Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada peran strategi komunikasi guru dalam meningkatkan nilai matematika siswa di SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. Kemampuan matematika memiliki dampak penting dalam perkembangan siswa, dan guru memainkan peran sentral dalam proses pembelajaran. Strategi komunikasi guru memengaruhi pemahaman dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar matematika. Penelitian ini menganalisis penggunaan berbagai metode komunikasi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dan hasil akademik mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengimplementasian strategi komunikasi yang efektif berkontribusi signifikan pada peningkatan nilai matematika siswa. Hasil ini dapat membantu pengembangan praktik pengajaran yang lebih efektif dan pelatihan guru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa dalam konteks pendidikan matematika yang dinamis dan kompleks

Abstract

Everybody experienced a purchase, if a researching knowledge about purchase since of a barter system, and then thrived along with the development in implementation of Islamic Sharia. In purchase activities, Islamic regulates everything related to it, including purchase procedure. There are several things that need attention about the terms and conditions of purchase including: buyers and sellers, object of sale and purchase, sale and buying agreements. Get along in buying and selling (A Pillars of Islamic) and provisions absolutely necessary, if one of the pillars is not fulfilled, the sale and purchase is canceled. Without going through the purchase contract process, the buying and selling activity is not legal in Islam, this has become a guideline for banjar residents in buying and selling activities, the pronunciation of the qabul consent agreement is mandatory that has been practiced for generations, and without realizing it, it has become one of the local culture of the banjar community

Abstract

  The objectivites of this study include: 1) Knowing and analyzing the performance of lecturers on the teaching abilities of students of the faculty of islamic religion, university of muhammadiyah banjarmasin. 2) Knowing and analyzing the discipline of lecturers on the teaching and learning process of students of the faculty of islamic religion UM Banjarmasin. 3) Knowing and analyzing student satisfaction on the teaching performance of lecturers at. Abstract

The phenomenon of postpartum baby blues is a mild mood disorder that is commonly experienced by mothers after childbirth, especially in mothers who undergo cesarean delivery. This condition occurs due to drastic hormonal changes, physical pain, a longer recovery process, as well as psychosocial factors such as low emotional support and feelings of loss of control during the labor process. This issue has not been widely integrated in the learning of reproductive biology in higher education, which tends to focus on physiological aspects. This study aims to review the scientific literature on the prevalence of post-caesarean baby blues and explore its potential as a learning issue in reproductive biology. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using content analysis of 16 relevant and published scientific articles in the period 2015–2025. The results of the study showed that post-caesarean mothers had a higher risk of experiencing baby blues compared to normal childbirth. In addition, the integration of this issue in reproductive biology learning has strategic value in fostering empathy, science literacy, and mental health awareness of students. This study recommends the application of project-based learning models and case studies as an effective approach to raise the issue of baby blues in the curriculum in higher education. Keywords: reproductive biology, baby blues, mental health, caesarean, higher education

Abstract

The development of emotions and self-regulation is a crucial aspect of early childhood growth. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of block play as a learning medium to enhance the social-emotional skills of children at Ukan Hasupa Kindergarten. Utilizing a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, the study involved 17 children aged 5-6 years. Pre-cycle results indicated that children's social-emotional skills were at a level of 12%, with difficulties in emotional expression and self-regulation. Following the implementation of block play, these skills significantly increased to 81% in the first cycle. This research emphasizes the importance of effective interventions to support children's social-emotional development, enabling them to adapt well in social and academic environments.

Abstract

Food waste refers to the food discarded at both distribution and consumption stages, posing significant environmental, economic, and social challenges. In Indonesia, this issue is particularly alarming, with an estimated 23-48 million tons of food waste produced annually. Research from China identifies university cafeterias as significant contributors to food waste, underscoring the need for sustainable food waste management strategies within higher education institutions. Universities, as centers of learning and social influence, play a critical role in promoting sustainable practices, including effective food waste management. This study aimed to identify factors influencing food waste management behaviors among university cafeteria tenants using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). The method used in this study was a qualitative approach with a case study design. The primary informants consist of 10 university cafeteria tenants who have been operating for at least six months. Informants were selected purposively, based on principles of adequacy and relevance. Data were gathered through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), facilitating in-depth exploration of attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control regarding food waste management. Findings reveal that tenants' attitudes towards food waste, social norms, and their perceived control over food management practices all significantly impact their behaviors. This study emphasizes the need for comprehensive educational programs for tenants and university policies to enhance food waste management, ultimately fostering a sustainable campus environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pengelolaan dana wakaf produktif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dana wakaf produktif memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat, terutama di kalangan kelompok kurang mampu. Penelitian ini melibatkan analisis terhadap implementasi dana wakaf yang diinvestasikan dalam sektor ekonomi produktif, seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, dan usaha mikro. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap penerima manfaat dan lembaga pengelola wakaf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kesejahteraan masyarakat, yang diukur berdasarkan indikator ekonomi, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menyarankan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan dana wakaf melalui transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan serta diversifikasi investasi wakaf yang lebih luas

Abstract

Hair mask coconut oil and strawberries is a cosmetic based on pure coconut oil VCO and strawberries which is used in the treatment of dry hair creambath which is useful for nourishing and reducing dry hair problems. In the process of making hair masks, it is divided from basic ingredients, including virgin coconut oil (VCO) and strawberries. This study aims to provide insight to the public that pure coconut oil (VCO) can be used as a cosmetic for hair, and can also be formulated with strawberries as a hair mask which functions to treat dry hair. All of this information is made shorter, concise, and clear in language that is easily understood by the public, that is, everyone from all walks of life who wants to use a hair mask. The data analysis technique in this study is the texture test, aroma test, color test and preference test. The results of this organoleptic feasibility test met the validation criteria with a result obtained of 60%, so it can be concluded that the hair mask is suitable for use by the public.

Abstract

Self presentation erat kaitannya dengan bagaimana individu mempresentasikan dirinya di depan publik, ingin menunjukkan kesan yang baik di benak orang lain dan positif hal ini berkaitan dengan self conciousness atau kesadaran diri bahwa ia sadar menjadi objek sosial dan ingin dinilai baik, kemudian dengan body image atau citra tubuh yang dimilikinya dan ia  presentasikan  dimedia sosial Instagram.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self consciousness dan body image dengan self presentation pengguna instagram. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 147 Mahasiswa prodi Manajemen Bisnis Syariah UIN Raden Intan Lampung angkatan 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala self presentation ( = 0,940), skala self consciousness ( = 0,837) dan skala body image ( = 0,828). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software JASP 16.0 For Windows, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 27,6% dan 72,4 % dipengaruhi faktor diluar penelitian ini. Hipotesis dalam penelitian diterima, yaitu terdapat hubungan self consciousness dan body image dengan self presentation pengguna instagram.
