified which were identified, then filtered or filtered and produced 85 articles. Then do the feasibility or eligibility and produce 45 articles. Then the last stage is carried out by producing as many as 22 articles. The results of this scientific article are that human resource development in early childhood education institutions or PAUD can be effective and efficient if it has been managed properly by the head of the foundation. There are 4 (four) skills which are the basic styles related to situational leadership theory, namely telling, selling, participating, and delegating. Ranging from leadership skills to the use of diagnostic skills, flexibility, and partnerships in an effort to maximize strategic steps in human resource development which include school management training, performance training, career training, and welfare training.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance students’ ability to develop independent career plans by applying the mind mapping technique through the Coggle application. The program employed a coaching approach utilizing the IGROW model, which consists of five key components: Intention, Goal, Reality, Options, and Will/Way Forward. The participants of this training were students from SMK GIKI 1. To ensure a systematic and practical coaching process, the IGROW model was implemented throughout the sessions. The results showed that the training effectively equipped students with the ability to visualize and plan their careers systematically, including mapping their interests, further education goals, and required skills. Evaluation findings indicated a significant improvement in students’ understanding of career planning, as evidenced by the difference between pre-test and post-test scores. Therefore, this training was proven effective in helping students prepare for their future careers in a more structured and potential-oriented manner.

Abstract

Public relations has evolved into a strategic imperative for educational institutions in managing reputation and stakeholder trust. However, research on public relations strategies in elementary schools, particularly in resource-constrained contexts, remains limited. This qualitative descriptive study examined public relations strategies at UPT SD Negeri 229 Gresik, Indonesia. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with school principals, public relations coordinators, teachers, and parent representatives, complemented by participant observation and documentary analysis. The Miles and Huberman interactive model guided data analysis, with trustworthiness ensured through triangulation and member checking. Findings revealed five interconnected strategies: operational strategy emphasizing community-based familial approaches; persuasive-educational strategy employing multi-channel digital platforms achieving 78% Instagram engagement; social responsibility strategy demonstrating tangible community impact through 200+ trees planted and 150+ families assisted; collaborative strategy ensuring meaningful stakeholder participation; and coordinative-interactive strategy positioning the school within broader educational networks. These strategies collectively build positive school image by integrating cultural responsiveness with contemporary digital communication, extending public relations theory to elementary education contexts while providing actionable models for administrators navigating transparency and accountability demands in increasingly connected environments.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam eksistensi suatu bangsa dan masyarakat.Realitasnya bangsa Indonesia sedang mengalami krisis kepemimipinan. Krisis kepemimpinan disebabkan; (1) model kepemimpinan yang dibangun di masyarakat adalah sesuatu yang salah; (2) situasi di Indonesia sekarang dimana konsep kepemimpinan belum terbangun, sehingga muncul politisi aktor dadakan atau kepemimpinan transaksional. Konsep-konsep mengenai kepemimpinan demokratis bukan monopoli literatur barat, namun dapat ditemukan dengan menggali nilai-nilai kearifan lokal berupa kepemimpinan dan kebijakan hidup untuk dijadikan pegangan para pemimpin. Salah satunya adalah ajaran kepemimpinan demokratis yang digagas oleh Bapak Pendidikan Nasional Ki Hajar Dewantara. Mengelola konflik diperlukan sebuah terobosan baru. Melalui trilogi yang dimiliki Ki Hajar Dewantara ini seyogyanya mampu diterapkan dalam manajemen konflik sebuah organisasi. Ki Hajar Dewantara menjalankan kepemimpinannya di Taman Siswa menggunakan konsep trilogi kepemimpinan, yaitu Ing Ngarso Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani Secara tegas dalam pengertian tersebut, seorang pemimpin harus memiliki ketiga sifat tersebut agar dapat menjadi panutan bagi anggotanya.
